We arrived the day beforehand. The wait time was well over 1.5 hours. The medical receptionist recommended an appointment for the following day. When we arrived, she recognized my Grandson, even asking how he was feeling. The entire visit was completed within 35 minutes! The nurse and doctor were extremely compassionate and attentive to my family. Thank you for caring for our children.
Able to schedule an appointment online with ease. Check-in was made easy by filling out forms ahead of appointment. Waited for 20 min after scheduled appointment time but that is understandable and also made clear when scheduling that it’s an “estimated” time. PA immediately focused on my symptoms, prescribed necessary medications and answered all of my questions. All the staff were courteous and competent. I will not hesitate to return if I need urgent care in the future.
I went in yesterday without an appointment and had a great experience. The young lady at the front desk was kind and accommodating. The doctor I saw was a cute young gal and she was as nice as they come. I’ve felt really awful as I have Covid and she prescribed all sorts of things and I’m starting to feel better.
The receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. The doctor was good, but this place could definitely use at least one other doctor. I made an appointment online, and had to wait for an hour beyond the appointment time. Not anyone’s fault—just understaffed.
Ive had trouble breathing for 3 days, finally caved and went to urgent care. No prior appointment made, I went in hoping for a quick wait time. Unfortunately, there was a 2 hour wait. I put my name down and went back home (down the block). The front desk nurse texted me when I was up next. I walked in, went straight to the back and was out within the hour with my diagnosis. Thats how an urgent care should run. Best experience by far.
Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Unfriendly. Saw a PA who didn’t listen and was on a power trip. Beware.Made an appt - waited an hour.I do recommend if the Doctor is there, he was nice and very good at his job.
When they giving you five stars but I had a 420 appointment and didnt get in till almost 4:35 and then I didnt get seen until after 5:00 p.m. by the doctor once I got in the room the receptionist at the front getting desk was nice for the most part she seemed a little stressed out because the phones were going crazy and there was a few patients waiting to see medical professional the nurse staff was very nice and helpful and the doctor was funny Im glad I was seen but I dont understand what good it is to have an appointment if you dont get in close to your appointment time and what youre put in the room if you have to wait over a half hour to see the doctor makes no sense to me makes me feel like my time isnt valuable and Im sure if I sent you a bill for wasting my time or making me wait or for what my time is worth you would probably laugh at me but for the most part next here is pretty good I generally use the location in Mesa and generally have pretty good service there I use the one at Scottsdale road in oak this time I will try it again maybe it was just an off day for them
Staff is friendly and efficient. Would recommend if needing care quickly. Only issue is the appt you make online is not exact. So expect there could still be a wait depending on patients issues before you.
Really wanted to love this place but they do not know how to operate, urgent care.I came in with a broken arm. They made me sit an a lobby for 2 1/2 hours and let about 10 people go in front of me that had non-serious injuries like a physical.I was crying in the lobby for hours, and I was not offered any ibuprofen. I was not offered a room in the back. After getting back was there for less than 30min!Doctor was OK but overworked & rushed.Thank you to the x-ray tech who actually got me a sling, and was the only person that made me comfortable & care about my well being
When I arrived, the front desk staff asked me to go online and check myself in, which felt impersonal. There was no compassion during my visit, and the only time I got any eye contact was when it came time to pay my copayment. I came in with complaints of nasal congestion and ear pain but was only given an ear rinse. It was my first time having that done, and it was extremely painful. On top of that, the water/solution spilled all over my clothes.Although I know the nurse meant well, the instructions were to let her know if it became uncomfortable. When I told her it hurt, she continued anyway until the solution was finished. Then, when the doctor came in to check my ear, he exclaimed, ‘Oh, it’s red!’ I responded, ‘It still hurts.’ Without further examination, I was prescribed antibiotics and told they should help with both the congestion and a possible ear infection.I walked away feeling like I would have been better off trying to figure it out on my own.
It is beneficial to make an appointment. I thought the staff and doctor were really nice. Over all it was a good experience. I will definitely choose this urgent care again.
Not satisfied with my visit. We made appointments online, showed up early, but were seen an hour and half later. That is unacceptable. I don’t understand why you make appointments and not see patients on time. Then take even longer to print the paperwork at the end after taking an extremely long time to see patients. I don’t really need the paperwork after talking to the doctor and get a notification from the pharmacy that the medication is already being filled.Don’t visit this office if you’d like to be seen in a timely manner.
Even though i had made an appointment for 9:00 and was first in line, a walk-in was taken first. I didn’t see the PA until 10:10. However, the staff was friendly and helpful finding a pharmacy that was open on a holiday.
The third time here. The last two times were follow-ups. The last two had scheduled appts. All three had 3 hr wait times, even with an appointment. Nobody cares one bit at this location. There is nothing urgent about the urgent care you get here. If possible, go elsewhere. Complete consistent joke of a place. If yeah, only two people in the waiting room.
Do not go here!!!!! Appointment setting is a waste of time!!! Set appointment for 3:20, doctor did not show up until 5:30! He wasnt even busy, just sitting at his desk scrolling his phone. What a joke. Went back a second time (what an idiot I am!) for an appointment for an X-Ray. NOPE, xray tech didnt show up for work. They do not care 1% about patients. They just want your credit card and SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN!. definitely dont expect any kind of friendliness or help from the staff either. Receptionist really seems to hate her job and really does not want to talk to anyone. How do these people stay in business?
Dr. Richard was very thorough and found the issue my ENT specialist over looked. Prescribed new antibiotics that would not affect my previous medical condition, and refilled my previous prescriptions. Facility was new clean and well kept. Thank you for your services.
I scheduled my appointment for 10 am on 25th of December. I showed the lady the text message I received. She still received to let me be seen at the time I was scheduled. I scheduled again at 10:20 told her they texted me a confirmation again. She still refused to let me be seen at my scheduled time. I am still waiting to be seen. I am having trouble breathing and a persistent cough. The only thing she could reply and say was idk why its doing that idk. She didnt even try and ask the doctor to squeeze me in after I showed the confirmation texts. That is what should have happened. But the only response I received was idk. Its shameful how people like that can be allowed to work in the medical field. Studies show that having a positive experience increases the likelihood of recovery.
Quick response to my Walk-In. Very polite & helpful, staff. The Doctor And everyone else were very positive & comforting following my experience with heat stroke in 117° weather. 👍😉😁
My husband came for two concerns, pA garrret told my husband he can only address one concern, because he had other patients and it wouldn’t be fair to have them wait, services was very insensitive and rushed only to just get my husband arm wrap in a bandage, That he paid $334 for this was poor patient care, and we also feel that we were discriminated against because of our color, Never going back. we will be contacting our lawyer.
