Staff were efficient and nice. Quick service and felt welcomed. Room humidifier or air purifier needs a good cleaning - full of dust. Doctor explained carefully and made me feel well- taken care of.

I had a great visit, and the online scheduling was easy.- I was seen within on hour of making the appointment and it was well marked in a good location. The facility is spotless and organized. I was greeted by the desk staff and directed to the waiting area for less than 10 minutes. The med tech was very welcoming, introduced herself and took me to the exam room where she asked basic questions to prep for the doctor. She was thorough and friendly. In less than 3 minutes the doctor arrived, listened to my concern and asked some clarifying questions. In a calm clear professional manner she addressed my issue and applied treatment. The visit was completed within 10 minutes and I was on my way. It was a relief to meet such friendly competent healthcare staff and I was very pleased with their care. Glad I went.

I love this urgent care!! Top doctors, and excellent and kind support staff as well. My doctor yesterday was spot on in her treatment ~prescribed me tamiflu once we found out I had the flu.It has been incredible how the symptoms have lessened. She also had a plan in case my respiratory system got much worse, so I felt very well taken care of upon leaving my appointment. I will keep on referring people to this clinic!

I had a great experience here. I want to give a shout out to Jalen; an amazing MA who was very kind, helpful, understanding and we had a great conversation. I was hesitant at first because I felt ashamed for what I was coming in for but I warmed up to Jalen so fast because of their good use of words. Dr. Benson was so good to me, she explained everything in detailed and was so efficient. She has a lot of knowledge and treated me with a kind heart. She took her time with me and saw me as a person, I definitely would 100% recommend her and would see her again. I received today the upmost care and I was able to build trust with my healthcare team which is a very important link to patient care. I was afraid of coming in as I dont always have good experiences at urgent cares but this place is just great. The facility is clean, registration was a breeze since everything I did was through my phone and I didnt have to fill out paperwork by hand.

My daughter had an embedded piece of glass deep in her foot and the staff was absolutely amazing at getting this out. It took a lot of time and patience but they got it. It was no easy task and they were just so good at giving my daughter a break and knowing when they were going to need to numb the area because it was in so deep. Just really excellent team there and knowledgeable, experienced and kind. Would absolutely go there again for any future needs.

I will never step foot in this place again. I made an appointment online to still be there for over two hours. The receptionist and nurses had attitudes. The male nurse that took care of my son was horrible with children. Apparently there is no water to drink in this location, so I had to have my husband bring in our water bottles. Over really a really bad experience at this location.

Highly recommend! Everyone there was very nice and knowledgeable. They put me at ease right away and I hate going to the doctor. Great place.

As an out of towner I can not understand.. when I arrived my wait for service was about 2 hours, waiting room full.. understandable... but I noticed one patient in at a time only... I thought maybe small workspace.... but when I got in I saw they have about a staff of 5-6 and 1 doctor.. and maybe about 5 - 6 rooms... none of which were in use...I feel there is no urgency at this urgent care.. slowdown for sure .It is even worse when you feel sick

Had a 5:45 pm appointment and was checked in for possible Flu or bad cold, had RSV test, was Negative, no infection in trough or ears, lungs clear. No infections. I got a bad dry cough after Covidit19, sick on December 28th , positive Covid19 on 29th, better by December 31st, lost since of smell, taste was good. January 5th started with cough in afternoon & eve, Monday 6th was coughing hard & losing voice, stiff in chest & blowing and getting light yellow. Went to Urgent on Jan. 8th Wednesday. No Virus or infection found. Rest for and wait for it to leave.

It was easy to make appointment! The front desk staff check me in right away. The Nurse and the Doctor I saw were very professional and took great care of me. Very satisfied with my visit.

I had a great visit, when I walked in it was explained to me that I can make an appointment for later that day, which I did, filled out my information online, the doctor and her assistant were very thorough & professional, very clean facility also, thank you for making my visit so much easier especially with not feeling well! 😊👍

Left me for 10 minutes to put a gown on. Then took 20 minutes to print out some paper for me. Took a peek outside and asked some front desk to make sure the doctor was coming back. They looked at me and literally ignored what I was saying. I came in for 2 things. She did not come back until another front staff informed me she was waiting for me to come out to grab the paper (which she did not tell me to do). With all the competition literally along the same street youd think the facility would be a little more on top of things. Not a great experience and Ive had decent ones here before. Ill avoid the facility if I can.

I will not be returning. My first visit while fast, didn’t not include any test. I returned a week later as my symptoms had worsened. This visit the MA and Provider were wonderful, much more attentive and friendly. Filling my prescription was an absolutely nightmare. It took two days of me going back and forth to the pharmacy and calling to finally get the script to the pharmacy. I understand everyone makes mistakes but it was a lot and certainly delayed me resolving my symptoms and feeling better.

I was in-town visiting family when I came down with a terrible cough. My son recommended your clinic. I received immediate and professional attention. Clinic obtained my medical records and history. Assessed my problem and prescribed medication. Cannot say enough about the entire staff.

The high ratings are spot on. This place was great. Quick to get in, friendly front desk staff (Paige), very friendly nurse, and Dr. O’Brien was so cool and down to earth. Also, she was fantastic at taking out stitches.

