Today was not such a great visit. I have been here several times in the last couple of years maybe at least five times today. The nurse that was on duty was not very nice. Her attitude was just horrible and the way she asked the questions were not kind.. The lady at the front desk is a very nice lady. She’s been there every time I’ve gone. The doctor. I’ve seen is a very nice doctor. Very knowledgeable and quick. No complaints on those two is just the nurse. Today was not very nice and I feel like I won’t go back, but the doctor and that reception is very very nice. after speaking to the doctor when my visit was over, I did complain to him and he said that he has no control over who works there but that to do a review and he was very apologetic for her attitude, but I’m not sure if I ever go back because there’s lots of urgent cares you can go to
Its the 2nd time I was seen for a foot infection at this location. The 1st time was 3 months ago. I was so impressed with the caring attitudes of the front desk receptionist, nurse aide & the PA, that I returned recently & had the same positive experience. Even though there were several people waiting, we were processed efficiently. A doctor was on staff that day, who listened carefully to my issue, and suggested a great plan moving forward.
I scheduled my appointment for 510 and didnt get seen until 630.I came in with a fibula and tibia fracture. They took 2 X-rays of which they could only partly see the first one, ( could not get the second image). They equipped me with a boot that will not help because I have to raise the boots weight with fractured bones ( I would like to return the boot for a credit).Overall, I couldve skipped Next Care and gotten better service from an orthopedic surgeon.
Bad experience with him, I do not recommend visiting him. They changed my appointment twice, and when I came to receive the test results, she said I had to do it again.
I should have read the reviews before I went. That was my first mistake. I called to ask what the wait was and if I could schedule an appointment, the lady rudely told me to just schedule online and didn’t answer the question about the wait. I arrived at 1PM for 1:15 appointment and wasn’t seen until 2:45… with flu symptoms the whole time. (In that time I got a text that my appt was cancelled, went to ask about it at the front desk and they were defensive and rude). I was about to walk out, and then they called me back. The nurse was very procedural and said she would test me for flu and Covid. I asked if they had other respiratory panels and she said no (then why did I come here??)… Anyways, after 15 mins of vitals, plus 15 mins waiting for test results to come back, I was told both were negative. Then, doctor said to do a strep test which was another 10-15 mins of waiting. Also negative. Pretty much left after 3 hours with no answers and a $100 bill. I felt embarrassed to even be giving my money to them and was just relieved to be leaving. Don’t go here.
I visited nextcare on Monday. Got there and was greeted with a very short and rude response. Asked if I could check in and the woman at the front desk said you do everything online by yourself. I’m not very tech savvy. I got most of it done and went up to ask one question and again she was very short and rude. Managed to get through the check-in process. Went up and asked where I was in line because I could not figure it out myself, and she seemed angry that I was asking another question. I proceeded to wait 2 1/2 hours and then a nurse came out and said they only had one provider available so the wait would be longer. Still do not know where I was in line and a lady next to me showed me that the booked appointments obviously had priority to the walk-in. I went up and asked how long the wait should be and she said I can’t help you. I have nothing to do with that. I was feeling very sick and discouraged, I left the facility crying and went to American family care and I was greeted compassionately, professionally, and like I mattered. I was taken right away, they felt terrible for the experience that I had previously had.
I walked in about 10 am. I was greeted by a rude receptionist.I waited almost an hour to be seenThe worst part of it all is I went in for a sore throat/cold/fluThey tested me for flu and covid and told me I just had the common coldWent to my dr the next day and they tested me for Covid, flu a and b, RSV and strepTurns out I have RSVSo I was misdiagnosed and sent home thinking I just have the common cold.I’ll never go here again
Appointment was honored on time. Front desk associate was helpful and very professional. Medical assistant was professional, polite, personable and knowledgeable. Doctor was very thorough in explaining the medical issue and answered all questions without seeming hurried. Excellent visit all around!
My urgent care visit was fine. Appt time was 10:45. Was called to the back around 11:20ish. Left the bldg at 12:20. The PA was cool!! It was like talking to a good buddy!!