I went in with a severe ear infection. I also have a weak immune system from other medical illnesses. Receptionist could not have been more rude or apathetic. She said it was a 2 hour wait. So I said fine. Two hours and 20 minutes later I was taken back and dumped in an exam room alone. No one even checked on me let alone examine me. After 40 minutes there I left and called to ask for a manager. The same very rude receptionist told me I still owed 20% co pay. For WHAT. Nothing was done. I wound up in the ER with the infection and chest pains from the headed discussion. ER admin when they took my insurance advised that is illegal in AZ you don’t owe anything if you never saw the doctor. Worst experience with a health care provider I ever had.
Hey Yall, Hey! This is my familys Urgent Care of choice. No problems... Until today. Due to no fault of the clinic, there was a separate file created (make sure to use hyphens consistently when providing your name 😁) for a previous family member. Which means they didnt show up when we called to check on their visit. When Ms. Bree saw there was no file, she took my number and called back SUPER quick, as the problem was identified. I was really worried and she patiently listened to my concerns, with my family all speaking in the background 🤭Thank you for your professionalism, Ms. Bree!
I am from out of town and really needed to see a doctor for what I thought was an ear infection. I picked this facility based on reviews and couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. Doctor was thorough, listened to me and determined I had something very different. Would highly recommend this Urgent Care.
Scheduling was easy for appointment. Once I arrived I waited 50 min. before being seeing by Dr. even with scheduled appointment.I went there to make sure that my illness hasn’t progressed into my lungs and he pretty much said I am not sure why you are here.Dr. didn’t bother to listen to what I had to say but decided that I must have covid because of my symptoms. He kept rambling on what I should take etc. and lot of those he suggested I can’t even take.Turns out that I never had covid because my husband started with same symptoms and did covid test which turned out negative. Not interested in this kind of treatment at the dr’s office. Not going back there. 1 star for easy scheduling and nice facility.
My husband saw Dr. Scholl yesterday and we found he Covid. We are visiting from Virginia. I made an appointment and we were seen within a half hour. Very happy with the care and concern of the staff.
I came to this urgent care hoping for help, but instead, I left feeling completely disregarded and frustrated. The doctors here showed no real interest in understanding what I was going through. They didn’t bother to examine me or even try to figure out what was wrong. Instead, they just brushed me off and told me to go to the ER, as if I was wasting their time.I was shocked by how little they seemed to care. I walked in expecting to be taken seriously, but it felt like they just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s downright irresponsible. I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care to anyone who’s actually looking for real medical help. They didn’t offer me any support, and I worry they’ll do the same to others.
First time going to urgent care snd would definitely go back. The whole online process was quick and easy. The woman at the front desk was great, very nice! The nurse and FNP were also great. Definitely recommend this location.
They did a great job here. Reasonable wait time. Once you are check in you get a text with a link to your real time status in the queue to see the Doctor. They did a great job of looking over my son and making practical recommendations. Also put us in a cool kids room with Finding Nemo characters on the walls. Nice job!
Ive had the same insurance for 3 years, have been to urgent cares all over the valley and only ever paid a $30 copay - today after waiting an hour they asked me for $300. Wild.
Website advertises x-ray capability but they don’t have it. Didn’t find that out until wasting my time to go there even though I indicated an x-ray was the reason for the visit when I booked the appointment.
Wait time was very long even with an appointment, but Dr. Scholl was great along with his MA. Very nice staff!!! Overall very satisfied.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and nice. I was in and out within 1 and 1/2 hours.
Only problem was I asked if they had a nebulizer, just wanted a treatment, walked out with one. No idea the cost or how to set it up.
Love this place! Actually stopped taking my daughter to her primary care Dr. because the staff here is so great and much easier to get into!Love that the Dr. doesnt try to over- medicate for every symptom! Hes fantastic!
Thanks so much for all the help. I took my last antibiotic pill this morning and my toe is all back to normal no side effects
Walked in 20 minutes before closing. Honor Health urgent care turned us away 30 minutes before they closed with one patient in the waiting room. I found this urgent care close by and they took my daughter no problem even though they were closing in 20 min. Treated us awesome and got us out in 15 min! Even with other patients. Thank you so much for caring. Will definitely choose this Urgent Care from now on.
This was my second visit to this facility and staff is friendly and efficient.Very impressed with Dr Scholl.Highly recommend.
I scheduled an appointment online for heat exhaustion and anemic. When I arrived the receptionist was aware of this. I paid my 40.00 copay before I saw the drWhen I finally got to see the dr. I asked for a IV for the heat exhaustion, blood work for the anemic and a b-12 shot. To my surprise I was told that they don’t offer any of those services. I’m like what —why wasn’t I told that when I checked in and paid my copay.I was told by the dr. that they weren’t allowed to do that. The only thing the dr. did was listen to my lungs. I felt like I was totally scammed —to take my time and $$ when I could have went somewhere that offered the services while it was still early in the day. Took the day off for nothing.I was too exhausted to do anything but go home and sleep. They are a business not a service—never felt so let downFelt worst when I left then before I came in.I would never recommend this urgent care to anyone. Also you would think they might recommend a urgent care that does offer what I needed —but no that their competition
I have had a few experiences with urgent care facilities and this over the years was the best all around experience I have had yet by far. Usually they can be good in one area but not so good in other areas but I was very happy with my visit at this NextCare Urgent Care location. The nurse practitioner that saw me was super comfortable to talk to she really listened to my concerns she was genuinely empathetic and she proceeded with prescriptions with our conversation in mind. I highly recommend this location it was also very low wait time probably 30 till I was seen. Everyone there was polite it was a pleasant visit when I was expecting the opposite. cause never do I ever say Im so excited I get to go to urgent care today! cause its just not fun, you only go there when your really not feeling well or youre really hurting somewhere, so its not like youre going to show up in a great mood, and it takes forever usually, and that is expected cause that is the norm. These guys, on the other hand, were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and best of all it shows that they really do care about your health! They want to help you get better as quickly and painlessly as is possible and I walked out of there with the feeling of relief. I feel I was properly diagnosed and that this pain will all be over soon! What more can you ask for from an urgent care?!
Sooo slow. Whether you check in ahead of time or schedule, expect to wait at least an hour before being taken back, and another half hour to be seen. I also dont understand why the doctors seemed so in a rush to get me out of the room considering how long they take between patients. Youll get helped eventually, but Ive had way better & more consistent service at other clinics.
Staff was polite and helpful asked about my needs if I needed anything. The doctor was very helpful talked about my issues.
Even though I scheduled an appointment in advance, I still had to wait for ages to be triaged and seen by the PA. The woman that did my throat swab didn’t do it properly and I feel a hundred times worse today and am currently at the ER to get properly treated and find out what is actually going on with me since I received zero answers at Urgent Care yesterday.
