Incinta Fertility Center has been a beacon of hope for us during one of the most challenging journeys of our lives.From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted by Ashley’s warm and friendly smile at the front desk. She always made us feel welcome and set such a positive tone for each visit.Diane, our clinical coordinator, went above and beyond to support us every step of the way. She treated us like family, advocating for us and ensuring we felt cared for during every milestone.Dr. Park, our physician, was truly exceptional. Her thoroughness, expertise, and compassion provided us with the clarity and hope we needed to keep going. We always felt we were in the best hands with her guidance and care.Charlie’s kindness and encouragement meant so much to us throughout this process. She made an already stressful journey feel just a little lighter with her thoughtful check-ins and incredible support.The rest of the team, including the phlebotomy staff and nurses, were also incredibly kind and warm. They always made us feel comfortable and cared for during every interaction, which made all the difference in our experience.Thanks to the amazing team at Incinta, we are now living a dream we once thought was out of reach. We cannot recommend them enough for anyone navigating the world of fertility treatment. They are simply the best!

Ive been coming to Incinta since February this year, after having visited several other clinics and not feeling comfortable moving forward with them on my fertility journey. During my time here, I must say that I am confident that I have received top of the line care, from a truly state of the art facility. Everyone at Incinta is very knowledgeable and kind, and always do their best to help you make the right choices to reach your goal of getting pregnant. Shout out to all the hard working nurses - especially Lily, and Donna- who have been so patient answering all my questions, no matter how silly I think they were. Dr. Lin is truly the best doctor that you can go to for fertility treatment. While there are some inevitable issues as with any medical clinic- like sometimes limited time with the doctor or longer wait times in the mornings- this journey has been more than worth it for me, as I am currently 6 weeks pregnant with my first child (via my first round of IVF) after 3 years of trying. I highly recommend Incinta for your fertility needs.

My husband and I couldnt be more happy with Incinta. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and the reception area is stunning. All the staff from the receptionist, patient relations Charlie, our nurses Lily and Alyson to Dr. Lin were so encouraging and helpful through the entire IVF progress. They were all very supportive and helpful with any questions and accommodations! Another aspect that makes this facility top notch is they do everything in house. So you never have to go to another location for anything. I am also happy to report my husband and I are pregnant! We are beyond excited!

Best place ever , I struggled with infertility for over 13 years. They took time to ensure the best plan possible. I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I’m super excited. This place has taken great care of me during this process and has worked with me very patiently. I never thought this would be possible , me and my husband are very happy and I can’t thank them enough.

After years of struggling with infertility, having testing done, and three failed IUIs with our primary healthcare provider, my wife and I decided that we would have better opportunities pursuing IVF. We knew that this option was much more costly, but we had hopes that it would also be more successful. We chose Incinta due to positive things we had heard and the convenience of their location. We do not have IVF coverage and were paying for all treatments out of pocket, so picking the right fertility specialist was very important to us. Incinta felt right as soon as we arrived. The front desk receptionists are so kind and welcoming and visiting with them has become one of our favorite parts of our appointments. Our first consultation appointment with Dr. Lin left us feeling comfortable that we had made the right decision. He was knowledgeable, caring, and very proud of his success rates. His confidence made us feel better about our decision. While Dr. Lin is fantastic, everyone who works at Incinta is amazing - they are friendly, helpful, and it always feels like they have your best interest in mind. By the time we switched to Incinta, many of our previous fertility tests were too old to use, so we had to get a lot of new testing done before we were able to start IVF. While Incinta offers these tests, they did not push us to use their services and encouraged us to get them done with our primary healthcare providers to help save us money. Additonally, Incinta offers IVF and transfer packages and teacher discounts and the financial team does a great job of explaining the associated costs. Charlie with financial is a sweetheart and always takes the time to check in with us when she sees us in the office. Our IVF coordiator, Diane, is amazing. She is responsive, supportive, and it feels like she is right beside you every step of the journey. Our IVF journey has been full of ups and downs, but Diane was with us every step of the way. From waiting for fertilization results after my wifes egg retrieval, to waiting on genetic testing, and waiting on beta tests after transfers, it feels like Diane is just as anxious to get the results as we are. She is extremely proactive and always trying to think of ways to best help her patients. After an unsuccessful first transfer, when sharing the bad news with us, Diane was able to help us move past the disappointment by sharing suggestions that Dr. Lin had for the next transfer cycle. We took these suggestions and the transfer worked! My wife and I are hopeful that this pregnancy will continue to be viable but we know that whatever happens next, Incinta will be there for us.

Early this year (2024), my husband and I decided to find a new fertility clinic to do a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET). We had done the IVF process already at another facility in Redondo Beach before taking a break from the entire process due to several failed FETs.I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Park at Incinta Fertility Center to understand her approach and to explain my previous medical history and fertility journey. My husband and I talked to Dr. Park for about an hour. She answered all our questions and she was very good at explaining her approach, FET protocol, and the reason for taking each medication. Dr. Park gave my husband and I an excellent first impression. That day, I met with a financial advisor and a IVF Clinical Coordinator as well.Diane, IVF Clinical Coordinator, has been assigned to us and she has been very supportive. She has provided important information at every stage of the process, and answers all my questions in a timely manner.In November 2024, we completed the FET, and two weeks after the procedure I was told that I was pregnant! After the 6-week ultrasound, we confirmed that I am pregnant with fraternal twins!! My husband and I are very happy with the news.Overall, my experience with Incinta Fertility Center has been positive despite some communications issues. Dr. Park and Diane have been great, other employees have been very friendly, and most importantly, I am pregnant with twins!

