“This was my first time at this office and I was a bit nervous but pleased to say that I had a fantastic experience during my visit! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. There.V was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns thoroughly. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The office was clean and well-organized, and scheduling was a breeze. I truly felt cared for and appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved. Highly recommend!”

Truly the worst experience. I called to refill my prescription, which they sent in as a different brand of birth control than what I had been taking. I called to correct this, and what ensued was over 72 hours of back and forth with them, my insurance, and my pharmacy, until finally it was clarified that my prescription needs to be written as “dispense as written” in order to avoid substitutions. Once this was clarified, the doctor put in my prescription for 1 month when previously I had received a 3 months supply. Again, this is a REFILL. It’s supposed to just be the same as the last time. At no point during the experience did I feel like I understood why this disconnect was happening, like my doctors or the nurses cared about me, and was even told by the nurse on the phone that she’d ask the doctor to call me back but “they don’t call back 99% of the time.” It has been a full day of phone calls now, and the issue still has not been resolved as the nurse is now going back to the doctor to have them update to a 3 month supply. It’s 4pm on a Friday and I can guarantee you I won’t have this prescription sorted before Monday. Women’s health is a joke to almost everyone in this country, the absolute last place you should feel that way is your OBGYN….

Testing is $800 and that’s with insurance so I can’t imagine without. Pricing of testing was not discussed with me even though I asked if it was covered under my insurance, I was told yes by maiden lane and later to find out my insurance didn’t cover basic testing and maiden lane chose not to tell me because they knew I wouldn’t have gotten tested there. So very sneaky tactics here. The biling department has been my biggest nightmare and mental health deterioration for about a year now and it continues. This place has ruined my health, finances and life. Go somewhere cheaper if you can.

They’ve automated their system so you talk to someone remote, who sends messages to the practitioners. They can’t contact them directly. You can’t connect to the actual office or speak to anyone who is onsite. They gave me an extension number that didn’t go anywhere. It was absolutely ridiculous. I had an urgent request and needed to get in contact with the office and couldn’t reach anyone aside from the operator. I have a follow up appointment I need to go to, but after that, I’m switching providers based solely on how hard this process was.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING APPOINTMENT!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!I know this is lengthy but it is worth reading.On March 30, 2022, I had the worst medical experience ever.I arrive at the office, check in and the sono tech brings me to the exam room. She asks me what brings me in and I tell her that the reason why I am in is that I am getting the liletta IUD. The sono tech replies and tells me the IUD is not in the office.Two weeks before I had my telehealth visit with Dr.Anik, she reassured me that the office always carries the liletta IUD’s and it is the quickest one I can get. Because of this, is why I decided to get the liletta IUD. Secondly, my original appointment was for the week prior, with all this being said my IUD should have been in office for my March 30th appointment.Thankfully, the sono tech stepped out and was able to find me a liletta IUD. This is when Dr. Faina Gelman- Nisanov comes in. She walks into the room without even any eye contact, from the door straight to the countertop that was in the room. She hands me over the consent form without even explaining it. Gelman explains to me that they usually do not do IUD insertions at the time of my appointment and they are usually booked earlier in the day. That comment felt passive-aggressive and rushed, she was telling me this because she wanted to leave. After everything was happening, I just wanted to get this over with. She was very rough, to begin with, I mentioned how the speculum was already uncomfortable and she proceed to rush and try to get the IUD in. Unfortunately, my cervix was very closed and the IUD couldn’t be inserted. I was in a lot of pain and had such abnormal cramps, when I sat up to speak to her, I felt like I was going to faint. Everything in the room became so dizzy and my hearing became so muffled, my head felt so light, I was almost about to faint. I put my phone camera to myself and I looked pale and lost color on my lips. Throughout the whole experience, Faina Gelman made me feel so rushed. The sono tech was so much more help than she was. Faina stepped out of the room and when she came in, she asked me how much longer I was going to take. How does a provider ask me that kind of question when I am on the verge of fainting ? ? I mentioned that my father was on his way from queens and would be here in 30-40 mins, and she proceeded to tell me that my options are to wait downstairs or in the cafe downstairs. Excuse me? Horrible bedside manners. First, she rushed the producer and then rushed me out in the condition I’m in. I asked if I can at least wait in the waiting room and she tells me no because they are closing.I too work in the medical field and I know how to treat my patients with care and have proper bedside manners. Clearly, she does not know, that “patients come first”.The downstairs in the Soho location is not even a lobby to sit in, there are only stairs and an elevator. The cafe next door? I was completely distraught and couldn’t believe she gave me those options and in the current health condition, I was in.What if I went downstairs or even to this cafe next door and fainted… what then?I will never be returning to Maiden Lane and Faina Gelman is a horrible provider.

