Midwest Express Clinic

Midwest clinic is the best. I took my child in with an ear ache and sore throat. Clinic provided covid and strep test and had results within minutes. Clinic has a smooth and easy flow from start to finish. I was in and out within minutes. I was completely satisfied with the Doctor that attended to my child. I would definitely go back and recommend Midwest Clinic.

The doctor/physitian was kind however I waited 2 hours to see her… I went to the lady who checked me in after being in my room for an hour and a half and told her that I still haven’t gotten my blood drawn, to which she replied “they still haven’t gotten to you yet?” And she went And got equipment and proceeded to take my blood… The doctor came in like a half an hour later…. I asked the front desk lady if I could have my results and she told me I was good to go to which I asked her again for results and she told me that they would email them to me, I asked her if she needed my email and she said “oh yeah “then she wrote my email down on a sticky note…. they didn’t take down my information and never sent me my results. I had to call literally 10 times to get my results and they weren’t clear nor explained to me and some of my results were missing (urine test). I had to come to the clinic once again and wait an hour and a half as they searched for results. The kind doctor finally came and she explained the results, but The front desk wanted to charge me… I asked the doctor once again for the results and she had them printed out for me, thankfully. Overall I was very stressed and hassled by the whole experience… I finally got my results and prenatal vitamins… it seems like the physician/doctor was doing her best but the nurses/assistants/attendants were not.

I always go to Midwest Express Clinic and this location recently opened in my area, literally around the corner.. I’ve never had anything bad to say about them.. always fast and friendly. I love the attention they give everyone.

Took my toddler in because he was ill and they took us in so fast. Everyone was so nice, I was so impressed can tell they care about their patients. The doctor and front desk also gave him a goodie bag before leaving. The whole place was so clean and was decorated nicely will be coming here from now on.

Took my twins here and it was great! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, pretty fast and the doctor was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this office. I will definitely be coming back. This is an excellent addition to the neighborhood.

My visit today was super impressive! No wait time, quick and efficient vitals check with the proper questions. And in light of it being Halloween, the coolest and most friendly Witch Doctor was in my room faster than I could blow my congested nose. The staff was super friendly and me and my family will be back again when someone is in need of a visit. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Registered online. Made appointment online. It did not give you an exact appointment time but lessened your wait time by 50%. I only waited 20 minutes past the online appointment.. The doctor was phenomenal. I would recommend this facility 100% percent. What a great addition to our area.

Super friendly and COMPASSIONATE team. They understand the need to help heal when someone is ill. I was here for myself and my kids and it is now the only place I turn to when we are sick. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! THANK YOU for helping us get better!

Minimal wait time with doctors who thoroughly checked symptoms and promptly administered treatment. I suggest registering via phone to minimize in person paperwork. Much easier to get an appointment for immediate illness concerns rather than waiting for your standard doctors appointment. Weekend/late hours are a bonus for those who definitely cant wait for treatment.

Every single person was so kind and helpful. Went in feeling uneasy but thank God the experience was so fast. Got my results the next morning and now I’m able to enjoy my holiday. Every healthcare provider needs this place to be their standard. 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

I love that this place is literally 5min from my house, the staff is friendly and professional. You can check in online for a quicker service. The wait time isnt as bad like in other clinics, and its nice and clean.

Great place for a student physical. Was in and out in about 20 minutes yet I still felt the doctor was very detailed in her exam . The place was immaculate. The receptionists actually had customer service skills which seems to be lacking at places these days. Will definitely go there in the future.

We received excellent and timely service for my 2 year old daughter. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. They made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this place.

I’m visiting from out of state and my asthma started to act up. It’s been years since any episodes so no meds were on file.I simply walked in and was greeted with welcoming warm attitudes and attention.After a fast signing of forms and proof of insurance, I was taken to see someone. The wait may have been 5 minutes.After the consultation, they said the RX would be at the local requested pharmacy within the hour.This location was so new and bright, but the staff was just the best. It’s hard to find someone let alone the time spent waiting. A great find and addition to the neighborhood.

THE BEST URGENT CARE VISIT EVER!!!!I went in today and found out my insurance lapsed. They were so patient and kind and helped me get the care I needed that I could afford. I was seen quickly and the provider was very good with my cranky two year old. The front desk lady was so warm and made the experience extremely pleasant!

Everyone is very friendly the front and back office is very clean. Not to forget the bathroom is very clean as well. I would rather to come here than to go to an emergency room. Also the nurses are very nice and sympathetic towards the patients.

Wasn’t feeling great. My customer told me to go here. They were open. So I stopped in. Was greeted right away. Told them what was going on. They took my information and was seen right away. Staff was great and very efficient! Would definitely recommend anyone! And will be going back when needed!