My Dr. (I don’t know how to spell her name) was very good. I’m fortunate that PhysicianOne is so close to my home and I am happy that they are affiliated with Yale. The care that they provide is always excellent, and the staff is always pleasant and professional.

Registrar was rude.There were 2 people ahead of us. I asked for my daughter to be tested for Covid, they said their rapid takes 20 minutes to show a reading-we were left waiting in the exam room for over 45 minutes for the doctor to come in. I inquired when the physicians would come in and he refused until he had results.I spent close to 2 hours in total in office. I recommend going elsewhere.This was a first and last!

I saw Dr. Moha Ahja Do and had the worst experienced that Ive had in a while. She seemed nervous, very inexperienced, and was rude at times . I have to agree with Tracey Peterson with her previous review. Had no interest in my symptoms. I asked for an antibiotic as this happens every so often, same illness. She suggested random basic over the counter meds. Meanwhile, Ive been sick for over 4 days and know my own body. Im also not sure why she was using her stethoscope to listen to the side of my breasts either. Not close to my chest at all.I went to another walk in the next day and they listened, prescribed the appropriate antibiotics, and explained tgat the last facility should have done the same because now I have early stages of bronchitis. You guys really need to listen to your patients. Ill be sharing my experience with others so they dont waste their time. I wont be back. Unfortunate. Get some better training.

Easy appointment scheduling. Clean facility. Only moderate wait despite appointment. I appreciate the caution in the overuse of antibiotics, however I went in with a sinus infection and bilateral ear aches and I was given 875 mg of Amoxicillin x 2 daily for 5 days. This did not do the job. Today I am going to my primary MD to get what I really need to cure my issues. Will not make this mistake again.

Always receive the best care. All the ladies and Dr’s are amazing and would recommend this walk inn hands down. Also the wait to see the doctor is fast

Had a visit there October 19th for a sore throat the receptionist whom was extremely rude, I gave her my tricare insurance. She completely did not know how to verify insurance. She asked for my social. I told her I did not want to provide her with my social.She told me I had to give my social due to my insurance not working abs will only work with my Ssn. I asked why I had to give my social she told me Im not arguing with you instead of addressing why I need to give my social, Ive had this insurance for years ,also been coming year for almost 3 years and never once had to give my social security number to anyone(which wouldntav been a problem, but I just wanted to know why now. She is completely rude to tell a patient Im not arguing with you is completely unprofessional. Now its Tuesday and Ive received an email this morning stated I have a bill for 432 dollars. I went through all that nonsense to receive a bill. I called billing spoke with Jared whom was very kind he stated whoever checked me in did not attach my insurance, not sure if that was done purposely or she needs to be trained more. Completely unacceptable, the way I was spoken to and she clearly does not know how to obtain verify nor speak to patients VERY DISAPPOINTING! I called today they stated they dont have a manager there she might come tomorrow. This is very upsetting

I had such a wonderful experience at this urgent care. Its rare these days to be treated so kind. I wasnt feeling great at all and every single person there had a smile and could not of been nicer. I will go here always for any medical issues 🙏

Other than the long wait to get the attention of a medical caregiver, it was great. Kaitlin, Carol, Elizabeth were all very attentive and explained everything as they went along. Absolutely very caring, professional , and attentive!

The staff at PhysicianOne were friendly and professional. I was brought into the examining room at the reserved time, and I was seen be a physicians assistant and a. doctor. My medications were reviewed with me and brought up to date. The diagnosis and treatment were as I expected.

I went to physician one urgent care because of severe pain in my left ankle and was diagnosed with tendinitis. After 4 weeks I went to an orthopedic dr because it wasn’t getting better. An x-ray showed I had a broken fibula. I had been walking on it for 4 weeks. Very poor experience and malpractice.

Doctors here continue to impress me. My regular doctors are frequently unavailable when needed, so it’s nice to know that the Urgent Care doctors are not only available, but very knowledgeable and helpful.

Today my experience was terrible, very unprofessional! The medical assistant and the Dr. Moha Ahja Do. It truly saddens me to not know what kind of service Im going to receive!! Its a hit or miss!!!

I was not seen by a doctor. I was completely misdiagnosed with diagnosis of a kidney stone when i actually had a life threatening pulmonary embolism. I was not given any prescription, had no imaging equipment available. In short, the visit to this urgent care facililty was a waste of time and money and resulted in delayed treatment of a life threatening condition.

Just walked in at 7:25 with my 5 year old having a bad ear pain, they close at 8, and they denied care. Absolutely horrible. No one else was in the waiting area.

Wonderful experience. I saw Jalen initially and she put me at ease. Such a good medical person! The Pa was great too! They are very thorough. Short wait time, friendly staff all around I highly recommend this medical walk in place!

Always nice and relatively quick. Sign in however happens on an iPad everyone touches so that’s gross.

The doctor on duty could use a little lesson in good bedside manner. I mentioned something my chiropractor recommended and she snapped back: “I am the doctor and I will decide what you need”. Ouch! What she needs is to be a little more gracious and humble and to listen to her patients. I guess you don’t learn that in med school.

I have been using urgent care facilities for many years. They have all given me good care and cured what was ailing me. The care I received at Physician One Urgent Care Norwalk was even better than my previous experiences. Dr. O’Brien and her Physician’s Assistant spent a lot more time with me than I expected evaluating what was most likely Lyme disease but exploring the symptoms to possibly rule out any other infections. They ordered blood tests to confirm or refute their analysis. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism of the entire staff.