My wife had a horrible experience here. Multiple clinical issues, but even worse, the clinicians here are dismissive, condescending, and rude. The front desk staff are also abrasive and she was literally vaping in the office.

Do not go here. I had a referral that clearly stated what I needed and I sent it in when I made my appointment. I went for my appointment and Dr. Rachel Villanueva saw me and said that they couldnt do that there because the tech they needed wasnt in that day. This should have been communicated when I made my appointment, not by the time I showed up and had had my vitals taken and was undressed. Not only that, but her bedside manner was terrible and she talked to me in a rude way as if somehow this was my fault. When she first came in to see me, after I had been seen by the nurse who asked me to undress and get on the table, she was angry at me for being undressed despite the nurse explicitly telling me to do that. All in all it is a poorly run facility and Dr. Villanueva in particular is rude, unprofessional, and someone to stay away from.

Unpleasant, and unsatisfactory experience. They need a front desk staff change. The front desk attendant is unfriendly, lacks tact, and is even dishonest. I arrived within 15 minutes past my appointment time and was turned away, with the desk attendant telling me I wasn’t there within the grace period, which was a blatant lie. I tried to call the office at my appt time just to let them know I was 10 mins behind and if it would be okay, but their office answering system does not have updated operating hours so it told me office was closed and sent me to voicemail. I arrived at the same time another patient did, who reached the front desk just before me and, without any eye contact or tact, I watched how unfriendly the front desk person treated the person in front of me. I noticed she was having a rough time this morning so gave her space before approaching the desk until she asked for the next person, only to be told I had to reschedule. This was my first and last time trying to establish care at this facility. While I cannot comment on the medical care itself, a practice is truly as good as its front desk attendants.

Do not make an appointment with Dr. Rachel Villaneuva. The only reason Im not giving this review a 1 star is because Ive been a patient at Maiden Lane for several years, and all the other doctors and nurses Ive encountered here are wonderful. I made an appointment with Dr. V today because my regular doctor wasnt available, and figured everyone else Ive encountered at Maiden Lane have been wonderful, Dr. V would be great too. I was very wrong.I shared with her some of my fears of an upcoming procedure and a plan that Id discussed with another doctor on how to approach it, and Dr. V completely dismissed me, implied that I was dramatically overblowing my anxiety about the procedure, despite the fact that I had consulted with another doctor at Maiden Lane about this just a few months ago. Dr. V continued to press that in her 20+ years of experience, she has never had any patient complain about pain related to this procedure, and at one point started shouting at me and slamming her hands on the desk telling me that this approach Id planned WITH ANOTHER DOCTOR was completely unnecessary and overblown. She was rude, and frankly just straight up mean. Not only did she make me feel uncomfortable, but I felt insulted, belittled and completely dismissed.I want to emphasize that everyone else at Maiden Lane Medical have been wonderful - the staff at the front desk, the nurses who take my vitals, the nurse practitioners who Ive visited along the way, and my regular gyno have all been incredible. I think we can all agree that getting an annual pap isnt our favorite thing to do, but the people here have a nice sense of humor and empathy that make it not feel horrible. Theres a reason Ive come back to Maiden Lane after 3+ years, but it is safe to say that I will avoid Dr. V as if my life depended on it.

I never leave reviews but my experience was LOVELY. Everyone was so sweet and very professional. Everything was explained to me very in-depth and I appreciated the doctors advice. Its so hard to find good doctors that are also kind and you will find it here.

Love this office and staff. I never look forward to annual visits but I still feel comfortable here because the providers are very genuine and kind and make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Gelman and nurse practitioner Sarah, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing both of them and they’re both gentle and take their time to answer all your questions. The front desk staff is also speedy and made sure to make me aware that I would be seeing the NP since the doctor was out of the office. If you need a new GYN, go here for thorough and gentle care and a good experience every time.

I saw Sarah Adamic, NP for my annual routine exam and I ended up with close to $1000 bill. She is nice but this practice doesn’t seem to care about patients. They claimed it to the insurance company in a way that can NOT be part of my annual allowance.She seems to be a good listener and takes lots of notes. It seemed nice but according to a nice person from the insurance company, this is their way to charge anything possible. and I was told to better not to get too chatty. I am so afraid to come back to this practice.

