I have been going to this doctors office for a year now. I would rate this facility unprofessional. You schedule appointments because they don’t take walk ins so you show up on applicant day just for them to never actively do their job so you have to schedule another appointment for the same thing for NOTHING to be done. Because I miss a lot of days of work because it’s not a walk in facility I have chosen to try tele health appointment so the doctor calls me on the phone only for the doctor to NEVER call me on the phone. You call the center and Joanne always answers to the phone to transfer me to a voicemail or no can’t ever assist in any way regarding health or actually getting an accurate appointment. Being short staff , long lunch breaks , not timely answering the phone if not a parents personal problem. This is a business it should be operated like one. Now I have to try to see where else I can find an African American doctor in Miami who actually can do their job professionally. I would not recommend and it is most certainly a waste of your time. Further more I never stated Joanne did anything wrong I’m aware she works in the back and just answers the phone but why do you answer the phone to keep saying the same thing “oh I don’t know sweetie I’m just answering the phone because you called.” Not professional at all. It seems as though Linda is the only person that ever gets anything done but she’s not always available. Such a BIG disappointment.

The renewed facility is beautiful and clean, well organized, the staff very friendly. A self service machine with hot complimentary drinks is available in the main waiting room.Parking is always available, all the staff is very friendly and kind. I must mention that every time I get to this place (the main entrance of the facility) I always feel treated like a VIP customer, and that was since the very first time we were here, about 4 years ago. Most of the staff members here seem happy to work and make you feel comfortable.Dr. Salmon is the pediatrician of both my children. She is nice and professional. She cares but she doesnt make me feel anxious about my childrens health. I have no complaints. Today for the first time I met the other doctor, Lapierre i believe, and I had a very good first impression.The childrens waiting room used to have lots of educational toys, but they were removed at the beginning of the pandemic. Its still a nice space where my little ones love to spend some time.I am very satisfied and would recommend the pediatrics at this Comprehensive Health Center.

High quality healthcare provided by diverse multicultural specialized medical team that goes above and beyond to ensure every persons health care is approach from a comprehensive perspective. The staff speaks English Spanish and creole and are very flexible and accommodating and understanding. They are very busy in the mornings so an appointment is required but I will call ahead to see what can be done in case of an emergency.

I love this doctor’s office! They make you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in. They always answer the phone and LuLu the receptionist is such a beautifully spirited woman. Love her so much ! I’m so glad I brought my newborn here! They also accept Medicaid.

This is ridiculous!!!! My mother has been trying to get some lab exam done for over 2 months but because of the lack of professionalism in that office she still cant do it. She has appointment with transportation, they either dont communicate with the drivers or the drivers just say its too far they are not going and comment that they call her she didnt pick up. She likes her doctor but she cant deal with the office personal.

I love the service, receptionist Ashley very helpful, professional and friendly. I love my Doctor Quintana she is the best! All of the staff is great!

Mrs Laura have provided very good service. She did not only provide the service but she took the time to explain my benefits to me.

I took my son for his annual check up. Everybody was very nice with me and specially with my son. He needed to have two vaccines so it was not an easy visit, but the nurses were so nice with him it really made a difference. The pediatrician made an excellent exam of my son and was very clear in the areas where we need it to work. I was really impressed for the cordiality of all staff professional level, gave me a lot of confidence! Definitely will come back for my son and for myself.

I can’t imagine being seen by a different Doctor, really. Dr. Jean-Claude Medina is truly an outstanding Doctor!!!! He is so caring. Every single time I’ve gone to his office, no matter, even when he is super busy, he ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS make time to see me. He has been my Doctor for over 5 years and I recommend him to anyone who wants to receive GREAT care. His staffers are super friendly and always strive to help me all the time.

I was there on June 19, 2018, after not having been there in 3 years. I had forgotten how efficient and effective this place works. The staff in both the rehab and medical sections of the facility communicated with me and with each other. When I was introduced to a new team member they previous person totally informed the next person. The friendliness and professionalism created a very warm atmosphere where people waiting to be seen chatted and laughed with each other, and even said bye to each other when leaving. I am so glad that I went there instead of the Urgent Care.

I just went through quite a trying period when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr. Seide and her staff went beyond their scope of duties as a whole to assist me in these difficult times. Im very thankful for their support and for the dedicated attitude whenever I came to the clinic. Thumbs up!

First, the only reason they get one star is because of Dr. Medina. Either than that this office is soooooo disorganized. You an never reach who you need to. Dont bother trying to get documents sent or received by them. Basically, you have to go in to the office to get things done. I hate calling every day about the same issue for months. You can never ever reach the person you need by phone. I recommend this office gets better training in customer service and answering and returning phone calls.