I’m glad we came across Incinta Fertility center . My wife and I had gone to 2 Clinics before with no progress being made at either facility. We only really made it to the consults , which was a waste of time and initial consult fee. With Incinta we were blessed to be assigned the best team , Dr. Park and Nurse Donna . Nurse Donna is amazing , guided us through the whole IVF Process. answered any concerns and any problems we had. We went through many issues like missed the trigger shot by an hour , we lost progesterone medication on the trip to Japan , yet Donna and Dr.Park helped keep us on track . The billing team was always on track and insurance was never ann issue which made the process less stressful and smooth. Even after we finished the whole process and left with a successful implantation Nurse Donna contacted us about a low progesterone blood test we took on our last appointment . Even after being done they have looked out for our well being and our happiness . We are happy to announce we are currently 3.5 months pregnant with twins. Thanks DrPark and thank you Donna :) I hope to seeing you in 2 years for the next one .

I am 40 and have had infertility issues for over 10 years and decided to give ivf a try. After interviewed many clinics, I found INCINTA has best customer service and good reputation. My care team has been excellent!! They answered any of my questions on the same day.I got pregnant after 1 retrieval and 1 transfer. I can’t thank my team enough for making my dream come true after over 10 + years. I highly recommend INCINTA.

My dealings with this clinic have solely been through supporting a friend, who flew in from overseas, to pursue several rounds of IVF egg harvesting. Under a veil of mismanagement, they attempt to push objectively unnecessary services, collect full payment for services solicited by the clinic from third-parties – then neglect to pay said outside parties (who then erroneously attempt to redundantly collect payment from the client). Friend was upset with experience during first couple rounds. Dr. Lin walked into a meeting, dodged the first question, exclaiming that he is the best egg sucker there is......hopefully you understand the gist of how this firm operates...

Dr Lin and Alex were so great to work with! They were very responsive and going. I had lots of questions and concerns and they were always very thorough and easy to reach. I had really good results with only 1 egg retrieval and 1 frozen embryo transfer! Highly recommend!

Went through egg retrieval, embryo creation, transfer and through to pregnancy and birth. There were definitely some hiccups along the way, but Ive learned to expect the unexpected with fertility treatments and procedures. Dr. Lin was more than caring and professional in his work. I would highly recommend!

I dont even know where to start with this review. The staff at Incinita are truly my angels on Earth.All of the employees, whether they worked specifically on my case or not; were always attentive, kind, sensitive to my needs and so helpful.I have first to highlight my coordinator, Lily. Throughout my journey she has been beyond incredible. She has become much more than just someone on my medical team. Lily has been our biggest advocate and cheerleader since the very first time I met her. She responds quickly, honestly and is super knowledgeable. We have been beyond blessed!Alex is another employee I must thank, although she is not on my case, I have cried in her arms at my lowest, we have celebrated the wins and she is always checking in. I am forever grateful.I also must highlight Dr Lin and Mr Stetson. I have always felt so supported and truly cared about. They both have worked tirelessly to make this process as painless as it can be.This journey is not easy and we have a long road ahead; but the staff at incinta have truly become our family, so we are ready.If you are looking for a place that is much more than a clinic, come here, you will not regret it!

Dr Macer and Kyle are wonderful to work with, I couldnt recommend this facility more. They clearly care about their patients and treat you with respect and a lot of their time, which is hard to find in a doctors office. Dr. Macer is very kind and understanding and he does a great job at making you feel like its all under control and that you can count on him to get you there. The facility is stunning and they put a lot of thought into the details to make sure youre comfortable and safe. Im very grateful to have found them!

If youre looking for a Doctor, to help you on your infertility Journey, Dr. Macer and his team are an exceptional choice. My husband and I were starting to feel the weight and discouragement many others feel, and he set us on the right path, from homeopathics to eastern and western medical treatments. We are so happy to say we are successfully pregnant just after just a few months. I Know everyones journey is different. If you are looking for a doctor who truly cares, and has the passionate skills and wisdom to treat you, and facilitate your little miracle, then Dr. Macer and his wonderful team is the perfect choice. This review would still be true, even if we were not able to have children.

Dr. Park and her team treated me and my wife with such respect and care. It took us a year of treatments to get our little angel. I was ready to give up and Dr. Park wouldn’t let me. She gave us the push we needed and I’m so grateful for her. With out her we wouldn’t have our beautiful daughter.

Dr.Lin and his team are amazing.i would like to give them 10 star.Lin always picked up the phone even after working hours and answered all my questions patiently. Dr.Park is extremely knowledgeable ,nice and sweet.

I didnt like the way I was treated at all in this place. I paid 150 dollars for an appointment for the doctor to say to go home and try more. Very bad experience and never coming back.

I hope those who want to do IVF test tubes will stay away from this place, with its arrogant doctors and incompetent team. My wife and I were in our 20s and were in good health. We came here to preserve our fertility. In the end, only one embryo passed the screening. After consulting with my medical team, I found that the treatment plan here is full of loopholes and the doctors are extremely unprofessional and a waste of time and money. This doctor has a false personality and a childish mentality, unlike an adult with a mature mind. STAY AWAY