Got to see the doctor faster than when I go to other clinics. Everyone was nice, everything was understandable from paper work and from what doctors tell you. Great service overall.

Brought my daughter in and saw the NP. Amazing bedside manner and did a thorough exam. My daughter felt comfortable and said “Mom she was so nice.” Great service from the young woman at the front desk and the one who took her vitals. Thank you!!!

I loved the first time clinic visit. It a really bi-language type of clinic. Awsome experience, got the job done and prescription my wife needed. Immediately. Plus, affordable clinic visit if no insurance provide. Add 5 more starts over 5 !! I’m so happy

I went to have my stitches removed from a head injury, I recently lost my job and do not have insurance I was charged 125 for the visit and 75$ to have the stitches removed it’s definitely more affordable than another ER visit, however the doctor left a stitch I originally thought it was a scab from the healing process but after a week I still had the scab when I started picking at it to my surprise It was a stitch! The doctor left a stitch on me so I returned to the clinic to let them know their mistake and the receptionist wanted to charge me AGAIN! I explained that I was there a week ago and I had already payed and I had no insurance and I was NOT going to pay for a mistake made by them! The doctor was nice enough to see me again and not charge me but by this time my skin had heal over the stitch I was lucky enough that it did not get infected but since my skin had already healed over the stitch she wasn’t able to remove the remaining stitch and I had to go back to the ER to have them removed it. This causes me to pay AGAIN a visit at the ER without insurance. It was very disappointing that I went here to try to save some money and ended up having to pay A LOT more and that rude receptionist that tried to charge me AGAIN for their mistake. They are definitely money hungry and don’t care or take ownership of their mistakes.

I was taken care of so quickly. I practically had no wait. Every person I came in contact with was super friendly and polite. No one wants to end up at an urgent care but I was so pleased with my entire experience here. Dr Sherri Lynn smith was precise and super helpful!

The staff at this clinic, from intake to the patient care, are top notch and I was seen so quickly and felt so listened to and cared for. The Care Provider explained my prognosis and prescriptions to me in detail and went above and beyond to ensure that I could heal as quickly as possible. This clinic and its staff are a stellar example of efficiency and kindness in care and I will most definitely be returning in the future.

My first visit to Midwest clinic, I was impressed with the cleanliness, how friendly the staff was, and the prompt service. My Doctor was friendly and very informative and knowledgeable with my issue. I recommend this clinic first instead of going to emergency room for non life threatening issues. It will save you time and a big expense. And still receive the help that is needed.

Went to have a bacterial infection on my lower leg looked at. Courteous and friendly staff. The provider was wonderful diagnosed me and set me up with a course of treatment. Im feeling much better and I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic should you need quality professional care.

This was the first time I’d used the Midwest Express Clinic. I was extremely pleased. The location was immaculate, the staff courteous and friendly and with no appointment needed my wait time was very reasonable. I came home with several prescriptions which, once started, took care of my problem with my eyes in a couple of days. What a relief!

Staff are very friendly! Nice and clean 👌. The doctors, as I have seen 2 different ones, both were nice, attentive and listen to your concerns. Instead of spending more than 2 hrs at UI urgent care on wood st. I would be coming here instead.

The service here was excellent. Everyone from when you walked in to leaving was extremely helpful and professional. The facility was clean and I was in and out, it was very efficient. I would definitely come back if I needed to see an urgent care provider again.

Walked in and seen immediately. Front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable. Med staff was quick to help and I was back home in under an hour! Very clean facility as well.

Took my kid in for a strep test.The culture came back positive was told if I wanted a script called I need to go to a second visit pay the copay again so they can tell me in person it’s positive before they can call in antibiotics.

The clinic recently opened near my home. My husband and I have been coming the last 4 weeks to get our Lipo B12 shots. Everyone is very attentive, friendly and quick. We are in and out in less than 10 minutes. I love how easy the whole process is.

The reception staff, medical assistant and provider were very courteous. Provider was professional. I appreciated the attention my son received and my questions were answered.

Well first of all I’m so glad that you are in the neighborhood we needed an urgent care here, this was my first time going there everyone one there was so nice the doctor is great I’ve coming back to see her for my sore that she’s taking care of and she’s always been so nice to me , if I ever need a doctor where I can’t get to my doctor I will definitely go there and I’m grateful that you’re open on Sunday’s, I hope you stay where you’re at forever.

This new location is great. The staff off the top was super friendly and welcoming. I walked in 15 minutes before they closed, after a cat bite and they still took the time to see me and prescribe medication, all with understanding and smiles on their faces. I’d definitely go back

I’m giving this review a 5/5 starts due to how friendly and fast the staff work on this clinic. Apart from being close to my place, they don’t keep you waiting no longer than 5 to 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.
