I had an appointment today via video. I was told by Emma the P.A that I needed to call my insurance company to help me find a psychiatrist. Why do they not want to help since they are the experts. It makes 0 sense. Do not recommend this place at all.

Hi my experience at first care on Nations Ford was quite refreshing. I was surprised to see that they upgraded their entire office. The Dr. was kind and patient the staff were as well. There was not a long wait time either. Surprisingly, my blood work results came in quick. Thank you to everyone. 💗

I came here after experiencing side effects that included irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizzyness/weakness, brain fog, and shortly before my visit was experiencing numbness/stiffness in my left arm. I was taken back by a woman with large, drawn on eyebrows (not attempting to insult here, didn’t get her name and her actions should be addressed) where my blood pressure was taken twice. The result seemed to upset her as she demanded that I calm down. I was there seeking medical attention, so I wasn’t raising my blood pressure at will, but I can tell you I certainly wasn’t less calm after being scolded. I was then moved to a room where I was examined and they suggested a few tests based on my side effects and I was shown pricing. Reasonable enough, but the next issue comes when the lady showing me prices was pointing to numbers and verbally transposing digits, causing her to read them incorrectly while I was still dizzy/weak. When I asked to clarify, she started verbally combining amounts (randomly added a few numbers, and wasn’t just offering a total for all). At this point, I was feeling so unwell I agreed to the tests because I needed help and a few bucks is worth knowing if a larger health risk was at play, right? So, I agree to charges and was asked to stand and come to the front to pay at a card machine. I reminded them that I was feeling weak and could potentially pass out if forced to stand and they asserted that I needed to walk up to the counter to enter a pin. By the time I walked to the front, I was feeling dizzy and started to verbalize again my weakness and that I felt I was close to passing out. Someone poked their head around a corner and offered me water. (Which is actually a nice gesture UNTIL you consider that I had water in the room where I was seated before they made me get up to run my card knowing good and d*mn well that I was struggling to stand. And I made this known.) At this point, I was expending most of my energy on keeping myself up and I was so dizzy that I wasn’t really comprehending what they needed. I just kept saying I don’t know until I leaned backward, slid down a wall behind me, and told them that I was going to sit so I didn’t pass out. After a few seconds on the floor, I was told to return to the room and they would run the card and I walked myself back (this time unattended, despite struggling to keep myself up for more than a minute). Then there was a rather young, front desk employee (short to medium sized locks in her hair) who came in frustrated about my pin and aggressively asked if I could just get my father to come in and pay (incorrectly referring to my husband). Now, I’m not going to sit here and pretend that I expect every person walking down the street to correctly assume that someone gay vs. straight, etc. HOWEVER, this is the same person who checked us in, saw him fill out the paperwork while I was struggling to stand at the counter, and should also have had access to my paperwork with emergency contact info and my birthdate. My husband is within a year of my age, we do not share ANY physical characteristics, and I am in my thirties. There is… ZERO reasonable justification that any human being outside of a vegetative state should think that my spouse looks like he could be my father (other than pure, unprofessional dissociation). Moving beyond that, I sat for a few moments and was able to correctly guess at my pin. (Incredible what our brains can recall when we aren’t struggling to stay upright and conscious.) I proceeded to go through the additional tests and had to tell my PA about the numbness in my arm and that I had taken aspirin a few hours earlier despite the fact that this was relayed to the eyebrow lady doing my intake and had never been charted. Yes, I had to REMIND staff that were not communicating.Today my lab results cane back and I get fwd to a person who tells me everything was in range despite 3 results showing high or low. She then refused to connect me with a PA or doctor to clarify the discrepancy and accused me of “not believing her.”

Good people making good things I love them I recommend to anyones who may need not a doctor a good person who help you with your health

If I could give 0 stars I would. The way they treat their own employees is despicable and disgusting. The way they treat customers is insane. How they are still open, I have no idea. Go anywhere else besides here. I have first hand knowledge of some things that went down in this place of business and I am amazed that there are people like this that allowed to exist. This place is the definition of disrespect. Never go here. Unless you wanna leave feeling less than trash.

