Place is not clean at all and the check in process was really jammed, i was told by the staff that the set appointment time didn’t matter and your not gunna be helped even around the time of your appointment my appt was at 4:30pm and i was there til 7:30 pm i understand normally emergencies but they were taking walk in over appts and that’s the exact opposite of what they are supposed to do. i would not recommend this place it was filthy and the kids area you can obviously see was never cleaned there was even blood on one of the chairs in the kids waiting area it was nasty. they do not take care of this place at all

The check in clerk was very personable. Treated patient with respect. Checked me in promptly and sent to provider. I had a short wait as a walk-in. No more than 30 minutes after arrival I saw provider. PA was very professional, and thorough. Great experience. Respiratory meds were good & I am much better.

Checked in at 4:10pm didn’t leave until 7:28 PM. The provider (Lisa) was expressively tired, which seemed to be her primary focus. She didn’t bother to consider my concerns and downplayed the pain I was experiencing. The nurses took samples and said tests were rapid and would be completed with results in hand within 30mins. They did not begin the tests until I inquired about results 30 mins later. And Thirty mins  after that The nurse said there was an error running the tests which I in return asked if they needed additional samples…she said no. In the end I still had no results and wasted 3+ hours and a $70 copay. I now have to follow up with my primary care, pay another copay etc. Still in pain no direction or real feedback from Lisa. Also, Lisa said she would put in a Rx…never happened. On another note, the bathrooms were filthy.

Had a walk in appointment yesterday for an ear infection, the initial service was good, receptionists were nice and facility was clean. I was seen by the NP Jane fairly quickly, she was very caring, friendly, and professional. However after leaving the examination office and being told to sit down and wait for my discharge papers, I was seen at approx 9:50 and had to wait in the lobby until almost 11:30 for the discharge papers. An hour and half later of waiting, the receptionist called out to the lobby if anyone who hasnt gotten their discharge papers has been waiting over 15min can come up to the desk and the whole lobby got up to get their discharge papers. Other than the discharge process service was good.

There new staff as of this year is terrible. The wait times are longer and they’re childish. I nurse accused me of writing in a room desk that has writing already in it. Here’s the hint… she brought back a pin to have me to write in the desk! Never wrote in the desk lol I wrote on a random napkin. Saying “may peace and blessings be upon you and your family”. That’s very disrespectful of accusing an adult of writing in a damn desk be fr!!!

I recently had an appointment and, while I understand it’s cold and flu season, the wait time was reasonable under the circumstances. The front desk staff and the team overall were pleasant and professional.However, I was completely dissatisfied with the care my 12-year-old received. She was seen for shortness of breath, headaches, and general discomfort. The PA’s visit was extremely brief, and we left without any clear answers or a care plan.I specifically requested blood work and a chest X-ray, but the only test performed was an EKG, followed by a referral to a cardiologist. In the meantime, I’m left wondering what steps to take, as it can take a long time for follow-ups with specialists.While I appreciated the kindness of the staff, the lack of thoroughness and actionable care was truly disappointing.

The staff here is horrid and quite rude. Willing to bicker with the patient than understand their viewpoint, it does not matter what age you are. A receptionist with a terrible red wig can be to blame for it and the coworkers stood by as if this is a common occurrence.I waited two hours to not even be seen. Sent to the back of the office while they handled other patients, there is no point in making an appointment, just walk in.They do not give the patient their rights, as they have violated Right #2 of the Patient Rights and Responsibilities.Unprofessional service and even more unprofessional receptionists. I genuinely wish the worst on this location, the most disrespectful I’ve been to yet.

I was not able to schedule an appointment so I went in as a walk-in. The wait time was not terrible. The check-in process as a new patient was very straightforward. The front waiting area did look as if it could use a remodel. The staff was fabulous. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve had in quite a while.

Our visit was quick! I scheduled for 9:40 late at night for my two sick kiddos. Checked in and shortly after we were called back. They ran all the tests and provided the results and next steps. We were out within an hour. The staff is nice friendly abs knowledgeable! Probably one of the better experiences I’ve had with an urgent care!

My daughter had an appointment on Saturday, January 11. We drove to the place and saw a sign on the door closed due to inclement weather. Well, I understand that but really the weather is fine. The problem I have with this unprofessional establishment is they didn’t even bother to let the ones know that had an appointment about their closing. They sent her a text message saying that her visit with NextCare urgent care is today at 10:30am. Who is the management of this office because I would like to speak with them? They could have let the ones know that had an appointment about the closing before they drove out there.

Staff NOTE when I say staff I mean the two behind the check in counter. Nurses was nice and professional but not the two behind front counter they both where very loud, rude and talking amongst each other while patients wait about their personal business in rude language and loud. Very ghetto. Loud, rude and ghetto.! My appointment was at 4:35 I arrived about 4:28 had to wait two hours before called. Flu season I sort of understood that but why make an appointment.? Those two at front desk are very un professional. Very.!

We’ve always had great experiences at NextCare. Tonight was no exception. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. All the staff and the provider were excellent. Definitely will continue to use this urgent care…when we need to 😉

Desk staff, nurses and doctors take good care.If you never have been there, it works as a mixed of Urgent Care with walk-ins, and appointments that you can make online. These are a few of them during the day that very quickly are taken.In case you can do it, it is worth it to make an appointment for the next day, because the waiting time shorten.