My experience was definitely five stars. Front of house was great and very efficient. The physician was absolutely amazing, Could not have done any better in my opinion.
Overall service its good but they explain all billing wrong. We pay our copay as described on our insurance plan and the nurse provide us some crutches and a boot and I specifically asked her if this was included on our urgent care copay as well as the x-rays required by them and she confirmed that everything was included as part of the visit and no additional cost will be incurred. Long story short, I just received two invoices from different companies one for the boot and crutched at a ridiculous price of close to $500 which you can buy same brand at Walgreens or amazon for less than $100.00 for both and an additional invoice for x-rays service. I do understand that its an urgent care but they should explain this to the customers so that they can have an option of declining this equipment and buy it directly from a pharmacy to avoid ridiculous prices thinking that all this is included as part of the urgent care service. Just be careful with this because I strongly thing that this is on purpose to bump price to customers at a mercy that you are in an urgent situation. This is so sad but it seems that medical services are just looking ways of screwing patients to get all the money they can with out providing good information to them.
I waited over 1 hour with an appointment only to have the doctor see me for less than 5 minutes and to give me antibiotics when I didn’t even test positive for any bacterial infection.
UPDATE 9/26/24We checked in with my wife having a deep cut wound and in severe pain. They said there are 2 patients ahead of you. It’s been 1.5 hours and still haven’t been seen by the doctor. We had to request the receptionist to at least get the wound cleaned. The online app shows 0 patients ahead of us.I think we just got lucky the last 2 times we were here. Never coming here again.OLDBeen here twice and both times I was very satisfied with the care I received. Doctors are very friendly and helpful. Explained what was going on and reassured me which eased my mind.
Waited for 3 hours for doctor to tell me they can’t do anything for my daughter seems like they can only help if it’s Covid or cold symptoms they didnt even do test on my daughter they just automatically referred me to the ER
Doctor was very sweet but waited 2 hours in waiting room and 40 min in the room waiting for doctor.
I had had a bad cough and sinus pain. I scheduled with Next care and was able to be seen by a good doctor on the same day and he treated me for sinus infection and I didnt have much of a wait at all. Im now on the road to recovery after almost two weeks of misery. Very glad I found Next care.
Had about an hour wait with a walk in but once we got in saw the doctor within about 5 mins and had a prescription in had in about 10 mins.
It’s really close to where I live and they’ll allow me to wait in my car or even go home if it’s a long wait and they’ll text me. The physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners really are sharp and know what they’re doing. And the desk staff is exceptional. It’s often busy and takes usually 3hrs from start to finish but to avoid the er if it’s minor. I always go here first.
Very patient and helpful. It was xmas day I came in close to closing time and they still took care of me. Thank you.
Excellent staff, clean building and wait time wasnt very long at all.
I absolutely find this the best urgent care I have ever been to. The young woman at the front desk is so friendly and sweet and while I sat there waiting I noticed that she made everybody that came in to see a doctor feel comfortable and although they didn’t have an appt and may have to wait they didn’t seem to mind because she talked to them and assured them there was no problem The person that took my blood pressure and got all my info was very professional but very friendly. The x-ray tech also was professional and friendly. The doctor was awesome. I was comfortable right away when he came in.He was friendly and professional and explained everything I needed to know.It was a great atmosphere and I would recommend this office any time. Thanks
Had to wait 2 hours past my appointment time for them to do absolutely nothing and charge me $300 for it.
Horrible. couldn’t take basic vitals and didn’t take my temp, yet still said it was 97.4. I made the doctor actually take it and it was 99.6. DO NOT GO HERE.
Why bother setting an appointment? We had a 4pm appt and told 1.5 hour wait due to walk-ins.
Scheduling was easy, check-in was very easy. I ended up waiting over an hour just to speak with the doctor and he ended up referring me to a different place after five minutes of talking so the risk/reward of waiting over an hour for five minutes of time was not for me, especially after paying. Would not recommend to anyone that loves their time management.
Had to wait 1 hour to be even let in the back then another 50 to be seen and when the dr came in he didn’t even look at the reason why i was there which was my eyes he didn’t look at them once or touch the spot that was dry everything felt very unprofessional
You never want to get sick on vacation, but if you do, the folks at this Urgent Care will take excellent care of you. I cant praise them enough for seeing me and treating me so promptly and professionally. The PA was particularly caring and skilled. It wasnt long before I was feeling better and could continue enjoying my vacation. I am so pleased I found this place.
They couldnt give an IV for dehydration and gave me wrong lab kit to get possible answers on illness. I called multiple times for test results only to be told I was given wrong lab kit by the doctor/PA. No one taking responsibility for incompetence of the PA
We just moved to the Phoenix area and were having trouble getting a pediatrician to see my son without having a “well visit” first. Everyone was professional, kind, and efficient. Will definitely return for any urgent care needs.
I was able to get right in, no waiting. This Urgent care is the best!!Wonderful employees, and great medical staff.I highly recommend this Nextcare!
Set appt for 6pm. Was seen before 6:05pm. Everyone I spoke with was polite, thorough and professional.
Every staff member that we encountered was so pleasant and helpful. Time and time again, they are efficient and give my daughter the care she needs, it’s much appreciated when your child is sick or hurt. I am very grateful to have this urgent care so close to us!
Well I was sent home with a compression Band-Aid on my arm and it had to be tight so hopefully I would stop bleeding since it was my third day bleeding but by midnight the rest of my arm top and bottom hurts so bad I had to remove it and my puncture wound had stopped bleeding for about maybe five minutes or less and then it started right back up again I put up another compression bandage made it through the night when I got up this morning. I took it off. It had stopped for about maybe less than five minutes, but the blood on the bandage inside was still wet , so I put another one on and that’s what I have on right now but I’m on my fourth day of this little thing bleeding and yet this morning my other dog cut near my wrist with his toenail and I stopped it with a tissue clean, cleaned it out put a Band-Aid on and had no problem. It stopped bleeding Pretty much right away so I don’t know what to do with my elbowThe staff was great, but the weight was like two hours
Wait time long no even whil had appt. The doc was really good
Nice attentive staff. Friendly conversation. Doctor had great bedside manner and listened. I recommend this place if you need quick care.
No wait and was a very thorough and thoughtful care giver… would highly recommend.
What a wonderful team; I never thought an urgent care company could be so great. I reserved my appointment and got in exactly on time. The doctor and the nurse (I wish I remembered their names!) were incredibly thoughtful, caring, and professional. My issue was 100% solved in less than an hour and I’m feeling great now 24 hours later. I wish they were my personal health care team but, either way, I feel fortunate to know they’re nearby.
