I’ve had an excellent experience at RMA Fertility in Mount Kisco and am truly grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received. One of the standout aspects of my experience has been the ease of communication. Jen, my coordinator, is incredibly accessible and goes above and beyond to respond to emails, even outside of business hours, which I really appreciate. She’s always so knowledgeable and helpful, making the process much smoother.As someone whos a difficult stick, I also want to specifically thank the lab staff for their patience and kindness. They’re always gentle, professional, and efficient, and I never dread the blood draws or other procedures, which is a testament to their skill and demeanor.I’m a patient of Dr. Lederman, but I’ve also had check-ins with Dr. Gerber. Both have been wonderful—clear, straightforward, and realistic in setting expectations, which I appreciate. The clinic runs like a well-oiled machine, and I’ve never had issues with scheduling or getting in and out of appointments quickly, which is crucial for me to get back to my office on time. Even on their busiest days, they’re quick, efficient, and always make me feel like a priority.I’m also thankful for the follow-up visits and medication reminders they send via email, which have been incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout my treatment. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better fertility clinic and am thankful for all the support from the entire team at RMA Fertility in Mount Kisco.

After spending almost six months getting “prepped” for another transfer and then relocating from FL to NY in the midst of it, I was terrified I’d lose time when I decided not to stay with my previous clinic and look for a local clinic. Dr Lederman was quick to see me, establish a plan and was patient with me while we went through some life changes that delayed our cycle. After we were finally ready, things moved so smoothly and the team at RMA Westchester were so incredible to work with through the cycle management. Our transfer went amazingly and we’re officially discharged and on our way to the final piece of our family puzzle 💙 I couldn’t be more thankful to our team (Nicole, Jen, Dr Lederman and all the staff in Mount Kisco)! Ellie is so excited to be a big sister and I truly am grateful the team made this process so much smoother than my last few doctors.

Dr. Lederman and the staffs support, guidance, and patience truly made a world of difference. Dr. Lederman and Jen were always there to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, they always took the time to make sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr.Lederman and team since July of this year and only have great things to share. With good news or bad, everyone is ready to tackle the issue head on to garner the best results. Our coordinator Jen is SO incredibly responsive and helpful and has been a comfort doing back to back cycles I know in her hands things are organized and nothing will be missed. The entire nursing team are some of the kindest people I have ever met whether calling to deliver results or setting you up for an egg retrieval, they are extremely sweet and caring. RMA of Mount Kisco is amazing and I couldn’t recommend more!!

RMA has been so amazing! My husband and I were so nervous entering the world of IVF and RMA has made every step of the way as stress free and supportive as possible. Dr. Lederman is knowledgeable, the nurses and staff are so sweet, and we are well on our way to parenthood thanks to them! Couldn’t be happier!!

My partner and I started working with Dr Lederman and his team last year and only have good things to say. This process is trying in every way - financially, physically and emotionally- and we always felt like we had a full spectrum of support. From Jen our beloved coordinator, to the wonderful nurses (Nicole, Katie and Jordan to name a few but they are all great), to the patient and kind crew doing the endless blood draws, and of course Dr Lederman himself. There were ups and downs and failures and successes but through every part of it we knew we were in good hands with the highest level of care and expertise to guide us through.

Jennifer has been a constant source of positivity, always responsive, compassionate, and understanding. Their professionalism and genuine care have been invaluable.The nurses and all the staff have also been amazing—welcoming, efficient, and kind at every visit. It truly feels like a family atmosphere, and I’ve felt supported and empowered throughout.If you’re looking for a team that combines expert medical care with true empathy, this is the one. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for me and continue to do and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Lederman and team and especially Jennifer his wonderful coordinator that truly goes above and Beyond. I have emailed all hours the night and weekends with questions, and Jennifer always answers. I feel so welcomed and loved, and knowing they are always there for me.

This is a modern and convenient location for those living outside of NYC or Long Island. The staff are all really nice and the nurse that did my blood draw was very skilled and caring. This was much appreciated as I am terrified of needles. Dr. Letterman was also very nice and professional and I am looking forward to going back!

My husband and I had our first consultation with Dr. Lederman in June of 2021 so we were fortunate enough to be able build a solid foundation with him. His professionalism and care throughout IUI cycles and our journey eventually leading to IVF was all that we could have hoped for. His team is just as incredible, from our care coordinator Jenna, to Nurses Katie and Nicole (just to name a few) could not have been more patient and supportive to make me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire, very emotional process. RMA of NY never made me feel like I was alone all the while going through an experience that could be very lonely and for that, I will forever be grateful for this practice and their staff.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the RMA Westchester offices. Dr Lederman and the other doctors in the group are professional and caring - as well as the nurses and staff. Our coordinator, Jen, has made a difficult and confusing process as seamless as possible.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr.Lederman and his team. Every interaction with his team was nothing less than hospitable, caring and helpful. A huge thank to my care coordinator Jenn who practically held my hand through the ENTIRE process. She was beyond accommodating and I cannot thank her enough for making such a life altering process so effortless. Really I don’t know how I could have made it through this with her!

Dr. Lederman and the team at RMA of NY are simply amazing. They offer so much support and have so much knowledge regarding fertility and the treatments they offer. My husband and I were lucky enough to conceive naturally the month prior to our scheduled egg retrieval. Dr. Lederman offered so much support as well as early monitoring which gave us such piece of mind as first time parents. I highly recommend Dr. Lederman and the whole team at RMA.

