My daughter was complaining of ear pain. Didnt want to wait til she saw her doctor so I decided to take her to urgent care. Amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Doctor was very nice and gentle. I was in an out in no time.

Clean, friendly staff, quick, efficient and we were in and out. Staff is very helpful I had an insurance issue and they helped me figure out what the issue was and gave me a phone number to call, helped us register. Medical assistant and provider were very patient with my toddler and myself. We walked right in and everyone was smiling and polite there wasn’t a chaotic atmosphere, I saw gloves stocked, caviwipes and sanitizing items around to make sure things were sanitized

I actually was running late to my appointment. Id called to see if Im still able to come in or reschedule. The young lady that answered the phone told me that it was okay for me to still come in. Once there I was greeted with a warm greeting. I was feeling miserable. So, that was greatly appreciated. There was others before me so I didnt mind the wait. Once seen, the nurse and the practitioner did a awesome job with taking care of me. Thanks ladys 😊

Wonderful service and very professional. Friendly workers made my son experience less frightening. My son had stitches removed from his lip from a dog bite and they accomplished it with ease and barely any discomfort. The primary doctor Mike is remarkable and great sense of judgment. Overall this establishment have excellent customer service and support. Get you in and out at a decent time and no long waiting is a plus. Highly recommended and even the lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. Basically everyone seem to love what they do and enjoyed being there and that makes it more inviting to come back for future visits. Thank you for being of service and doing it well. Keep up the great work.

On vacation & had to come here for an infected abscess. I got this place from my insurance company and I scheduled my appointment online. I arrived a hour early and was out within a hour. No wait time but I was there at 8-9am and I was the only person in the waiting room. The staff were very nice & informative. Provider treated my problem well and was attentive to my needs. His assistant was amazing. She was nice and helped bandage me up at the end. Provider got me antibiotics and painkillers and sent me in my way. Feels good to know I can come here & get care while being away from home. I’ll definitely come back if need be :)

The staff was nice but on 8/1/24, it was extremely hot due to no air. The fans were only for the staff and the patients had to be hot which I didn’t like. There should have been fans for the patients as well in the waiting area. Very disappointing.

The staff was kind, courteous, and professional. I was seen promptly and my physical was completed all within 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this medical facility.

The staff was really nice, I didn’t wait long to be seen the doctor was very professional answered all my questions. I will recommend this office to family and friends. Only thing I didn’t like was they don’t accept HMO with employers other than that great experience.

I visited the local urgent care facility recently and had a fantastic experience. The best part was that there was no wait time at all, which was a huge relief. The staff was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Clean quiet they seen me quickly & had my results in 15 minutes. if youre quick and thorough with your device you shouldn’t have to fish at the front desk to answer questions ,you can just scan a QR code ,have a seat and upload everything which i enjoyed. Didnt even need my purse. Have internet access on your device, wifi password displayed gave me “incorrect password” for guest log in provided. Doctor G. River was great at explaining how I can properly care for a respiratory infection. Nurse was polite & friendly!

I liked how it was so clean and as soon I put my insurance in the link the nurse called me in with my son she was very sweet and making him blow his noise so wouldnt have to scrap his nose deep and the Doc loved how he told my son plenty of water and veggies un your food and he has been listening

The NP Jeffrey horrible, doesn’t listen to you down plays your symptoms told me I didn’t have conjunctivitis only to go another doctor and I did!!! His lab jacket was filthy and he came in the room with gloves on……… Back today with my fiancé and guess who we get?…….. Him!!!! Once again his jacket is filthy he’s not listening and he came in the room with gloves on. I’m giving 2 stars because the MA in the first room is so pleasant. This is the only urgent care close by however next time I’ll take my chances going elsewhere.

I went there and got in quick! Better than waiting at the er for 8 hours! Sam and the doctor was amazing!!! She is a breath of fresh air!! The doctor was also amazing! Thank you all for your kindness!