Dr. Blanton is great, very kind and personable and made me feel super comfortable! She was recommended to me by a friend and I would highly recommend her as well. The staff was also really, really sweet!I had an awful experience with their scheduling line, though. I was leaving work early for my appointment and I had accidentally made a wrong turn (totally my fault), so I was running just 5 minutes late and felt really badly about it. To be polite, I called the number in my confirmation email to apologize and let them know I was almost there. The man on the phone not only scolded me but also told me I already missed my appointment and that I had to re-schedule. When I got there all of 2 minutes later everything was fine and I was seen, but I was super worked up, which is not a great way to go into a doctors appointment. I was only a few minutes late, so if its that tight then they shouldnt be scheduling appointments so close to closing!

I received postpartum PT treatment with Maiden Lane for two months, with significant improvement. I had a great experience working with Kate. She is very professional, knowledgable, and patient. I feel much stronger, better, and more confident. I highly recommend her and this facility. (Kate speaks native-level Chinese and English, and is a great communicator.)

I recently went to Maiden Lane Medical as a new patient for GYN services on a Saturday. The environment was very clean and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I saw Dr. Gelman-Nisanov and I must say I am very pleased. I felt comfortable with her, she listened and answered all my questions and even said that my questions were very astute. The service was prompt and I am very happy that I found a new GYN home. I highly recommend. This place was a referral from Femgyn another Excellent medical center.

Called twice for get a physical copy of my ultrasound results, they said will call me when the copy is ready, but they never get back to me. And one of the front desk staff is not patient. Also they charge very high for the ultrasound. Even after insurance is still around $400. Don’t recommend.

I had the best experience here. The front desk ladies are very sweet and personable. They are patient and helpful. My appointment was with Dr. Blume. I loved her! My appointment was not rushed but went pretty fast. She was thorough and listened to all the issues I had. She made some pretty good recommendations too. Not just ones related to my Gynecology appointment. She was funny and made me feel really comfortable. I like that she didnt try to force any unnecessary services on me. I think any woman would enjoy going to this place.

One of the most unprofessional medical offices I’ve been to. Dr. Eana is awesome but the office staff is incredibly incompetent. I was told by the doctor that my prescription would be filled day of my appointment, which did not happen. I followed up six times because my pharmacy never received it. Each time I called, someone at Maiden Lane assured me the prescription would be filled and it never was. They were condescending and rude after I explained to them this was a time sensitive medication. There is a huge issue with follow through at this office and it’s concerning that there is a complete disregard for patient care.

I have been a patient at Maiden Lane Medical for over a year now, and highly recommend the practice. Dr. Kate Zhang is my physical therapist and she is amazing. Not only do I fully trust her to handle my medical issues, but her bedside manner and general demeanor is excellent as well. I have had a rocky journey with physical therapy but Dr. Kate Zhang is always there to reassure me and help me progress again. I have seen numerous specialists and therapists over the past year, but none have made me as comfortable as her, which is why I always come to Maiden Lane.

I’ve had great experience seeing Dr. Mariz at his old office, and thus wanted to follow him to this place. However, after a call with their receptionist Tiffany I decided to cancel my appointment. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional.

I loved my experience at Maiden lane! I’ve been living in the city for 6 years and have been scared to get a gynecologist here because the process can be so daunting. Faina Gelman was wonderful! She was so understanding and reassuring of my questions. The front desk staff is wonderful. I was having an issue with my insurance and they called the insurance company immediately and cleared it up. I even arrived late and they still got me in to see the doctor so quickly! Would highly recommend any woman to this office.

Amazing OBGYN. dr. sarah adamic has one of the most professional and kindest personalities and makes you feel comfortable the entire team. she listens to all your concerns and provides practical efficient solutions. no wait time, everything done in building, highly recommend. will be having her for my primary care.

Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and understanding! My doctor was great at hearing my questions and explained everything so well to help alleviate/address any of my concerns! I’m so thankful I found this place!!

Staff is really nice and helpful. Dr. Blanton is great! Super informative, patient, and personable. I appreciated that she talked to me about lab tests and possible charges based on what I asked for (thats a first for a doctor for me!). They will take good care of you here!

Its really hard to find a good gyno in the city and I was so happy to find Dr. Faina Gelman-Nisanov. She was so delightful and had wonderful bedside manor. 5 stars for Dr. Faina. However, when my bill came I was shocked. I went in for a pretty routine procedure and was charged $800 after insurance. On top of that, I was charged an extra doctor visit that in my opinion was unnecessary and unfair to require me to pay. When I tried explaining this to their billing department they could have cared less. I should have listened to other reviews (check Yelp) stating similar experiences and shocking bills. I unfortunately will have to find a new office and provider next time around after this rather expensive and frustrating experience.

