Loved the doctor! Staff was great too! Make an appointment! The process goes much smoother.P.S. Last time I was at this clinic, I had a horrible experience. After an X-ray on my ribs they said I didn’t have any fractures. Went to a different place and I had FIVE broken ribs! I truly believe they thought I was there for opiates.

I arrived with third degree burns to my left forearm from loading my fireplace with firewood. When I arrived at the urgent care in complete pain and agony, the staff made sure I was processed quickly and brought back to see the doctor immediately. My burns were treated and dressed with such TLC and I felt very safe and comfortable in the care of the doctor. He took such great time and effort and never once rushed or made me feel like he had to hurry to move on to go see someone else. The entire staff were so wonderful, professional, very thorough and helpful. I appreciate the kind efforts that this team showed me. Thanks again for everything.

This was my first time ever going to this urgent care. With no insurance, they had reasonable payment plans & was in and out in under 1 1/2hrs from processing me in to seeing the Dr. There staff was awesome and very friendly, couldnt have asked for better! Best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Dr. Popadiuk was wonderful and prescribed me the medicines I was hoping for. Medications were also able to be filled at the pharmacy on site which was very convenient.

We love Michigan Urgent Care! They are a quick and friendly option for our family. They are great with our kids too. Recently we had Nurse Nyla and Doctor Lilia Popadiuk who were both amazing! Thank you!

Our first and last visit was in 12/30/2024. Started with the receptionist advising me to hand my daughter the garbage can when i asked for a”puke” bucket (she had a disposable one sitting next her that she actually picked up and then set down. Told me to have her puke in the garbage can. By the looks of the can….We weren’t the first to be told this.Then informed me that the provider on that day preferred the onsite pharmacy. Hmmmm. Kick back??I’m a provider and have never once preferred a pharmacy or anotherThen …the care once in the room was less then acceptable. The MA came in …i started to explain…she says we will swab. I mentioned I’m worried about pneumonia (recent hospitalization for bacterial and mycoplasma). They swabbed for Influenza A&B and Covid. Told me it was negative and that she “looked” viral. Listened to her lungs …said she was fine (mycoplasma pneumonia does not necessarily present with rhonchi)Did not look in her ears …..did not look in her throat ……had no idea she is actually nonverbal …asked no questions regarding symptoms …..Offered an xrayNot sure the MA is a radiology tech …..offered no guidance on correct positioning …I’m the one who positioned her……..then when i asked if a radiologist would be reading this …she said“Well yea there’s one down the hall”The provider came in almost immediately after we returned to the room…..said it was fine and if the radiologist felt different they would call. Not sure the imaging was good enough for accurate interpretation since my child was unable to maintain upright posture at the moment you took the image.Please do not advertise that your facility is capable of extensive OR good care.Your Livonia site is lacking in both!

Scheduling was super easy. Didn’t have to wait very long, but did feel that my concern was not taken seriously. My son’s medical history is pretty extensive. Staff never really took his history into account, and I didn’t feel like they listened to my concerns very well since I was the last appointment of the night. Very friendly, but very ready to go home and get rid of us. Had to go to another urgent care to make me feel more at ease and feel listened to. Needless to say, son has more than a virus.

Absolutely fantastic. The process is fast, efficient, and the staff are very kind.Dr Popadiuk has seen me twice now, and shes provided very gentle, friendly and informative care.Getting sick is certainly no fun, but everyone here makes recovery as painless as possible.

Went there to get some relief from a severe cough and the process was fast and easy. We were scheduled to fly back later that day and we were able to get checked in quickly. The wait time to see the Dr was about 5 minutes. After his exam, he put in some scripts to fill at the local CVS and we were on our way. It was a very fast and stress free visit.

I had a ring stuck on my finger, and I called several urgent cares before calling this one. Before coming in, I inquired on the phone, whether or not, they had the tool to remove the ring. I was assured that they did. I waited in the waiting room. I filled out all of the paperwork and spoke to the receptionist again, explaining that I was there to remove the ring and asking a second time if they had the equipment. Later, back in the room, I met with the Doctor Who told me that they did not have the right equipment to remove the ring. I was in the waiting room for probably 20 minutes, but only in with the doctor for less than two. Then he wrote me a referral to Saint Mary’s hospital. I had already paid $50 and was late getting back to work but I thought it was ridiculous. I was charged $50. To add insult to injury I have another bill for $50 that they want me to pay after my insurance already paid 150+ dollars. I don’t understand how doctors get away with us. They absolutely did not see me as a patient, they turned me away and are charging over $400. Completely irresponsible and shameful. I’m a Single mother of four, and I explain my situation thoroughly and was told they could help me, but they could not, but they had no issue with charging me. I actually tried to dispute this and it was rejected. Can you imagine? Don’t give these people your business. They will rip you off!