Never been to such a professional establishment from the front desk lady being patient and kind. To the medical assistant Keisha being sooo nice! The nurse practitioner there Christina was the bomb, she was very informative about my Illness and took her time to explain what was going on. Overall, I was in and out and got the professionally medical attention that I needed! Keep up the good Job staff!

I would never go there again. I took my son there because he had broke out in hives all over his body and because he was having problems with his asthma. This loud obnoxious lady doctor or whatever she is comes in there with a bad attitude talking about ain’t nothing wrong with his lungs and that the break out was scabies! I say how he got scabies and no one else has it. Anyway I just didn’t like her attitude and how she was talking and I got tf up and left. I took my son to another urgent care just for them to tell me he DOESNT have scabies!

My second visit and it was pretty good. Dr Jeff was very concerned, caring and helpful. The wait time was about 30 minutes due to other patients.

The Dr. TOLD me my daughter had allergies from our dog NOT pink eye, though she sat in front of him with a pink right eye filled with mucus and crust. He didn’t want to hear what I had to say, it was his word or nothing. He prescribed Allegra, ibuprofen and chest congestion medicine. 2 days later both eyes were infected. Took her to another urgent care facility only for them to tell me what I already knew.

I went here after being ill for 5 days. Went to northwestern didnt feel better. Came here after leaving Walmart and felt much better before leaving. EVERYTHING was explained to me in detail about the medication, what was going to take place and my chief complaint. I was in and out under 1 hour. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF

Doctor and staff are very personable and kind. Gets you in and out without a problem. It also is way quicker than going to the ER. Also cheaper if paying out of pocket!

I felt welcome, the place was clean I had my privacy and the ladies that was on staff of the day was great. The customer service was wonderful, and I got a very good understanding on the procedure of my illness.

This place is horrible I visited this clinic on July 1st and it is now July 8th and I still dont have my results I have been calling both locations and have been given all type of wrong information I just spoke to a Niesha who said she was a Medical assistant and told me that it takes 5 to 7 business days for results I will never recommend this place to no one. This place needs to close on 111th.

It felt rushed and I felt like he didn’t really listen to me. I waited longer than I was seen. I did get my prescription- but I really do not intend to return.

Love going here and taking my kids they’re so fast in and out . I love the workers. Also they are so nice.

The care from the person who treated me was poor. I waited almost 30 minutes for him to come see me and he spent 30 Seconds telling me what’s wrong with me and I didn’t like that because it was rushed. I even told him to do a check up and he blew it off but only went through the motions. I’m highly disappointed and I feel like I wasted my $100

I brought my son in today because he hasnt been feeling well everyone was so kind the woman at the front desk was super sweet she gave my son crayons and paper to color they were really quick though and we werent waiting long in the waiting room and the nurse was very friendly and the Doctor Mark was super cool super nice my son was very cranky and he handled it so well I really enjoyed my experience there will be going there from now on.

My son and I love this clinic! The staff is very warm and inviting! You can walk in without an appointment and they still get you in and out fast. I appreciate that because that can be a problem at places that accept walk ins. The nurse and doctor made my son feel conformable. They were gentle and kind and when we left he asked when are we coming back!

Im thankful for this location. Everytime an emergency arises, whether for me or my girls, were able to be seen & diagnosed quickly. Special shout out to nurse Maggie for making the experience for my 8 year old a positive one.

Fast , professional and friendly. The NP was amazing from walking in front desk staff was great quick and so was the young lady who took my toddlers vitals. New and clean very highly recommend for urgent care needs since Rush is a bit far this was next best alternative. Thank you.

I took my todddler here for an eye infection and we were in and out In 45 minutes maybe even a bit less! The provider is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. I will be coming again when necessary!

Terrible once your results come in they don’t send them. I had to call 3 times just to get them via email. No way I have to call another site to get my results sent.

I had a great experience here, I made the appointment the night before I was able to checkin prior and came in and just pressed my name on the tablet. The facility is very clean and updated, the provider and staff were all so nice! Very kind and professional. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but If ever I do need urgent care I definitely will!