The front staff were kind, cheerful and helpful. My doctor was amazing, answered all my questions and gave me a lot of help & peace of mind. I felt very advocated for, my results and treatment came so quickly. 11/10!!

My appointment with Faina Galmen-Nisanov started with unsolicited cosmetic surgery suggestions with unrelated body parts to my visit. To then followup and say I wouldnt be a good candidate so to be good with what I have. Mind you, I did not ask for feedback or show insecurity. Also, my lab results came back 2 weeks after my visit in which I was told I had an infection the entire time and needed medication. Dangerous territory.Its taken me a few months to want to write this review as I honestly would like to ignore and forget but the thought of a doctor treating another woman in this manor unsettles me.

PLEASE STAY AWAY. I used to go here and had a wonderful gynecologist. However, unfortunately she is not there anymore and no one bothered to let me know. My prescription was never refilled and I could not get a standard refill unless I saw a new doctor virtually. It makes no sense because I should be able to have unlimited based on a previous exam for at least 3 years. They care about your money and taking as much from insurance as possible. I am still waiting to speak to a manager and I still have not received my Rx. Horrible. I am looking for a new doctor!

I met with Dr. Gelman-Nisanov and it was great experience. I was a bit nervous going in for my appointment but she was incredibly professional, answered all of my questions concerning birth control clearly and kindly, and was genuinely engaged in helping me find the best option for me. I will definitely be seeing her again for a follow-up. Additionally, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I didn’t have my insurance card on me but was able to find the relevant information through an alternative method. The staff was patient and very helpful.

I’ve been going to Maiden Lane Medical for about 2 years now. I have seen a few different doctors and I liked them all very much: courteous, professional, patient, always with an answer and a smile. On the other hand, the front desk staff is unnecessarily rude, unhelpful and, I believe, lying. Twice already I showed up for an appointment only to be told that they had to cancel it. They claimed they called me but in reality they never did it.Great doctors and nurses, very poor staff. Very unfortunate.

Dr. Harris is wonderful! She is kind, takes her time with patients, funny, understanding, she calls/emails, she really takes an interest in her work and patients. II am so happy to have found her as I feel she is getting me on the road to recovery. Dr. Harris is the most thorough doctor I have ever dealt with. God Bless her and thank you Dr Harris!

Ive just started seeing Dr. Blanton but I am very happy and impressed so far. She is very thoughtful and thorough and explains everything very carefully so you understand your options and possible side effects fully before making a decision. The office staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing but good experiences so far.

This office is nothing short of exceptional! Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse and Dr. Gelman-Nisanov herself were absolutely lovely and helpful! She was thorough, very knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed and she really took the time to understand all of my concerns. This is by far the best GYN experience I’ve had - so glad I found her!

I went in to see the doctor on Oct 11, doctor ordered blood work and asked me to come in at Oct 18 for the blood work. So I went to do the blood work on Oct 18. On Oct 18, its just blood drawing, I did not see any doctor. And the office charged me fee of office visits twice, one for the visit of Oct 11, andone for Oct 18. Now I have to make many phone calls to argue about why i was charged the fee of seeing a specialist when I did not see any doctor. Very bad experience!!!! Did not recommend!!!!

I came in for a consult to get my expired IUD replaced in March. It is now mid-August and I still have not had the procedure done. Ive made 40+ calls to this office, my insurer, the specialty pharmacy - every time its a different story. The latest update is that apparently my doctors NPI is registered in Texas, not New York. Im incredibly frustrated and have started looking for another doctor.

Love this place. Dr. Blanton is an absolute saint! I went to her after I was dealing with an issue that no one could figure out (2 doctors and 3 NPs later). She was so thorough and really listens to her patients, rather than just typing whatever youre saying and rush you out. She also makes such an effort to personally check up on her patients, which I found to be very rare with a lot of doctors. The front desk staff is okay, nothing great but not horrible. I still give this 5 stars though because Dr. Blanton is just that awesome. I would definitely recommend her!

I have been going to One Medical for years now and am so glad Dr Harris was referred to me by a friend. I am aware each time I visit how confident I feel in their practice. Dr. Harris takes the time to speak to you in depth, giving you room to voice your questions and concern...respecting that it is your body. The whole office works well, the nurses and technicians run a tight ship.