From the front desk staff (Brenda) to the nurse who saw me and the provider....all I can say is....it is nice to be treated like a patient. Im a Veteran and having issues with getting an appointment. I was hesitant to go to urgent care bc I didnt know if it would be covered but I wasnt driving an hour to Durham VA ED. Im glad I didnt because I was treated better at this civilian facility than I would have been at my very own Veterans Affairs medical facility. I am so grateful for this staff. I genuinely feel like my concerns were listened to and taken seriously...for once. Thank you so much for the excellent care!
Was seen same day for a sore throat. Scheduled online was super easy. Had to wait a little longer than my appt time but there was only one provider working that evening. He was thoroughly explaining something to another family, I couldn’t hear anything specific but could tell he was giving lots of explanation/instructions and answering their questions. The check in nurse was very quick, prompt, and friendly. The provider was prompt and nice. After my tests came back, my meds were sent electronically and I was able to pay and go. I was in and out in 40 mins. The receptionist was reserved and friendly also.
Waited an hour with no estimate of timing to see a doctor via phone and not even in office. Don’t waste your time or money. They took back one patient in the entire hour. DO NOT GO HERE - there isn’t even a doctor on site… would rather continue having the flu than give this place money or time again. Rude service to top it all off :) Anyone who has left a positive review was either paid or bribed to do so.
James the PA & his MA Lisa were wonderful. The Lady at the front desk that checked me was very sweet too very kind. Said I was her lucky charm today and I’ll take it.
The women at the front desk was very short and acted upset when she asked if I had an appointment and I said no, isn’t this an urgent care. I wasn’t trying to be rude I just didn’t know they took appointments. The women who took my vitals and gave me the shot was so thoughtful and pleasant it made up for the wait and the not so friendly receptionist. The provider who came in was also pleasant.
The weight was so long that I had to leave and go to the ER. When I arrived at about 230, there were two other people in the waiting room and they both said they had been there since around 1 o’clock. They were very few cars in the parking lot and the staff did not seem super busy. Not sure what was going on there.
Arrived at 11:30 AM and was told to go away, they close at 4 PM. I could go online and schedule an appointment but no walkins. Turned away from urgent care, seems contra to their purported purpose of their business. Was turned away when having difficulty breathing, so your response with fained concerns has no impact on this situation. Who makes an appointment at an urgent care, you go because you urgently need care. The lack of concern for human life should be further investigated and thus place shut down.
Been sitting here for an hour(this is after about an hours wait for check in), people that came in after me are getting seen by the only doctor here before me. I get that theyre low staff at the moment but this is absurd. According to the doctor their xray isnt even working correctly and that I may have to go somewhere else. Ive been here since about 4 pm. And how is she going to say that I didnt injure my foot when she saw me limping and looked at the bruising. This was outside of the room where I assume she thought I couldnt hear her.
I contacted this clinic for some last minute assistance on a Friday evening, and they were very gracious. Shout out to Maya at the front desk, who listened to me tell her on the phone about my chest pain through tears, and gently walked me through what I needed to do for coverage and care once I got to the clinic. The wait was a little longer than I hoped given my symptoms, but Maya was so sweet, and helped me through the process as well as keeping me updated on timelines. The other nurse was very attentive, and the practitioner made a plan to get my x-rays even without the tech there (she got me in at another location before they closed). Really grateful for a friendly and helpful staff.
Such a kind nurse and doctor. They both made sure to put attention on all my symptoms, and try to find the best solution to what I had. Clean environment too. Would recommend this place to a friend.
I had an allergic reaction and was covered with hives. After seeing the doctor, I was told hed send prescriptions to pharmacy. That was 10:15 a.m. I arrived at the pharmacy and was told that only one prescription was called in. I called NextCare and told the message that the message would be given to the attending physician. 7:45 p.m., the prescription still has not been called in. The itching and burning have been awful. I will seek other resources this morning. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
I had an excellent experience. I was able to easily and quickly setup an appointment on line. I didnt have to submit additional paperwork when I checked on and was quickly seen. My pharmacy was filling the prescription needed by the time I left and the whole appointment took less than 20 minutes.