Yeah everything went good except when it was time to leave I was making a business call and the one of the the nurses or technicians yet bright red hair came out and sprayed hospital disinfectant on my service animal stroller and the blanket was folded up and she has asthma and shes 14 years old and I was beside myself I thought my child was going to die just I just bought her to the vet and paid $240 to take care of her I spent thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars this is my child this is my my service animal my mother died and all I have in this world is my cat and nothing else and he sprayed hospital disinfectant on the chair right next to the opening of her stroller this is animal cruelty

It was my first time going here. It was really quick too. I got to check in so fast and only took 3 minutes before I was called again. Nice nurses too. And thank goodness it accepts my insurance. I use to go to ER a lot but now I have the clinic to go to for convenience and it said they do lab testing too so that’s awesome

I’ve been here before and everyone I’ve ever dealt with were polite and eager to assist me and I’m delighted that they’re so close by. They could not have done a better job! They are ALWAYS on top of their game - and very thorough.

Had a nice experience. Lots of availability but it took a while to be seen hence 4 stars vs 5. I like that they are in network with Yale New Haven Health which is a plus. The copay was like a regular doctors visit.

I made my appointment online, they took me in at the exact time of my appointment. The nurse was extremely friendly and explained everything. When she did my vital signs she let me know what everything was, my blood pressure, oxygen etc, she did the cover test she did the throat culture, she assured me that Im not the only one that dry heaves LOL and then the doctor came in, on a first name basis again very friendly, and explained all my results you gave me a couple of prescriptions and before doing that she made sure they didnt interfere with any of my current prescriptions cuz Im on a lot of them and I cant Express how important that is Ive had other doctors try to give me ibuprofen when Im on a blood thinner they dont even check but these people were awesome I cant say enough good things I love my primary care doctor otherwise I would switch to come here, considering it was a Sunday and I got to see a great doctor and a great staff I cant say enough good things go there if you havent been there

My experience was excellent. I was able to get seen the same day, there was little to no wait time from the time of check-in to the time the doctor saw me. All staff members were kind and professional.

Excellent service. There when you need them. Recommend you book an appointment that’s what did. Took me without a wait. Staff were efficient. Both nurse and doctor were helpful and Dr was able to diagnose issue and get me the medicine I needed to heal. 1 day later I feel better already. Facility was also able to do test on site within 30 minutes to rule out strep. Thank you to the staff. Job well done!

I brought my grandson who is autistic in for respiratory issue today. Yes we had to wait which isn’t easy for him but the receptionist and staff, in spite of how busy they were had such patience and kindness. They made what could have been something very difficult for a grandma and someone with special needs feel comfortable and very easy.So grateful to the whole staff.

After finding it difficult to make an appointment at three different urgent cares, we were easily able to make an appointment at PhysicianOne Urgent Care Norwalk. It was our first time at this facility and we were pleasantly surprised by the ease of parking, the large & open set-up of the building, and the very nice staff - especially the doctor! We will definitely go to this urgent care first the next time we need one!

I was able to schedule an appointment online the same day and within an hour. It was easy to do the advance check-in online. I was brought into an exam room very shortly after arriving. I was evaluated by two excellent medical professionals and was on my way very efficiently. Excellent service!

We’ve been there for more than two hours waiting with a kid of 3 years old (he was the patience) and when they visited we’re not able to say nothing and send us to the E.R. If they don’t have the competence to check a kid they should not accept the patience.

My wife had an appointment at 2:10 pm. Instructed us to be on time. Me and my wife went earlier then appointment 1:55pm. Counter guy told her to wait 1 hour. My wife had infection pain and suffering. After 1 hours she went to counter for asked she is waiting for 1 hour and see still waiting. Counter lady was rude and asked her if my wife want appointment for tomorrow ? Counter guy told her wait again 40 Min. We’ve seen some of the patients called before her we asked why ? Counter guy said; those people has reservation which is absolutely not fair justice. No one here who can listen to her. Not a good place for to get treatment.

MA and doctor super nice! I think they did a Change of employees because last time I came horrible experience!! The MA super nice and seems like she loves what she does!!! The front desk was very helpful and welcoming I will be coming here if they have the same personnel!!

Honestly the best urgent care I have ever been to. Easy to make appointments online, never too long a wait in the waiting room, friendly staff, terrific doctors who actually listen and dont just want to rush away. Billing also handled correctly which is also sadly rare. Highly recommend

They move fast, I hate sitting at the urgent care for hours and that is not the case with Physician one. I keep going back because they do what needs to be done in a reasonable amount of time. And the staff was great and truly concerned and understanding.

The care was good. The doctor did a full assessment of my symptoms and an exam.

Everything after the intake is phenomenal. The intake clerk, while very polite, is a struggle. She could not figure our how to bill our insurance company, Aetna, which is the first listed company PhysicianOne has on its list of approved companies. Which was fine as at that point we spent an hour completing new patient registration. They were helpful in ensuring we had all the receipts we needed to submit a claim thereafter.The nurse/PA and doctor were fantastic! Physician Miryam Garay was super amicable, friendly with our little ones, and promptly came to a diagnosis. The medical staff completed an examination at the office, and were clear on the plan and associated costs. They had the prescriptions sent to the nearest pharmacy for us. Overall, great experience made so by the medical staff.