The staff is so kind and caring! Especially the nurse Shannon. My daughter Gail Has came to them for help several times for a chronic condition?They are so caring and sensitive of her special needs. Shannon even gave us her personal cell number if we needed anything. I cant say enough about how grateful I am for Next care in fayetteville. Just if possible schedule an appointment cause, you will have a long wait as a walk in. I guess thats par for the course. People must know how good they are!

Scheduling was not a problem. Check in was easy but it said I had 1 person ahead of me. 20 minutes later, no one was ahead of me yet I waited for over an hour. When I asked how long it would be since it kept saying I was next, I was told there were only 2 providers and patients were waiting 2 hours in the rooms.  Needless to say, I  waited a few more minutes and called FastMed to make an appointment.

Wait time is absolutely terrible. Booked my appointment for 12:20pm and didn’t leave until 2:30 Once I got to the back I wasn’t giving any medication for my throat just was told to take cough drops and to drink tea. The doctor could’ve atleast prescribed me something for the pain even though my strep test came back negative, seems like she was kind of rushing. There’s no point of setting an appointment if we have to wait a long time to get called to the back to get seen. This happened to me my last appointment I booked and was there almost all day. As an urgent care it should be way more faster. Not enough seats for everybody to sit in the lobby so some people have to stand up for a long period of time and wait and that’s ridiculous

The front staff was super friendly and helpful when I arrived. The wait was waaaay faster than I expected. The Pa was nice and thorough. She listened to what I had to say. She reacted quickly and the nurse and xray tech were so nice and professional. I got a notification that my meds had been sent to my pharmacy before I even checked out. Great experience wonderful staff!

Had an appointment for 515 ended up getting in around 7:30 but the staff was super friendly granted they were busy as well but the girls in there are really awesome. Didn’t mind waiting a little bit longer when you get the level of service that I got with those girls They were great. We’ll use them again.

Only came down once, and regretted every second. Lady at the front desk was super rude, if you don’t like your job, just quit. Don’t make people miserable, especially when they feel horrible. Was even told to “go see a doctor” , I thought this was a place with doctors, didn’t know it was a restaurant.

If I could give this place a negative star i truly would. The staff are highly disrespectful they don’t care any patients at all. Waited in lobby for 45 mins for my paperwork and when I came up to desk to ask for my information each one of them had a nasty attitude. Then wanted to lie how my paperwork wasn’t ready how they called my name. Kept on trying tell me to wait until my name need to be called and how it’s not there fault if the printing machine messing up. Well I highly believe if you were not standing around eating pizza,laughing and talking like this is a party and actually doing your job then people won’t be so upset.

My child had a left ear infection. We decided to go to NextCare for a checkup. After 4 hours of waiting, I asked a nurse, sorry, please tell me how much longer I need to wait, but the answer I received was extremely negative. impolite that who are you is extremely impolite. I have been to this clinic twice before and had a pretty good experience, but after this time I think I will never return here, except for the doctors, the nurses here are very discriminatory and do not want to help, even When I was standing right at the yellow line waiting for them to call, they ignored us and stood chatting together. I honestly advise people not to come here, what a bad experience for a bad system.

VIRTURAL VISITI had a poor experience today. NOT with the doctors or the nurses, THEY were great!It was with the virtual department who deals with the insurance. The department who schedule the virtual visits said I had no insurance on file. Im a returning client of 4 years. I have 3 insurance companies, all active on file. How can they lose them? I spent 45 mins going back and forth with someone through text messages, about my insurance not on file. I pull up my online account and see all my insurance is on file. I explain that its on file. Still, they can not find it. They cancel my appointment and make me reschedule. Upon rescheduling my appointment, they find my insurance! But now its under the wrong name now? After another 20 mins of going back and forth with the same person. Their supervisor finally takes over to apologize. Because they have all my insurance on file. He found it on file. I went inside the clinic.INSIDE the clinic I give 4 STARS! Only 4 star because there is always a very long wait. Everyone is always very sweet and helpful. Its clean, friendly environment, spacious. Sometimes a little crowded, but you can wait outside or at home. Love the friendly and very polite staff and doctors. Great nurses who have beautiful bedside manners.Just an extremely long wait times, feels like they are under staffed or over booked. But they do a really good job in clinic.Will never use their virtual visits again, in clinic visits only!

Its like a revolving door. They dont really listen to what you say to them. They give little to no help. If you have anything they cant see without touching you dont go there. Unqualified providers working there. I was so disappointed with their level of care. The front office was decent.

Despite having to wait longer than usual due to a shortage of providers the day I came in, everything was prompt once I was taken back. I appreciate the kindness and concern of the staff. The nurse (I believe her name was Shannon) who worked with me was great and very kind to me. The PA was awesome as well. She was thorough and encouraging in her explanation/education on the approach to the concern I was being seen for. I will definitely come back if the need arises. Thanks to everyone for their time in taking care of me!

I 100% recommend this urgentcare clinic. The staff is excellent and the clinician was kind and thorough with my care. It was very busy, I think that is a sign of the times with healthcare, but I was able to leave and do other things and watched as my time to be seen got closer (monitored on my phone) and I went back. Deb stood out in all that she did during my visit, she took care of patients and trained new employees front and back of house while staying positive. Give her a raise! Oh and she speaks Spanish!

Waited for over an hour even with an appointment and still had 10+ people in front of me in line. Not to mention the front desk staff weren’t very friendly and the floors and the whole waiting room were dirty with visible dirt all over the floor. I left after several people said they had been waiting 4+ hours and drove across town to another urgent care and was seen immediately.