My son fell off his scooter so we went to the urgent care for an exam and x-ray. After filling out paperwork and waiting, we were finally placed in a room only to be told that this location didn’t have an x-ray technician on site. Nice to know! After waiting forever and wasting a co-pay. The PA examines my son and said it looked to be a sprang but who would know since no x-ray. Put him in a splint and hope for the best. Today I took him to Banner Urgent Care to obtain an x-ray and indeed, it’s broken. Much better careand attention at Banner Urgent Care.
VERY INCOMPETENT! We called in advance to know if they take walk in, they said yes but its an hour wait so we decided to set an appointment to not wait anymore but when we got there, we still waited for more than an hour!!!! After my skin test for tuberculosis, they told me “you don’t even need to wait or set an appointment, just come in and will take a look at your arm and it will take about less than 5 mins.” SPOILER ALERT: it didn’t took them 5 mins. It took them AN HOUR!!Two days after, they told me i was positive by them touching it but they’re not really sure if I was Positive, they said maybe i just had a reaction to the liquid they put it in my skin but then they told me I was NEGATIVE when they measure it. They seemed confused about reading the test. Instead of announcing the result and not even sure about, they should measure it first because when they measure mine, it was 3mm in diameter so I AM NEGATIVE. IT WAS THE WORST! It looks like they are understaffed too and they probably need more people there. So will never come back anymore!!!
This is a nice, clean and professional facility. The online scheduling option made it easy to schedule an appointment. I was able to get a next day early morning appointment which was awesome considering the amount of pain I was in. The in-office wait times are minimal and youre practically in and out. They can also do immunizations there too so if you need a tetanus shot like I did, then this is by far a much better option than going to the ER.
The only issue I had was the wait time. Booked 2 visits, for myself and daughter, 2:30 & 3:30. And we both got seen at 4pm. Last time I came here, I waited over an hour to be seen. They dont honor your appointment time here and they dont apologize for having you wait this long. I got the medicine I needed and everything was good on that aspect just the waiting was way too long.
I showed up early and still was not seen until 30 mins afterwards. I told them how I was feeling and they took another test. Both returned negative. That took another 45 mins. I really feel as if the staff was scared to treat anyone. I could see some sort of fear or something with no confidence in their profession. And than was given a ZPack as a prescription. When I return to Texas Im going back to the doctor. I rarely get sick bit this was way different. I guess emergency clinics are not the way to go.
My son was sick and we were worried anxious parents. We got there and were seen within 30 minutes, all the staff were kind and informative. Helped us get the things we needed for him to get better! Definitely recommend this location.
Let me help you, if you don’t have three hours to spend, do not go here. Making an appointment doesn’t help either.
Ridiculous. Walked in. Trying to book appointment. The lady at front desk was unhelpful and said you just have to wait. Doctor seen me for 60 seconds and sent me on my way.
Wait time was so long just to get a prescription. I made my appointment an hour in advance.
I left in tears. I will NEVER be back to this location. I was completely gaslighted by the PA that saw me, wasnt listened to, and was treated like a child. He basically refused to help me and said that I wasnt sick long enough to be seen or treated even though I know my body and my medical history, but he didnt care. He eventually agreed to treat my illness but was very rude about it.
The staff here always has excellent bedside manner. The wait times are never bad, I dont think Ive ever waited more than 40 mins here. The staff took better care of me than the ER I was stuck at for 6 hours the previous day.
Front desk lady was very sweet and patient, and even walked over to me instead of making me stand up because I have a leg injury. The check up nurse was great as well. However the (male) doctor was awful. (I am a female btw) He was very grabby and touchy and made me feel uncomfortable. He did not ask to touch me in certain places nor tell me ahead of time that he needed to, he just did what he wanted. He touched my hips to feel for pain, touched the sides of my chest to feel for pain when breathing. I mentioned my calf was hurting and he just grabbed my pants leg and lifted it. He also wanted to check for pain in my back so he touched all the way down my back. No doctor has ever made me feel so unsafe. I will definitely only request female doctors from now on.
My son and I were the only ones there and it still took 50 minutes to get in to see the provider. Even after pre filling out all the paperwork before we got there. Ive been here before and gotten in sooner with 3 people in front of me.
Went to NextCare on Scottsdale Road and was greeted by the reception staff and promptly attended to quickly and efficiently. Was taken into the examine room after a short wait and was very professionally handled getting my vitals and initial information regarding my injury. The PA, Melissa Galloway, came in shortly after that and asked for important information about my condition and explained what she was going to do to address the reason I had come to the clinic. Very professional and more than anything each person that I came in contact with were very caring and efficient at their individual tasks pertaining to my visit. The overall facility was clean, modern and comfortable.
We make an appointment but still have to wait for over an hour before our turn
I posted one review and this “Clean facility” isThe only comment you saved. It wasn’t a good review. When patients come to your facility they aren’t there for a wellness check. They are there because they aren’t feeling well and need help. You don’t go the extra mile. I won’t be back.
Brian Rush was wonderful as usual. He and I share the love of dachshunds! But he gave me sound advice.
Nextcare Urgent care-Oaks I went to have my left thumb xrayed due to an injury. Made an appt and was taken back within 10 minutes of appt time and seen immediately once taken back. Medical tech, X-ray tech and Brian the PA there were wonderful, informative and professional as well as very friendly. Felt like I was treated very well and felt heard! Thank you for everything! 5*
I had a 2pm appointment but still didnt get seen until nearly 2 hours later (why even have an appointment system), the front desk staff is oddly rude for no reason at all, and while the practitioner was nice, they prescribed me the wrong thing not covered by my insurance. When I went to pick it up, they said to call and have it switched but because I waited so long to be seen, they were closed. This place is a joke. Theres literally nothing urgent about this place.
Wonderful staff! They helped me out tremendously. So grateful for their kindness and compassion to help me get better. Megan Huerta and her medical assistant were so great :) Thank you again!
I.wish the PA who I saw last night could be my regular doctor! I appreciated the kindness and thorough explanation that I could understand. The facility was clean and well-run and I just cant recommend this place enough. Thanks for the professionalism. 5 out of 5 stars.
Facility was very clean. Good infection prevention measures like clean and dirty pens, masks, hand sanitizer. Fast, effective care when traveling. PA gave good directions. Receptionist was very helpful when Wi-Fi was slow uploading documents. The only thing I could suggest was to update the Wi-Fi speed. Thank you for your care.
Worst Urgent Care I have ever been too. Scheduled my check in and drove to their location to have the extremely rude front desk person to tell me I was now 6th in line. Why do you bother offering that service if it doesnt do anything. I ended up waiting for over 2 and a half hours to be given 30 seconds of the physicians time.