I am thankful for the compassionate and competent staff here. Feeling sick can be a scary time, however the doctors and nursing staff are very compassionate which helps me to relax and their knowledge is spot on.. wait time is that very short. This beats waiting at my primary or emergency room.. thank you Physician One staff!! You are all appreciated!

The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I was quickly in and out. The provider and medical assistant were both extremely professional and addressed my needs accordingly. Can’t forget about the woman who checked me in. She did it efficiently and was very friendly. I feel so much better thanks to this team! Thank you!

Grateful for my experience at this urgent care. I would highly recommend reserving a slot. I did have to wait a while (2 hours) but I did not know that I could reserve a spot. But once I got called back my family had a wonderful experience with the staff and the doctor was fantastic. Highly recommend!

The nurse practitioner I saw was great! However, the rest of my experience not so much. I made an appointment for 8:30am and got there at 8:10. There was one person sitting in the waiting room ahead of me. I waited for almost an hour and a half before I was seen as others were walk ins and takin within 10 minutes. I asked the receptionist, who seemed mad/annoyed, as to why others were being seen ahead of me when I made an appointment and being one of the first people there .. all she said was I would be seen shortly. When I first arrived she also took my license, insurance card and cc and said she’d give it back to me shortly, which I ended up asking for back after 40 minutes where again, she took others and they got theirs back within minutes. Not sure what her problem was but this was my first experience and sorry to say left a bad impression.

I went to Urgent Care with pink eye on Sunday. I asked that the prescription be called into CVS because Walgreens was closed.I went and sat at CVS for 1 hr., still no prescription. I called Urgent Care and was told they called it into Walgreens, and would call into CVS. 45 minutes later I called a second time and the prescription was finally called in. Today I have received 3 calls from Walgreens to pick up my prescription. Question - if I were a drug addict and this was a prescription for fentanyl, would Urgent Care have circled back and cancelled the original prescription, or did I just stumble upon a loophole to get more drugs?

I did not have to wait long to be seen by the medical staff. They treated my injury quickly, professionally, and competently.

Easy to schedule a time. No wait after paper work was complete. Dr. was so very nice and took his time to take care of my problem. Nurse was very nice. Only negative was the receptionist. I made an error filling out my information and she wasnt happy with me. ( I have to say that she was efficient, just not friendly).

This was my first time at PhysicianOne on Main in Norwalk, and I wanted a doctor’s office administered Covid test to help determine whether I should keep or cancel my morning flight. When I called at 3:30pm, the receptionist strongly suggested I book an online appointment or risk waiting a long time. I booked a 4:30. When I got there on time, the waiting room was sparse and office quiet. The medical assistant called in me at about 5:15 and prepped me for the exam. If I had walked in without booking, I would have waited longer. Once seen, the Nurse or Medical Practitioner was very attentive and took time to answer any questions I had. All staff, receptionist, Med Assistant, and Nurse/Med Practioner, were warm, caring, and courteous professionals despite seeming to be low staffed and running a bit behind. I would definitely return if I needed treatment at an urgent care site at the last minute.

This place is terrific! I had an appointment at 9:37 and I got in at 9:40 a.m. Whitney at the front desk is extremely efficient and caring. My health care providers Laura and Maureen quickly diagnosed my eye infection and emailed the prescription to my pharmacy. Highly recommended!!

I went here to take a covid test. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The test itself went very well, however the doctor told me he’ll let me know when the results were ready which would be in 15 to 20 minutes after I was asked to wait in the lobby. I waited at least 30 minutes with nobody saying anything to me, so I had to go to the receptionist to make sure it was okay and was told the result was negative. If I hadn’t spoken up I would have been waiting longer than necessary. This experience was overall a good one, but I’ve had better ones in the past. This goes to show you can’t always rely on people to do what they say they’ll do later. They can easily forget.

Still the best Urgi-care I’ve ever been to! The app was a little confusing today as it showed us as walk ins despite having booked, but it was a minor detail. We were still seen to within 45 mins of arriving and were out within the hour with prescription for our daughters ailment! excellent staff, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. As I said before, this place feels more like a full service well-run ER, despite being just a small urgi-care.

The service I had was excellent. I was able to make an appointment. I didnt get invite at the appointment time, however I never expected to with urgent care. It just ensures that I get a spot.Once I got called everything was very quick which I like. I absolutely hate it when people call you into a room to wait even longer. Thenurse and doctor were very nice. Explained everything well and I am very happy.On my way out I noticed they have some really amazing stickers. I am 36 years old and I thought that they were so cool. I used to love it when doctors office is had stickers and other things. It makes it special. They even allowed me to take a few home for my daughters.The service I had was very special and Im very thankful.

I always come here when I need to be seen because I usually cant get into my primary care. The wait usually isnt too long, especially if you make a reservation/appointment ahead of time. I choose this urgent care over others because the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Outstanding urgent care clinic. I wish regular doctors office were still like this, but sadly they usually are not. This PhysicianOne location (Norwalk CT) was immediately responsive, set up an appointment instantly for same day, was immaculate, professional, buttoned-down from reception to initial check-up work by aide, and then visit with the medical professional, Joanna Sheldon (APRN). She asked many questions, listened intently to my responses, examined me and then discussed a full range of treatment options with me. I left with test kits and scrips as follow up for test results and/or discomfort. I felt heard, understood, and in excellent hands. Happily (and maybe because the whole visit was so reassuring--or my 5 days of intestinal misery had finally run its course?), I woke up today feeling much better. Now I know where to go if I have another medical issue that cant wait for days, weeks, or months to be seen! Thank you, PhysicianOne (BTW part of the Yale New Haven Medical System--who knew?)

