I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. Dr. Zeng was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions in detail, and provided clear guidance.

My first visit with Dr. Zeng was so much better than I could have expected or hoped for. I have difficulty being in medical settings of any kind, and both Dr. Zeng and the entire staff were alert to and incredibly compassionate about that fact, and went out of their way to put me at ease. Dr. Zeng followed up with test results by phone well after office hours just to ensure that I had a chance to chat with her directly. I am definitely going to continue seeing her and I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I was seen quickly for my appointments without a lot of wait time (except maybe once); scheduling was not a problem, and they are very responsive via their online portal. They also have an on-call dr. phone service, so you can ask questions about your pregnancy at any time, as emergencies might come up. The office was also super helpful when I was navigating the disability leave documentation. Finally, this is not a Rotational office: Your OB will be the one delivering your baby, rather than whoever is on call. For all of these reasons, I had a phenomenal experience, and this office definitely deserves the high ratings.Fun note - we started a tradition of stopping by the 85 Degrees Bakery after our appointments - it has a lot of cute Asian Pastries :)

I was able to schedule an.appt online rather quickly, great feature and easy for patients to be seen. I been over due for annual pap/pelvic exam since 2021. I was able to see Dr Zeng very compassionate, knowledgeable, and on point explaining step by step on my exam. Shes very caring and well spoken and answer all of my questions and concerns on my exam. I would definitely recommend Dr Zeng. The front Staff and check out desk were very welcoming and helpful my visit went smoothly .

Worst experience ever! Dr. Rittenhouse refused to see me due to me being 17 weeks along during my pregnancy. His assistant is even worse. It took almost 3 days after I had already made an appt to not get a definite answer or a call back which does not help in my case until I pursued calling. His assistant made up excuses that my phone number on file was wrong, even though I had updated all my information.I had insurance complications which is why it’s taken so long to be seen and now that the issue is resolved and they are choosing not to help me in this situation. I would not recommend his services or this office to anyone who may be going through the same. Very insensitive and just rude considering this is their field of work.

Really great care from Dr. Cabrera and her team! I just moved to the area and also had questions in pregnancy planning. She listened and spent time with me. She educated me on all my questions and made me feel excited and no anxiety about planning! The office was quick and efficient. Their patient portal is intuitive. 10/10 all around.

When I see Dr. Emily Hu, I literally feel like I’m talking to a friend about my health. She is so personable, digs to understand what’s going on, and what fits my lifestyle and needs. I just can’t say enough. It’s hard to find a good OBGYN, so grateful for her.

1st visit and I am impressed. Jasmine, Medical Assistant extraordinaire was everything I was looking for in a new practice. Efficient, thorough and friendly. Once I met Dr. Rittenhouse, my appointment did not feel rushed. He took his time going over options for medical treatment and making sure that I understood and felt comfortable.Parking was super easy and front desk got the job done. No welcoming friendliness but I’ve learned to not expect much anymore from front desk staff.

Dr. Cabrera is a lovely person who takes the time to ask questions and really listen to the answers. I went in to see her after experiencing some issues and she addressed each and every one of my concerns. She also let me know several times that I can reach out to her any time so I felt well cared for. I highly recommend seeing her!

Dr. Zeng helped me secure an urgent appointment with her colleague Dr. Rittenhouse in the same office the next day when I had some issue when she was unavailable. I really appreciate Dr. Zeng’s help! I have been visiting Dr. Rittenhouse the last few weeks and Dr. Rittenhouse and his assistant Jazmyn have been great and professional. Whenever I have question they response right away! It’s hard to find such responsible medical team nowadays. I truly feel their caring during the last few visits and it makes me feel comfortable to continue work with them!

Very kind and thoughtful. During the winter season, everything is cold. She placed the stethoscope in front of the heater before placing it on my back and it was very warm. Quick check up too considering it’s my first time. My pervious OB, I would wait almost 2 hrs to been seen only to be spoken to for 10 minutes

Dr. Singleton IS THE BEST!! It’s my first time to write a review. I’ve never met this kind and nice doctor in United States. She will explain everything you are worried about and her feedback after test result is just awesome. The staffs here are also very friendly and nice. I highly recommend here !!!!

This review is for Dr. Emily Hu and her team. I absolutely love her! She’s very personable, and I feel she hears and addresses the concerns I have about my health. Prior to my meet w/Dr. Hu, her medical assistant (sorry, I did not get her name) reviewed my medical history w/me. She also updated my file as well. The office staff are friendly and provided me w/excellent customer service. The waiting room felt comfortable to me. It didn’t look or feel stale like some medical offices can w/overbearing fluorescent lights that truthfully hurts my eyes, lol!Overall, I really like coming here to get my female concerns taken care of. I hope you’ll like it too.

I saw Dr. Cabrera for my routine well-woman visit. It was my first time seeing her and I was impressed with how thorough and competent she was. She took the time to get acquainted with my medical history and listened to my concerns. Also, she is very kind and personable.

I met with Doctor Hu and she is really sweet and professional, and she really eased my anxiety over my health. The front desk is very polite and gentle as well, I don’t know about other people, but I feel like a nice front desk helps a lot with the experience when you’re visiting a doctor.

Dr. Zeng is caring and thorough. She walks you through what’s happening and works with you to make the experience more comfortable. She considers your entire health profile and is very nonjudgmental.

Thank you!! To whomever fills out your Imaging Request Forms and Referral Forms!! It is so neat and legible and actually completed correctly! I cannot tell you how many times I cannot make out the diagnoses on other peoples forms but you even included the ICD10s as well for further clarification which is also so rare. I receive hundreds of forms daily with no telephone numbers or fax numbers and the handwriting is so bad, you cant even make out the providers name to find them on google. PLEASE dont ever change. The little people like me really really appreciate you making our job easier. You are one in a million. And thats a FACT! THANK YOU!

TERRIBLE receptionist. Very disappointed.I never left a negative review but this time I have to say the receptionist is very OFFENSIVE.Due to pandemic, I left NYC and staying with family in SF this year. Tried to make an appointment with a doctor by calling them. After I explained the situation, the receptionist was very impatient and not willing to take my appointment, as this may be the only one-time doctor visiting (as the staff described). She asked why dont I find a doctor in NYC? She doesnt get it. I explained I would stay in SF until the end of the year. Shouldnt a patient make an appointment ASAP when they dont feel well?To people who is not a local, this place is not for you.

Ive always dread going to an Ob Gyn doctor but Dr. Milagros Cabrera has her own unique way to make the procedure so painless. Every step of the process was a breeze. Making the appointment; check in and the actual procedure. Her assistant was very nice and professional. Dr. Cabrera was very detailed and explained everything she was doing. You ought to try her as your next ob gyn!

Dr. Hu is the epitome of a professional, compassionate, caring physician. I would be lost without her. I am a full grown woman, mother, and grandmother. I find that, occasionally, I rely on her skills and experience just to understand myself. She embraces her role and really makes me feel valued and heard. What more could I want?

Dr. Hu was non-judgemental, reassuring, and informative. It is often difficult to go to new doctors as a fat person. My personal experience is that any medical issues that I bring up will be attributed to my weight. Dr. Hu is skilled in using strengths based questions that felt empowering as opposed to accusatory (Think: How often do you exercise? As opposed to How are you going to lose weight?). I walked out of the appointment feeling supported and relieved to have found such an amazing OBGYN.

Dr. Cabrera is a very good doctor. She takes care of me and takes her time to learn about any health concerns that I have. Best doctor ever! Thank you Doctor Cabrera!
