The doctor, receptionist and assistant were so nice and and took care of business to help me feel better. They all were awesome. They took very good care of me. I had a splinter under my nail and the doctor took the time to help and worked at it until she got it out. I was so elated. This urgent care is my go to place from now on. I definitely recommend this Henry Ford urgent care. You also dont have a long wait.

The clean and welcoming atmosphere and the great hospitality was great! The staff are so friendly and kind which makes a big difference, especially when you are not feeling your best! Even though it was the holiday and they were away from home with family and friends they were extremely friendly! It was very pleasant and sincere. 🥰

My son had a dislocated finger. Checking in process was quick. Appointment booked on line. We were seen immediately. Tech Shar took his vitals and NP Jacqueline assessed his finger. X-ray done on site, HFH radiologist verified and added results to the MyChart app. Good experience.

Five minutes of interaction for $30--and that was not the worst of it. I went because I had the impression from an earlier visit to another Henry Ford location that I was supposed to look into another x-ray of my knee. I misplaced my wallet (it was between the seats on my car) so I went to urgent care with my checkbook and passport to verify my identity. Here I discovered that checks and cash are not acceptable. So I signed for permission to be billed.After a brief wait I was escorted to a room. A assistant took my temperature, pulse ox, and blood pressure. We talked a bit about the Lions and their prospects.She left and the main provider entered. She reviewed the notes from my last HF visit. She asked about me post-surgery knee. I asked about the antibiotic I had been prescribed a week ago: Was it for an intermittent fever, a long bout of diarrhea, or my knee? She told my it was for my knee only. She then said that she would not order an x-ray because it would not reveal anymore than the x-ray I had a week ago. I was told to ask my orthopedic surgeon for an MRI. AND THAT CONCLUDED MY $30 visit.Later I discover that this provider reported that I was attempting to scam narcotic medications, and that I had broken my contract about such medications. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. THE ONLY MEDICATION WE DISCUSSED WAS MY ANTIBIOTIC. My whole history of medication use for over 20 years is available through Henry Ford.I am a seventy year-old professor who has never smoked, drank, or used illegal or non prescription drugs. My recent history is available through my chart. I have been open and honest about my health care and my needs. A brief review of my chart would have given her my complete history of prescribed medications and requests. She never revealed to me there was something problematic about my visit. What was the need for her secrecy? Was she afraid Id attempt to rebut her report using my Henry Ford records? Was she afraid shed lose a bonus of some kind for detecting illegal drug use?The only was a I discovered I was on some kind of report was when I was given an appointment with my surgeon.I hope this session was recorded to prove the veracity of my statements. I cannot begin to explain how angry I am about this false clandestine report by an Henry Ford provider that I came to urgent care to scam drugs. I have lost any confidence I might have had in urgent care.You may be assured I will pursue this incident further with Henry Ford Health and Health Alliance Plan.

I had never gone to an urgent care facility and didnt know what to expect. I was very pleased afterwards. I started the process on line and got an appointment. When I arrived the receptionist was very cordial and had my information to start the process. I was called within 5-10 minutes. The service and care was good and the facility was nice and clean. I pray I dont get sick again, but urgent care would be my first choice.

Got cut at work, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful the nurse and nurse practitioner house had me stitched up and doing great in no time at all!!! Love this place!!!

I appreciate the care and concern the staff showed to me during my visit. I felt as if all my concerns were addressed and answered. I didn’t feel rushed and I was in with no wait. Thank you to the staff for treating me so gently!

I love that the center is very clean. I like that the staff is professional, courteous and answer all my questions. I like that they give paperwork to explain any aftercare needed and what to do if the condition gets worse. I even had a question to ask few days after the visit and when I called the center, the nurse practitioner answered all my questions. I will always come here for all of my urgent care needs. The medical assistant was courteous and friendly. She had great technique, I didnt feel the injection administration. Great job!

The service was excellent. The establishment is very hi-tech and very clean Including the doctors examination room. I was in and out quickly, the doctor was Wright on point with her diagnosis and treatment. Im glad you are in our neighborhood. I also took my son there earlier this year for his school sports physical and receive the same treatment.

The nurse (Brittany) was so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, I was in and out in about 20 minutes

Location is close to home. I could walk to Meijer to pick up my prescription . Ability to easily make same day appointments on line. Integration with my health records . Follow up. The PA CALLED me by phone when urine culture indicated a change in antibiotic was called for.I only wish I could access my primary care doctor when Im sick.

Very terrible urgent care. The nurse practitioner Jaclyn House was very rude and discriminatory. Didnt want to prescribe medication for eczema and told me to use lotion instead. The facility and restroom was very dirty. No wonder I was the only patient there. Highly not recommended. Ms. House is very inexperienced and bias against minorities.

Shout out to Jaclyn House as she was very useful and very fast to treat me when I got a cut on my finger and got worried. She reassured me and also let me learn more about certain treatments for a cut. She was very patient and took the time with me. 10000% would go back if I hurt myself again

My experience was great. The reception is and the nurse practitioner were very welcoming and took care of my needs immediately receive treatment and medication to start my healing immediately that day.

Aggravated. Went 3 days ago. Staff very pleasant and professional. However….Son has bad ear infection. NP ordered amoxicillin. Now my baby’s ear canal is so inflamed it’s almost closed. Everything has gotten worst. She diagnosed him with “Otis Media”. I asked for ears drops. She said no, and drops wouldn’t help because of where the infection is located. He actually has middle ear AND canal infection “external”. The drops would’ve prevented the worsening he’s experiencing now.She didn’t give me any after care instructions. She never looked in his throat even ear nose throat are all connected. The next day, my dermatologist discovered he has bad case of strep throat. Assessment wasn’t thorough at all. I’m frustrated and disappointed.

Every time I’ve been there they’ve taken very good care of me and most of all in a timely manner

This is my first time here. Me and my children were the only patients in the entire place. And it took 2 hours for us to leave. I really dont understand the holdup. Now Im late for work 😒👎🏿