Very punctual, thorough, they didn’t rush us, they seemed like they cared, a good experience.

I had the best experience here. Paperwork went fast . Called in reasonable time 15 minutes including paperwork.Dr Nick great kind personality . Maureen took vitals just a doll . I never expected such a positive experience from a walk in, very impressed. The only downside I noticed , all paperwork done on phone . My husband couldn’t do it but I’m sure they have old fashioned pencil and paper .

This clinic has no walk-ins at the moment and Im glad I went with my gut and booked an appointment. The girl that checked me in was kind, the MA was sweet and Dr.Olga was awesome! My waiting time from check in was 20minutes which is OK. Other than that, service was great!

At check in. The lady was very friendly and professional. Inside the waiting room the nurse knowledgeable, patient and courteous. And The Dr. Myriam exceptional! Friendly one she realized I was translating she immediately began speaking in Spanish. Very detailed and very nice. It was a great visit.,

I am very pleased with my experience at PhysicianOne Urgent Care. After checking me in for billing and medications, I was seen by a nurse who took my vitals and tested me for COVID and strep based on my symptoms. Shortly thereafter Dr. Vanson examined me. After my tests came back, it was confirmed I have COVID. Dr. Vansons instructions as well as the facility instructions clearly provide next steps. Overall, my experience is very positive!

The staff were amazing, however I was very disappointed in the fact that physicianone dont take cash. I almost had to walk away for not having a credit card or debit card. I had cash to pay my $15 copay. Receptionist point blank refused to take the money while my special need son had a temperature of 102.7. Doctors office take cash for sure! Its a shame that it is turning into that even with urgent care!

Really great care- we were very impressed. I came in with a split chin from a fall - they were very caring, very professional and thorough, such as doing X-rays to make sure my jaw was not broken and giving me atetanus shot.Highly recommend them.

If Cynthia Vanson is the attending physician I would avoid this Urgent Care at all cost. Once she saw I had an anxiety disorder my opinion and her compassion were non-existent. I was gaslit by her telling me what anxiety feels like, and her telling me I was not actually having chest pain. I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder for over a decade, which I made clear to her and explained what I was experiencing was different and would like to get physically cleared. Her response was that I need to be treated for anxiety. I had to remind her on my intake form that I wrote I am already treated (a sign she did not read my chart thoroughly). Her response was that I would need to consider taking a higher dose then. I was appalled how she responded and disqualified my health concerns and my experience with symptoms. If this is the standard of care and compassion PhysicianOne provides then I will certainly go out of my way to not go to their locations. The only positive I can find in this experience was the tech who did my intake, De Nea. She was a gem.

They made it so welcoming my son and I forgot we were sick. Jalen was amazing and very informative. The receptionist was very professional, greeted with a smile and kind.

The care I received was as good as I get from my own personal doctor. They showed concern and commitment addressing my symptoms. I received great care. I will definitely be back if a weekend or after hours ailment arises.

I went in for a simple immunization for Hep B and was turned away after having already received my first shot back in February from the same location because the medical secretary stated they did not accept my insurance. The same insurance used in February 2024. Only to then be called 3 minutes later and told she wasnt aware of the changes that occurred after January 2024, all this after i submitted my complaint to the regional manager via email. It should be noted I had an appointment both times that I scheduled online, even confirming my appointment and providing my insurance and contact details. I am sure this was a rare event but this was a whole lot of chaos and confusion that could have been circumvented.

Unfortunately my husband and I have had occasion to visit Physicians One too often However, I cant recommend them enough. The staff is highly professional and we received unrushed treatment. They are our go-to Urgent care!

Good part: knowledgeable and friendly physician and staff. Bad part: Setup appointment for 3pm and didn’t get seen until a little after 4pm. It’s understood walk ins come but need to limit them to ensure appointments don’t have to wait past 20-30 minutes of actual appointment time!

“The staff is amazing, but the receptionist is always mad or upset. This is not the first time that this has happened to me; every time I go there, she seems really upset and mean. I don’t know if she doesn’t like people who don’t speak English well, or I don’t know. Even when she asks me for a credit card, I tell her all my information is there, but if you need a new one, I’ll provide it. The staff inside the entrance is amazing, all really good with kids and adults. I still recommend this place because I believe the good job of the others shouldn’t be dismissed for the mistake of one person.”

They are great!I accidentally cut myself in the evening. I was worried about finding urgent care since all clinics were closing for the day. I checked with another clinic first but was told that they do not do stitches. But when I called PhysicianOne, they immediately put me at ease by assuring me that they will take care of the wound and the timing wasnt an issue.Laura K and her colleagues went above and beyond in cleaning and stitching it up flawlessly. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the necessary aftercare precautions and provided me with a printout for reference.I want to express my gratitude for their exceptional work - they truly did a fantastic job. Additionally, the facility itself was impressively spacious and inviting.

