Parking was easy and close proximity to office. Check in process was fast and staff was friendly. Wait time for doctor was minimal and both Dr. Dunn and her nurse were kind and seemed sincerely concerned with my issues. Treatment was recommended that should help. Very pleased with this visit!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dunn from age 18-23, returning at age 35 to now in my mid- forties. She is brilliant, compassionate, and very wise when offering care and treatment. She is a world class physician. The practice is wonderful in it’s entirety.,

Dr. Bruce Hirsch has my doctor for many years now. He is always so thorough and knowledgeable. He is one of the most patient doctors I know. I would definitely recommend him

Dr. Bellardo delivered my first baby after experiencing a miscarriage and was so comforting during the whole process. I ended up needing a c-section and he did an amazing job. There’s no one else I would trust more.

Dr. Bellardo is a wonderful provider. Couldn’t recommend him enough. He has been my OBGYN for about 7 years. He provided prenatal care and delivered my baby last year. It was such a smooth experience and I feel very grateful for his care.

Dr. Dunn took time to answer questions and I felt like we were able to work together to determine treatment. I did not feel rushed, which us rare for most dr appts these days.

I was able to check in and be seen by the physician within thirty minutes. Dr. Dunn is always personable and attentive to any concerns or questions regarding my health.

I entered my pre-registration information online and even called to make sure it was accepted. Yes. The RUDE woman at the sign-in said it wasnt, She gave me the tablet and I re-entered my info....after I stated it was. She was with another patient and I looked at her and put the tablet on the ledge where she could see....not wanting to interrupt the conversation. She went to Lunch and Did Not enter my (early) arrival. After sitting for 20 minutes, and after my scheduled time,the lady that was there asked if I was there and registered me. I almost took her tablet into the washroom for her to find.... as it was still on the counter where I left it. But changed my mind. I do like Dr. Hirsch. For years.

Wonderful team - love the care, attention and connection with their clients. They take the time to not only listen to any concerns but also clearly communicate and offer suggestions for any next steps.

Dr. Bellardo and his staff are awesome!! They make you feel comfortable and welcome. They take time with you and listen. Would recommend them highly!!

Dr Hirsch and his office are highly efficient and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him for GYN care!

Dr Melanie Dunn is amazing. She has delivered all 3 of my children. They were not the easiest pregnancies or deliveries. Dr. Dunn has calmed me and answered every question and concern. Most importantly she is knowledgeable and honest. I cannot say enough about her and her team. Thank you from my growing family!

I’ve tried several times to set an appointment there and staff has not/will not get back in contact with me. My nurse also called and she has yet to get a response back from there as well.

I had great care here overall, but I wanted a non-hormonal birth control option and they do not offer this. I didnt know this upfront, so eventually I needed to leave and find a different care provider.

Dr Richard Presley is nothing short of amazing. He is patient and kind, knowledgeable and professional. I have always felt heard when I have brought a concern to him and never rushed when discussing it. He should be training younger doctors on how to treat their patients. He is truly one of a kind!

The staff have always been nice and accomodating. I never had a bad experience in their office. I have been a patient of Dr. Dunn for about 20 years. She delivered my 3 children. She is caring, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I appreciate her very much. She is one of the best doctors I know.

She takes time to ask and answer questions.. explaining the full scope of your issues and options for treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. She is a valuable asset to the Ascension Medical Group.

Dr. Bellardo is the best OBGYN I have ever been to. He is extremely considerate, his nurses are so sweet, and when I bring up concerns he takes all measures to make sure they’re properly addressed. That’s rare in a doctor and I’m so glad I switched to him.

My first visit was wonderful. I felt at ease like I already knew the doctor. She was Very Good at her job, she listened and didnt rush the appointment. Im Very Satisfied. All the workers from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. All were Amazing! I wish all doctors appointments were as Pleasant as theirs. I Highly Recommend them if ever needed. You wont be disappointed!

I’m always pleased to see Rebecca Wilson FNP for my follow up care and treatment. She is always willing to listen to you and explain any questions you have or concerns. She is professional kind and considerate of your needs

It’s too long, to detained!! When a patient is over 70yrs you need to simplify these questions. Box them under categories, with little boxes that they can check off. Not all of us have computers and printers!! I would of preferred that you just sent me the paperwork for me to fill out and bring with me or take back with me‼️ I understand that we at this age are babyboomers but not all of us are computer literate! I did not list any of my meds or my allergies, as I have quite a few, but I will bring the list with me!Thank you for taking up my time for 1 hr that it took to fill this out as the printing is so very small as I do not have a computer,Sheila D Waddell!BTW. you didn’t state what time that I’m suppose to be there!!

I never have to wait.I just am preregistered... Usually take care of it before I get there but if I cant I get there early to do it online. I love my Doctors.

This hospital/office is nothing but amazing! I wouldn’t want to go to any other office for my health needs! Dr.Dunn is truly the best, she is so kind and was very good to us when we lost our baby! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Thank y’all for being so amazing!

I always get in and out quickly, yet feel Ive been heard and both staff and Rebecca, they take great care of me! It is always the same great care!!!

My virtual phone conversation went well. Polite & professional. I did not know how to set up a video call so it was done thru phone questions & that helped me allot.Dr. & nurse were able to get answers they needed.

The parking is just horrible!! Had to circle 7 times before locating a parking spot! My visit with Dr Dunn was a good one no complaints with her and loved the nurse..I am basing my rating on the parking!!!!

My favorite Doctor (Dr Presley)! He is the best and he really cares about me. And the worse time trying to get an appointment, as always 🙂.

The actual doctors/ Nurse Practioners visit was professional and helpful. However, her assistant should be provided with cultural sensitivity training. She has called me girl several times , this visit and the initial visit. I am a black woman and thats beyond devaluing and could be perceived as racist. . For clarity..the assistant who does the charting. Sitting at her desk acting totally bored. not the helper in office...

This is a wonderful place to receive care. Everyone is caring and professional. Dr Danford does everything she can to help. Great experience.

I have no complains of staff and physicians but wish the summaries of visits would be more thorough. I know from being a nurse the doctors probably lets staff do it. There is no summary. Just two or three words etc.

I waited two hours for the results of my imaging to be sent to my physician, and they still didn’t show up. Took more than 24 hours.