This is the best Urgent care in town. The staff (in the back) are very kind, understanding, attentive, and thorough…The front staff were all right and efficient, but very stiff, robotic, and barely made eye contact…. I understand the may be tired by the end of day but a more inviting demeanor and direct eye contact might help at putting patients at ease. All in all, our family likes the fact that most patients get scene and not turned away @ 6pm when they close @8pm. Hope Mills in Treamore is the worst. We’re glad this location operates as it does. Good and compassionate help is hard to find these days….. So hats off to this location… oh, Special mention, our nurse Nicole is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Her bedside manner should be duplicated and the standard…. Thanks Nicole for being you… you shined bright even after working all day. You made us feel like the first patients seen because of the type of energy you had…. Don’t ever change. I’m sure we’re not the only patients that feel this way about you. You deserve the 5 Stars!

3 days after I was told my daughter was negative for pneumonia, I received a call saying she actually did have it and it was missed. This call came in on a Saturday evening and I was unable to pickup medication until Monday. My child’s health was not taken seriously, I am beyond disappointed and would never take my children there again. Nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Allow me to raise the roof for Shannon! She made me feel like royalty, the most important person in America as well as my health issues were of major concern to her! She made sure that all necessary questions were asked and explained in its entirety, followed up to ensure that all my instructors were clear and understandable to me and not to mention the delicate manner in which she injected that antibiotic through the horse syringe size needle.. I truly hope that others have experienced this marvelous hospitality presented by Shannon and if so please send her a shout out!! Shannon made my visit to NextCare one of the most relaxed , minimal pain , pleasurable as well as the most entertaining 30 minutes in a Urgent Care Ive had, ever.. When I got there the front desk asked how can I help I let her know I was checking in, she said wait a minute I proceeded to check in only never was called back to checking I had to asked the other front desk lady if I was checking I showed her the app she said yes waited an hour an half to be seeing. In all they need to be more helpful at check in . And place is not clean at all .

The doctor ( PA-C) was great the lady who me the shot was great. Front desk was nice. However, it is ridiculous to make an appt and then be told you would probably be waiting four hours after your appt. Time to be seen. Why have an option for your appt. I just went at opening the next day and got right in. Overall it was great experience.

Honestly completely disappointed. I don’t know why they had me sch an appointment if I wasn’t going to be able to actually see a provider. My appointment was scheduled for 612 I got there at 602 I walked out at 745 I have children we can’t sit in a place for almost 2 hours what’s the point of an appointment. I live 20 minutes away honestly horrible customer service and I will be making sure to reach out to my ins company to make sure you don’t charge for the waiting room visit either because y’all completely wasted my time . I’m already sick no one has time to just sit somewhere for no reason! Horrible horrible experience and I will be reaching out to whoever I can to complain about it

Please avoid using this urgent care center unless absolutely necessary. If you have insurance, it’s better to visit your primary care doctor instead. This urgent care facility overcharges for basic services. For example, a simple lab test cost me nearly $600, and the lab even sent me an additional bill for the remaining balance. I could have gotten the same test done at a nearby lab for less than $50.When you use this urgent care, they bill your insurance company exorbitant amounts—up to $700 for a simple test—and you still end up with additional charges. In my case, even after my insurance paid their portion, I received a separate bill for $45. Had I gone directly to a local lab without using insurance, I would have paid less than $50.This kind of healthcare practice is unacceptable and contributes to skyrocketing insurance premiums. Shame on them for exploiting patients and the healthcare system.

Had appt. yesterday. Scheduled online. Checked in on the paper on the door that said check in online. So I sat in my car because I didnt want to sit in the waiting area with alot of other sick people. I thought they would have called or texted me to say come on in but that didnt happen. So after waiting a little I decided to go in and there was 2 ladies sitting at the front desk. I told them what I did and they watched me scann it and didnt say anything. So when I went in the ladies said we are closed and I told her that I checked in once I got here. One lady said that they dont call or text anymore after the patient checks in. I said that was messed up and that I was here on time. They were not nice about their communication with me. Unprofessional and the ladies are in the wrong field. No compassion for the sick. I will be going somewhere else. The company needs to look at their staff and make necessary changes, like termination.

I arrived around 5:25 for a pre-employment drug screen. I didn’t need to see a health care provider or have any BP or temp checks. I was called back at 7:20. I waited almost 2 hour for a drug screen after drinking water so I would need to go when I arrived. This is a terrible place for drug screens. The company I work for currently uses Concentra and Simple Clinic. I would never recommend this place for pre-employment. Companies would loose good candidates having to wait this long to pee in a cup.

This place is the worst urgent care to go to in Fayetteville, NC. The receptionist, the nurse, nurse assistant were rude, unprofessional, and seemed to be rushing. I had a virtual appointment and was told I was supposed to wait. Ended up waiting in the waiting room for over an hour. The receptionist said it was a 3 hour wait. The nurse that walked us to the back was rude and kept side eying my wife like she was an intruder. That same nurse told us the doctor will be seeing us in a few mins.  She goes out the room and starts having a very loud inappropriate conversation right outside my room door. Wasn’t peaceful at all. The Nurse practitioner (PA) came in the room after about 45 mins to an hour. She came in side eyeing my wife. Barely looked at my cut, didn’t clean it, it appeared that she didn’t even want to touch it. She barely even looked at it and told me I need to get a couple of shots. She walks out, then the same rude nurse from before comes rushing my shots. She wasn’t gentle at all. She said that I have to wait and walk out. Didn’t even tell me what I was waiting for. I never seen the doctor only nurses the entire time. Then a different nurse that I haven’t seen the entire time walks in, don’t introduce herself ask me if I’m feeling well then in a rude tone, she tell me I can go. She didn’t tell me I had to checkout before leaving. When I was walking out the receptionists give me a weird look so I asked if there was anything else I needed to do. And she ask for my name and handed me my checkout paperwork. A very horrible experience and I won’t be returning back. That need a whole new staff. I won’t be recommending anyone to come here.