Front desk was so understanding and thorough. Dr. Daryl McClendon is so understanding, well knowledgeable and patient with any questions and concerns I had. I will 100% be returning to this Urgent Care.

This urgent care is quick and affordable. The space is very clean and still require usage of masks. The staff was quite lovely which unfortunately is not always the case at Urgent cares. The providers were kind and clearly explained procedures. They took the time to make my partner feel heard and it meant a lot to him. Will be out go to place.

Loved that I could sign in online and upload my Insurance info and ID. I could view my place in line from my phone and that saved time waiting in the lobby.I had a Fathers Day biking (mountain bike) accident and cut my left ankle, the outcome was 9 stitches.Doctor Laura and the staff were great!

Visited due to a severe cough and congestion. Made an appointment the day before online for 2:15pm. I arrived 15 mins early and wasn’t seen until 3:30pm. The doctor was very brief and told me I had a “bad cold” prescribed pills for the cough which made me feel worse so I stopped taking them. Went to my regular physician a few days later who tested me for RSV which was positive. I’m now on several prescriptions which are working. I would not return to Physicianone nor would I recommend their care to others.

We rely on PhysicianOne for same day care for a range of conditions we’ve experienced including Covid and bronchitis. The care has been exceptional and the staff caring and professional. The PAs who deliver a lot of the care are awesome. They are knowledgeable and spend the time needed to provide excellent care.

I spend $75 only got a COVID test. They told me I’m positive again, and no matter how I emphasize I had very bad headache, toothache, swelling nose the doctor refuse to give me a prescription of antibiotics. He just gave me 800mg IBUPROFEN to try to release the pain, but it didn’t help with the toothache at all.Expensive and the doctor seems not want to listen to me and doesn’t really care about my feeling.

The doctors and nurses were excellent! Helpful and caring staff. This is the only Physician One I’ll visit.

The doctors and staff here took great care of my son and I. They were patient and engaging with him to keep him calm, and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Service was timely, check in was a breeze, and service has been consistent across the handful of times we’ve had to visit this location. I would absolutely recommend!

Went for deep laceration of thumb. Treatment was prompt, pain and hassle-free, top-notch. Physician explained everything clearly. Wound was well treated and is healing with no issues.

I was very impressed with PhysicianOne. The Front Desk was very helpful, and has a great personality. The nurse that took my vitals was very compassionate, a sweetheart. The fact that she told me to feel better as I was heading out, really made a difference. The doctor was EXCELLENT, very compassionate. I felt like a person when I went there, not a number. I will come here exclusively for all my urgent care needs. Very easy check in process and the wait time was two minutes, maximum.Side note: I started feeling ill overnight, and made an appointment at approximately 0200 which probably made the checkin process easier. So I would advise you to make an appointment online beforehand, if feasible, of course.Rooms and waiting area appeared clean.But more importantly, the rad tech and my provider were excellent!! Again, I will exclusively come here for all my urgent care needs.

We had a 1pm appointment and did not get seen until 2pm. What is the point of making an appointment? My 5 year old was not feeling well and getting stressed from waiting there. The staff was not friendly with children and left us in a room after her strep test with no indication of how long it would take for the results. I finally went out to see how long it would take. The doctor and nurses were chatting at the front desk and told me “oh her test is negative.” We left and will not be returning there in the future.

The experience at Physican One Urgent Care was excellent, we made the appointment and got to see the doctor in 15 mins. and were on our way home.

I walked in needing stitches removed from a minor surgery last week (it was done in Dallas, where I live). A business trip got extended and with the holiday weekend my doctor recommended I find a place where I was to remove them. The staff at Physicians One were divine. They got me in quickly and were so friendly and helpful. Only pain point was they didn’t take my insurance but that was a big ask from Texas to New York.

Went to this walk in clinic at 12:30 on Monday and was told they weren’t taking walk-ins. Made an appointment to return at 2:45 and was finally seen by a doctor at 3:45 who told me to go to the Emergency Department at the hospital. A total waste of time and significant unnecessary suffering. I will never go there again.

Experience was very poor . I scheduled an appt and completed paperwork online . I had to wait 50 mins after my appt time. I was only there for Covid test and stated numerous times Was told to wait in office for 20 mins for test results , why? Had to leave exam room and get another explanation and was told didn’t need to wait and I could call back or look online I was very disappointed in experience ☹️

Went there to get an X-ray done on my finger. The lady at the front desk was super nice and professional. They called me quickly into the back. Everyone from the nurse, X-ray tech and the doctor that drained the blood from my nail where very nice and pleasant. Definitely would recommend this facility if you want very fast and a pleasant urgent care visit.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. My provider was Dr Miriam Feinstein. She was very careful with every detail of my care. Even tho we finished late and it was a holiday no one rushed my care. I really appreciated the medical care and personal attention.

I love this place!! Its funny saying that, because its the last place I want to have to go... but its true. I think the doctors name was Pollani (I had a terrible migraine, all memories are foggy). I was super emotional because Ive been struggling with migraines for 2 months now, I was exhausted. The doctor was very friendly and caring, I could see he was concerned while very professional and calmed me down and how willing he was to seek a solution. If you need help ASAP, I’d go there. I drove 35 min to get there, and it was the best decision! Last time I tried to go to a dif hospital (Stamford health to be more specific) I had to wait for 2 hours, horrible service and $800 bill. Just drive a little more and get a better service!

