The staff was caring, nice, and friendly. The doctor we had that day really listened to my concerns and I appreciate that. Online registration was easy. I walked in and I was seen right away. I will return if I need another walk-in clinic for sure.

Staff were welcoming and excellent at their job!Office is new and clean with a bright atmosphere and lots of sanitiser and masks available.Registration and checkin were simple online and theirApp is easy to use and very useful.One of the nicest walk ins in the Norwalk area.

The front lady’s tone was just distasteful. If your in customer service, more specifically healthcare, you do not talk to patients like that. This is my second time here and it’s the same problem with the same admin. I don’t know if it was because it was late in the day (evening), but either way you do not talk to people, your patients, like that.

Nuvance staff and doctor were excellent. They took me in right away. I was given a sample of the antibiotic because my pharmacy was closed and I couldn’t pick up my prescription until the next morning. I would highly recommend them.

I visited this place for a small emergency. The service was very professional, they attended to me at the appropriate time. The doctor was very kind and his assistant too. 100% recommended.