The receptionist seemed VERY bothered by walk ins to urgent care. It’s urgent care.. scheduling seems asinine. The nurse that brought me and my kids back was rude and rushing. My 5 year old is autistic and felt scared in a new place and she stressed him out by trying to rush. I suggested it might be the flu and she nearly dismissed me but I insisted she test. The doctor that came in made up for both the receptionist and nurse. She was absolutely heavenly and so kind to us and my babies. I went here for great reviews and i’ll give another try.

I had an appointment and was seen on time. All of the staff members were professional, courteous and helpful. I had a diagnosis and understandable care instructions in a very short time. Would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Fast, friendly people and service. Not the urgent care I remember. I did all my paperwork online before my appointment. 30-40 minutes in and out. Quicker than my family doctor.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I came last night barely able to breathe they said they were sending my medication to the pharmacy thats 24 hrs so i would have my medication last night and they never sent it ive been to the pharmacy 4 times in the last 15 hours ive called urgent care and apparently they are busy and will send my script over when they get a chance. This is insane ive now been waiting over 15 hours.

Second time I’ve been here and each time the service is exceptional from the doctor to the MedPulse pharmacy. Not sure what everyone’s talking about with the receptionist, she was completely fine by me!

Reception has always been very unfriendly but we liked the doctors. Now I take my sick daughter to be seen and are turned away because they no longer take walk ins. What kind of URGENT CARE doesn’t take walk ins? What a joke

I believe the doctor was very kind and very thorough. What I don’t like about coming in. There is having to do everything online. I wish it would be the old-fashioned way where you go in to speak to a lady she typed your name in and go that way other than that, everything was good.

The front desk lady was very rude and to be honest I have no idea what she even looked like because she hid her face in her computer the whole time. Also made me wait an extra 20 minutes for my discharge paper even though it was sitting on the printer the entire time.

We had a great experience at Michigan Urgent Care Lavonia! The doctor was awesome, the assistants kind, caring, smart and prompt, and the overall care first rate. We highly recommend!

The staff was kind, helpful and there was no waiting. They understood I was in pain and they were understanding and so nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They have great reviews for a reason! Thanks to all on duty today.

Have been here twice over the last few years. On both occasions the front desk staff was efficient and caring, and the nurses and doctors were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Nothing but good to say about my experience. From the check in to the precheck to the doctor all were friendly and professional. If I need urgent care in the future I will have no doubts about using them.

Im still unsure why my urgent care copay is $60 but I had to pay $90, but I did. Went in to get painful blisters on both arms checked out. Nurse said shingles. PA said contact dermatitis. Gave a RX for oral steroids and antibiotic ointment and no further explanation of what to expect from here on out. Two days went by and it didnt sit well and I was feeling worse (arms burning so much that I couldnt sleep). Was lucky enough to get an appointment with my dermatologist due to cancellation this morning. Just as I suspected, I was told classic case of poison ivy. Told me to continue on the oral steroids, given a steroid shot and told to discard antibiotic salve for a steroid. Long story short I wasted $120 and two additional days of suffering for a misdiagnosis of a pretty straightforward thing like poison ivy.

Four out of 5 family members have been ill and it was time to see a doctor! Our primary care could not fit us in for days so we went to urgent care. The wait time was minimal and prescriptions were filled right on site!!

From the front desk to the medical providers in the back, I ALWAYS receive the best care and upmost respect! I left my purse in one of the exam rooms and b4 I could get to the freeway, the young lady at the front desk called me! I genuinely appreciate them all! Thank you!

Use to love this place as a nurse just sent my daughter here they never even took her temp, no flu test, she had already taken a Covid test it was negative. She has a history of getting pneumonia, they never even took her temp and just sent a script for cough syrup! Thanks as a medical professional certainly she wasn’t already taking cough syrup 🙄

Such A great place to go when you do not feel well they’re always so kind and it is the quickest urgent care visit I have ever had by far.

Was denied care due to invalid insurance card although it has since been verified. Was told to be seen(without insurance) would $350 before any sort of fee, referral or medication. It felt as though the attempt to check my insurance information was rushed and not intentional of actually resolving my issue. I hope others are not forced into making this financial decision due to the clinics desire for uninsured patients. I will not be coming back here regardless due to my poor experience.

I am always pleased with the efficiency, kindness and cleanliness of Michigan Urgent Care Livonia. It is my go to urgent care and I have never been disappointed with my patient care.

Didn’t need to wait long and Woman that checked us in was very pleasant and accommodating and PA Sarah was good.Room we were in was dark and not pleasing for the experience.