Amazing experience! I walked in with some chest pain/pressure and they took me in right away. Check in was fast and easy. Everyone I came into contact with was courteous, friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease. The PA I saw said I needed an EKG and they did it without me having to go into the ER. It was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Doctor ascertained the problem (I myself had misdiagnosed), provided guidance and prescription medication. The following morning, I had a side effect from the medication and called the clinic when it opened. I spoke with a different medical practitioner who pulled up my file, listened to my situation and gave detailed instructions. Very happy with my visit.

Everyone did a good timely job. People were attentive and answered all my questions. It is great having the ability to get good care in a time effective manner.

I was really expecting a long wait, a room full of gross sick people, and rude staff. It couldnt have been further from the truth. I was in and out in 10 minjtes, they took me early, and there was no long wait line. Staff were all SO pleasant and knowlegable.

I’ve been using them for the past few years for PCR tests and various bloodwork. Always seen relatively quickly. Whitney at the front desk is incredibly helpful helping me navigate what is and is not covered by my insurance. Makes the experience very easy.

Nick and Olivia were delightful, efficient, thorough and all around the best urgent care staff I have ever experienced in a pinch and we have gone here in the past and other urgent cares and obviously pediatricians. They helped make sure that we have everything we needed for our girls to start camp and school in the fall as well. The kids found both Olivia and Nick to be fun which makes even a needle not a big deal. I have never seen my girls as much at ease as this in years since their pediatrician office Park Street pediatrics closed during COVID and they lost the only and best pediatrician Dr. Grevious who they loved. These two were professional and have a great bedside manner so parents and hildren are all happy. This should be expected but is honestly rare these days to experience.The only challenge that reduces my stars was that the one particular front desk staff made us nearly walk right out with our money to the next urgent care. She made us feel unwelcomed and made everything seem overly complicated and impossible like perhaps they did not want to actually help us. Due to the lack of time my husband convinced me not to leave. So I was shocked when we met the MA and PA. They were friendly, accommodating, clearly they love to do this work and care for people. Nick and Olivia are both assets to their company. They both get 10 out of 5 stars !

This was just the first walk-in clinic nearby me that took my insurance and I’m glad I got lucky with my choice. This clinic is full of staff that listens, cares, and most importantly—effectively treats and resolves! First time I went was when I caught bronchitis. Went in, was prescribed antibiotics as soon as possible. Second time was when I stepped on a rusty old screw from 1950–had of pull the full thing out of my heel. Went in to get a tetanus shot, was granted that wish, and my provider even offered to apply extra neosporin to the wound and gave me a fresh bandaid. Coincidentally…my mom has been here too even though we’re on separate insurances! ALWAYS positive experiences for me and my mom here!!

They were excellent with their care. Friendly, pretty quick, and helped resolve an issure with a prescription at the pharmacy immediately.

The service here is awful!! Went in at 3:45pm for a 4:07pm appointment they proceeded to take the waiting walk ins before appointment times at 4:35 the front desk girl said I feel bad there are 2 more people in front of you, would you like to wait in your car?? No!!! After waiting an hour for an appointment time I’d like to go home, they should’ve said ahead of time appointment times weren’t being honored. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, ridiculous service!!

The staff are very friendly. Everyone is professional, from the front desk receptionist to the nurses and doctors. Extended hours are helpful too. They made my son feel comfortable and he was happy they helped him.

Have seen Laura Kragt twice recently. She was exceptional both times. Bad accident March 30 leaving accountant-she expertly stitched my lip, gave me advice about other potential issues. And late July, my foot was infected-called to see if she was there. Happily she was! Explained seriousness, antibiotics and advice for next few days-still recovering, but commendation for Laura Kragt! Minimal wait time with appointment. Most of staff good, in March noted issue and got a call from Corporate. Nice to know they are continuing to improve and excel.Thanks again Laura!

Everyone I’ve encountered here is very kind and helpful. They are my go-to for any sickness because it’s hard to get an appointment with my doctor. I book through the app and it takes like 20 seconds (it’s Solv- def recommend). The available appointments pop up right there. Despite their system being very automated and streamlined, everyone is personable and gives you the time of day to talk about your ailments.

This urgent care is so quick and efficient! Every time I take my little guy there it is quick and effortless. I’m sure that depends on when you go but both times were usually end of day and went well.

The worse place to seek for medical help when you are in need of a doctor. I made my appointment online for 10:00 am and not until 10:20 I was call in. I had already filled out all the paperwork and insurance information online but I was asked to do it all over in person.The person who took my vitals was extremely nice and surprised that at the front desk the ladies did not informed me that they did not have X-rays on that day. I went for a really bad lower back pain. She told me that I could wait for the doctor anyways. I did waited until 10:45 and asked someone if the doctor was coming soon. I was in lots of pain and couldn’t wait any longer. The doctor sent the lady back to tell me that if I wanted to leave I could, that they were extremely busy and all the rooms were full. I asked again if he was not going to take long as I had been there for a very long time, and he said again that I could just leave. I finally left around 11am without seeing a doctor. And today they have the nerve to send me this text asking me for a review!!If you need a doctor please go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Awful. We had registered for an appointment, gotten there 15 mins early and waited in waiting room for 1 hour 20 mins. We checked in and confirmed insurance with the receptionist who forgot to put us in the queue for seeing a doc. Despite me going up there 2x asking why the waiting room was clearing out and we were still waiting - she basically ignored me. Doc was very apologetic but it’s so poorly run. Will not return and will go to the one down the street instead. My poor kiddo was so patient.