I had interaction with one staff member during the check in and checkout process and to be honest one of the staff member’s demeanor and attitude was horrible towards me.  There were two staff members sitting at the front desk, one happened to be black and that was the one I had the interaction with.  I sat there and listened to how she interacted with other people and she was not the same, towards them in general, she was definitely friendly and very sweet towards them.  When I came out the doctor’s office I happened to go towards the front to check out because that’s what I remember doing in the past when have visited here.  With a terrible demeaning disgusting disrespectful tone she told me you can’t be here you have to sit down, “paraphrasing” her.  And so I didn’t confront her with why her tone was like that towards me, I said okay sorry about and i sat down to  wait.  She finally “shouted” my first name and she gave me my paper work with a non genuine smile, and I said thank you, have a good day and I left.  In this case this staff member’s attitude was so horrible, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star, sorry to say this.  Minus her, everything and everyone was generally kind and the doctor I saw was fantastic!

On October 29th, we needed a Sports Physical for our Granddaughter. The place was packed! Yet, Ms. LaTonya and the others (I dont remember everyones name) were very helpful, patient, and accommodating. EVERYONE who helped us were VERY kind, even with it being late and the staff likely being very tired. I dont fault the staff for things they can not control; like having a flood of people come at once. They displayed a great handle on what could have been chaos. I applaud all of the staff for their professionalism and expertise.

The only reason why I am even giving a star was because of the short wait time, otherwise, this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. No one introduced themselves when they came in to the room, except the X-ray tech. The PA didnt listen to my husband or myself when we told them the injury was to my 4 year old daughters knee NOT HER ANKLE which they took the X-ray which showed NOTHING- well duh! So, when we come back home to FL a week later you already know how infuriated I was when a misdiagnosed ankle injury turns into a tibia fracture. Even when trying to get a hold of the office to get them to send me the report to my email , no one ever picked up! I had to call the Raleigh office to get them to send me records to take to the pediatrician. It took moments to realize this by her pediatrician that something wasnt right and ordered an X-ray of her KNEE within minutes. Save yourself the time, and IF you have to go to an urgent care with this company, go to the one in Raleigh. I finally got in touch with them and they were able to email me her records

I came in Sunday and I only waited 30 mins, which is good for a weekend and walk-ins. The only disappointment was when I went to pick up my prescription two days later, my prescription was never sent to pharmacy. I called and the lady answered the phone said my prescription paper is at the front desk along with my discharged paper and I supposed to get it during checkout. Which when I checked out Sunday they said I am good to go and my prescription will be send to pharmacy. I thought that it was odd when they didn’t give me discharged letter. So the lady said she will go ahead and send my prescription, but she never did (again). (Which by the way, whoever answered the phone has no phone etiquette nor proper communication skills. No empathy, no manners.) So, I called the office and I cannot get a hold of anyone, so I decided to go down the next morning to pick up my prescription myself. Waited for about an hour just for them to print out my prescription. Went to pharmacy to drop it off, they won’t accept it because I was given a copy.

Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Drove 30 minutes to do a walk in visit and the sign on the door read “ no walk in at this time due to short staff” had they put that on their website or answered the phone, I wouldn’t had to waste my time. I arrived at 2:25pm and they closed at 8pm.

Arrived at 740. Checked in by 746. Was the second person on the wait list. Had 6-7 other people called before me. Asked what was going on. Front desk man acted like he could care less and was just there to be paid. He went and “found out” what was going on and informed me I would be next seen. A nurse comes out and calls for yet another person on the wait list (after me obviously since I stated I was number TWO on the wait list and person number ONE had already been taken back) finally get taken back by a black lady tall a bit thicker and dreads of chocolate and caramel color a little past her shoulders (she was the only positive part of my experience keep her AND give her a raise) she did her part swiftly and sweetly. She told me the tests would be done in 15 mins and the dr would be right in to see me. After 45 mins of waiting I left the room and had to go find someone to ask what the wait was. No sooner did I ask that the dr was in the room gave me my diagnoses and sent me on my way all within 5 mins. (Still no reasoning why I had to wait so long if she was THAT available to be in there THAT quick.) anyway got told to go to waiting room. Waited there for another 15 mins before approaching the black man at the desk again and asking if I needed anything further. He told me he’d find out and let me know. No sooner did he say that he called someone else up and acted like I wasn’t even there so after waiting another 3-5 mins and realizing he wasn’t going to help me in any way I went over to the other lady at the front desk (a white woman with blonde wavy hair about halfway down her back) and she was again super helpful got everything I needed settled and I was out the door. Not a bad establishment but if you don’t want to be there all day you have advocate for yourself and speak up or you’ll sit ALL DAY LONG!