Doc was so friendly and pleasant, took care of me right away great bedside manner would choose to see him for everything if I could!

Waited 45 min to have about 5 mins of time with the PA. Jumped right to wanting to test for Covid. Diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection no otoscope.. copay of $200 for a steroid shot and 5 mins with the PA. Wack

The staff was efficient happy and the doctor was quick and everything went just extremely well and I will definitely let others know how good of a place you guys are

I dont know how to help you. Im not seeing anything wrong. Says the doctor who saw me, 30+ minute wait despite booking online, 10 minute appointment.

My experience from beginning to end was outstanding. From the time I checked in with the kind and professional gentleman who checked me in to Crystal who was so sweet and put me at ease to Dr. Lila Popadiuk who listened to my concerns and was very compassionate and treated my symptoms, I felt very relieved. I can’t say enough about all these folks.

I took a wasp sting to my left hand, resulting in itching and swelling. The doctor at Michigan Urgent Care Livonia spent no more than 10 seconds conducting a solely visual exam. Upon noticing the swelling was moving up my forearm, he said I needed to be seen in ER and left the room. He mentioned the probability of IV treatment (and even the possibility of hospitalization).I went to St. Marys ER. The doctor conducted a thorough visual and textile exam and prescribed a 10-day regimen of Keflex. When I remarked to him the urgent care doctors mentioning of the possible need for IV-injected antibiotics (and potential hospitalization), he rolled back his eyes and snickered.I feel its poor practice for a doctor to so easily pass off his responsibilities to an ER department the way the physician did at Michigan Urgent Care, who billed my insurance company and took my $35 copay. This strikes me as an indiscriminate money-grab.Whats worse, my ER copay was $120. That totals out to $155.Needless to say, I wont ever be visiting Michigan Urgent Care again.

Recently went not feeling well. Paid a co-pay for them to do a standard Covid test, which I already have done at home. I was told I had allergies which I insisted it was not due to me carrying a fever for the previous days. Was told just to go get some Claritin and would be surprised what it does. And was told to “come back if it doesn’t work!” So they could collect more money. The following day went to a different doctor that took the proper steps to find out. I had pneumonia, in which I was prescribed the correct antibiotics.

Every time I visit this location, I remember exactly why this is my go-to for urgent cares. The staff is kind, quick, responsive, and helpful. Sid did a great a job today, thank you sir 🫡

Dr. Was quick and gave me the meds I needed. Was there the day before and they told me to take over the counter meds. I felt worse so this Dr was very helpful.

Michigan Urgent Care always does a great job. The Doctor (does he ever take a day off?) and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

In and out quickly, doctor assessed my problem, treated it quickly. Nurse who assisted was also very nice.

The PA was wonderful but the receptionist was so rude to me as i was checking in, said if i didn’t pay my bill i wouldn’t be seen. would not finish checking me in until i said i would pay it!

I made an appointment for 9 AM and was taken in to see the doctor at 9:02. I was out by 9:20 with a diagnosis and medication. The staff was efficient and polite.

The staff is always warm, welcoming, and helpful. I was able to get in and out with medicine in less than an hour.

Second time using this urgent care. The staff are so friendly, love the lady who is always so helpful at the front desk. Needed a TB test it was quick, easy and affordable!

Very easy to schedule. Sid at the front desk greeted us upon arrival and we witnessed him repeatedly go above and beyond for us and others as they arrived. Wait time was great.MA  was so kind and also professional.The physician was not all that impressive. He was unkempt in his personal appearance and prescribed medication that was not indicated for the diagnosis given. Virtually no history or physical exam. I bring my kids here for sore throats and earaches when they need antibiotics but would not be comfortable with a more complex complaint.It feels like the office is driven by patient reviews rather than good medical care.

The PA was attentive and advised me what was causing the pain. He prescribed medicine for the pain and a muscle relaxer. He advised me what to do at home to help alleviate and eventually get rid of the pain.

Everyone was so warm and accommodating it made me feel a lot less panicked. I am very grateful to all the staff there!

The front desk employee was rude. The doctor was a mess and unprofessional. They barely examined my son and did nothing to help stop the bleeding or clean him up. Just slapped a gauze square taped to his upper lip to catch the blood. Could not tell if my son’s nose was broken or tell me if he had a concussion. Very expensive for no care at all.

Woke up Saturday morning with a sore throat and was able to book an appointment that same morning online super easy. I arrived and was treated so nicely. I love this urgent care! In and out with in 25 minutes. From front desk to the doctors the staff is awesome!!

I prefer this over the other urgent cares in the area. Front is super nice. Can make appointments by phone or online easy. Doc is always super nice. If I’m just sick, I prefer it over my primary physician. Last time I went in for neck and shoulder pain due to a possible slipped disc, the doc knew exactly what to do. 3 days later and I’m starting to feel better.

