Dr Elias and his team were absolutely amazing. Dr Elias listened to my concerns and followed what I was comfortable with, never in any way pushy or rushed. I felt it was not as important to him making financial gains but rather treating me with respect and what the best options were. I felt he was honest financially and medically. I would and will absolutely return to this practice. I have already recommended him to many friends/colleagues.

Dr.Elias I went to him for a uterine anamoly, his ultrasound he acted as thou he was indifferent or disinterested. He hustled me saying there was a client waiting after me that’s when I realized he’s very materialistic. Second I was hustled into billing where they charged me 3k grabbed my credit card and withdrew all 3k for just an SIS without providing itemized bill. Later I get itemized bill with many charges one charge for $700 said I had a procedure to transfer embryos into my uterus that Elias knows needs surgery cannot carry embryos. I was also hustled by the front desk to sign a bunch of waivers on their electronic pad without being helped to understand what I was reading. He may be good for some things like surgery or ivf but money is more important to him than people.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Elias and his wonderful team. The communication is always great, and everyone shows compassion during the course of your treatment.

I first met Dr. Elias in April 2024. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for 17 months prior to without luck. We were both evaluated and my husband was found to have retrograde ejaculation. We chose to pursue IVF and our first round was in July 2024. We were ecstatic to have a successful fresh embryo transfer that resulted in a pregnancy. Unfortunately, we learned I had a missed miscarriage on our 8 week ultrasound. Dr. Elias performed my d&c 6 days later. Dr. Elias is knowledgeable, kind, supportive as is his team. It’s never easy sharing sad news but we will continue our IVF journey with him because our trust and faith has not faltered. This process isn’t easy and nothing is guaranteed but I wouldn’t switch my care. Hopefully I can make an addendum to this review in the future after a live birth

Working with Dr. elias and his team has been really excellent! They are really available, explain things super well, our kind and understanding of the range of emotions that might come up during the process and overall just feel incredibly skilled both in their knowledge of all of the details and in their ability to work with people. couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Dr Elias gave me my baby girl. He’s very personable, smart and caring. I feel like he truly cared about doing what was best for me and not for his stats. I recommended him to 2 friends and they both had good experiences as well. I was successful in getting pregnant with both of the transfers I did with him, however the second ended with a lateish loss and he was very caring and available during that time. I would recommend him to anyone needing help with infertility.

Dr Elias is a brilliant and caring fertility doctor. He took the difficult case of my wife, because of age related complications. He has helped us navigate many fertility issues and we were even successful so far in creating an embryo. He is very open to concerns and flexible to allow us to try new and innovative treatments. It’s very rare to have a doctor who takes steps in discussion with us rather than unilaterally deciding. He is very straightforward and transparent in his communications- we know we can trust his judgement. We had tried several doctors before and it’s not easy to find a place where you get personalized attention and still be at a world-class facility. Weil Cornell labs and doctors are the best in the business. His staff is also helpful and responsive. Dr Elias has been a godsend for us - and I would in a heartbeat recommend him for anyone dealing with fertility issues.I will update more later as my treatment progresses.

Dr. Rony Elias is absolutely fantastic. We started our IVF journey at Northwell and they botched our cycle. We were so discouraged until we met Dr. Elias. He is research driven and so knowledgeable. He cares about all of his patients and you are not just a number with him. His staff was awesome as well!Our IVF cycle with him went so smooth after some health road bumps --uterine polyp, ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage, all of which he had to remove for me surgically. He is an amazing surgeon with great bedside manner.We are finally 13 weeks pregnant with a baby boy and I am 2 months from turning 40! We have 4 healthy embryos left. He never gave up on us and always gave us hope. I would recommend him to anyone!! He is truly the best out there.

He was confident, upfront and provided us with data when answering our questions rather than the nonsense other doctors spewed out.Dr.Elias helped to create my daughters life and there is no way to properly thank him for that. I don’t know where we would be if she wasn’t here and we hadn’t been referred to him. During covid challenges, the nurses have taken all protocols seriously, as health and safety shows prominently. The office is always clean and the facility is a welcoming environment. The office is organized efficiently in many ways to establish clarity for each patient with relation to records, bloodwork results and patient/nurse relations. All staff is friendly and willing to assist in any way. Dr. Elias has been the most caring and genuine doctor I’ve ever seen. He is gentle and doesn’t waste time. De Elias is very kind and will give you in detail information step by step and answer to any of your questions .He def deserves 5 stars for his overall great bed manners and for being so knowledgeable. Dr. Elias not only is a wonderful professional who really knows his field but he is also a very kind and patient person.I can not recommend him enough, he took time to understand my situation asked many questions came up with solutions and despite his very busy work schedule he always had time to reply to my emails and calls. I became a patient of Dr. Elias after a failed IVF cycle at another clinic.After my initial appointment with him I knew that my experience here was going to be vastly different (in a good way). This was the first timeduring my IVF journey that I felt listened to as a patient. Dr. Eliasnot only took the time to thoroughly discuss all of my information, but it was due to his attention to detail that he was able to identify and correct the underlying issue I was having. My husband and I felt included whena plan of care was being determined. Our previous clinic did not determine our plan of care based on us as a couple, but rather focused on age. Dr Elias values patients as people and not just a statistic. The staff at Weill Cornell mirror this behavior and always make me feel comfortable.