The people that answer the phones are EXTREMELY rude and lack the mental capacity to transfer a phone call. They are absolutely no help when you are trying to speak with clinical staff and act as if they weren’t trained properly on how to do their jobs. Hanging up on a patient because you can’t figure out how to transfer a call is NOT the correct way to handle things .

I was greeted by a professional person and only had to wait 10 minutes before I was seen. The doctor was pleasant and gave me my instructions for after care.Good experience!

I visited about 2 hours before closing. I was serviced very quickly. Staff was friendly and I was out shortly after the Doctor checkup! Its convenient. Parking and close to the highway.

Im a repeat customer and for good reason! This place consistently provides exceptional service, and Im always impressed with the experience I have here.

I went for a bladder infection and told them my allergies and they send over a prescription I’m allergic to. The pharmacy called they are not calling back. Mind you they seen blood in my urine but I still had to wait for an antibiotic. Then finally sends one I’m allergic to. Then to top it all of I need an antibiotic cream they never even sent any prescription at all. I’m call my insurance to make sure they know I was not treated and now I have to go to another doctor for the same thing. I don’t recommend coming unless you just got a cold.

The office was very clear , the office staff was great , wait time not long at all , the Nurse prognostication was a hot mess . did not listen to my needs , talked about his own elements and was overall a nut job. I left there very upset.

Quick, efficient, clean and very kind to my 8yr son. Being able to make the appointment late night online for an early morning appointment was amazing. I was also able to do all paperwork online was soooo convenient!

The receptionist is either incompetent or just completely careless. Be prepared to wait an inhumane amount of time no matter how trivial the visit is. The Dr. Screwed up my paperwork after I specifically instruced her on what to write. 0 stars would be too many.

My APN Christina was amazing. She was honest with me and genuinely showed compassion and cared. She made sure I was good both mentally and physically. She helped me beyond what I would have ever expected.

Everyone was friendly but the office runs very slow. I arrived at 11:15 and didnt finish until 2 pm for an X-ray. I would have given 4stars if my prescription was ordered in a timely manner; its 6:30 pm and my prescription is still not submitted. If this is the case, just write it up and Ill submit myself. Do better Urgent Care

Visited these nice folks for an issue that was making it hard to walk. They were very professional, courteous, and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Lots of smiles! We even talked about how bad my dog is LOL.

Each time I have visited this location in Pulman it’s been a great experience Both of my children have autism and the staff even clerk is always nice and professional. It is clean and I’m not sitting for 8 hours like in an emergency room.

So I was not feeling well and I had to call out for work in doing so we have to have a form filled out and have a fax back over to my job. I went to on dmed urgent center and they were very professional and understanding. I was waited on right away the nurse practitioner was very comforting and concern with my condition and treated me in the office for it, she filled out my paperwork and fax it over to my job on the same day. I appreciate the receptionist concern the nurse practitioner concern about my condition it made me feel a little bit better. Thank you!!

It went ok I kinda hoped he would have gotten an X-ray it does say that on the door kinda disappointed. Other than that it was ok.

The people that I dealt with was excellent, nice and very friendly especially the receptionist lady who was also very funny. The only thing that I didnt like and kept me from me giving this urgent care a 5 star was the wait time. I have been to several different urgent cares and was in and out in no time. For some reason this this Urgent Care waiting time was too long I feel. I came in for a covid test at about 2:15 and didnt leave until about 4:00

I’ve gone to this urgent care one time before this last time. The staff is consistently nice. I’m only rating this 4 stars this time, because I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and still had not been seen 45 minutes after my appointment time. I asked to be rescheduled for a later time and then called back and canceled all together. I’m not sure if they were short staffed as there was one person ahead of me who had been seen and left while I was still waiting. The office was not busy and the receptionist said “oh your appointment time been passed” but you are next. Hopefully next time I have a need to visit, they will be a bit more punctual. I’m sure the excuse will be we had other patients yadda yadda yadda… However, communication in these situations is always appreciated.