I’m not afraid to share that I go here. I’ve seen multiple doctors at this practice and they are the most awe-inspiring, competent, pleasant doctors I’ve ever had the honor of being seen by. Dr. Blanton and Dr. Geller have exceptional bedside manner while also being incredibly competent and efficient. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would drive across the country just to continue being seen here.

Dr. Harris, and Dr. Coady before her, have been my GYN doctorsfor many years. I have received exceptional care during that time.The office personnel have been terrific and I would not hesitate asecond before recommending Maiden Lane Medical to my friendsor anyone.

Dr. Blanton is extremely caring and yet very professional. She made sure that I was aware of every process of the procedure I needed to have. She helped put my mind at ease and made me feel like I was a person that mattered to her and not just another patient.

Sarah Adamic, N.P. is awesome. The receptionists were very friendly. The check in procress was very easy. The wait time wasnt long. The location is close to the C train Spring St. station. Ill definitely be returning.

Im so happy with this group. The office is lovely and convenient to get to. The office staff are kind and helpful. Ive never waited more than a couple minutes to see someone. And Dr. Blanton is a wonderful provider. Highly recommend.

Maiden Lane Medical is a 5 star group. I was in need of a surgical procedure and met with Dr. Emily Blanton. She was as caring and detailed on my first visit as she was post surgery. Not only was she the best GYN I have ever attended but she was extremely knowledgeable. The entire team was organized and pleasant. The appointments were always on schedule. I could have not asked for better care.

First visiting this office. No wait time. Excellent time spent with my doctor. Great patient portal available for any follow up.

The whole experience from booking an appointment to actually seeing the doctor was great. Dr. Eana was wonderful! I have been looking for a good OBGYN and finally found it! Dr. Eana was professional and patient and answered all my questions in a very detailed and satisfactory manner.The technician was very polite and professional too. Doctor and ultrasound tech are amazing, but the front office staff is rude and a mess. Also, you cant reach them directly because they use a call center, so any information you want conveyed is never passed along. While waiting (almost an hour) for my appointment, I witnessed a) a mother of a patient demanding medical history to be faxed to her daughters surgeon since two weeks of requests didnt work, and b) two other patients arguing about appointment mix-ups. Its a shame because Dr. Blume is a gem.

Wow this place is terrible. The gynecologist I visited didnt even ask for my full medical history. She just seemed super rushed and did not care much about my concerns. I had a follow up appointment scheduled with a specialist then had an emergency come up. I called to reschedule and they promised I would not be charged a fee. Well...they charged me a $75 no show fee anyway. Now its been three weeks, and I have called three times, and no one will fix this on my account and refund my money. HIGHLY do not recommend going here.

From the reception to the doctor everyone was wonderful. I didnt wait more than 3 minutes even though I was late to my appointment. Doctor Arutyunyan is amazing, finally found a doctor I wont dread going to.

I love everyone at Maiden Lane Medical they are all so amazing and careing, they help with my insurance, have seen me multiple times until we figure out what is going on alwasy with a positive attituted.If you are looking for a PT Kate Zhang is amazing and super nice. She has really helped me turn things around in the past year! I think she has been instrumental to my well being, not only does she help you physically she will also listens to what you have to say and be there for you. I would definetely recommend anyone to go see her.

Dr. Faina Gelman-Nisanov has changed my mind about annuals. I’ve always hated the process, but she makes the experience so quick and painless. She makes you feel real and honest, without judgement and I really feel comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Maiden Lane needs to provide direct phone numbers to their practitioners. I waited in the cold for 20 minutes because they had neglected to provide a current address for my doctor. I went to the old office. I had no idea why no one answered the door. I had to call a central phone line, I was on hold for over 10 minutes. The office had moved across the street. After my appointment the prescription I needed had not been sent to my pharmacy. I had to call again. Wait again on hold. Come on folks! Get it together. I have never had this problem with Maiden Lane before.

I am 34 yrs old and the last time I made a visit to the gynecologist was when I was 19 yrs old (it was the first and last time I attended). My next visit took 15 yrs because my first time was a traumatic experience. I share this background information to explain the importance of my visit with Dr. Emily Blanton.Dr. Blanton definitely provided the opposite experience I needed that was healing to that trauma I experienced. She was kind, sweet, patient, and explained everything that she was going to do, then explained what she was doing in real time, and then shared next steps along with other procedures I inquired about. As long as I live in NYC or close to NYC I will be visiting Dr. Blanton for my lady part check up.Thank you Dr. Blanton!