From the start I tried to inform the nurse it wasn’t allergies that she treated her for. The next day I took my 82 year old sister to her PCP where she was treated for pneumonia. My sister had the same exact symptoms last year and was treated with antibiotics and a couple of other meds. She’s well now, thankfully. I won’t bring my elderly sister there again. I wished I could have wrote a better review.

I was experiencing sharp lingering pain in my left upper arm. I was very uncomfortable with the level of pain. My Aunt Dean of Fayetteville referred me to go to this facility. My 1st encounter was at check-in with the young man at the desk. He informed me of the 3hr- 4 hr wait and gave me a referral to two other urgent care facilities. I left went to one they were closing. My Aunt was upset by the instructional discouragement and instructed me to sign in and return there, at which I did. Im glad I did, the Nurses & Dr. showed exceptional care & empathy for my medical urgency. It turned out to be a pleasant and professional experience  I was treated with a professional diagnosis and discharged with a L arm sling, a referral. In addition, my prescription was electronically sent to a nearby pharmacy close to the Embassy Hotel where I was staying during my visit at the FSU Home Coming with family!My suggestion is for this facility to hire a note- worthy maintenance staff to adequately clean the restrooms, waiting rooms, treatment rooms, hallways, chairs, equipment, and the overall facility. The dirty appearance was very discouraging and posed high risk of spreading germs and contagious illnesses. For instance, it turns out an entire family ( 2 parents & 4 kids) was diagnosed with Covid!! Prior to them being seen only the father wore a mask while the kids ran freely through the clinic playing!! The Front desk staff ( the young man) never directed the parents to use precaution and put their children in mask in an effort to protect others waiting to be seen for treatment, Im a resident of Massachusetts and  once our medical facilities staff was told of their symptoms they would not have stood for that behavior!. Each family member until treated would of been explained they had to wear a mask or no treatment would be provided period! Some medical facilities would of required them to wait in the car until called for the safety of others and themselves! Went in after work with a large swollen lump on my rear end. Thought it was a hemorrhoid or something but I could barely walk or sit. Was the 1st through the door but waited 2 hours to be seen. The doctor didnt even check the area, just told me to use some lidocaine cream for discomfort. Pain continued to increase throughout the day so I ended up in the ER last night. Turned out I had a golf ball size perianal abscess that had to be lanced and packed. Im now on antibiotics and pain meds. Point is even if they didnt want to treat in office they should have checked and said hey you need to go to the hospital this is a serious infection, not just blow it off because they didnt want to look. I understand not wanting to, I didnt want to be in that room either, but that is your job.

Went in for my last Hep B shot. What should have taken mere minutes, took an hour. They checked me in under the wrong name, so my chart with my information wasnt there. Finally got checked in under the correct name, got the shot ordered and finally received it after 52 minutes! Tammy was super sweet and is wonderful with administering shots!!

I will never come back did telemedicine appointment they asked me to go to Glensford drive to give a urine sample and I did I made sure my name was in it my dob they told me to put the urine in the window so I did I called for weeks no one would tell me anything! So then I made other telemedicine appointment to try and get results then I’m told I’m sorry but we don’t have no results we don’t have any note of having any urine so unprofessional and so unorganized I’m done! I’ll drive to to Raeford to the first health urgent care before I ever come here again!

Came in as a walk in for my child’s school physical today. Let me just say, holy moly is the staff insanely nice! Waited and seen in 2.5 hours. Which I get, we were walk ins with no sickness or injury. The staff, just awesome. The ridiculously pretty receptionist with the long red hair offered my son crayons and paper to color with, he declined. Another staff member came over and talked with him, asked him questions and he being autistic engaged with her, he rarely does that with strangers. His nurse was so understanding when he freaked out. She talked him through it, even though he loudly refused at the top of his lungs. She got him a lollipop and a sticker to help. She was so chill with him. He also locked the doctor out of the exam room. His doc was just as calm and understanding of him and his loud refusals. After the exam, waiting for his paperwork work, the same one that had asked him questions she came back to talk with him again, and he got another lollipop. That makes me happy that he will associate that office with happy and nice staff which would make future visits easier for him. Any parent of an autistic child knows how important good places are for them. Overall, I would 💯 drive the 20 minutes again to go take him for a visit. Better experience here than at Womack.

The space was clean and I was seen quickly. The provider did not listen well. I told her the medications I was on. She prescribed a medication I told her I could not take. I told her why I could not take it with my other medication. Get to the pharmacy and she had prescribed it anyway. I will probably try someplace else next time my health is to important to me to allow someone to undermine what I know.

I needed a physical, I really didnt know where to go. I was wanted to go to Josiah Clinic; however, it was closed or no longer opened. NextCare was a last minute decision. I am so glad I came to NextCare the process was so easy; I didnt have to wait long considering I was a walk-in. The receptionists were so friendly, courteous, and patience. The doctor I saw, asked about my summer, he took time to listen, and genuinely seemed interested in my experience in Europe, asked questions and so forth. However, receiving a text message with a redirecting link made me feel uncomfortable clicking it, as many scammers use this technique for SIM swapping to steal personal information. I’ve learned that scammers can easily manipulate clients into thinking the text is from NextCare, and clicking the link could potentially infect your phone with spyware that steals bank account information.