I went for the first time Sunday for testing and I must say I was VERY impressed!! Very clean and nice atmosphere. Staff was all black and female! Also very professional and really kind to me. The Dr was also very sweet and professional with me. I was in and out not a long wait time. Over all experience was great! This is a hidden gem! I highly recommend this place.

My experience was good. And I would have given 5!! However, my only issue is after being seen on the 26th of March, Im still waiting for my discharge papers to be sent via email. Ive called to inquire about it and they assured me they was sending it. Along with my prescription. Other than that, the staff is friendly and caring. I just want my darn discharge papers and prescription sent over to the pharmacy!!

Do not waste your time or money going to this facility. I went in and paid for a rapid Covid 19 test. I had already took 2 at home and one was positive & one was negative. I went there to get a professional test done. They used the same test that I used at home. Did not wait 15 min and came and told me I had Covid. My doctor told me to ask them to prescribe Paxlovid since they did the testing. They said they cant prescribe anything but, asked me at registration where any prescriptions should be sent. Now Im going for a 4th test. Went to get 4th test at the hospital and it was negative.Dont waste your time or money here!!

I am a chronic sinus sufferer. I went to this urgent care facility to merely receive a scripted diagnosis. After repeatedly telling the provider that I had tried EVERYTHING she was recommending, she continued to tell me to keep trying it. Also, on several occasions, I told her I was allergic to Zyrtec yet she kept telling me to add that to my OTC regiment. I honestly believe she was not concerned about my all being at all. I was the only patient in the clinic at that time so n in not sure why she wanted to rush me out so quickly.Needless to say, my insurance was billed for her to tell me to continue taking ORCs and an allergy pill that could potentially kill me. Thank you! I will never go back there and certainly would not recommend any of my family or friends.

Despite having a slight issue this was a great experience. Everyone there treated me with courtesy and a very gentle manner. They answered questions and gave recommendations. If in need of urgent care this is definitely the place to go!!

On short notice I had been calling everywhere and luckily found the facility on Google. And I am sure glad I did! Staff was very friendly and made registration clear and simple. I the Drs took their time and listened to my questions. I did not feel rushed and felt at ease especially since being nervous ahead. Thank you Very much to the team!

I asked my son to bring my grandson there because he may have pink eye. And he was turned away because its after 5.pm Your website does not indicate that you wont accept any walk in after 5pm. This is ridiculous!!!!! Especially, to turn a sick 2 year old baby away when there was no one in the waiting room. You have no compassion or empathy for people.

I rated urgent care with one star because two weeks ago when I came to get covid tested from being exposed, the nurse was very unprofessional and didn’t follow her full procedure of conducting my test. Yesterday, I was assisted by a wonderful nurse who did everything correctly in the manner it was suppose to have been done. I also did not receive an email nor a call to tell me that my result was positive.

My experience with your Pullman Office was wonderful. Customer service and care were the best Ive ever experienced. Your medical staff made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit and I will recommend your office to my friends and family!

I had been trying to get an appointment with my regular doctor. Hadnt even thought about an urgent care place, so glad they were available. I was able to walk in, be seen, and have my issue cared for quickly. I would recommend them definitely.

I just left the location on Doty and everyone was absolutely amazing from the woman named Sofia who checked me in all the way to the medical assistant in the back lakiesha and to top it off the provider Christina was just over the top phenomenal this is most definitely the new home for me and my 3 boys I’ve never felt more welcomed and comfortable

The lady at the front desk was Very nice. However, the cost of a COVID19 Exam (for someone uninsured) was Not clear on the website. I tried calling numerous times/days after making my appointment, but no one answered. So Unfortunately, I had to drive ( in the snow ) only to arrive and find out I could not afford an exam. The Uninsured cost was $170 for a Rapid Test and $100 for a Regular test. This type of information should be clearly written on the website.