Dr emily blanton is fantastic. There was a scheduling snafu - totally my mistake, I showed up on the wrong day! The amazing woman at the front desk was able to squeeze me in. What a sweetheart! Dr. Blanton makes you feel very at ease and is very thorough. Great practice!

Dr Blanton Listen to my complaint and work to resolve the issue. Very nice doctor. Dr Blanton is amazing, I have been going to her for the past couple of months and all my problems have been resolved.she cares about your health ,not about the money and anything that is not fixed by another doctor she fixes it for you. I recommend her a thousand times.

I’ve been going to Maiden Lane Medical for 5+ years and have always had great experiences with the staff, doctors and nurse practitioners. The offices are always very clean and comfortable, and wait times are usually short. Will definitely continue to come here.

Terrible service. Was told that nothing was wrong with and I should just take ibuprofen for the constant pain I was in. Turns out it was a huge issue that is now requiring surgery. Months later they are trying to collect a co-payment, which was already paid at the time of the visit.

I found Dr. Blume on Zocdoc and she was wonderful, no complaints there. When I checked my claims online, I saw that they submitted for both preventative and an office visit. All I went in for was my annual pap. It seems that the doctor asking do you want birth control and me saying yes please was enough for them to charge for an office visit. Really smart doctors who are both personable yet professional. Dr. Gelman is the best! Also, the office plays upbeat trendy music that keeps you feeling comfortable and in good spirits.

I really loved my OBGYN but my experience with Maiden Lanes billing department was a nightmare. They misfiled every bill, would not assist me in trying to correct the bills, did not answer my phone calls or emails, and overall were incredibly rude. I wish I had a different experience here because my OBGYN was amazing.

Was charged $230 (originally $325) for a 5 minute appointment. No testing was done. I have an insurance they accept as well. So ridiculous that this isn’t discussed upfront.

I had issues with my insurance. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and patient even when I was a pain to deal with. My doctor was quick and thorough and put in the correct prescription. I left smiling.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Blanton. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns. She is patient, respectful and caring. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Blanton.

Dr. Blanton is lovely and attentive to patient needs. Highly recommend for people experiencing chronic pelvic pain. Compassionate, thorough, and gentle doctor.

At first I was iffy about this location (due to it being so out the way from where I live). But the staff are really friendly, and Dr. Eama was very sweet, a great listener, helpful. The wait time was short, I got there early so I was seen in a reasonable time

Everything was fine. Got a quick appointment. Clean office, efficient and nice and helpful staff at reception desk. Dr. Harris kind and thorough as usual. I would recommend this medical facility, but friends would need to use insurance or Medicare if that is possible.

Sarah and the staff at the West Broadway office were warm and friendly. The office is brightly lit and clean. Would definitely recommend

The doctors there are good but I wont be coming back. Their billing services suck. One month after a visit I was sent a bill to pay of a charge I was never informed about nor agreed to. It just sucks when you go to a doctor and they dont inform you how much it will cost and then you get some random bill you have to pay.

I’ve always had such positive experiences here. I’m plus sized, and sometimes find doctors visits uncomfortable, but this staff has always treated me with kindness and grace, as well as is very knowledgable!

Dr Blume is the best! Shes easy to talk to and is great for providing all your available options without being too pushy! Ive always been seen in a timely manner.

I’ve gone to Dena Harris for something like 30 years. She listens to you, she’s flexible and will work with you with herbalists or acupuncturists. She’s open minded and will try an out of the box solution to a problem if the standard approach doesn’t work.

It was warm, even the scapula was warmed up! Everyone was friendly, smart and kind. It was wonderful being in an all-female practice for Gynecology!

I’ve been looking for a good gyno for a while the last place I found was awful, one visit to this place and I’m very happy. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean, organized I couldn’t say enough positive things about this place!

I scheduled an appointment on ZocDoc but when I went, the front door was locked. So I called, texted, and emailed them and no one answered. I guess their office was closed, but they never let me know! I went all the way over there for nothing! Horrible service, do not suggest going here.

I made an appointment 5 months out. I showed up today for my appointment and they claimed I cancelled it over the phone - however I received a confirmation email of my appointment 2 days ago. I am extremely disappointed and I will never return. A complete waste of time

I have spent years disputing charges with their billing department. They refused to contact me or my insurance company despite attempt after attempt for a covered service. Horrific experience, BEWARE before you book here.