I took my mom there for her physical as per the immigration requirement when applying for permanent residency. The staff was great and made my mom feel at ease with the process. It was quick and easy. They answered all of my questions. The 3 staff members that we encountered with that day were well mannered and kind. I will recommend them and will definitely go back there

New to Charlotte dont have a primary care physician yet but they took care of me they really helped me out and the wait wasnt to long

This place is a joke. Staff are INCREDIBLY rude and mean. Mumbled directions under their breath. If you are so frustrated and hate your job so much, get a new one- literally everyone is hiring. If you don’t want to repeat yourself all day, have accurate signage/directions/instructions on what to do available. I came to get a covid test. The big Sign on the floor says pull around back to marked parking for covid testing and do not enter the building and call number to let them know you are here. Did that. There were no marked spots. Number went to a voicemail that was not monitored. Came back inside. Was told to sign in on the covid clipboard and register online. (Not what big sign on floor said to do) Did that. Took pen out of the “clean” bin. Asked where to put it now. She said back in the “clean” bin despite it being dirty. Been waiting for nearly 2 hours in my car. Person doing the testing has been seen once. All other cars in the parking lot that were here before me have since bailed. Just me and one other car waiting now. Went inside to get an update. Got yelled at. We will see how the rest of this goes….

The spanish front desk lady is very condescending. She is a awful Human being , i have never felt more belittled , i had and appointment today which she cancelled because she Stated she had other people waiting and Could not attend me. She told me to sit and Wait till she had time but when i told her i had a scheduled appointment she cancelled it. Told me my daughter Didnt Need it. My schedule appointment for my 6 year old was not honored and i gurantee they will still Try to bill me. Its unfortunate that you have people like This representing the clinic First point of Contact and its a terrible experience . I too am a spanish lady but everytime i take my daughter i feel so discriminated against maybe because my English is not Great and she feels as Though she is better. Not to mention shes had a horrible attitude before in the phone when i calles to ask if they were open because i was outside to pick up some médical récords and the door was locked at 10 am and i had already waited for 30 minutes. She answered Angrily and húng up. Its sad that this is the Service you receive upon walking into a medical clinic. If you have kids avoid this clinic she Seems to hate them too. If this is not a Job you seem to enjoy please find yourself a new one. And stop making the clínics patients miserable during their visits..

My overall experience was good. The doctors were polite and respectful they took their time external questions I answered as best as I could the lady at the front she was polite and courteous overall it was a good appointment. I was about to be seen as a walkin fast .

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. It is extremely frustrating and horrible to actually have to go through discrimination and be treated horribly and disrespectfully when you are there with health care professionals who are supposed to help you and be professional and care about your wellbeing. The lady who worked at the front disk assumed that u didn’t know how to speak English and treated me like I was stupid. It was a very bad experience and I don’t recommend going there at all. I’m never going back. I would highly advise you to not visit there. Bad experience and I almost passed out when they were trying to draw my blood for almost 30 minutes… DO NOT GO THERE!

Everyone was great, from the front desk lady (I didn’t catch her name!!), the medical assistant (I didn’t catch her name either I’m sorry!) and the PA, Thu. All wonderful women who listened to me, and provided great care. Thank you ladies!(-:

This hole in a wall clinic needs a boot 🥾 to replace the one Star. Nurse are rude and have no idea on how to do there job. Place is dirty. I will never allowed my kids to be seen here. I do not respect staffing. When do a job especially nursing you should know the work and appreciate the opportunity for the service you provide to patent. Horrible customer service horrible customer relations horrible nurses. I went here to get covid testing and will never go back . This place is a joke and should not be running. Sad STORY.

Literally every employee at the First Care Medical Clinic at The Plaza location, with the exception of one nurse, has treated me with absolutely 0 respect and was just over the top incredibly rude to me for no reason at all, they are defiantly a crew of unhappy people who’s horrible attitudes brush off on everybody in the room. I would give the Plaza location 0 stars if it were possible.Although I had to switch to the Nations Ford location due to my work hours and I’m incredibly happy that I did. Dr. Patricia was absolutely fantastic, I like her a lot as a doctor, you can easily just tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their staff is extremely friendly which was a huge pleasant surprise! I was in and out in 15 minutes at the Nations Ford location as apposed to the average 2+ hr wait time every appointment at the Plaza location all with booked appointments. My most recent visit went so much better than all my previous appoints at the plaza bringing my score from 0 stars all the way to 5. Dr. Patricia was so nice to me I got the sense that she actually cared about me without even knowing me prior. I am very happy to have switched locations. Thank you very much.