Dr. Gerber has impeccable bedside manner. She is very sweet, soft , knowledgeable and realistically compassionate. Dr Letterman , though I only had him for blood work and monitoring , is very good at his job as ie: interpreting lab work and right on the money when he started my cycle . Jen Ciappetta is wonder and even though I am new here, she gives me a family vybe. But more importantly, Alex from finance is really great. He will tell you what is covered through your insurance and for the most part I havent had any surprise billing. Which is really important for a patient.... as far as outcomes, the rest is up to God and his timing 🙏💕🫶🏽

I had an exceptional experience at this doctors office! From the moment I walked in, the office staff were friendly and welcoming. The nurses were knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel at ease.But what truly stood out was the outstanding service I received from my coordinator, Jennifer. She was incredibly responsive, promptly replying to my emails and going above and beyond to help me with my needs.My doctor, Dr. Lederman, was also amazing. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure I understood my care plan. His expertise and bedside manner are truly impressive.The phlebotomists were also consistently amazing, making what can be a stressful experience surprisingly comfortable.Overall, Im so impressed with the level of care and compassion shown by everyone at this office. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lederman and team worked with us to give us the best shot at starting our family. Thankfully I am now pregnant and discharged from RMA. But I honestly couldn’t have done it without everyone at RMA. Dr. Lederman was always very compassionate and cared about our best outcome. Would highly recommend him and everyone on his team. Love this place!! Great staff, Katie W is awesome and Jen my coordinator is amazing. Loving my experience so far. Dr Lederman is the best doctor, is so informative and helpful. They all make me feel so seen and heard.

This entire staff is wonderful. From the doctors and nurses to the receptionists and fertility coordinators - everyone makes you feel comfortable. Our fertility coordinator in particular, Jen Ciappetta has gone above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. I love that she tries to see us any time we are in person and really build a relationship, not just make things transactional. There’s also a nurse, Nicole, who is so pleasant every time she calls.

I was/am still a loyal patient of Dr.Lederman and he and his team are the most amazing people. From our first consultation to our last 10 week appointment with my baby, they were compassionate, informative, and realistic. Every procedure (3 medicated IUI’s, 1 IVF cycle, and one transfer) was handled with care. Because of RMA, I am 25 weeks pregnant with my first baby girl after trying for 4 years. We will continue to use Dr.Lederman and RMA to complete our family after our little girl comes.

Dr. Lederman and his team are incredible! Working with our coordinator Jen Ciappetta has been a dream. She’s so helpful and on top of our details that it makes us feel like we truly are the only patients there. Cannot recommend RMA enough throughout your family building journey!

This clinic requested authorization through my fertility benefit provider for an IVF cycle without my consent or knowledge. I had one conversation in September 2023 with a doctor at RMA and decided to move forward with another clinic and have not had contact with this clinic since.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Lederman and his incredible team at RMA, including Jenna and Jen. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt a sense of warmth and support that made my journey so much easier.Dr. Ledermans expertise and compassion are unparalleled. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.Jenna and Jen, Dr. Lederman’s coordinators were equally amazing. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire experience. They were always available to address my concerns and provided the emotional support needed during this time.

Excellent procedure performed by Dr. Lederman. Anesthesiologist Meredith was so lovely calling the night before to check my history, she was calm and warm. The nurses made me feel comfortable and safe. So grateful for this team!

Everyone at this office have been so awesome! We have Dr.Gerber as our Dr. Madeline as our coordinator and Jenn has been filling in for her. They are all exceptional! Thank you all for always being patient with all my questions and super nice and supportive through this process. You are all such a blessing!

Jen Ciappetta is compassionate, extremely patient, and overall just an amazing person to work with while my husband and I navigate IVF. We feel very lucky to have found both her and Dr. Lederman.

Dr. Gerber and her staff were (and still are!) everything I could have hoped for and more. Their professionalism, knowledge and kind hearts throughout everything truly made the whole process incredible. They were able to answer all my questions (at all hours!) and I really felt supported by everyone I encountered there. I would absolutely recommend the whole staff at RMA!

Its interesting to see how well a reproductive clinic provides the benches outside, neither of which looks clean. I would not sit here. Who knows what racoons have gone on here.

Dr. Lederman, his team, and all interactions I had with RMA during my journey were amazing. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and responsive and Dr. Lederman is an excellent doctor!

Telly is the blood whisperer!!! When you are being stuck with so many needles, there is comfort in knowing when Telly is there, you won’t feel a thing.

This might be a very long review, but I hope everyone who wants to consider RMA to see this first. I only went through 1.5 IUI Cycles and decided to switch clinic immediately.The first day 3 blood work they never called to inform resultsThe first round of IUI, they gave wrong contact information to Alto so I didn’t get any texts or emails about Ovidrel prescription so I almost missed the shot.First round of IUI, ultrasound showed I was going to ovulate on right side, as my right side foloppian tube is blocked, I had to tell Gerber to candel the IUI cycle, because there are 3 doctors you don’t have a dedicated doctor, who ever is owning there that day deals with you, however they three seem like don’t talk to each other! You have to educate the new doctor what problems you have.2nd IUI cycle:The day 3 blood work results didn’t come until I called, and they didn’t prescribe Letrozole and I caught it over the phone call, and CVS couldn’t get it ready within the same day…Must call them all the time, stall them all the time, push them to work, gosh!On 5/31/ my ultrasound was scheduled at 7:15, I arrived at 7:18, and waited until 7:45 to get called…And apparently it was quick and hurts, Lederman hurts me every time when doing ultrasound which I never had such unpleasant experience doing ultrasound anywhere else.6/1 IUI Day: I was a couple minutes late to the insemination, they even kept me waiting another 30 mins… when I asked the new doctor Klein (yes I experienced with all 3) if he’s using an ultrasound, he said no he knows where to put, but my uterus is tilted…A lot of red flags, RMA don’t treat me as a patient, they treat me as a number...

Much thanks to Dr Lederman! Because of him me and my wife are welcoming our firstborn in October! Thank you RMA for everything!