Oh my, Dr. Jean-Claude Medina is AMAZING!!!!! I’ve never been seen by a Doctor that is absolutely so caring and is remarkably knowledgeable. I’ve been under the care of Dr. Medina for more than 2 years, and I HIGHLY recommend him to you!

I cant even leave zero stars get it together google ,This place right here dont care about their patients they rush through everything, Just to get you out .I need a Prescription filled out for a waiver program the nurses dont know what Im talking about even though I have everything Written drop for the request they mess that up wanting to things there way and now my brother cant get his medical supplies. Looking for a New Doctor now .

Honestly,I’ve seen the issues since we’ve had Dr. Wilson as our primary. Once he left it’s been a real issue getting medical attention. Employees here have attitudes and treat you as if you were a nuisance. They lose your medical records and don’t keep track of their own notes. Then when you let them know or critique it, they get defensive and extremely aggressive. I’ve been trying to work this issue with my knee out for more than a year. (Yeah I’ve been working on an MRI/Insurance issue that still hasn’t been resolved.) I’m pretty sure it hasn’t healed correctly and the only ones I blame is this facility and it’s employees. I need to get me and my family out of here.

Office deserves no stars. Please dont believe the hype about this place. Number 1 Dr.Jean Claude Medina is the horrible doctor. He is liar, Ive been going to this office for almost a year. He continuously refers me to specialist which are inconsistent and will reschedule your appointments and never see you. Secondly when I ask him to explain why he keeps sending me to these specialist, he cant explain why. Ive told Dr.Medina multiple times how these specialist are not seeing me, but made it seem like I was lying.Then I was told that was non complaint to my treatment due to lack his staff not sending my prescription order to the pharmacy of my choice which always notifies me when I have prescription ready there. He doesnt care about his patients well being. Honestly at this point, its clear that he doesnt know what he is doing. Trying to get this doctor to fill out simple flma paper work for me to keep my job, has been an hassle. Im ensuring my family members and I will not return to this doctor office.I dont know about the other doctors in this office but my experience with Dr.Medina has been terrible. I could go on and on about my horrible experience at this doctors office, its alot. I do not recommend anyone to go this doctors office.

Yesterday was my first experience at the clinic and the Dr. who attended me was great. She answered every question I had thoroughly and seemed great. However, today I came in to get my my blood taken out and felt uncomfortable throughout the process. Kathy was the nurse who was taking my blood today and she was not friendly, nor did she look like she even cared. She passed me a cup and two small tubes for a urine sample. I asked her for instructions and she said to pee in the cup, thats it. Since I am not familiar with the clinic I asked her where the bathroom was and she ignored me. Luckily another patient was kind enough to point me to where the bathroom is. After I finished, I reentered the room to get my blood taken out and I asked her where to put the cup with my sample. She pointed at a basket and that is where i placed it. I also placed the two empty tubes on top of the cup (all exposed.) She then had me sit at a chair and began prepping to take my blood out. Another lady then came into the room and they both were having a conversation about who knows what and clearly she was more focused on her personal matter rather than the patients need. I had questions to ask (what patient doesnt) but she clearly wanted to continue her conversation with this other lady in the same room I was getting my blood taken out of (No privacy). After she finished she appeared to be rushing me to get out. I asked her how long she was going to leave my urine sample sitting on the basket. She looked at me funny and said I was suppose to pee on the cup and pour my sample into the two empty small tubes she gave me. She didnt give me any specific instructions other than Go pee in the cup. Kathy said just leave it there I will pour it out while looking at her computer and her friend still being in the same room. No patient should ever feel uncomfortable at a clinic or hospital but it became clear to me that this nurse Kathy or whatever her title is only there to pick up a check and does care for the overall wellbeing of patients.

Not one person at this place is willing to set a positive example. If one doctor refuses to do the right thing, it’s pointless to reach out to another doctor, office manager, or director because they all have each other’s back. This is the worse place for elderly patients. Don’t speak on what you think is right because they will retaliate for having your own opinion.

This doctors office is the worst. The wait time is horrible. If youre scheduled to see the doctor anytime after 11 am you will be rushed out so the staff can go to lunch. Dr. Jean Claude Medina is a very rude doctor. If you ask him questions regarding your treatment,he gets offended and refuses to answer. Dont waste your time going to this doctor office, youll regret it. I am very disappointed about the service I recieved at this place especially since I was referred by a friend.

Ive been calling for an immunization record, its been 2 days. Just forward the informations to my email. Everytime they hanged up. Apres sa na di ayisyen pa ankouraje ayisyen. Nou San etik Profesional! If I could give 0 star I would.

The staff is ok. Even with an appointment you sit there and wait for about 25-30 minutes smh. They dont answer the phone either, you need help just go in person.
