I started my surrogacy journey with my first phone call from Kelley in summer of 2023 and the whole entire process went so smooth from beginning to end. This whole experience was unbelievable. Im so grateful for how everything was processed from start to finish. Kelly for starters was my intake/match coordinator and she explained everything throughout checked in on me constantly and found the perfect family I was able to add a blessing for the fertility clinic I went to was so topnotch I couldnt think of a better place and location and the staff there was amazing and then my case manager Elizabeth was above and beyond made my whole journey easy. I would be texting a whole paragraph and my partner would be like who are you texting? Im texting my case manager about my work day geez 🙄🤣 she really made the whole experience like I mattered, listening and honestly being a great friend. Im two weeks postpartum and Ive got to say my whole TEAM has reached out almost every other day to make sure Im doing okay and check in and I truly truly appreciate that from the bottom of my heart❤️

I do not recommend this place, go here at your own risk and remember that this is just business so look for a place that pays more!!! All I can say is I expected more. I should have probably went with another surrogacy but oh well, at the beginning it was nice I had Kelly she is really awesome she’s like a bestfriend and if she didn’t know an answer she ask the right person and get back to me right away she was great but she’s just the person you get before you are matched up. Then I got Kim afterwards she was great as well I really liked her she was like a mom to me and I could reach out to her at any time of the day. But I had complications with the company and the way they did things I was told I wasn’t supposed to use my insurance at all and I ended up having to do so and also find my own doctors when we had a fertility clinic that I should have been sent to instead, over all I’m glad my contract is almost ending :) it wasn’t a great experience I had a molar pregnancy and needed to do the vacuum procedure twice because the Beverly Hills clinic didn’t do it like they said they would ! I could potentially have an infection so Be careful with these shady people !!!!

I just want to reiterate how amazing this agency is. The staff are all so pleasant. I spoke with Cindy when I originally had questions and she answered everything and made it so easy to get everything going. My case manager Elizabeth was an absolute angel. She is so genuine and was always on point with checking in on me , my headspace , how I’m feeling , and made sure I know every appointment . My surro journey ended in August , and I again I am just so happy to be with an agency that cares about their people . Everyone still checks in on me . They made blessing another family so easy , their support was everything.