Absolutely horrible customer service and they way they allow employees to treat others is disgusting…0 Stars do not recommend… Go anywhere else call the Vet or even a farmer you will get better service because this place is absolutely garbage.

I’ve been coming to first care since I was 15. The doctors and staff are very friendly and always Quick to diagnose the issue the facility could use a fresh coat of paint and some new lobby furniture but otherwise no complaints

The staff was very well organized and efficient. I waited at another location for over three hours to be told they were out of rapid covid tests. I arrived to a full parking lot. The limited staff was working diligently to process paperwork and insurance forms (which takes time). They gave me a realistic timeframe and then got to me sooner than expected. I appreciate the efficiency and kindness of the staff. I was happy to wait (not their fault I waited until the last minute to get a covid test). They saved Christmas 🎄

I was seen quickly as a walk-in. The PA was professional and had obviously looked at my file prior to meeting with me. The phlebotomist took my blood without it hurting a bit. The receptionists were efficient and personal. They called in my prescriptions quickly. Overall, a great experience.Again today I visited this clinic and all if the above was correct again. I especially liked how personable and prossional the Medical technician, Meaghan was.12/22/22: again, a great visit. I had a 3:15 appointment and had gotten there early and they got me in and out by my original appointment. time. The PA was insightful, personable, and listened to me.The receptionist worked as triage also.This visit restored my confidence in this establishment.

**DO NOT RECOMMENDED** If you are looking for place to take Immigration physical exam try to avoid this office. First of all I’ve had physical exam for at least 2-3 times (at different doctor office) and I have never been charge so much compare to this office... they’re expensive. But the price is just a minor of the problem, the result of the exam is no where near ready of what I’ve been told it will be ready. They told me to call the next day and I did and after that they told me to call again the next day, like? What? Very frustrating. I don’t know how they’re qualified by immigration. I didn’t have this kind of problem with my past exam... the wait is also unacceptable long. Overall NOT RECOMMENDED!! I’m sorry but this office needs a lot to improve.

Dr. Geena Rose Grandinetti is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. She very caring and understands what you going through. I recommend her as a great doctor to see here at First Care on Nations Ford Rd Charlotte

Absolutely horrendous. Not one employee wearing a mask. Filled out 10 pages of paperwork online after scheduling an appointment only to be told I did not have an appointment and having to fill out the paperwork again. Their website specifically says they accept Cigna insurance yet I was told, verbatim, i dont care what the website says, we do not accept your insurance so if you would like to be seen you will have to wait a long time DO NOT GO HERE

We had an appointment for a Covid test at the CVS next door. Even though their website said they had the rapid test, they informed us when we showed up for our appointment that they did not. We were leaving for a cruise 2 hours later and needed the negative Covid test to get on the ship. We saw the First care site next door. We walked in and 15 mins later we had our test and our letter of proof we tested negative. The staff was very friendly and nice. Would highly recommend them!

My visit today was perfect. I was there to get my COVID shot. The staff was professional, courteous and efficient. They took my early and laid out everything that was going to happen. Very thorough, very kind. I look forward to returning for the second shot. John

Everyone was nice and lovely doctors and everybody were so nice. I really liked the last doctor. She was really concerned about my Health really nice staff

Quick in and out, possibly due to the end of day and the day of the week. Took a bit to verify my insurance, but took me straight to the back once it was time.Actually had the time to meet more of my needs than the ER, which I visited just a few days prior. Came out with needed prescriptions that helped until my blood work comes back.Wish they were opened during extended hours so I could avoid the ER all together.

Any time we have had to deal with them it has been stressful and a headache. When we went for my husbands immigration physical they did not use proper protocol when my husband had passed out from having his blood drawn, then when we were told he had a vaccination he was missing that we had to go there for we went and was sent away to get it at a pharmacy because they were out when we had called an hour before and they said they had it and would be willing to get him in for it. Then we were called a few months after and told he was missing other vaccinations and we knew he had those, but had to email them the records. Well they gave us anemail and it didnt work. We call back today and the lady on the phone was being absolutely difficult with us about giving us the email...icould hear her roll her eyes when we told her qe needed it and that we didnt have a fax machine to send thebrecords... im very unhappy...