My son went in for an assumed broken toe. They did X-rays and told us that his big toe had a level 3 fracture, and he needed to see an orthopedic surgeon. The next day, the orthopedic surgeon took new X-rays to find it is a tiny hairline fracture not even worthy of a cast on the 4th toe, (NOT the big toe.) I’m glad it wasn’t as bad as they thought, but the person reading the X-rays really needs to be reconsidered if they confused his injury that severely. Aside from that, we were in and out fairly quickly and staff was nice.

We got there at 8:25am and they opened at 8:00am. I took my 2 year old and he didn’t get seen until 11am. We waited 3 hours. And then when we got back to the exam room, the drawers were open and they had disgusting hair and dust and dirt all in them. It looked so nasty and unorganized. I doubt they sanitized the room. They didn’t even have sanitize wipes in the room like all doctors offices do. The doctor was fine that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Just an average Nurse Practitioner that did her job. As expected with todays current healthcare you would expect nothing less but to at least wait awhile to be seen almost anywhere you go. The only thing to consider when choosing an urgent care as a walk-in is a well coordinated care, hospitable staff, and a clean facility, but when when the front desk receptionist gives the first and usually the first impression I would say they chose poorly in there decision to choose some of there staff. I was treated poorly and actually heard verbatim from this staff member that she was intentionally ‘choosing specific people to wait longer times’ based on her opinions. I was told by the Dr to come back if my condition, a suspected poison ivy rash, had worsened in 2 days and I would much rather go anywhere else to be seen.

Went to bed with a 102° fever. Woke and it broke. They didn’t take my temperature but logged 98° in my paperwork. They tried to draw blood and failed twice so now I have two huge purple bruises from them wiggling the needle around in my veins. Got home and had another 101° fever and still have an insane bronchitis cough but they said “nothing” was wrong with me and gave me a perfect bill of healthThey also tried to discourage me from getting a tetanus shot even though I literally needed one due to broken skin

Well, this facility seemed to be on the up & up during my visit. Everything seemed straight forward. Submitted proof of insurance and for some reason, they stated I was paying out of pocket. What was the point of having me upload a photo copy of my insurance (front & back) if you were just going to ignore it? I scheduled an appointment with the facility the night before for the 4:45 slot . The check in process was easy being able to pay my co-pay was a simple task as well. I do understand that it is an urgent care so they do have to take care of other patients that walk in. I just wish they came up with a different solution for those that make appointments. I used to choose next care urgent care on glensford everytime I needed to have an urgent appointment. However, after my last experience, I will be looking for another place to go. I understand that mistakes happen, and Im assuming my in house urine results were a false positive for pregnancy, which the doctor I saw did state this because I told her my period was less than a week and a half ago and I take my birth control religiously. I came into the appointment with back pain and peeing more frequently, assumed it was a kidney infection, uti, etc. Got the positive result for pregnancy and was told to stop my medication. I take birth control and Adderall as well as zoloft, continuing zoloft was fine. I was told the results we be received within 2 to 3 business days but to download the app and check there because itll upload their faster than they may call.Well, 3 business days go by and no call, nothing on the app. I call and no one ever answers the phone. When I finally did get ahold of someone, she said it could take 3 to 5 business days.. well, on the 3rd day, I started bleeding. So Im freaking out and I go to my OB. Im having so much stress and anxiety by this point. Im thinking Im having a miscarriage. My OB results came back the next day and they said negative for pregnancy, but we dont know whats causing the bleeding without the results from next care, it could be bleeding from not being on my birth control or it could be a miscarriage. Well 5th business day roles around, Im depressed, anxious, scared, still nothing, cant get through to next care on the phone. Finally the 6th business day I drove back to the next care to get my results. The guy at the front desk printed my results off for me and handed them to me, so that makes me wonder how long they were ready because it doesnt tell you the date on the paperwork for when they came in and I didnt know how to read it so he went and asked a provider and it turns out the whole time that my blood work was negative. So I just wanted to share how I felt because it felt as though a lot of the stress and anxiety I went through was unnecessary or could have been mitigated if someone would have at least answered the phone or updated the app like I was originally told would be my source of information. I stopped all of my medication except for my Zoloft and for my results to just be printed off like that makes me feel like someone could have contacted me sooner than I had to drive up there to get it. Ive been extremely stressed out since getting that positive result and I understand that they probably have high call volumes but if thats the case at least make sure your app works

I sit in NextCare for 2 1/2 hours to be told I need to go to First Health Campus to get a CT. Then I sit there for another 2 hours. We live in Clinton NC. We got home around 11:30. Mr whoever I saw told me not to go to cape fear valley because he didn’t trust them. He said I’m sending you to this new hospital. All they seem to be doing in response to every low-rating review is copying and pasting the same automated reply, which is not only unprofessional but also unethical in a healthcare setting. Medical ethics emphasize the importance of responsiveness, transparency, and accountability in patient care. By dismissing patient concerns with canned responses, NextCare is failing to uphold these standards.It’s been a week since I sent an email to management, and still no response. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this facility—communication is terrible, they never return test results, and they rarely pick up the phone. Whoever is managing this place needs to be trained again. :I had an incredibly disappointing experience with NextCare Urgent Care. I recently had a video visit where the provider completely dismissed my concerns and refused to prescribe a treatment that I know works for me based on my past experiences. I explained my history with styes and the need for oral antibiotics to prevent infections, but the provider was condescending and kept shutting down my attempts to advocate for myself. She repeatedly shook her head and said “no,” treating me as if I didn’t know anything about my own condition.After this frustrating experience, I followed their advice and sent an email to [email protected], hoping to have my concerns addressed. However, it’s been days with no response. It’s clear that “we care” is just a hollow statement for them. We’re not asking for favors—we pay for a service that they don’t care to deliver properly.Judging by the numerous poor reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue with NextCare. They appear to have a habit of not properly training their staff, and management doesn’t seem interested in addressing these serious concerns. Misdiagnosed my baby. The NextCare urgent care tested my daughter yesterday 11/28/23 by mouth swab and said she was negative for strep throat. We went home but she still couldn’t talk, eat and barely slept so I took her to Highsmith express care. They tested her again by mouth swab and it was positive 😡. So glad I listened to my gut and got a second opinion.

