Let me start off by saying I do not leave reviews. I had plans on leaving one for whatever IVF clinic I followed through with. My fertility journey started a few years ago. I saw a civilian clinic in Raleigh in 2022. During that time I felt like a number and felt like I needed more guidance as to what steps to take after the initial testing. No dice. Thereafter I did a few rounds of IUI at Womack Army Hospital where I loved the staff. Unfortunately when it came time to do IVF they did not take the insurance I had through my company that provided a one time allotment of $30K towards infertility ( don’t get me started on why it’s insane this isn’t a covered women’s issue)! I went to another doctor here in Fayetteville. I never met the doctor and the nurse would prescribe medicine and not tell me “why” I needed to take it. She also asked if I wanted twins which I knew was a no-no for IVF.I did more research and decided to go with Wilmington Fertility Center. There were only 5 x 5 star reviews but I loved that they were affiliated with a larger IVF clinic and that they were smaller. It was important to me that I be a person and not a number and there I was. Dr. Sessions is extremely informative and has wonderful bedside manner. She took every precaution to make sure my success rate was as high as possible. This included testing for inflammation (apparently something most facilities don’t test for until after your first failed IVF cycle. She did mock transfers and dilated my cervix early to avoid any blood during transfer that could result in a failed transfer.The nurses are amazing! Madison, Cindy, Savannah are all wonderful. I literally had Madison on rotation. She always called back same day and would respond to the 900 questions I had via email. They are all so pleasant and new me by name. Jessica at the front desk was super sweet as well and always knew who I was. This is a smaller office but I I loved them so much. I drove 2 hours for every visit and would do it again in a heart beat. I am happy to say as of today I am 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant! ♥️

Let me start by saying the office staff, front desk girls and nurses are all lovely! Dr Session is very knowledgeable and nurse Savannah has a heart of gold! I went there in August to start IVF, all was well...months of testing with no issues. I got the green light to start IVF October 2024, we ordered medications and paid in full $13,200. Two days later I was told I needed cleared by anesthesia staff...turns out they didnt feel comfortable putting me to sleep due to my neck being a little chunky so I got turned down.I lost some weight and came back under the limit and was told by the second anesthesia provider that even though I was under the required weight that the first woman said no and if she turned around and said yes and something happened, she would be the one in front of the judge.You knew what I looked liek when I first came in. If I was going to be rejected it should have been at the first visit not after you made thousands from my insurance company on all the uncomfortable and invasive testing.I requested a refund and had to wait for a committee to meet a month later so they could decide how much I was refunded.I got the run around with the manager for weeks and was told wait to hear from the business office....never did. I had to find their number myself and call, the woman said my account had no notes of a refund. Multiple phone calls later it was fixed.January 13th I got my refund after OVER 12 weeks. Who takes three months to give a refund? They do.I already emailed them how I felt and not so much as a were sorry it didnt work out but I bet they respond to my review with a so sorry please contact us BS.This experience was an absolute nightmare. Good luck to anyone who goes to them.

Love this place, wonderful Dr. Session and front desk and nurses!!Financial/Billing department at WFC/Boston IVF on the other hand could do much BETTER. Had a VERY STRESSFUL time dealing with my IVF loan. Please do better. Especially during a very vulnerable time.Started my journey here in 2023-2024, and now due with my little one in May 2025. A very hard journey of Unexplained Fertility, now with a very happy ending. All because of WFC! Thank you all!

This has been such a frustrating time for my husband and I and even though we didnt get the news we wanted, the staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Session was above and beyond. Even in my saddened state everyone made me feel happy and got me to smile. I would tell anyone to go here!

Struggling with infertility is incredibly stressful and mentally draining!. From the first time I called and spoke with Genna to meeting with Dr Sessions the first time have been amazing. Each and every one of the front desk staff to the clinical staff make this time as stress free as possible!. I had blood drawn in this clinic by I believe Madison . She was amazing! It was as painless as possible and she made sure I was aware of exactly what labs they were drawing . Each time I go for a base line ultrasound they are kjnd enough to allow my husband to go back with me which helps a lot!! We had our first IUI a few months ago which was done by Cindy she made it as comforting as possible And made sure neither me or my husband were uncomfortable during the procedure and made sure we knew the steps before hand . In between cycles they stay in contact to make sure your doing okay! Cindy Madison Gena there is also a new lady at the front desk she is amazing as well! Very welcoming and cheerful! and Dr Sessions are amazing ! Hopefully one day instead of going for an appointment I can bring my baby to met all of them .! This clinic is by FAR THE BEST . We drive over three hours to go here when we have options as little as 45 minutes! We chose the best clinic and will drive 3 hours to continue to go here!

We are so incredibly happy with the care we have received from Dr. Session, Cindy, and the entire staff. It is intimidating to make that first appointment, however the clinic made us feel so welcome and taken care of from the beginning. Dr. Session is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. I couldn’t recommend her and her clinic enough!!Update: Dec 2024 and 31 weeks pregnant with our IVF baby after Dr. Session and the staff at Wilmington Fertility Centers care. There were billing issues/financial department inconsistencies earlier on in the process that hopefully were ironed out for other patients. But obviously beyond thrilled with the staff, medical care, and outcome. Can’t wait to share our update after our sweet IVF baby boy is earthside in our arms. Thank you Dr. Session, Cindy, and staff!!!!

My husband and I recently had our initial consultation at Wilmington Fertility Center and were very pleased with the patient centered environment that WFC had established. We also felt confident in our future care under Dr. Session as she is incredibly intelligent and a wonderful educator. In addition, we felt empowered at our appointment because for the first time it felt like we had a say in how we wanted to proceed with our journey to parenthood. I’m looking forward to the day that I will post a review celebrating motherhood.