My experience was great today.PA Geena was extremely helpful along with the rest of the staff.I had to get something done for business and the assisted me immediately due to the time constraint.Thankful 😊🫂

I was taken care of. Ms Destiny was a great help. She walked me through all of the process with kindness. She deserves a RAISE 🤑

I went here for a Covid test as I needed to travel. They said they accommodate that kind of testing even though I had no symptoms and no exposure.When I went in the only other person in the waiting room did not have a mask on. The receptionist struggled to communicate and had me fill out a full medical history. For a Covid test. My children previously had to have a test due to an exposure and we went to Novant and they didn’t take a full medical history. Just the test. I complete the paperwork and the receptionist says go around back. Did not clearly articulate that I had to DRIVE around back to get tested. There I waited 15 minutes and then I called and asked if I was supposed to go in somewhere (there was only that 1 person in the waiting room and 1 other car in the parking lot) they said no they’d be out. They did come out and had me sign a COVID treatment form despite me telling them they are NOT treating me. Someone else came out took vitals and gave me the test.I went home waiting for results but when I looked in my online portal they listed that I had been exposed to COVID-19 but I had told them I had NOT been exposed.I had to call multiple times to try to get a copy of result because nothing was showing up in the portal. Almost every time I called someone would answer and hang up. I finally found someone who was great and she got the results lodged into my portal. They then scheduled me for another appointment which I did NOT schedule. There were few people that worked there that seemed to care about people not to mention customer service. Not worth going to.EDIT: Although the person responded to this review asking to follow up, when I sent an email I received no response back.

This Medical Center location is by far the best in Charlotte. I love the diversity of the staff as well as the bilingual services offered to support all ethnic groups in the community. The services offered are broad and so is their reach, offering pediatrics, updated lab testing, mental health therapy and Im sure much more. I look forward to continuing to trust them with all my healthcare needs for the years to come.

The staff was professional to say the most, but when I had an issue with an appointment that I never set up and tried to call them to ask for them to correct the error and quit calling me everyday, the person that answered the phone was rude, did not let me speak and rushed me off the phone, and had the worst attitude. So if you dont want to be mistreated by their office assistant I suggest you go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. I arrived 15 minutes early for the desk attendant to wait 15 minutes after my appointment to ask for my insurance info, mind you there was no one there. I then asked her how long the wait was and she said she didn’t know because she’s the only one that speaks Spanish, as if that had anything to do with me. 45 min later and she still hasn’t told me my copay, now she’s taking all this time helping people that came after me. I made an appointment for a reason, I could’ve just walked in if I was going to have to wait. I do not recommend to anyone who has a busy schedule

I have never in my life written a review for anything but it would be a disservice to anyone even considering stepping foot in this place if I did not share just how inept, rude, and blatantly disrespectful this office is. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE FOR IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAMS. My parents had the great misfortune of coming here and the treatment they received is unacceptable. The office manager in particular is the source of the problem and her attitude and actions to belittle the clinics clients is equally infuriating and pitiful. She purposefully made this entire process harder and longer than it needed to be and made my parents run endless circles simply out of spite. Once more, I implore anyone who needs any immigration medical exams to please AVOID this place, their discriminatory practices, and the absolutely awful office manager.

Attittude from receptionist, heavy set black lady as i was there at 9am. she was very short in patience with me on instruction. i did give wrong info but she says she called a second time and i got no call. Awful customer service. Finally was seen after i corrected my car color but she tried to embarrass when i returned. I was there 3 hours...Sad

I was the first and ONLY person there at 9:00 when they opened. And no one else came in for at least 10-15 mins. However they still did not make it out to my car to swab me until 9:30. Then I was told results would take 10 mins. Right after she swabbed me another woman came out and told me they don’t take my insurance so I’d have to pay $130 which is absolutely incorrect. (Covid testing is free for all!!) so they said we’ll check. 20 mins later, no one has informed me of anything and no test results so I go inside to ask and the front desk woman has an attitude with me stating they are backed up…then don’t tell me 10 mins!!!! Another 8 mins passed before they finally brought my test results out. Therefore if you go, don’t expect it to be quick.