Aggie the receptionist was very friendly and helpful upon check in and check out.The girl who took my vitals was nice. The PA Scott was professional and vey knowledgeable.
Long wait only one Dr. after waiting 2 hours he spend 10 minutes with ne
Not a long wait, the person who took my blood pressure and vitals shared all the numbers with me without me asking, which I thought was refreshing. Doctor was thorough but fast with diagnosis and treatment.
Ryan is a Physician Assistant who is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and is highly recommended!!!
The wait time was ridiculous. There was only 4 people in front of me and I was waiting almost 2 hours to just be seen
The doctor was very caring and had a good sense of humor. Although I was in a lot of pain he brang a smile to my face. The receptionist in the front was very professional and polite. Also the nurse was very kind and gentle.
Check-in was seamless. Mostly everyone was super nice, sensitive to my ailment and very attentive. I really liked how clean the facility was and how humanely they treated the patients (including me who was in quite a bit of pain).Only downside was the provider. I came in for a very hurt ankle—he didn’t apply any pressure to gauge where the injury was, didn’t ask my pain level, and didn’t even ask me to unwrap the ace I had applied myself. When I asked if he actually wanted to see the ankle, he said “oh, I guess.”…and when I unwrapped it he said “oh wow, it’s really swollen and bruised!”So, thumbs up on overall service and care. I’d recommend this facility switches out this doctor for one who is more attentive to a patient’s chief complaint.
Great front desk staff, friendly and were greeted immediately. We booked online for an appointment and were seen within 10 minutes. The nurse and PA were thorough in treating my daughter, asking questions and ordering the appropriate tests. This is the second time our family has used this urgent care. Very happy with the staff and treatment provided. Thank you all at NextCare!
Efficient online booking and pre arrival insurance stuff. Seen on time, knowledgeable doc (although I guess youd hope that was the case!), pleasant staff, clean and roomy wait area. This is what urgent care should be.
Totally incompetent practice - check your visit summary carefully BEFORE you leave the office because communication with NextCare is a nightmare. I went in with a pain in my left side and the PA and I agreed on a panel of tests that should be done so that we could narrow down the source of the problem because it could be so many things. I gave the specimen samples for the tests. I had a bad feeling because the nurse/medical assistant who brought me the test materials didnt seem to understand what I was supposed to provide and nothing was labeled with my name. I asked him to check and he came back with an additional test kit. I looked at my visit summary afterwards and saw that while the tests were all listed in the Patient Plan, only two were listed under Sendout labs. I immediately called the number listed on my documents which is a centralized line and waited on hold for over 45 minutes before being connected with the actual practice. I explained the discrepancy to the receptionist and she promised she would take care of it. Two days later, I see the lab results on my Labcorp account and it was only the two tests, not the compete panel the PA told me was being ordered. One sample was totally unaccounted for. I called, sat on hold forever, but never could reach anyone. Eventually someone from a centralized office (not the provider) called to report that my tests were negative and I went over my visit summary with her and showed her the wrong tests were done. She put me on hold while she called Labcorp and told me that one specimen I gave had never been submitted, but they could use a specimen they had to do two of the additional 3 tests I needed. She told me they would get back to me with the results and that a provider would contact me about what happened to my other specimen and test request. No one every contacted me. I called, again sat on hold for 45 minutes (I am now totaling over 2 hours spent on the phone), was again told a provider would contact me. I have yet to hear from anyone. So much wasted time and wasted expense. Given the incompetence of specimen handling, I would never trust test results from this place.Update, I still havent been contacted by the practice but Labcorp sent me the results from the missing sample.
Xavier just removed my stitches and was professional and caring. Really appreciated the professionalism!
My daughter flew in with her university for a trip and felt a little sick. By the time she got there she felt really bad so I looked up a close urgent care with good reviews. They tested and treated her well and gave her something for nausea and the doctor sat in his car while she waited for her Uber driver so she’d be ok! Wow! You calmed a mama’s heart! Above and beyond!
The wait time was 1.5hrs with only 3 people in the waiting room. The reason I came in was a prescription refill which they said they sent to the pharmacy I gave them. I even double checked at the front desk before leaving. Its the next day and theres still no prescription at the pharmacy. I tried calling NextCare but have been in the waiting queue for 30mins and have yet to talk to a human. This is hours of my life wasted for a simple prescription refill. Go elsewhere.
Front desk staff is friendly and professional. The medical assistant, nurse and doctor were very nice and experienced. I took my husband there last week, and he also thought it was a great service to the community when you cannot get into your doctor or you don’t have a doctor. I Give them five stars!
I had an absolutely great experience with the crew working the girls in the front desk where very professional, friendly and helpful. The nurse was great as well and the PA was awesome. I went in for deep cut that needed stitches. The process from start to finish was fast, smooth, professional and excellent! I would recommend them in a heart beat. A big thumbs up 👍
Excellent experience! The front desk person was welcoming and helpful. The doctor was friendly, caring, and I feel confident in his treatment plan. I would definitely go back and would recommend NextCare Urgent Care!
Became very ill the night before walked in without an appointment for a Covid and Flu test. The front desk was friendly and I didn’t have to wait very long. The woman who took my vitals was polite and kind. The PA Megan who also took a look at me was very sweet! It’s nice to know that I have such a great urgent care facility right across the street!
Best urgent care I have had by far!I cut my hand pretty niceDr Chen was Extremely professional and courteous, he made the experience great and easy. The nurses that took care of me firstwere very professional and polite, i would definitely recommend this location for any urgent medical needs.
There was a small weight I was seen probably 30 minutes after I arrived and then waited another 15 minutes before talking with a doctor. Check-in process was simple facility was clean and I was able to get on an antibiotic for my sinus infection.
Experience was efficient and I got in and out in a timely manner. Felt heard and supported.
Great experience here. Came in for a strep test. I made a same day appointment online. I was checked in right away and saw the nurse and doctor with in minutes. The bad news is, my strep test was “positive”. The good news is, I was treated promptly and professionally.
I went to Urgent Care today on Scottsdale RdAs I walked in I was greeted by one of the receptionist who acknowledged me . Wait time of being seen was , the fastest I have ever been seen by any place I have been to. Everyone was kind and caring and made you feel welcomed Thank you goes to Dr Travis, who was amazing , and to the nurse who assisted me and the staff. I want to thank everyone so much for being so nice and for me having a great experience from the time I walked in until the time I left Urgent Care.
I came in sick and was asked to do a rapid COVID test... I found out later that this test cost me $100 (they conveniently didnt mention the cost before the test) and had had nothing I could do even if the test came back positive. In short, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU UNNECESSARILY!
Everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly. Very easy to talk to. I came in on a Saturday early afternoon and it took about 2 hours all together, but time seemed to go by quickly. The doctor came into the room right away, so I didn’t just have to see there for a long time. I was able to go sit in my car and they notified me when they were ready to see me. I was very pleased and really liked the doctor.
Was able to make an appointment and waited less than a few minutes. Office was spotless and staff were all professional. I have avoided going to urgent cares in the past because of long wait times. NextCare lets you look online and see how many people are in front of you and make an appointment then as well as being able to fill out the paperwork on your computer rather than waiting till you get there.
This place is not goodI wait 3 hours waiting to see the doctorEven if u make a appointmentThe wait is a nightmare
Super friendly and helpful staff.Only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the LONG wait times. I made a reservation, which I had hoped would help. There was still a 20 minute wait to get into the exam room. When done there, I then had to wait in the lobby for an additional 30 minutes for my “paperwork” so I could pay and leave. Seemed really inefficient.Making sick people wait that long because of inefficiencies is not good.
My experience with the doctor and staff was good. All were helpful and friendly. My only negative comment and concern is regarding scheduling an appointment. I scheduled an appointment and when i arrived i had 2 walk-in patients ahead of me. This defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. All walk-ins should be taken between scheduled appointments. Why schedule an appointment for a specific time if you do not honor it.
I’ve seen some bad urgent care, so NextCare Urgent Care was a pleasure: Welcoming, friendly receptionist, plus easy sign in. I got lucky - only waited five minutes. The nurse was lovely and the doctor prescribed a treatment that worked fast! I picked up the scrip on the way home. Thank you SO much!
Clean, kind and professional. Dr. Scott Watkins, was just a pleasure. He was thorough and optimistically cautious with my concerns. Highly recommend this location and will use it when needed. Thank you!
Wow, amazing staff the truly cared about my current health issues. Thank you !
Lady was great at the front , however the doctor didn’t even know what the hell she was doing with a 7 month old and was making him scream because she was digging in his ear too deep , I had to ask her to just stop 3 times before she finally did and then told me if he’s not better by New Year’s Day to take him to a pediatric urgent care .Would never recommend her again !
Great office staff and medical staff, as well. I felt like my concerns were heard and the proper next steps were taken. They let me see my X-rays without me even asking to and provided useful guidance for follow-up care! The online check-in process was so helpful (especially since I couldn’t really use my right arm & hand for writing) and the wait time was maybe 10 minutes. A+ all around.
I was completely mis diagnosed. I left there and still felt worse so I went to the ER and was told immediately I had pneumonia very mind-boggling to me because I was so sick.
Scheduling online was easy. Only issue was I filled out the digital paperwork when scheduling online, then upon check in, I was asked to do it again. Otherwise people were great and my experience while at the clinic was great! I hope I don’t need to go back, but if I need to, I will use that location again! Thank u!
My niece is an international student in america and i brought her here. The front desk (rashida) patiently work with the brazilian medical insurance company to receive the payment and the doctors were absolutely patient and kind to my niece… Second time i come here, so happy with the service.
The wait was a little long but staff was outstanding starting with the reception. She was patient friendly. The place was clean, medical staff was awesome 😎.
I had a very good experience at Next Care! I was able to book an appointment online and be seen within 1 hour. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was in and out very quickly.
I had a real hesitancy going to an urgent care as I rarely hear of good results. But this was a very positive experience. Everyone was super nice. Check in was easy (next time will make an appt online). And Dr Rush was awesome. He took his time and was concerned and knowledgeable. Thank you.
I went to this facility instead of going to my regular which is the VA cuz it was a lot closer and more convenient. I found the service and the treatment to be very professional and friendly very clean facility and these people seem like they know what theyre doing.
Kind, friendly, professional staff. Very long wait. I didnt get my results from my X ray. However they were extremely busy and doing their best.
Again I had to take my mother back to urgent care and again I ran into some trouble with the forms and the same receptionist was there and ever patient and sweet she walked me through it. We had a different doctor and again very thorough and pleasant. My experience with Urgent Care was not as unpleasant as I thought it would be, quite the opposite. I would recommend this urgent care if your in the vicinity.
Super fast from start to finish! They were great with greeting me and getting my info. The care provider was awesome in getting me exactly what I needed and more. He recommended some other things to help with my allergies, which I didn’t even come in for. Overall awesome experience. Only took about a half hour.
Was seen here for an issue. The PA prescribed steroids but forgot to call it in. I called the next day and they said they will submit it, but they did not. I called the day after that, and the call center said that they will take care of it or call me back (which they didnt). Called the next day and they said there is a different provider and they wont call in the prescription. If you can avoid this place, do it.
Sinus infection, made an appointment the day before, and when I arrived only had to wait five minutes before being seen. The staff and the PA We’re very professional, friendly, and helpfulHighly Recommend this NextCare
Long wait time. Even with an appointment. But the staff was friendly. The PA was handsome and kind to my child. I would call ahead and see what the wait time is before trying to be early or on time.
I Had an appointment so check in went quickly. If I had questions the receptionist at desk had a good attitude and was willing to help. The FNP Whitney, who cared for me was kind, clear, and took time to answer my questions. The X-ray tech was also understanding and didn’t rush me. All in all I’d have to say the staff treated me with kindness respect, and made ever effort to resolve my medical problem
Deanna at the front desk was awesome, very friendly, professional and quick. Rest if team was great, my provider was quick with a solution and also very kind. Highly recommend this facility
Exceptional service. PA Brian was an amazing provider. Stitched my wound up perfectly and had amazing bedside manner. I bet he’s the best coworker at this location. Xavier MA took great care of me and was very nice. Gene the X-ray technician was very helpful. Hands down would come here again.
I had an appointment this morning with Melissa Galloway, PAC. In Scottsdale for an unusual and for me) difficult lung issue. She listened carefully to my concerns, ordered the appropriate diagnostics, and counseled me on follow-up care and recommendations. She took her time with explanations and advice and I left confident in her professional capacity. From front desk staff to assistants to Dr. Galloway, my appreciation and thanks.
Staff forgot about me in the patient room for 45 minutes. Threw up multiple times and had to ask a nurse what was going on.
Very accessible and user friendly paperwork and waiting queue. My only complaint is the PA who saw me seemed very rushed and unfocused. My visit was likely kidney related (still awaiting results) and she ended the visit with saying “maybe this was my period”. I just felt like she wasn’t as concerned as my pain levels have me concerned.
Very nice staff. Glued my finger closed, gave me a tetanus shot and some antibiotics and sent me on my way. All in less than 45 minutes! 10/10 would bleed there again.