Highly disappointed. Was having trouble breathing after a Covid diagnosis and wanted to avoid going to the ER if necessary. I arrived an hour before closing and began to explain my symptoms before the receptionist told me they weren’t taking any more walk ins “because my manager…” I understand being at capacity, but the place was empty and they had no tact when speaking to me. They did not direct me to another facility or advise me to go to the ER. Chest pain and trouble breathing are serious symptoms. I ended up going elsewhere and being put on oxygen. I can’t say anything about the doctors or nurses, but that doesn’t matter if you can’t get past the front desk during an urgent medical situation. I guess you’re out of luck if you have an urgent need past 6pm (even though they close at 7.)
Nurse Sabrina is extremely rude, we have been waiting for over an hour to be seen and the nurse came out from the back and got mad at us and I kept saying I am just waiting it’s fine, but she had to “explain” why we got skipped in line and why we’re still waiting, like it was fine but her attitude is so unnecessary so we left. When you’re sick and already waiting the last thing you need is someone to come out and have an attitude with you for absolutely no reason.
Do not come here if you want fast care. There were only 3 people ahead of me and I waited over 2 hours for treatment. I checked in at 12:30 pm and waited until 2:20pm only to see a nurse practitioner (did not get to see a real doctor) and she said “hmmm idk”. They also ask you the same questions you fill out on your pre-check form when you get your vitals checked, so they clearly do not read that and just want to waste your time. 0/10.
I was called to the back first had to find the attendant then waited in the room for 45 min got hot in little room. Then they was calling patients to the back. I was waiting 3 nurses ask have I been seen yet I said no so they was wondering why. Then 15 min later doctor came in said computer went down and gave me another sob story. When all rooms was empty. So I walked out because service was terrible. When I come at night they are so much better but this crew today is so unprofessional I dont want them to ever take care of me. I would never recommend this provider.
This was my first time at urgent care. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind, quick and professional service! Highly recommend this location.
I made an appointment on a Saturday and when I get there the doors are locked and it seems that the office is closed. If they are going to close randomly they should at least have a message when you call or even a sign on the door at the very least. There was a note on the door left from a previous patient saying nobody showed up to open the office for their appointment either. So much for providing “urgent” care
Seemed like they didn’t care and just wanted to get me out of there. They called me back after close (even though I had an appointment). So I think they were just over the day and wanted to get home. The doctor spent less than 2 minutes in my room.
I scheduled my appointment online. Showed up on time, showed my ID. Saw a doctor who diagnosed my problem. He sent prescriptions to my pharmacy.Thank you Urgent Care for being there! Super friendly staff and outstanding Dr.He actually listened to me!
I made an appointment, arrived about 10 minutes early. Little miss thang at the front desk smirks and says, “we are behind”. Understand I made the appointment about 1 hour prior to arriving. There were 4 people in front of me….why have appointment times?! Little miss thang needs to learn how to update the online appointment availability to reflect what is really going on there. Not at all impressed.
Absolutely abysmal experience. Hurt my ankle at work. Had to go to certain docs to be covered for Workman comp. So I ended up at the next care (or last care) waiting nearly 3 hours. Finally see the doc. They dont do X rays they say. Except oh wait someone just showed up that can do that. So they get me in for an X ray at this point.Im in pain and ready to finally get home and everyone has been nice so the wait times are whatever. Sucks I get it sometimes stuff is slow. Then I get my broken ankle home and see on my work note Im cleared for light duty as long as my restrictions are being met. I cant walk AT all in the boot they gave me. They gave me no crutches, said Im fine without them. I am in pain. I call the doc and ask hey can you maybe sign off on giving me a weekend that I dont need to walk. This guy says the ankle bone I fractured its not load bearing. Refuses to write a doctors note for me to take a weekend off from a very physical job. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere elses. Dont go to this urgent care. Im stuck with this place to deal with this injury. To the people who were nice thanks!