Ive never been disappointed and after this visit, Im still a happy customer.I want to give my greatest thanks to Ms. Phyllis and Millie for their wonderful customer service and kindness. Overall 2 stars. Pros: easy scheduling. Cons: wait time even with appointment, provider did not hear my concerns.Scheduling an appointment was easy however the wait time was an hour even with an appointment. Another long wait time in the exam room. Total time in the clinic was over 2 hours.  Front desk staff were cordial - not overly nice but also not rude. Care was sub-par. Provider did not know my allergies although they are listed on the chart. I told them my current issue and I’ve had this issue before and told them what medications/interventions worked for the same issue last time. They did not outright dismiss my knowledge of my situation/knowing my body but kept suggesting a medication that I have never taken before. With my history I told them I am uneasy about taking that class of medication since I have an allergy to some medications in that class. I told them repeatedly what medication works. The prescribed the medication they thought would be best. After taking 3 doses of what they prescribed my condition did not improve. I went a different provider the next day and got the care I needed because they listened to their patient.

My family of 4 has been to the Fayetteville office 6 times in the last month or so.  2 cases of RSV, 3 Flu As, and an ear infection. We are military and acute appointments are hard to come by with our PCMs. Being able to schedule online for same/next day for 5 of the 6 appointments and walk in for the other was a godsend for us.  Everyone; the sweet ladies at the front desk, the caring nursing staff, and friendly, efficient providers have been amazing!  They listened to me as a mom when I asked for RSV and Flu testing based on what was going around our school. They were as patient and concerned with my 3 and 6 year olds as they were with my husband and I when the kid germs finally got us.***sometimes you do have to wait a bit to be seen even if you have an appointment but it is an urgent care.  They are accommodating walk-ins, emergent patients, and scheduled patients the best they can.  You have to adjust your expectations and show grace with the folks working there because, when it is your turn, you will want them to take the time needed to evaluate you without rushing, even if it takes a bit longer than they have slotted for each appointment, just like they did with the patient before you. I usually have a short wait, 10-30 minutes, after my scheduled appointment time.  There have been a few times in the last couple years that it was a longer wait but the great part is that you check in on line and can hang in the car or drive around so the kids don’t go nuts waiting and don’t touch pick up all new germs in the waiting room.  The app helps you track your place in line and they text you when you are getting close to being seen.  I wish I could do that with our pcm because their wait is almost always longer even though we schedule those appointments way in advance.I can’t say enough great things about the men and women at our location and feel very blessed that we have them as an option for acute care when we can’t get in quickly enough to our PCM.  No one wants to wait even a few days to be seen when their kids  have the flu or an ear infection and thanks to Nextcare, we don’t have to!

I had a great experience at NextCare Urgent Care, I went in with a fish bone stuck in my throat. I didnt wait 10 minutes and was rushed to the exam room, X Ray done and seen . I mean the the whole staff took great care of me. Dr Lyon , Asst. Joe , the X-ray Tech and the reception staff were just awesome!! I feel much better. There arent many places to go and people really care about their patients but I found it here.Thank you all again for taking such great care of me ❤️I do love and appreciate you all.

I had to revise my review after todays visit. First let me say that the staff were nice.But the lobby was could use a good clean. The kids section had potato chips all over the floor and I was there when they opened, so those chips had been there since the day before.They also could not find my chart today. They said I had two different charts, each with my name spelled incorrectly. And they still couldnt find where I had been seen a week ago. So I was diagnosed and had medication ordered all from what I was telling her and not based on the proper visit history.I didnt find the doctor to be very knowledgeable. She didnt even recognize the name of a medication I had been ordered (that worked) in the past for the same illness.Overall, I wouldnt go here for anything more serious than a cold.

The front desk lady Deb was rude and not willing to help or answer questions when I was confused about some things as well as argumentative other than that the staff was great. I came because of a swollen elbow and although there was no pain the Dr. didnt say how to care for it until my referal appointment. No ice, no anti-inflammatory, no care needed until referral appointment, or any advice. I was told what was wrong and then to pick up my discharge papers from the lobby. I was a walk-in with no scheduled appointment as well.