Dr could have been more explicit about what I should do after I was diagnosed with Covid. There has been a lot of conflicting information circulating. Also my first round of prescriptions was never received by the pharmacy. I confirmed with the doctor that the prescriptions were sent but they weren’t. I had to call back twice because the pharmacy didn’t receive them. Also the pharmacist advised me that zithromycin should not be taken because of my other medication for Afib.

Amazing.. The diagnosis method is awesome.. Dr confidence is at peak..

Scheduled an appointment due to having drainage, runny nose, and sore throat. I was able to get a same day appointment to be seen. The total appointment with registration and treatment took less than 45 minutes. All of the staff was pleasant and friendly including the Physician Assistant. I would definitely recommend visiting the Urgent Care.

My doctor is on 3rd floor of the building, and I always saw the Urgent Care facility as I went in and out of building. Today I tried it for first time. It was pleasant and quick. I saw PA twice, xrayed, got my prescription and out in about 30 minutes. It was a great experience.

Made an appointment and we were seen right away. The person checking us in was awesome and very patient. The staff was wonderful. We were in and out within a half hour and most of that time was me trying to get my granddaughters information from my daughter. Highly recommend!

I went to the clinic for severe low back pain. They did a urinalysis and decided it was a urinary tract infection. However, besides listening to me breathe no examination was done. I was told to take Tylenol as they said they couldn’t give me anything stronger. I have kidney disease so I know I can’t take NSAIDs. They told me to contact my primary care physician if I wanted anything stronger. That doctor was closed for the day. Basically I wasted $60 on this visit. I will not return to this walk-in clinic ever again.

Dr. Webster is the absolute best! Weve been seeing him for over ten years and he always brightens our day! The entire staff is pleasant and extremely efficient

I fell and got a big gash in my chin. I called my doctors office and they said to go to urgent care. I was seen promptly and got cleaned up, had several stitches and an x-ray which indicated no broken bones. Check out was quick too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional.

I thought there was something stuck in my eye? Come to find out it was conjunctivitis. Scheduled my appointment online, filled out all the docs using my phone. Got in and out quickly with scripts called in.Thanks!

Other than recurring paperwork every time you go there even if its only been a week since you were their last, they sent my and my wife prescription to the wrong cvs every time. The doctors and nurses are the best couldnt be happier with them.

They are so streamlined! The longest part was filling out the paperwork on my end. I was truly in and out. The staff was straight to the point with my illness and also incredibly kind and warm. My first experience there and I will absolutely be back!

Great experience with my 4 year old. Wait wasn’t terribly long and once we were called in, we were seen right away. The care team were great with my child, making her experience enjoyable. Over all grateful for the good people God has placed there to care for the people of our community. We are blessed.

Very fast and efficient. I can never get in to my Dr. when I am sick let alone on a Sunday. I was in and treated and out in about 15 minutes, prescriptions called into my pharmacy. I am thankful you are there.

Worst urgent care i’ve been to in my life. i go up there with fever, fatigue, body aches, the basic flu like symptoms and when i told the nurse my symptoms she tells me “idk why you came here i would’ve went to the ER” and then they only ran a covid test and a urine test on me when i’m telling them my symptoms and im curled into a ball not okay on the bed. they basically robbed me of 50 bucks and refused to run any other tests they could to see what i might have so i will never be going back here and if you’re sick, don’t bother coming here either because they just take your money n send you elsewhere :/

Went today and wanted to make sure they took my insurance first. Receptionist told me it was remote and I needed to scan a code behind me. I told her I didn’t have a smart phone and she told me sorry, it’s remote and you have to scan the code otherwise we can’t help you. If I wanted a telephone appointment, I would’ve stayed home and called. One star because I can’t give zero stars.

I am very allergic to poison ivy, and get it every single year, since I was a child. I have been going to this urgent care because the Dr there is usually able to look back at my chart and see that Its a chronic issue that pops up around the same time every year, which makes the appointment quick and easy, usually. Today I was the ONLY person there as a walk in, the receptionist had the absolute dirtiest nails Ive ever seen, outside of my garden. The nurse that took me back was very nice but the Dr, when she came in she immediately said that she didnt believe that I had poison ivy at all, because she didnt think it looked like it. I have had this allergy my entire life, so at least 48 years that I can actually remember. I have probably been to this office, at least 15 times for this same issue. I learned that if I go in when its just starting, the steroid shot will stop it in its tracks and I can avoid the misery of it spreading. So I asked for a shot of steroids, she told me I dont need it and that pill form will suffice. With my experience, the pills do not work as effectively. I said that I prefer the shot, please. She actually got an attitude with me, and told me that she would give me the shot, despite me NOT needing it at all. When I was leaving I said thank you, to her while she was sitting at the desk, she never even looked up at me. So I asked the Nurse as he was walking me out, Did she also call in a steroid pack that I need to go pick up? He stops and asks her, Excuse me Doc, did you call in an RX as well? She never even turned around to answer him, just said YepAs far as I know, steroids arent a drug seekers choice of drugs, so, why I was treated like I was looking for something that I didnt need, is beyond me. I know my body, I know the rash that I deal with every single year, its in my chart that Ive been seen there for poison ivy, every year since, at least 2017. I dont understand why this was a problem today, but I probably will not be back to this office, unless I can be sure Dr DeAngelo is working.