Update- My second visit was not so positive. It cost me a $75 copay, my throat was FLAMING and I had chest pains. There was no doctor present- just a virtual nurse practitioner on my phone!!! My strep test and COVID tests were negative so I was told I “just have a virus.” I was told to use a netti pot and drink tea. I said I was drinking tea but it wasn’t helping. I said I was coughing up mucus of many colors and my chest/lungs did not feel right. I was told “it doesn’t matter what colors - I don’t consider bronchitis until you have been sick for at least 10 days!” I went home and couldn’t breathe that night. It was hard to lay down and I felt like I was choking all night. It is now 14 days later and my lungs still don’t feel right. My sore throat is gone but I am still having difficulty breathing and swallowing. It feels like I am drowning. I’m pretty sure her diagnosis was dead wrong but I don’t want to pay another astronomical copay to show up and again no doctor be present to see/help me or examine my heart/lungs.This was my first review-Doctor and staff were super nice and competent. My only recommendation is having paperwork alternative to cell phone check-in since my phone was taking long to load.
Disorganized and unprofessional.Had an appointment, still waited an hour to be seen.Had to repeat all “intake questions” verbally and explain answers to nurse..(despite completing electronic forms minutes earlier). Then was forgotten about and seen by mistake (thought I was someone else), only to find out that my reason for visiting was not offered.Unacceptable for a medical facility.
Scammed for an ankle brace. I went in a few months ago for an injured ankle. The provider was very helpful and the reason I gave a second star. They handed me a brace and told me to wear it and I went on my way, not being warned that Id receive a bill for MORE THAN THE COST OF THE VISIT for the brace that I purchased. Shameful exploitation.
Seriously both telehealth visits were best experience I’ve had with any medical appointment. Both providers I’ve seen were kind, patient, & knowledgable. Easy get same day quick appointment. I got one within 30 minutes of getting on site. Highly recommend.
Google is Raleigh didnt have a provider that day so they sent me to Cary location which had a 2 hour wait time for walk ins. Best advice call the location 1st and then make a appointment.
Scheduling online was easy, checking in with the receptionist was quick and the staff was friendly and efficient. I hope other providers will be just as amazing.
Came in around 9am and didn’t have to wait. The nurse and PA were both friendly and informative. I would definitely go back!
I was a walk in. Didn’t wait long. Staff was friendly, and the Doc was so compassionate. This is the best urgent care I have ever been to.
When you fill out your symptoms and write “COVID symptoms” they should tell you they don’t have COVID tests (rapid) available BEFORE you wait over 2 hours to be seen. The wait time is awful, but not because of the time, the chairs are horribly uncomfortable. Also there was a kid in there (old enough to wear a mask) hacking, coughing and sneezing (mom was too busy on her phone to ask him to cover his mouth), finally she realized everyone was bothered by this sick child and took him to the car. The office staff should have asked her to put a mask on him as COVID/flu is up in numbers right now. I know this seems all negative, but it’s just my opinion. The Dr was very nice as was the nurse.
I went to the urgent care located on Kildare Farm Road in Cary with a back pain. The attention that they provided me was above and beyond. They were fast, great attitude, showing me that they cared about my situation. The nurse was very kind so of the doctor. I left there very quickly and satisfied with the care that they provided me. Highly recommend. 🥰
Went on 10/23 for a work related injury, waited 45 minutes and saw people coming and going. Confronted receptionist and she said they were full, only had 1 provider and the other people made reservations. Blows my mind, Im bleeding, hand is cut and I should have made a reservation. Never again will I do business with this practice.
Lack of care and professionalism.I made an in person appointment for my husband online. He had vomited 6 times in the last 12 hours and could barely stand. I filled out all the forms and received confirmation of the appointment. When we arrived, the clinic had one patient in the waiting area. We approached the reception to check in, the receptionist knew who was checking in and informed us there were no doctors on-site, and based on my husbands symptoms, virtual consults were not an option. That told me she was aware that an in person reservation was made and that it was for food poisoning, but didnt bother to call and let us know that an appointment was not available. Her solution was for us to drive 30 minutes to their Raleigh branch. Why would you make a sick patient drive to the clinic to tell them you cant see them when it would take you a minute to call and cancel the appointment? That speaks to the culture of this clinic.