May 5 2024I among one of the best visits here Ive had. They were running slow so I received a call asking if Id like to come in early since they had very low wait times. When we got there, there were only 2 people ahead of us when normally it would be 15-20 people. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The vitals nurse was very kind and gentle with my son and made it a fun experience for him. The doctor was very understanding and listened to what I had to say and worked with my son and I to make sure we got what we needed accomplished. Thank you for the wonderful experience today!P.S. My son wanted to make sure everyone knows to expect the vending machines to be high priced.June 20 2024I had a nurse named hope who was absolutely amazing! I came in cause my legs got so swollen the skin was tearing and I was getting fluid blisters. So I had a lot of open wounds on my legs that needed to be cleaned and dressed. She let me work with her to create the least painful process to get them properly cleaned and dressed. She was very sympathetic and comforting threw this very painful experience.I was a walk in and check in was easy and they did not have many people in line so I was able to get in very quickly. The ladies at the front desk for check in and out were both nice and helpful. When I got to the back the doctor was an older lady with short hair(cant remember her name) but she was very nice and listened to what I had to say and also asked a lot of questions to make sure she was able to properly diagnose the problem. Then she made sure I left in a better position then when I came in even though they werent able to do too much. But she asked the nurse (amazing hope) to make sure my wounds were properly cleaned and dressed and then had her wrap them tight in a long 6in ace wrap to help reduce the swelling like compression socks do. They even sent me home with an extra pair so I had a set to use while I am cleaning the first pair.The only other thing I would have liked them to have done it to have done aomething about the pain especially that if my wounds. Some lidocaine cream would have been a God send to numb while I clean.But over alm it was one of the best experiences Ive had there so far.

I have autoimmune disease and I have been having issues with my nail lifting, and cracking. My nails are literally cracked to exposing half of my nail beds and skin around nails cracked. Doctor tells me they dont do lab works when I asked to see if Im maybe having vitamin efficiency or it could be something else? Whats the point of being at er if all youre going to do is to tell me its because of autoimmune disease but wont do any lab work? This will be my first and last visit here.

This location was all friendly and efficient! Saw a provider within a reasonable amount of time and she was thorough. Tested positive for COVID (first time ever!!) and have bronchitis and a sinus infection on top it…fun!🤣 I told her I am traveling with my 74 yo dad who also has cardiac issues. She personally went to the front desk to request they add him as an urgent visit so he could be tested as well. He was positive as well and she was able to prescribe the antiviral for high risk individuals.Well done NextCare!! We appreciate your help!!

Very helpful with registration, prompt call to the back even though I was a walk-in patient. The nurse completed my vital signs as well took athe correct details of my visit and reported to the practitioner prior to meeting with me and explained she would need to complete an X-ray. The X-ray tech came right away to complete the ordered test and assisted me back to my room to await the test and practitioner feedback. The practitioner came in after testing and stated the radiologist would review the test and she would contact me if there were any issues. I received a call about an hour later that there was a suspected issue detected and that a followup CT scan had been sent to Carolina Imaging as well an Orthopedic consult. Very thorough visit as always.

With any urgent care, there is going to be a wait so I made an appointment the day prior knowing I needed to be seen. Due to having an appointment, I was in and out within an hour. They have signs posted letting you know that they do still accept walk ins so wait times vary. I overheard a walk in say they had been waiting about 40 minutes before getting called back which is still a good wait time, in my opinion, for any urgent care. The medic was nice and personable. The physician was sweet and quick to treat. Overall, great experience for my first time at this urgent care.

The staff was moving at a good clip with patients. Chairs out front looked kinda dirty though. Tammy was great doing the intake and engaging. The doctor was horrible. She couldn’t draw my blood without it she was unable to provide any assistance or relief for my pain. It was a waste of 3 hours for her to tell me I should go to the emergency room. Would not recommend this place.The location was dirty and they had paper on the floor to deal with rain water.

Dr Gross was amazing and the front  administration staff was on it ! I walked in at 9:26 with severe abdominal pain … had an X-ray and shot for pain before leaving the office at 10:45. I’ve been dealing with the healthcare system for months now trying to get testing done for a mysterious lump. Nowhere would test me without a doctors order, even though it was necessary.I’m a twenty year old just starting out with little money, no primary care physician or real idea of how the healthcare system works, and definitely don’t have insurance yet.I called every place in town to no avail, I never thought urgent care could help with that. First time ever needing urgent care and it’s Saturday. NextCare, by Old Navy, was open and I walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. I was seen in a timely manner, especially considering I was a walk-in. Thankfully they have on site abilities to run lab work and take x-rays. The nurse/techs know their stuff and the PA I saw listened, took my health issue seriously and ordered the tests that gave a clear diagnosis.I highly recommend this urgent care office! Today an appointment had been made specifically for that at this location and it wasnt till they arrived the told us they dont do them there so they wasted our time and money. I was impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and efficiency of the staff. I checked in at 5:57pm on a Friday evening and with 21 people ahead of me I just knew I was in for a long night. I was called back within about two hours. They quickly did what I needed done and I was heading out. That hour of night, I am sure they were all ready to go home after a long day, some of them having to turn right back around and do it the next day, and they all still had a smile and a friendly attitude :-)

If it were possible I would rate this urgent care a negative five stars due to RUDENESS!!! Before I could even begin to sign my husband in a mean nurse interrupt the conversation I was having with the receptionist to tell me how understaffed they are. When I asked her if she thought the wait would be closer to a couple of hours or all day, she coped an attitude and said I would have better chance of being seen at the ER. At the time it was 8:30 in the morning and there were only 3 people in the waiting room.

The ease of scheduling online was great. Check-in was also a great. The ladies working up front were very welcoming. The wait was really long even though there was an appointment made in advance and we were checked in before the recommended time of arrival. I’m a very patient person but what is the point of the ability to book an appointment and then afterwards recommend you get 15 mins beforehand if the facility is going to place you in the walk-in queue anyway. I really do appreciate the care after the long wait though. I do recommend this provider if you don’t mind a wait.