This is my preferred Urgent Care ( 20 minute drive).The wait time is never long and Ive always received great service. Its clean, and the staff has always been friendly. I would definitely recommend MI Urgent Care.

Going to have to edit my review. Went for a wrist injury in January. X-Rays didnt show a break, so they provided a Breg writs brace for me. It worked fine, and I wore it for a couple of weeks. Then yesterday I received a bill from Breg for $260.97 for the brace. That same brace can be purchased for $39.99, plus shipping, online. Im probably stuck paying it at this point, but if you go to this urgent care ask a lot of questions about what equipment they are providing and how much it will cost. Because they wont tell you otherwise. Had I known it was over $260, I wouldve just bought one myself.

Went in for sever knee pain bite was very nice and helpful got x rays doctor examined me for 30 seconds said it wasn’t broken and sent me on my way

It is a place where they only ask what you feel and they give you a medicine, they do not do a complete review, it seems to me that the doctors are not very dedicated. I came to waste time.

I was checked in promptly by an extremely pleasant person, called in within 5 minutes and seen by a doctor immediately! This team was AMAZING!!From Reception, the medical assistant and the doctor, they were all inspiring woman with a great sense of humor, compassion and very efficient!I will recommend this urgent care in a split second. 😊

The doctor was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable. For something that people don’t want to deal with the problems of their health. .if I had to come here again I would. Because the doctor made me fell welcome.

We were in and out and had great care..

Went yesterday because I had feelings of a Uti, waited almost an hour to get in only for them to give me a urine sample and tell me it’s negative and that I just need to drink lots of water. Woke up today and my uti symptoms are way worse. I most definitely have a uti and wish I got antibiotics yesterday. I’m not going here again.

The online check in was easy to follow. The receptionist was pleasant and informative. She asked if it was okay to take a minute away from me to help another patient having problems with internet issues.The X-ray tech was amazing and the physician was thorough in explaining my injury.

Every one was so nice! I sat in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes. The MA did my vitals and the doctor came in immediately after I was done. He was very kind and listened to my concerns! I will definitely go here again

By far the best urgent care staff I have ever been seen by. Dr. Webster is one of the kindest and most thorough docs. I dont go to urgent cares often, but since moving to Livonia Ive had to go twice, unfortunately. The doc and his staff are the best, I highly recommend. Really lazy nurse that is asking weight and height instead of actually working. Measured blood pressure over my sweater which is inaccurate. Then doctor prescribed a weird cream that insurance does not cover. Avoid if what you are looking for is quality care.

I rarely post comments, but felt the need to this time.I was the only patient when I arrived. I was greeted by an efficient, friendly staff. Dr. Webster was so calming and professional. I was able to get a chest x-ray on site and the pharmacy across the hall had my meds ready for me. He told me what to do while recovering. It was such a positive experience, I will be returning to my own doctor for my annual physical only. It was the best medical experience Ive had in years

Best urgent care. I drive further from home to go to this one and it’s worth it. Short wait time and great compassionate doctors. Always get the right diagnosis and prescriptions that work!

I was seen right away for allergic reaction. Easy to walk in- efficient process. However paper states they weighed me and took O2 sat of 99. They did NOT weigh me or take O2 sat which is FRAUD to document something that you did not measure.

Went in feeling terrible which turned out to be a sinus infection and after getting the proper meds, I feel great. They were professionals and on top of everything by sending my script order over to the pharmacy. So grateful to them.

Very displeased with this location now. I came here numerous times for years before they switched over. They had me drive far and waste my time returning for test results that said I NEEDED to come within a specific time and date on paperwork just to let me know they cant tell me the results when I arrived. When I asked if there was any way to email/call with the results because of the inconvenience, they would not and the lady said the best she could do was tell a manager and said sorry but didnt seem to care at all. I do not recommend if you want to be taken care of properly and not have your time wasted.