We had a wonderful experience with Gerald and Amanda at NextCare. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience and we really appreciated the extra time and care that Gerald showed us when explaining his diagnosis. He really listened to what we had to say and he helped to fix the problem in a way that we were happy with and we were able to understand. He even went out of his way to spend some extra time helping us find the best pharmacy to send our prescription to where the prescription would be the most affordable for us. NextCare also has some great options for patients without insurance and the self-pay option was very affordable with the New Advantage membership program. We scheduled an appointment online and waited for less than 5 minutes after we arrived. Overall we are very glad that we chose NextCare and we would absolutely return in the future if necessary.
Went for Sports Physical for 2 teens with appointments. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment time, but had to wait until 35 minutes after appointment time to be seen by nurse. Overall spend 1.30 h for 2 physicals, no wait line, we were the only ones in the waiting room except one other lady, who was not called in ahead of us. The doctor and the nurse were outstanding though, but the facility itself is outdated. Ceiling tiles and air duct vents in waitroom are super dirty.
Loved my experience! Was immediately greeted by lady upfront very sweet …. Nurse and Doc were also very professional and polite …. Full of knowledge…. No wait time what so ever but also I booked online ….. def recommend anyone who’s going for a quick visit and needs to be seen!
Experience was good and very professional and will use again … they checked with me for follow up and that’s unheard of in these times . Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs medical attention..
It was good I all come to this location they treat you like family, everyone works here is nice been coming here for years, thanks for your great service 👍👍
From the warm greeting front desk worker, to the MA who took my vitals, to the nurse practitioner who saw me; everyone was excellent. I would definitely recommend NextCare urgent care for your medical needs.
My husband and I have been coming to this location when weve had minor health concerns throughout the years. The staff has always been friendly and weve never had any issues checking in or while we were there. Weve always had a pleasant experience here and thats why this is our go to urgent care.
Great service once they saw me. I had an appointment, but had to wait over an hour to be seen, even though I arrived a bit early.
Staff was great, I was taken care of quickly. I thank them all for their care and the doctor for his help. Nurse was very compassionate and sweet.
The wait time was crazy. Had an appointment for 1 pm didn’t get seen till like 2:10. Not sure if I will go back. I get it’s the season but what’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait over an hour to be seen ?!?
The visit was quick, through and my prescription was called in to my pharmacy so it was available for pickup on my way home. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Had been putting off going, kept thinking I was going to get better but so glad I finally went... Hopefully, the antibiotics will knock out my sore throat/ears quickly. Everyone is super nice, highly recommend!!!
Very slow process and transition if there for anything federal/job market related. This is even with having all paperwork provided. Staff is nice and communicates well, just could elaborate on some things.
If I could give zero stars I would. The exam room was extremely hot. I was told it couldnt be adjusted. I was there for removal of stitches from my finger. The doctor spent less time looking at it than it took to take my vitals. She said it looks good and she would send in a nurse to take them out. I told her it didnt look good to me, it looked infected. She said no it was fine and left. The first nurse caused more pain trying to get them out than the actual cut it self. She got another nurse. Same thing. They tried to say the stitches were put in too tight. Like what?? I told them my finger is swollen and I cant keep the swelling down. They flat out just didnt care or listen. I tried to tell them all, I ice it every 2 hours and take Tylenol. I cant take ibuprofen because I have an ulcer. No one cared...no comment...no response. In the end the doctor had to come and take them out. Which she actually left a couple. She said oh it is infected. Really? When she left the room, I used the tweezers and pulled 2 more stitches out myself. I think there is still 1 or 2 more in there but after an hour long visit for something routine, and an extremely hot room, I was ready to go. I wont return...EVER!!
Experiencing A work injury made an appointment with nextcare urgent care. The staff was incredibly nice accommodated my needs was a little longer than I expected, but that’s OK. Bedside manner from the medical assistant, and the doctor was extraordinary. Listen to my concerns and was very thoughtful and considerate threw it all.
Made an appointment for today at 10am. Showed up at 9:45 as instructed and no one was there. I called all the numbers available and got to answer. Seems they just didn’t show up today.