My regular doctor wasnt available and I had been here before with good results. I visited on 03/20/23 with a cold and chest congestion and was seen by a physicians assistant. Was told it wasnt very bad and prescribed something (?) yet not antibiotics. Ended up getting much worse and was able to see my regular doctor later that week and was prescribed antibiotics. PhysicianOne texts you to see if your better and/or want to come back? Waste of time, money and health.Anthony Niznik.

The PA who treated me was amazing. Her name was Laura. She actually sat down and wanted to hear everything from the beginning of my illness. This urgent care was my last hope. Had been to another urgent care, emergency room and primary care doctor prior to coming to Physcians One. Laura tested for everything included a X-ray of my chest. I had bronchitis. She gave me medication and I am feeling better after dealing with this for close to a month. I highly recommend the facility and the PA. THANKS LAURA!!!

I was pleasantly surprised how good the care was. Once past the check-in desk (which looked like every other doctor office check-in desk), the examination room was a nice step above the ordinary. Now the best part - The nurse, PA and MD who attended to me were Superb. The doc had over 30 years experience and treated my wound expertly.If/when I need non-specialist again. I will definitely go to this PhysicianOne again.

Great staff, good medicine. It feels weird to write a review for a medical facility but this place is always great when I go. First time I went was April 2020 at the start of the pandemic. They were fast and paid attention. Ive never had to stay longer than an hour for anything Ive needed from them. Ive also taken by middle school aged daughter and they are awesome with her.Both my daughter and I have done covid testing here as well and these folks are efficient.10/10 stars

My daughter fell and cut her head yesterday, and we took her right to this clinic to see if they could help, so we could avoid a time consuming and stressful ER visit. Even though we were unscheduled, and arrived 1 minute before closing, we were accommodated. All of the staff we encountered from the first phone call on the way in, the receptionist, the providers- all were so caring and friendly. I was not expecting a great experience given the fact that it was the 11th hour on a Sunday, and was blown away by the efficient and thoughtful treatment everyone gave us! THANK YOU!!!

Excellent! The check-in staff at Physician One are receptive, efficient, and caring. Making an appointment and checking in online is effortless. Wait time once checked in is quite reasonable. I have been to Physician One several times and the nurses and doctors have always been top notch. Yesterday was no exception. The nurse listened carefully to my symptoms and did several tests based on what I told her. Doctor Rose followed up and followed through with additional questions and a thorough check up to determine a possible diagnosis. She ordered an x-ray which she used to confirm what medications to prescribe and explained both her diagnosis and how the medications should be taken and what to expect from each. I left feeling very pleased with my entire experience and today I am feeling better-recovering! The medical care and kindness accompanying it were exceptional in every way.

Booking an appointment was simple. The medical and administrative staff are attentive, efficient, and friendly. Its with traveling the extra distance from my home instead of going to other urgent care facilities that are closer !!

Got there 10 minutes before closing with a head gash bleeding. Lady said they already took their last appointment. How long would it have taken to put a stitch or staple?Lack of courtesy. I was there during business hours. Lock the door 15 minutes early or change the hours if you dont want people to come. I drove all that way. I could have made it to another place before closing.

Was very favorably impressed with our first visit to PhysicianOne Urgent Care Norwalk. Quick and easy experience. Very knowledgeable and talented Doctors and associated personal. Will certainly go there rather the outpatient center at the hospital.

I arrived late in the evening to see someone about my illness. I had gone to another Urgent Care facility down the street that said open until 8pm No Appointment Needed. I was told at 7 pm they were no longer taking patiences but I could MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY!!! When I arrived at Physicians One I was checked right in . I waited maybe 7 minutes to see a Physicians Assistant that was extremely nice. Took care of what I went for, called in prescriptions to my pharmacy and I left. The staff was very cordial and pleasant. Thank you to all.

My husband and I went to Physician One for the first time to have Covid 19 tests. We arrived as walk-ins and even though it was approximately lunch time we were quickly taken care of at the front desk by Nina with a smile. After filling out our forms online via text message(which seemed highly efficient) we only had to wait about ten minutes to be seen.We opted for the instant testing and were seen together which was also seemed very efficient though Im sure we could have asked to be seen separately. Kelly was our nurse. She was polite, friendly and professional(funny too). The doctor came in right away after Kelly covered the basics of testing and also had a terrific bedside manor. We never felt rushed and were encouraged to ask any questions. We didnt have to wait around after the test. Within half an hour we received the wonderful news by phone that we were both negative for COVID.Side note:I have an intense fear of doctors and avoid going, Im sure to my detriment. I was so comfortable and relaxed that I told my husband I would start going there instead of to my current physician of 27 years of I could. I thought maybe I was relaxed because my husband was with me but thats not the case. Ill go back alone anytime (Im not going to get sick or injured though)

Everything went well and everyone was very professional

A great experience! 1.5 hours total time or a bit less. Great care from my nurse Telly and Nick my PA. Highly recommend them and will use them again. Great follow through and education by Nick. Felt totally cared for. Put me at ease and gave me solutions!