Came here 2 days in a row, first for my son and then for myself. The first time they were not busy, but took quite a while to see us when we were waiting in the room. The second time they were busy, but got to us very quickly and didnt have to wait in the room for very long. The people who saw us in the doctors rooms were very nice as well as the lady at the receptionist area the first time. However, the lady who was working the receptionist area in the lobby today was not so nice. She was nice at times, but would quickly snap at me and be very unhelpful at some other moments. Other than that, it is a great urgent care!
I found the folks to be professional, competent and friendly. The issue I needed help with was handled effectively. I especially appreciated the follow up call to inform me of an unrelated issue seen on my x-ray that needs further attention. I have followed up with my primary care doc.
I was so happy with my experience at this urgent care , I didnt have an appt but showed up 15 minutes before they opened and I was in and out in 30 minutes , and this was a Saturday morning. The staff , nurse and doctor were all very friendly and thorough .
Super friendly, caring staff! Everyone I encountered while taking my child there was absolutely lovely. They treated my son with kindness, making it such an easy doctors visit for him where he didn’t feel scared.
Made an appt online, and was able to get in, and out, in about an hour. Polite, and helpful, and was worth going. Will definitely continue to keep going here in the future.Update,12/7/23Went in tonight for my son, and saw Joe, and he was absolutely amazing! Exceptional service, as always! Thank you guys.
I saw online they offer X-ray services so I made a reservation. I waited an entire hour past my reservation then was told they don’t have X-ray staff so I have to go wait at an imaging center. If you don’t have X-ray techs, don’t check in patients worried about broken bones.
Bold move to ask me to write a review off of one survey question, but here I am.I went to this Urgent care because I have been sick for 8+ days. They gave me a Covid test without explaining the potential results. After administering the test they revealed that current tests do not test for the current strain of Covid-19. Essentially the test was pointless.I was then given a bill that reflect $200 for entering the location $35 for being seen at the location, and $75 for the out of date test. I won’t be back to this location because I can not trust their medical expertise, as it is gated behind relentless price gouging.I contacted my insurance company, Cygna, because I thought the test was covered by insurance. It is covered, but Cygna requires patients to contact them directly and ask for a reimbursement. Essentially, Cygna is treating the Covid-19 test much like Frigidaire provides rebates for their microwaves.
The administrator was frank about the time I would have to wait. All were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Seen first by a nurse practitioner who did triage followed by a physicians assistant who consulted with me and made recommendations. My takeaway was an experience that was excellent. The staff there had been working a long arduous day but a friendly spirit obtained among all throughout my visit.
The staff was friendly, we only waited a short time after our scheduled appointment, and our medical professional was knowledgeable & helpful.
Don’t bother making appointments here. It’s purely walk-in. It’s always an hour behind at least.
First time to urgent care. Office was nice, staff was professional, wait time was only half hour. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a script for antibiotics, which seems to be working. Received a follow-up call about my lab test, but caller was very unclear about the result of my lab work. Its also very unclear if youre being seen by a Dr or NP.
Facility is very nice and clean. Visit was super efficient. I knew what the issue was. It was quickly verified, and I was on my way with prescription in hand, but also called in to my pharmacy. They have a contactless check-in process, and it couldn’t have been made easier.
Excellent service! The provider was professional , listened well and diagnosed my symptoms. It does take a while even with an appointment . This is really the nature of a walk In clinic..
Ive been here a few times. One for a sports physical, and 2 illnesses (including my illness today) The lady in the front is always very nice. Its always great to walk in and feel welcomed and joking and getting me to laugh, was just an added bonus. I was able to get in and get out quick as some offices make you wait FOREVER (I know thats exaggerating, but we all know what I mean ;) All the nurses are friendly and so are the providers. I definitely recommend and I will continue to use this facility for mine and my family needs.
What a Fantastic place!! The Staff is absolutely amazing!! My first contact was the Receptionist at the front, she was so kind, I seen two nurses, both equally as caring, genuinelly cared about how I felt. The doctor was so Paitient, Kind, compassionate and so highly intelligent. They all made me feel so much better and so Welcomed and so cared for. You are all absouloutly amazing! Thank you for the check up and making me feel so cared for! The world needs more people like yourselves in yourselves in the medical profession and in general!
The place was clean, almost new like. I didn’t feel comfortable waiting inside, so I waited in my car and the nice lady upfront phoned me when it was my turn. The staff and doctor were so kind and patient. The wait wasn’t as long as I had anticipated, especially as a walk in and during a pandemic. Thank to everyone at Next Care. Stay strong and be safe.
Used on line appt scheduler to save time. They were a bit backed up as no doctor was on site.Very satisfied with triage person and PA.One receptionist was coughing a lot and not wearing her mask.
This is an actual urgent care and you will not be charged ER fees. However, I waited 2 hours past my scheduled appointment to see the doctor. Five walk-ins went in while I was waiting. Im not sure why I made an appointment. The doctor was good.
It is not often where a clinic visit is enjoyable. This place is awesome. I recommend trying to make an appointment if you can, although the walk-in time wasnt too bad. I asked to wait in my car and they texted me when they were ready for me, which was convenient. The doctor I saw at this location was so sweet and truly concerned about my problems. When she realized there wasnt much she could do medically, she continued to offer her advice to help me. I am positive if you treat their staff with respect, they will do the same and get you treated as soon as possible!
Staff was very friendly and helpful, from checking in at the front desk, and my triage, to seeing the provider they were all exceptional and courteous. Stefani was great and personable and Melissa was very patient Definitely appreciate the service this place provided!
The doctor was great but I waited an hour and I had an appointment. There were only two people in the waiting room. They just dont have enough doctors.
Very not urgent, urgent care services. I had an order for a STAT CT scan, and it has still been two weeks since I’ve heard back on results. I have called multiple times and have been on hold for 40+ min each time, before I have to hang up because I have work to finish. Very disappointed in the lack of communication here for an important medical issue.
Very clean facility and in very good shape. However, my wife recently had an appointment scheduled here for 12:00pm, we arrived 10 minutes early, but she wasn’t seen until about 12:45pm. I understand long waits when you’re a walk-in, but it was a surprisingly long wait for having had an appointment scheduled. Other than that, it’s a nice place.
Once checked in and taken to a room things went pretty fast. They took the time to listen and were polite. I didnt have to question anything because they talk to you in layman terms.
Everyone was very caring, attentive and kind. From the front desk (such a warm, sweet welcome), the kind nurse and the PA that asked multiple times if I had any questions he could answer. Also very clean and wait wasn’t too bad. Made an appt and was in and out in an hour.
I needed a treatment. Good NP. Knew what he was talking about.
The facility is easy to find and in a needed location . The building is new and clean. Front desk reception is friendly and organized. Wait was very short. Staff was friendly and helped make me feel comfortable. Tests done quickly. The doctor was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Very good and knowledgeable and got an immediate diagnosis and treatment plan. Very good place to go. Highly recommend.