The black girl at the front desk on 12/30 was playing mind games. Told me she would take care of me and did not. When I asked if there were any other test for covid available instead of the rapid she said yes “but you will need to pay for it” I then told her I have insurance. She said let me check on that for you and had me go wait outside. Keep in mind at that time I had already been there from1:39- 5:35 and was told by the doctor conducting the covid test when I checked in regardless of me not having my insurance card just put no insurance. Anyway to make a long story short the girl then came out and said we can’t take you because you have insurance and don’t have you card and it’s against policy. At that point I’m frustrated cause I was told that I could be seen without it so I gave her pushback about what she was telling me. She then said she would go check to see if they could still see me. Me being me got out of my car and went and talked to the nice Hispanic lady at the front who said “noooo we are going to see you”. After that the Arab lady conducting the covid test came out on and asked the nice lady at the front desk “ are we going to see curry today because I was told she has insurance but does not have her insurance card” keep in mind the Arab lady is the one who checked me in and told me that no insurance was required. The nice lady at the front desk told her “yes of course she’s having symptoms no insurance is needed it’s protocol” I know it was almost time for them to go home but you have a job to do and it’s not to turn a patient away with symptoms and playing mind games because it’s almost the end of your shift. The Hispanic lady, I think she was Hispanic but her accent sound kind of Jamaican. Anyways she needs a raise she very kind and puts all patients first. The other 2 ladies very unprofessional.

I made an appointment to be tested for covid today at 3:45 pm. Got to my appointment, filled out my on-line paperwork and received an e-mail that said to go around back to get a covid spot. It DID NOT say to go in and check in. So, I did get a spot and waited....at 4:20 pm I called the office, so I thought, and told them I was in the back waiting as I was a new patient and filled out my paperwork blah blah blah. They told me they would check on it. Then around 4:40 pm, I called again and was told I was talking to the over flow person and I should have checked in when I got there, even though I was there for a covid test, and the email did not say to check in inside only to park in a covid testing spot. So I went around to the front and they closed at 4:40pm. I then went around back and knocked son the door and someone answered, told them what was going on and was told that the doctor wouldn’t see me, even though they really don’t close until 5pm, and that they closed. I was on time for my appointment!!! They have to clarify how to have patients check in!! And why would you have a patient who wants a covid test come in your office??? I guess I should have read the reviews before booking this appointment! Waste of time!! 0 Stars

This place is very unprofessional! Starting from the front desk staff to the staff in the back . They will not see you past 5 because their so in a rush to leave . I was there with my son and witness the front desk lady deny a patient with a child and sent them to a different location. Once I was called in 2 hrs later the medical assistance were complaining about still being on the clock they were also going to start some testing on my child before the doctor sent another medical assistant to reschedule because they were about to close ALSO he tested positive for strep and they never called me to give me the results I had to call and ask for his results. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! Stay away from this DUMP

Never Ever Visit this place for Immigration physical.Let me share my experience here. I visited them in the month of MAY and paid them $400 for Immigration physical.. They gave me hard time.. No one picked the phone ..They are biggest lier on the streets.. One lie after another. Then never gave me my medical and eventually in month of November I found another doctor and Got my immigration from that place.They never returned my money also ..They should at least return my money because they never provided the service. They are NOT ORGANISED people ..DO not go there Please otherwise you will regret.

Me and my wife had a immigration physical exam. Same as in previous comments when my wife started to pass out from blood drain nurse just turn around and left us.After that I had to go other place for VACCINE because they dont have it.And on top of all that I received a 850$ bill from laboratory that should be paid by the clinic. Its been 3 months and this bill is still not paid. We try to reach billing department for a month and there is a voice mail all the time. When you call call the clinic nobody want to speak with you.

Came in for a COVID test, absolutely unprofessional environment. They had me waiting for 5 hours just for them to tell me my test was already done when it wasn’t. Over packed parking lot expecting us to be up by the door and the test was done horribly wrong. Overall a selfish and rude place.

The staff and doctor were very pleasant made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood the affect of prescribed meds and because they have primary care I have now found an affordable doctor I can go yo for all my medical needs they were outstanding today

They turned me away and said that I had to present a medical card. Im awaiting my card in the mail so I was issued Temporary Benefit Cards that are printed out. The front desk barely looked at it. I even asked why they cant help me even if I had all the necessary information and a scheduled appointment. They didnt offer any help or even asked if I would like to reschedule. In other words if I would of had a medical emergency this doesnt seem like the place with the type of urgency to adequately help.