We came in for a covid test for a child. They put us in a room for an hour just for a covid test. Did not tell us a doctor wanted to see him until I walked back to the front to ask what am I waiting for. Someone finally came and gave the test. The doctor then came in later to check out my son. I then asked for the prescription and was told being sent right to the store even though I preferred to take it on based on my time that already had been wasted. They need to communicate better so people know their options.

Excellent patient care and customer service! I was confused about insurance information and Kenya explained what to do.The Nurse Practioner took her time to answer my questions and explained the why behind what over the counter medications to buy. I will return to this clinic for my urgent care needs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Employees need to retake professionalism training because they are the most unprofessional staff I have encountered at a health facility. They are not willing to work with you when they in fact are the reason for the inconveniences. LOW GRADE SERVICE! Staff had thrown away my sample provided to lab and told me that I was in the clear when I in fact was not. I had to take another sample to get correct results and was charged for BOTH (even the tossed one) and was not assisted the proper way after the incident. YOUR HEALTH IS AT RISK IF YOU GO HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE AND ARE NOT EASILY WILLING TO FIX MISTAKES THEY MADE. - AT

Test Results From Exam Have Not Come Back And It Has Been EIGHT DAYS!! How Is That Urgent Care??? When I Called They Said They Are Still Waiting Because My Labs Were Sent To California 😂 How Sad! I Wouldnt Recommend This Place To A Dog Let Alone A Human.

A complete waste of time. I called ahead to ensure that my insurance was accepted. The lady at the front desk said it was, only to say I would have to pay $30 for a physical and $15 per shot. She could have said that over the phone. Why would I pay cash for something when I have insurance?

Scheduling the visit and taking the Covid exam was smooth and easy. I schedule the visit on the web and submitted the registration information by text. By the time I got there the facility had all the information and we went right in.

Something to me not to go to the hood but I did anyway. I never got my covid results and every time I call they say its still pending... Its been days and still no results meaning Im missing work and money. I was told I would get them the next day. This is the absolute worst

It was great, they had stopped taking walk in patients, due to my problem they took me anyway. I did not feel rushed and they took their time to examine me.

I took a PCR Covid test on Monday, they told me it would take 24-48 hours. It’s been 3 days now and I still haven’t received my results. I’ve called their phone two days in a row for 3 hours off and on still no answer. This is ridiculous.

Is not a good place all the employees are mean and when you have your blood test done no result on the time I have my TB test done for 3 months I never have results

They were friendly and knowledgeable but were slow. It was quite a few people there but I know that we were not there for the same reasons. They will let you know right away if theres a charge and if so the amount.

Very friendly staff. Had a great experience. Was helped quickly by Latonya and given informativeexplanations and referred to a doctor to get the help I need.

I saw Nurse Practitioner Corinne, and she was incredibly nice and very helpful with my ear infection and how to clear it up. The facility is beautiful also.

Google and sign says hours are 9 to 5 Saturday and Sunday its Sunday at noon and its closedUpdate: today is Thursday at 9:36 pm i gave it another try and they closed. This place is never open dont even bother driving here all you will do is waist your gas

Very good customer service. I came in to get four physicals and we were in and out. I would definitely come back for futures needs and recommend it.

I would recommend this Urgent Care to all of Chicagoland!! They were friendly, professional, nice..I could go on and on...if you are not feeling well and need urgent care...this is your place!!

I visited this facility, as always, urban locations are not thorough, nor do they explain things in detail, and the logistical operations are not up to par. I took my test Monday morning and seventy two and a half hours later no results yet. I called and was connected to another location.

Ive been calling there office for the last 3 days and no one answers the phone! Left a voicemail and no one got back to me. This highly unprofessional. Wish I could give zero stars for this treatment!

Right now I guess it’s very busy as of today 1/6/22 I waited one hour to be checked in and then was seen no temperature check waited more than an hour to be seen not by a doctor but a nurse practitioner not getting really diagnosedThey should have more than 1 doctor this is a season when people are getting sick and scared to go to hospitals please go to urgent care at the suburbs