I updated from a 1 star to a 3 because the nurse and doctor were AMAZING!! Whats the point in making an appointment if they dont honor it? Absolutely ridiculous, and I should have went to my normal UNC Urgent Care that actually use their appointment system properly. As I sit here getting rather impatient and not feeling well, I need to be seen and here we are 45 minutes after my appointment time and the front desk lady hasnt even asked for my ID or insurance card yet. Im so disappointed. Value peoples time!!!! Come on!!!Finally out of the office 2hours later.
Update to this review:After reading the response to my review, I have a couple of comments to make. I did not see a physician. I saw a nurse practitioner. As a nurse practitioner myself, I find it misleading that you implied that I saw a physician. I did not. I did contact the patient advocate several weeks ago at the contact info you provided here today. If you had truly been concerned about the care I received there, you would have known that! The patient advocate had the medical director call me & he agreed that the care I received from the NP there was suboptimal. He said she did not provide the standard of care and he would have prescribed antibiotics and ordered an EKG, in addition to the chest X-ray. He also said that the NP signed off that she contacted me with my X-ray results, which she never did. He also said that she charted that my heart rhythm was regular which was incorrect as she told both me and my adult daughter (who was in the room) that she heard an irregular rhythm. This is negligence to document something that was false. In my opinion, this is malpractice and she should be strongly counseled and possibly terminated. I was told that she was a new employee, but that is no excuse for poor patient care and negligence.Worst experience I’ve ever had seeing a provider. She was abrupt, rude, rushed & cut me off when I was giving her my history. I was having palpitations (which she heard) & didn’t do an EKG. I had to practically beg for a chest X-ray. She told me she’d call me with the results within 2-3 days, whether it was normal or not. It’s been 5 days & I haven’t heard anything. In the meantime, I had to go to the ER for the same symptoms & was treated for pneumonia & PVC’s & have a referral to cardiology. They did an EKG immediately and had to repeat the chest X-ray since I never got the results of the one done at urgent care. As a nurse practitioner myself, I was appalled at the care I received from the provider there. The support staff were excellent & courteous.
I made an appointment here because its literally within walking distance of where I work and I felt awful.I made my appointment online, at 11:30 am , for a 12:20 visit. They request that you be there 15 min. early, which I always am. I dont like to waste other peoples time. You cant glimpse the waiting list until youre in the building. When I went in, it listed myself as the only person with an appointment and 2 walk-ins. 3 people were called back before I was. Now, since I made an appointment, I surely thought I would be given priority over walk-ins. I didnt get called back until after 1:30. It was absolutely ridiculous! The only good part of my visit was the nurse, Tasha, who checked me out before the providor. She was great but that was absolutely it. I do not see myself darkening their doorway in the future. If YOU decide to utilize them, just walk in. Youll be seen faster than if you make an appointment. I left exactly 2 hours after I arrived. Awful service...
I had a great experience this morning. The front desk person had called out, but the nurse jumped in and handled everything perfectly…she communicated well with the people in the waiting room. I was seen quickly, and the nurse and PA both had great bedside manner. The PA was attentive and listened well. I was in and out in about 15 mins and I had my prescriptions about 15 mins later. Highly recommend!
The staff was very friendly and the process was digital and as quick as possible. I felt comfortable, heard and not rushed!!! My concerns were met and resolved. The medical staff was knowledgeable, professional and caring. I will definitely use them again.
The staff is very kind and helpful. I didn’t have to wait very long on my follow up visit however, my initial visit there was a considerable wait.My care provider made me feel comfortable and helped me with my ailment as best he could.
This office is closed on Saturdays yet they let you make an appointment and don’t post it anywhere except once on their website. If you need help, go to Wake Med not this clown town.
Very happy with the service I received - from the front desk to the nurse and doctor. Without having an apt., I was still seen within a decent amount of time. The doctor was great. He was compassionate, informative and he didnt rush me. I was very happy with his care recommendations. I would definitely return to this location.