When I go to my Doctor in Rock Hill SC. She understand me and get to know me and how I take my medicines. But when I have to go to Nation Ford in Charlotte NC they treat me like some drug head like Im addicted to my pain pills . First time I went the owner took my MGs down, the second time and the last time I went she said I need to take them once a day. What is it with the pain pills is everyone addicted?

Nurse practitioner Ashley is one of the best!!She was so nice, caring, and attentive to all my needs& concerns. Best visit there by far.

Olga at the Nations Ford location is very rude, disrespectful and condescending. She walked away while i was speaking to her, tried to charge me for test starting my insurance doesnt cover them. After i pressed the issue she then went to say the owner told them to charge for test up front. She charged my daughter a co pay off $25 when it co pay is only $15. When I ask for my lab results from September she told me that they were busy and the go sit down and somebody to come and see me. I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to First Care Medical Center especially on Nations Ford Olga brings the place down by herself her attitude really needs to be readjusted and she needs to go to customer service School. I am still waiting on my refund for the extra money charged. Also my daughter wasted her time there since the reason for her visit was never addressed yet we paid a co pay that day.

I use to really like this place and they had fast service and my mom knew the doctor Connie Kim and MS. Iran now that they are no longer at this location seems like things have changed and they move very slow. I will look until getting my mom to another clinic I no longer like this location for the wait time when u have appointment, for service, this place in general needs some work.

If I could give one star I would. Absolutely the WORST service I’ve experienced at a medical facility. I arrived right before 5pm (they close at 6pm) and was REFUSED medical service because the receptionist “could not speak to an agent to verify my insurance.” I asked to speak to someone else - I am ill and need to see a doctor - and this person also told me I can’t be seen without insurance verification but she added that they “don’t like to see people after 4pm” (even though they are open until 6pm). This place should be shut down.

I had the best experience with Hawo Mohamd. She does an outstanding job! She has excellent customer service skills. She is caring, kind hearted, and very professional!! She always greet you with a smile! She goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of her patients. She is truly an asset to First Care Medical Center on Nationsford road. I truly enjoyed her helping me! Good people like her is hard to find. I highly recommend that you see her when you go to First Medical Center!

If I had the chance to give no starts I wouldnt. I just recently moved to NC and came as a walk in with my insurance approval letter since I havent receive the card thru mail. The letter has all my info and insurance info. And they denied to see me because the card was not in hands. Is sad because for a person who was worked for the medical field for years I know u dont denied a patient in pain and most importantly a patient with health insurance. I hope the main office does something with this facility. I will be filing a serious complaint.

The problem was that some of the employees were rude and made faces when we were talking it felt like we were being belittled by them. There was one nice lady that’s why this place gets a two star. Also when we called them one lady said “I can’t hear you” my father said “ma’am cane you hear me “ She said no and hung up the phone.

I went in for antibotics I dont have the flu or covid I have they did the COVID &Flu test even though tgey told me they arent gonna run it. Now they threatened to call the police on me if i dont go pay for my results. DONT GO HERE BAD MEDICAL SERVICE!!!

It was very nice the receptionist was very friendly and polite and pleasant it ran a little later than expected but that’s to be expected but over all the kids had a great experience!! That’s what’s important for me!

I love this urgent care because they tell you up front what the prices are and in the 10 years I have lived in charlotte I have never know other doctor offices or urgent cares to tell you upfront how much each service will cost! They have up to date technology and going here will save you money and keep your insurance down!! I would highly recommend first care medical to everyone! Call ahead though to find out when there are their less busy times are for appointments or drop ins.

Evil, sarcastic, egotistic, fraudulent, illiterate. This place makes their own rules, claim to go by First Care standards. Im not sure why this place hasnt been busted or shutdown for something, many awful reasons. Olga is the receptionist, she admits she hates filling out paperwork and Blue Cross Insurance is a lot of trouble, so I asked if I could fill out the paperwork and help her somehow. She requested I try another doctors office. I have never been treated so disrespectfully.