Excellent doctor! I was super worried and scared when I went to see Dr. Elias. He explained me everything in detail after looking at my previous results from another Dr. Then he examined me and explained me what he was seeing during the examination. I was finally calm and feeling better. I don’t really trust doctors however Dr. Elias showed me that there are great doctors out there who care about your health as much as you do.

She really made me stay calm throughout this whole process and always took care of all the complicated stuff I was too stressed out to handle. Lisa and Jane are Dr. Elias’s two IVF NYC nurses that call to give daily updates. They were also great to work with and when I called multiple times for follow up questions they always called me back the same day.Dr. Elias always made us feel comfortable. My husband and I had multiple appointments with him because of my pre-ops for my fibroid surgeries, lap, etc. He has great bed side manner, he’s very kind, compassionate and extremely patient. We always knew the success rates going in which helped when a treatment didn’t work and he always took the time to thoroughly explain everything.He always called me to follow up after surgeries and several times when I freaked out over results. I truly feel he genuinely cares about his patients…he was the only person that could calm me down (just ask my husband). You just feel a sense of comfort when he’s talking to you. Dr. Elias is definitely the most patient Dr. I have ever met. Although morning monitoring was fast, I never felt like he rushed me without answering my questions.Dr. Elias was able to remove my fibroid with three minimally invasive hysteroscopic surgeries. After multiple IUIs and laparoscopic surgery which confirmed my blocked tube, we ended up doing IVF. Dr. Elias never made us feel rushed to move onto the next step until we were ready, but also gave us his honest opinion, which I really appreciated. The first IVF cycle ended in a CP, but my first FET was a natural un-medicated cycle and it was successful!! I’ll never forget that moment Dr. Elias called me to tell me I was pregnant. He personally did my second transfer so I think he was my good luck charm.Thank GOD we met Dr. Elias. Thank you so so much for everything you did for us. We will definitely be using him for baby #2!

Dr. Elias is hands down the best fertility doctor in New York, westchester, Mt. kisco area period and I’ve been to a few from her to Connecticut. I had two failed fibroid removal surgeries and he was able to remove my fibroids 1,2,3. He operated on me in the best hospital in Manhattan and he is just the best. I can’t say enough about Dr. Elias. He knows his specialialty. He is definitely someone special. We also froze my eggs just to ease my mind but I will be fine either way with him as my doctor. He and his staff are very personable, excellent, and very precise and knowledgeable from Jess at the front desk to all the phlebotomists Joanne and all ultra sound techs. In March 2019 I had my 3rd surgery for endometriosis and this was with Dr. Elias. From our consultation to my post-OP he was extremely polite, respectful, and compassionate. I was nervous switching doctors but he made me extremely comfortable and I know I made the right decision.

Dr. Elias was never my primary doctor but i met him only once and i will NEVER forget the experience. I had had a failed FET the month before i met him and i just decided i wont wait another month and i would just do the second FET as soon as i ovulated the next month. Originally i had wanted my own doctor to do the transfer but he was not scheduled to do them on the day and another doctor was. I spent the whole week of the transfer reading reviews about that doctor and prepping myself for the transfer. I was so nervous and anxious of the FET failing again and kept questioning whether i had made a wrong decision to not give myself time. On the day of the transfer my doctor called me to reassure me that the other doctor would take care of me and he had given him a rundown of my medical issues (i have a complex cervix which makes transfers difficult). Anyway hours later me and my husband walk to the hospital and ofcourse i am a little downcast as the receptionist recognizes me from 3 weeks ago and in my mind i am thinking she is thinking that girl that failed last time (ofcourse its just silly me thinking). Once we go to the back to the rooms to wait for the surgery imagine my shock when one of the ladies i was sitting with says the doctor who was supposed to do the transfer got sick and now it was Dr. Elias. I wanted to cry because i had just spent the whole week prepping myself for the other doctor and now this doctor i know nothing about. So you can imagine i was extremely anxious when i got into the room for the transfer. But i couldnt have asked for a better doctor. Dr. Elias was so kind, had already called my Dr. to check on my case and the whole process was a breeze. He was so kind, patient, explained each procedure, cracked jokes and made the whole transfer the very best process. He was like my good luck charm and just before i left, he said to me, this is it, this is your time and goodluck. When i left, i told my husband , this is it and for sure that was it, the transfer was a success and to this day i will always credit him and my primary doctor for my baby girl. Yes, even though i met him once but i would recommend him and thank him for his kindness

Staff is rude and disrespectful. Doctor will not give you a straight answer about anything. Wish I hadn’t wasted my time because I never got pregnant. Doctor didn’t even have the decency to call me. When I tried to speak to him over the phone, the staff told me that phone calls are not covered by my insurance.

Im very unhappy about the communication with the Doctor! The doctor himself is a wonderful doctor, but he cannot be reached personally; only through the nurses or by an appointment-which has a fee!!