We went in at about 7:30pm. They were not busy at all. The receptionist asked why we were there & had us scan a qr code. She took my cards & ID and then I had to complete an online registration. I did think it was a little extra to have her scanning my cards and the app tell me to take a picture of my card but easy registration for the most part. Wait time wasnt long.The nurse and Dr were friendly. They were pretty sociable with my 6y.o son that was being seen. They tried to keep him comfortable and ease his worry of possible stitches. The Dr explained everything they were going to do to the both of us. The whole visit was easy and quick while still taking care of him.Good first time experience for us.

This is my go to Urgent Care.. always friendly, professional and the m.a. and dr. very much listen to my concerns. I’ve had to wait anywhere from 10 minutes to 30… still wouldn’t switch to another provider.

Very friendly front desk staff. He was quick but not so quick to be dismissive. He answered all of my questions, as redundant as they were. Once called back, I got what needed and was on my way home. Very professional staff all around. I like the doctor very much and his assistant was just as nice. This is my second time using your facility. Both times were great. The waiting room is very clean. It is a big open area and the chairs are very spread out.

Went here September 2022. Check in was easy on the website and rules to check in upon arrival are strictly adhered to. Wait wasn’t long as I got there right when they opened. Had a nurse practitioner who verified my Covid test was positive. She dismissed my question regarding medication to help with the symptoms, instead recommending vitamin c and d. Thank goodness I had just had outpatient surgery 2 days before and my doctor was able to prescribe the medication. Returned after 10 day quarantine for a retest. Had a doctor who was much more friendlier than the nurse. Would definitely go back and would recommend this urgent care.

Appointment was easy to schedule. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and polite. About 30 minutes later I was on my way home.

Was seen quickly, and Dr Webster was very congenial. I was surprised, however, that I wasnt offered a breathing treatment for my asthmatic bronchitis. Could hardly talk without coughing. Also, the pharmacy messed up my prescriptions, and I had to drive back to return one, although they still charged my insurance and just gave me $10 cash back. Im assuming they credited my insurance for the prescription, although they did not indicate that they were going to.

Cashonn Coney (front desk) and Dr. Griesser are phenomenal. Their care about patients is real and they deserve to be recognized for their kindness. Hopefully I don’t have any more issues.. but if I do, I will come here for urgent care. Very quick, very efficient, and extremely friendly!

I was not aware that this urgent care was taken over a few years ago. They were very efficient and caring. I was expecting a wait but they got me right in. The nurse and Doctor had great bed side manner and I was in and out. At this time with COVID, a lot of places are working short handed and are stressed out- they were very professional 😊

Today was my second visit to this urgent care and just as before, the staff was prompt, personable, and very helpful. The woman at check-in even filled out the paperwork for me (because of an injury to my right thumb). Dr. Deangelo Webster was knowledgeable and very effective in treating my problem. I was checked in, trreated and out in about 45 minutes! For all these reasons, I strongly recommend them. You’ll be glad you chose this urgent care.

Always awesome, you can make a appointment online, but you dont have to. Theyre quick to hear you out. Listen really well. Well let you know how things are going and they can test for so many things that other urgent cares cant. Always always always recommended. Unfortunately, Im a frequent flyer.

Well, I did, plus other things to help me and was treated with so much care, respect and kindness.All I need to say is, if you come here for an appointment, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.EVERYONE, will go out of their way to help, including the sweet lady at the front desk. Went in for an X-ray when I fell and broke my hand. I preregistered and scheduled my appointment, was home within 45 minutes of blocking into the urgent care. Everyone was pleasant, thorough & swift.I I was totally impressed with the entire team and process!

I took my daughter in around 12:45 on January 2nd, for a sore throat/fever. I can’t remember our nurses name , but I hope she sees this review. She was the sweetest , compassionate and overall best nurse ever!! I would definitely recommend this urgent care .

Edited- 8-28-23Today was an exceptional experience. I was treated within minutes for my very severe migraine. Dr was extremely kind as was the nurse. Thank you5-23My family has been going here for many many years. They have switched over quite a few times and the only stable person there who is wonderful is DrDeAngelo. I would normally give this place five stars in the past, and I don’t review very many things, but I was so disappointed today that I cannot leave this unsaid. I took my mom in with very severe symptoms of an illness that we thought maybe bronchitis, pneumonia, or Strep throat. The nurse asked my mom if she wanted to be tested for these things instead of telling her that she should be tested and they refused to do a chest x-ray even though my mom had pneumonia not long ago and we wanted to make sure it was gone. The nurse forgot to take her temperature and blood pressure and the doctor only listened to her chest to say she had bronchitis. After prescribing antibiotics, she came back and said the test was positive for Covid, not bronchitis. They then called in a script for my mom to Walgreens and didn’t give them a number they needed in order to fill it, the pharmacist and myself waited on hold for approximately 30 minutes to get someone to get the number for us. Once they got the number Walgreens wouldn’t fill it because the urgent care didn’t do their due diligence and check kidney function before prescribing the medication, so now we had to switch to another pharmacy. This was at 9:00 am and we never got the medication until around 3:30 pm. When I went to get it, the urgent care had also not called in the inhaler. I’m just so disappointed, I won’t bring my mom back here unless I’m sure DeAngelo is there. Awful experience for an elderly woman.