Great visit not a long wait which was awesome. Definitely felt like my issues were addressed. Very nice friendly staff.
Fast and Friendly!I was greeted warmly upon arrival and was quickly added into the system, checked in and taken back to see the doctor. The check in process could not have been easier. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I was in and out in under 40 minutes, before having to leave town. The facility is very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.
Not feeling well Next care made it better thanks guys. I did spend more time than I wanted but there were 5 people ahead it took over 3 hours. I appreciate the medical care. When my Dr isnt available they are the next best. Thanks again guys
Besides the broken finger part, my experience here was wonderful. I was checked in, saw the doc, and had Xrays all within 20 minutes. The receptionist was super patient and helpful while I was getting my insurance and paperwork filled out. The medical staff was equally as great. Thank you to all of the staff for taking good care of me.
Went to this location as my daughter needed stitches for a cut on her upper lip. They charged me $120 up front then we saw the doctor for all of 2 minutes. Doctor said they couldnt do the stitches there because inside of mouth needed stitches also. Said we had to go to the ER. Provided no service but still charged me and refused to help. Go to the ER, wait 3 hours and finally see a doctor who ends up just using glue instead of stitches on the outside and said there was no reason to do anything to the inside of the mouth and not even sure why the doctor at this NextCare Urgent Care said stitches were needed. So $1000 and 4 hours later my daughter finally had the cut fixed with glue instead of stiches.Avoid this place as it seems they just want to collect the $120 fee and then refer you to the hospital ER anyway.
I have been to this office twice now this year. Both experiences were equally wonderful. Hardly a wait time if at all, friendly staff and very clean office. I took my daughter and grand daughter this time, they were experiencing cold like symptoms. She said the doctor was very nice and took the time to see them and speak with them about both of their symptoms. The young man at the front desk was super friendly and professional! We were in and out of there with no hassles on billing or diagnosis discharge paper. If you need a place to get urgent care in south scottsdale I highly reccamend this place!
The doctor that I seen was great and helpful. The staff was nice and courteous as well. I would recommend this Urgent Care!
Everyone was nice, competent and efficient in treating a minor arm injury.
Worst staff ever. No one in the office ahead of me. My health info on my daughters chart. At for over an hour will the MAs behind the front desk laugh and talk about their weekend and night before. Utter B.S. They do not seem to care about the patients at all. Just here for the paycheck. Never coming here again
I scheduled an appt that morning and filled out all the paperwork on line. When I arrived check in was easy. I was seen at the time of the appt and The PA Meagan was very knowledgeable and personable.
Got stiches in my little finger! Great doc(Brian Rush) He is the bestest!
I felt Everyone was very nice and the doctor that came in was very helpful also.Whenever I get sick again I will be back. This is a very professional office!
The clinic was very clean with chairs spaced apart. The flooring and decor were nice like a real clinic. The ladies in the reception were not only quick and efficient but super nice and a bit fun. The examination rooms were clean - med asst and PAC were suuuuper awesome!
I had an ok experience. The wait was about an hour without an appointment. The Provider was a bit callus when I asked for a rapid response to the Covid-19 test. I’m medically comprised and was in contact with some people who were positive. She said if I was asymptomatic, it wouldn’t be accurate so why bother!! Why bother, I asked, I’m medically compromised!! So for that experience, I’m rating it 3 stars.
Extremely pleased with our experience here, especially the professional receptionists and our PA Paige Foster. Brought my dad in for stomach pains. We knew there would be a wait and after a little over an hour we were seen. The technician who checked my dad in, she was very positive and friendly gathering all his medical information. Then onto the exam room and in two minutes we were seen. I appreciated the patience and intentional listening that PA Paige Foster gave my dad. Her recommendation to go straight to the ER was what we needed, even though my dad was nervous about going there she told him the facts as to why he needed to go. Thank you all, especially during this time when our healthcare systems are overloaded and staff are working so hard.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. My wait time was minimal to none both times I went. Dr Potts was awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable. PA Tim has great bedside manner and made me feel at ease. Will definitely come back next time I need medical attention.
The wait wasn’t awful, maybe 20 minutes. Once we got in the back Dr. Chin was very thorough and attentive. I would see him again for sure.
I was very well treated and seen within a few minutes of my arrival. Everything was done quickly and I got my results in less than 30 minutes. All in all I recommend this urgent care without any restrictions. Courtesy, punctuality and caring!
Checking in was easy and automated. The cell service was not great for other patients but fine for me. The PA was thorough and felt like I had a plan of action leaving the facility.
Went to this urgent care due to back pain and was prescribed anti-biotics to cover it. Unfortunately, I had to get them transferred to a different pharmacy because they couldnt accept my insurance. Ive been waiting since Friday for the transfer to complete and called my other pharmacy to see if they arrived. She told me she doesnt know why they have not been sent and would call them immediately so that they can. Im irked because what if this was a severe situation? The fact that they even forgot about me is scary.
The Physician Assistant I saw was awesome. The person working the front desk was terrible. Very rude and not helpful.
Over the holidays, lots of places were closed or unable to assist. I made an appointment online and was in and out of the clinic in an hour. They had great service and the Physician I spoke with was very attentive. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs care.
They are nice in the office, but the billing team is impossible to get a hold of. I have called over 6 times on the same bill because they did not send it to my secondary insurance and they sent it to collections after they said they would fix it 6 times. After holding on the phone to talk to someone for 2 hours, I still haven’t been able to reach anyone and they don’t have billing in office so it’s a centralized number that no one answers.
I would definitely recommend this location to others. I booked my appointment online at the wrong location on accident .When I showed up here, Reception took care of my mistake and switched my appointment over. I didnt have to wait at all. The Medical Assistant came in right away to do vitals. The PA was right on her heels. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Everyone was incredibly kind and wished me a speedy recovery. Thank you!
I wasn’t told the cost of my visit before going in. Everyone else that had small co pays were told their copay amount and paid before going in. I was charged after the visit $268 for them to tell me it was a cold
The staff was very kind and helpful. They made my experience enjoyable and comfortable
Went in and got a Covid test today & it went well. Staff was nice. But, while waiting in my wait room, two staff members were in the halls laughing together about patients that had come in before and exchanging funny patient stories.Very inappropriate and simply professional... They were chatting about someone coming in previously to get STD testing and they were laughing about that patients visit, and just being downright petty with their conversations. Just plain unprofessional. I won’t be coming back here... Would you want someone talking about you and making fun of your visit and personal issues? Probably not.. That’s a HIPAA violation, and clearly the staff needs a refresher on that.. Yikes..🥴