Horrible, Fraudulent, and unprofessional! My son went there to have a physical for sports Dr. Benedict Okwara stated that he wouldnt sign off unless they did blood work?? For what this isnt required for a physical, and when speaking with the receptionist Alicia Flowe rude, and unprofessional disconnected the call prior to me finishing the conversation. I advised that I dont expect to see any claims as this will be fraudulent for a service that wasnt rendered. I ended up taking my son to CMC Steele creek where I was advised, I was correct blood isnt required, and was out within 15 minutes. As far as First Care 1 star isnt even close should be 0. I will be filling a complaint with the state and the proper personnel!

Went to get my 10 month old check she had fever had little red dots in her tummy hands and feet and wasnt eating or drinking much. The Doctor went and saw her told me she needed some blood and some other test. OK right when they came in they just did the throat test and that was it I thought they was going to give me the results they had me waiting for hours and then the nurse comes in and is like come with me and took me to the exit door didnt give me no results or anything I asked and she didnt tell me anything just make an appointment for a 3weeks from now . I asked and told the front desk girl she like let me check they had sent meds for respiratory infection I was like why didnt they tell me her test results she like Im not sure so days go by I see my daughter is full of red dots took her to the emergency room and they told me to stop the medicine that they gave her cause she didnt have no respiratory infection or any infection they were saying it was mouth hand foot disease that it would go away on its on ....

I went here today and this will be my last. Doctor Benjamin is a straight ass hole he is very rude didnt even come back to check on me after testing.. He is a lazy black doctor that is unprofessional.. He wouldnt even prescribe my normal medications.. He didnt even check on me after the medical assisting. He even lied about sending over my treatment... people dont go here its nothing but the devil and greed.... Dr. Benjermaine isnt right at all I even felt uncomfortable when he came in the room the first time just to use his stethoscope and he walked out what happen to checking up everything and asking questions???? Hes lazy I will be reporting to the health border!!!! Stay away from here its very unprofessional and ghetto.... NATION FORD LOCATION... I called the pharmacist and they ask me a question because there concern about all pills they sent me.... who does that these doctors at first care medical trying to kill us with all these meds at one time smh never again I will go here !!! I cancel everything they sent me because in my heart its not for me why change something that Im not used to taking????

Been to this clinic a few times. Health care professionals do not seem very qualified. I was subjected to medical tests that were unnecessary. It also takes too long to be seen. Had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. once did not get seen until after 4:30. Would recommend as a last resort if you cant be seen anywhere else.

WORST ESTABLISHMENT IVE EVER BEEN TO. Went in with an urgent care emergency yesterday afternoon around 5, the website said they closed at 6. I got there they said the doctor stopped taking walk ins at 4 and everyone was sitting around doing absolutely NOTHING. what is the point of an urgent care if not to take walk ins? She scheduled me an appt for 5:30pm the next day (since I dont get off work till 5) and called this morning saying she needed to cancel because the dr is leaving at 5 and there is a diff dr. there EVERYDAY. I dont trust this place and will never return.

1st visit to this medical facility for Covid testing. My daughter and I were pleased they are across the street from where we live and offered rapid Covid results. The place was clean and had a professional friendly staff. We will be returning with any medical needs we may have. #satisfiedpatients

This office is a complete joke. An office full of Kindergarteners would get more done than them. The 2 front desk women are so rude they should honestly be fired. & every doctor I have met in the office well idk how they are doctors. Im better off going to the hospital if I need anything. The only people worth anything in that office is the medical assistants. I wish someone would shut this place down or at least replace all of the main doctors and the front desk staff. I dread going every single time.

My God, this is the worst! It is almost a month and still didnt get my cholesterol result back, lady keep saying call back.Lady who took my blood, totally butchered my arm.Doctor was nice.I called and lady told me that everything is normal for my blood results, I asked are you sure, she said yes, I said are you sure my cholesterol is normal, then she said let me call lap and call us back and I am so tired of call them back.JS

I would recommend this place. From Keisha at the front desk to the tests and Thu Dinh who attended to me. They were all pleasant and non-dismissive. Thank you for making me feel heard and seen. I appreciate both of you.

This place is not responsible about anything. The people that work here are unprofessional. I arrived to this place at 10 a.m. in the morning and got out at 4 p.m., the doctor never sent the prescription to the pharmacy, I had to go to the clinic three times to say that they had forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy, and all they did was say that they were going to send did it ,but never did. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they give the worse service ever.