Honestly the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is incredibly kind and their service is very quick.

Definitely 5 star worthy! Great people and great service. I went into the urgent care tonight with a sensitive condition and they couldnt have treated me better. On top of being compassionate they had me in and out in no time. The receptionist at the front desk who checks patients in is outstanding. I believe her name was Ashley. I will definitely be back if I am ever in need of urgent care again.

Had immediate appointments, I booked online, arrive 15 minutes later, checked in and saw a doctor within 10 minutes, my scrips were sent to my pharmacy. Entire experience after I arrived took about 20 minutes. Friendly staff.

Was diagnosed with pneumonia and was met by the NICEST health care professionals. I feel so thankful to have been treated there. It’s been about 10 hours since my visit and I’m already feeling 50% better. The front desk workers are very aware and make it a point to know you’re not being forgotten about when it’s busy. 10/10!

I had a great experience, went in with a clogged ear and the team cleaned out so much wax quickly and easily! My ear canal feels so amazing, and everyone was happy to answer my questions and explain details, and give me advice on care going forward. From check in to check out, Michigan Urgent Care was awesome!

I went in for a simple visit to get checked for possible Strep, increasing swelling & pain in my throat. I was impressed with how fast & easy it was to get into see the doctor. All the staff was super nice, explained everything thoroughly from diagnosis, possible insurance coverage issues with some test due to insurance switching up on how they are covering Covid, to my treatment plan. Professional, kind & Caring. I will recommend using them to friends & family.

The staff was very professional yes welcoming and friendly. I took my 2year old in who was cranky with a fever and they made us both very comfortable. The staff was very diverse and I loved the way the Dr. interacted with me and my child. He was very informative and got straight to the problem and had a quick and accurate resolution. Thanks guys! I scheduled an appointment online on a Saturday and then as able to get in without the next hour. The process was pretty straightforward and I was able to fill everything out before hand. They were able get me an x-ray of my foot quickly. Nurse Crystal was absolutely awesome!! I would definitely recommend Livonia urgent care!

The urgent care PAC DeAngelo Webster is one of the most knowledgeable and professional practitioners I know. He’s been taking care of my families urgent care needs for years. He’s an asset to Michigan Urgent Care.My daughter sprained her ankle and needed an X-ray. The entire visit was pain free. From the moment we arrived our needs we’re met. Staff is awesome! Nurse and Doctor awesome! Their registration leaves a lot to be desired. They try to have you register online but Wi-Fi sucks and if you don’t have good cell service you’re out of luck. Ended up filling out paperwork anyway.

My daugther and I have been here a few times. My doctor office is upstairs in the same building. I have been coming here since 2004. I have been coming to the urgent care center for over 5 years. We have always had a good experience. I like how the waiting room is big enough to accommodate a lot of people if need be. Every time we went it was night time and not that many people there. Staff was very nice, friendly and professional. We have nothing to complain about only good things we have experienced.

I brought my daughter here for a COVID test. The staff were all very friendly to us and helpful when I had questions. When it came time for the actual test the young man who administered it was very kind and made my daughter and I both feel comfortable- she is four years old. Early this morning I was experiencing sharp abdominal pain and the urgent care facilities near me were closed. I recalled seeing your UC when I left my mammogram earlier in the week. I drove to your center. The registration attendant was so kind, thorough and helpful.The physician and the assistant were also quick, informative and kind. Just a lovely and caring place. This Urgent Care is the only location that I have used for years. We arrived and had no wait time. The check in with Destiny was top notch. She was extremely friendly and personable. Ikisha was also very courteous and friendly. Dr. Webster has the best bed side manor. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and that included x-rays.

I had a great experience here my family always comes here I recommend the entire city of livonia to come to this location . Webster the provider is outstanding he really care and his covid swab does not hurt. The new manager Ikisha is great she picked a great team Tinae is the best front desk and again they have covid testing results come 3 days. The owner of this business is great picking the manager her and the provider is an asset to the company . Great customer service we pick this urgent care over St Marys or any urgent care. There computer was not working had 2 people coming in the same time

They always assume Im exaggerating my symptoms and just trying to get meds. Theyll give me what I want after pestering them enough but is always suggesting I need vitamins or water and just try talking me out of medication. It makes sense when you see how they get most their money: employer mandated drug tests.Busting people for weed is what most their business is so if youre a normal person trying to get antibiotics theyll question if you are just trying to get meds for fun. When all you have is a hammer everything looks like a nail. I went here for a COVID test six months into the pandemic in 2020 and they said results would be back in ten days. Everyone else can get you results in a day but not these guys, health isnt their main concern, their main concern is to accuse everyone that comes through the door of having a drug problem.That goes for every doctor here, the nice ones and the rude ones.