Went in and got diagnosed with shingles in the eye and only got PAIN MEDDICINE no antiviral medication NOTHING ! The doctor okwara is a joke!!! Nurses and everyone were nice but the doctor need to be fired ! Went to my eye doctor and even she thought it was strange that he didn’t start me on antiviral meds ..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE IF DOCTOR OKWARA IS IN OFFICE . THE WORST!

I scheduled an appointment for a COVID test at 5 PM. Upon arriving, I was impolitely informed that they had no more COVID tests and that they had called everyone who was getting tested. No, I did not get a call.

Went to get my shoulder checked after making an appointment online, never mentions on website or page anything about only covid testing. dont go here for anything other than covid testing because thats the only thing they try to help you with.

During this crazy time, the staff was always friendly and sympathetic. They are enduring long hard days. I pray that they stay safe. I appreciate all of your hard work!!!!

They were kind and efficient. I had to take a chair outside because I had caught and UBER. But, the desk receptionist and test taker were great.

The worst experience of my life, my immigration process was denied after this clinic handed me a sealed envelope missing a medical signature on my exam in September 2019, i am still struggling to have my case reversed for over 1 year, this caused me unemployment and inability to renew my drivers license, since immigration denied my case based in this clinic’s mistake. The worst thing is that I went to the clinic and they still treated me badly and didnt make a point of resolving it.One more point, the price charged for the exame was $100 more expensive than the others places, I but just found out later when I had to retake a new exame to try to convince the immigration center that wasn’t my fault.

I will definitely recommend this place, first time of my visit with first care the staff was great the front desk was on point with my check in, mrs.rosa got my blood drawn she did great job, and the provider mrs Margaret was delightful she listens to me, felt on good hands great.

They have always been very unprofessional you would think that now in 2021 it would be different. They always say they are going to send a referral but never do. When they receive phone calls they don’t send the paperwork after multiple times. I constantly have to ask them to do their job.

They were very helpful. My only criticism is that they did not take my health insurance and it was very costly to go. My advice is to check your insurance provider.

I got here 15 minutes early and the woman at the front desk ignored me for 15 minutes instead of checking me in and then made me wait outside for another 30 minutes. I eventually had to call them to make sure they knew I was still there.

This people dont care about patients.I went on Friday just for a refill of phenobarbital they told me that they send it to the pharmacy. Today its Tuesday and the pharmacy never received anything.

Terrible attention, they called me that they had to repeat an ultrasound that was abnormal, that I had to go to the clinic urgently; after waiting for 2 hours; The sonographer comes out and tells me that they are not going to do anything to me because it is not necessary, that in 1 year they are going to repeat the ultrasound. According to them, I have an 8 cm cyster on my left ovary and other cysts that needed to be repeated. Apart from the fact that the secretary who is there thinks she is a doctor and she is the one who says what is right and what is wrong. They treat people very badly. They should talk to that lady at the reception, its not the first time theyve treated me this badly. They must be serious because they cannot play with the patients health.

I liked how they treated my daughter Christy Hernandez today the nurse treated my daughter with great care, she was talking to her so that when she drew blood she wouldnt scream and everything went well and then the doctor was talking to me and my daughter and I really loved it How kind the doctor was to my daughter and me, everything was perfect. She was giving advice to my daughter Christy Hernandez and she was very happy with everything the doctor told her. Thank you very much for being so kind to us, but what I found I was glad that I was able to explain to them what my daughter had because they both spoke my language, Spanish, and I took it out on them explaining everything that was happening to my daughter and the doctor told me that she would help me with my daughter as she suffers from nerves a lot. thank you nurse and doctor for your help it was great

The lady at the reception is very rude and they dont have anything from pediatricians, my baby had vaccines and his leg was left with a lump and purple too and today I told the lady at the entrance but she didnt care. I take importance, very bad experience from the beginning. First and last time I take my baby there, and I hope that my babys ball will soon be removed.I do not recommend this clinic at all, least of all for children.

Very bad service today I was at the clinic with my 7 year old daughter with cough, flu and fever, I waited at the reception for approximately 1 hour and a half later they took her to the room to wait for a doctor who never arrived and a nurse still arrives to ask if the The doctor had checked on my daughter, I left there very angry without them checking on my daughter because she felt bad. Actually, I wouldnt give it a single star.