The checkin process took too long.The doctor was very nice & caring.However, I’m seeking her help with changing the Antibiotic she prescribed yesterday, it was too strong to me & I feel pressure on my chest.

The Nurse Practitioner we saw (Valencia Hirmiz) was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. She had us in and out without making us feel rushed. And the wait time for this office was short.

Pleasant personnel, extremely efficient and fast service. No nonsense. Being under the weather, I unfortunately cannot name the individuals, but the desk associate, the tech and the PA were all great.

The doctor and medical assistant were very friendly and warm. My 5 year old son who needed care split his eye lid open as he run into a pole on the playground. He ended up having it glued. They were very professional and took the best care of my son. In addition to our wonderful experience there was no wait time we were taken greeted and taken immediately after check in. The Medical assistant came out to check on my son before taking him back. We were there at about 4:00 p.m. on October 14, 2021

Dr. DAngelo is the best! He is friendly, quickly diagnosis you, provides solutions and prescriptions as necessary and sends you on your way. The online sign in is great and the rest of the staff is nice and helpful.

I have been to this facility many times and have been seen by PA DeAngelo Webster. The wait is short and PA Webster knows exactly how to resolve my medical issues. I even called around today to make he would be there today and if he was covering another facility, I was going to go there. Im so very glad he attended me today. I also want to commend the nurse who was so courteous, professional and kind. My visit this evening was EXCELLENT. Thank you all for excellent care and treatment.

The staff was very friendly and even though it was a busy Monday I didnt have to wait that long. The nurse I had, didnt get his name unfortunately, was awesome! He had a great sense of humor and made sure I was comfortable, and his manager was very nice too. This is my go to when I give in to see a doctor !

This evening was my second visit to this specific location for a rapid covid test. All I can say is that the staff members I interacted with were universally very kind and friendly to me; I left with a smile on my face! I regret that I can’t recall the names of the receptionist, doctor, and two nurses who I interacted with, because they all deserve recognition! I was there from about 4:30-5pm if that helps!

Please seek a different urgent care. I was declined/denied service. I was deemed “aggressive”/ “assertive” after explaining my pain. The police were then called after I was deemed an aggressive patient. Please do not go here. I was discriminated against. Save yourself, go somewhere you’ll be treated with dignity.

Ive been coming here for the vast majority of my life and I have never been disappointed. Each visit is swift and I am always leaving knowing I received the best quality of care. The kiosk is an excellent and efficient way to sign in within five minutes you will be greeted by a customer service professional who I must say is always professional and discreet with completing sign in. I bring my two children as well as my nieces and nephews here as well.

We had the best experience today while visiting this urgent care office. I recommend making appt for smooth and quick service as I believe this made a difference in wait time. Honestly was nervous to go get a COVID test but due to others that I was in contact with having positive results I had to get it done. The team at the Urgent Care were amazing. So friendly, so upbeat, and definitely kept me at ease. They answered all my questions and had me in and out within 20 minutes (and that was even with their computer system crashing). I have been to this urgent care many times for more than 5 years. This is the best urgent care. The doctors make sure the patients were comfortable after the treatment before they leave urgent care. Excellent urgent care, the doctor was fantastic. That’s the place I recommend for everybody 7 mile in Newburgh. She is really good.

The doctor and the two women that administered my COVID-19 test today at 7:40 PM on 03-25-2021 were absolutely phenomenal. The doctor and the medical assistants made me feel very comfortable from the start. One woman took my vitals, while the other woman very gently and thoroughly swabbed my nose at the same time. It was the best experience yet out of the 10 times I’ve gotten tested. So quick, painless, and still thorough. So friendly too! Dr. Deangelo was very respectful, caring, and introduced himself and the staff by first name. I cannot remember the name of the two beautiful women, but if you know who you are, and you were part of the medical team tonight, you rock. Considering calling back just so I can get your names and leave you all the good reviews and referrals. ❤️

Walked in expecting a long wait but was checked in right away. New employee needed some help but was friendly and efficient. Saw a Dr. in about 10 minutes. Thought Dr. was judicious in not ordering tests or prescriptions that didnt seem necessary. Clinic manager Kathy Atkins provided follow up to make sure all expectations were met with check in. All in all a very good experience.