Great care. Lady at the front was efficient, friendly and accommodating. The Dr listened and was thorough with the situation. Would definitely go back. Only negative would be that we had an appt time that ran long, but there were several people there. Overall, very positive
Professional and personable staff and providers. Was busy so took awhile but staff ensured the process move as efficiently as possible. Very clean facility with ample parking. Would highly recommend.
I needed a physical and TB test for work. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I called to ask about their rates. I was seen within 30 minutes of arriving for both my appointments. The nurse and practitioner were both friendly as well. Their self pay rates were fair.
The facility is clean, the check in was seamless and that’s not even the best part! The staff was WONDERFUL! They helped my daughter who was in an acute situation. They were sympathetic and quick to assist her with care and compassion.
My Nurse and PA were so helpful and understanding. I felt the in the know the entire time, everything was explained very well.
Really quick to see me, extremely kind and professional staff. One of the most pleasant urgent care experiences I’ve had. Appointment I had was kept as well.
This place is dirty, I made an appointment online and showed up only to be told it was a virtual visit, and I still had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen by a provider. I would not return to this facility.
Fast, quick, easy, fridndly and knowledgeable. Couldnt ask for anything more!
Spent $100 to spend 15 minutes waiting after appointment time and 2 minutes with a doctor. Maybe understandable if I wasn’t the first and only patient in the building. No flu test administered, no covid test administered. Wasn’t even asked if I’d gotten either vaccine this season. Didn’t look in my throat, in my ear, didn’t feel my lymph nodes. Did absolutely nothing besides listening to my lungs for 10 seconds. For the price I paid, I expected for my symptoms to be addressed and care actually provided
Tasha was AMAZING she was very polite and made sure I had swift service. I was in and out in about 45 Minutes she even advocated for me when the healthcare provider tried to tell me to take extra strength Tylenol for breaking a bone.
This place is fantastic. I came in with ear pain and blockage. They unclogged my ear and sent me on my way pretty quickly. They are way more knowledgeable and efficient than the other urgent care I went to for the same problem.
Receptionist was very friendly as well as the nurse. The doctor was able to give me a clear solution and was very friendly as well! They were able to see me in a timely manner.
At 6am, I made a same-day urgent care appointment for 8:30am. The wait at check-in was short and the consultation was relatively quick. The longest part of the experience was waiting for test results. Everyone was super nice and informative.
Excellent experience. Friendly, put me at ease. Professional care from medical team. I’m feeling much better and won’t hesitate to use this facility again in the future.
Very nice people and very prompt, especially considering they had someone come in who needed stitches!
It was a little weird to have to fill out your online registration in the vestibule before going into the waiting room.
Lisa and Rebecca were so patient and kind with my daughter who was have a hard time cooperating. 5 stars! Those ladies deserve an award!
The staff is really friendly and helpful. They were able to fit my daughter in on a same day appointment with a very short wait time. They wrote her prescriptions and we were able to get her started on them that same day as well. I highly recommend this place.
This urgent care had very caring, friendly staff members. I felt like they were really concerned about my well being and wanted me to get better. I did have a good wait, but I’d wait any day to get treated so well.
Came in as a walk in today and got here at 745. I understand that they take appointments, but I was literally the second patient to walk in and waited until 905 to be put in a room! Not to mention the Nurse was extremely RUDE!!! She literally talked to me like I was an inconvenience after sitting sick in the waiting room for over an hour!!! I highly DO NOT recommend coming here…
Staff were courteous and friendly. We didn’t have to wait long for our appointment. The one negative I have is that I made my appointment over the phone and filled out the online check-in including my insurance, I wish it was made aware that physicals are NOT covered by insurance. It is not posted on the website, the receptionist who made the appointment should have said something.
Very good visit. I went in unable to hear and left able to hear. That was a good diagnosis and treatment.
Friendly and pleasant, but the wait time was a disappointment. When Ive called the receptionist told me they are not busy, and it will be min wait, but I had to wait 2 hours, and it was hard to do with COVID/temperature.
Despite having a confirmed appointment and arriving punctually, we were kept waiting for a whole hour to see the doctor. To my dismay, the doctor spent less than two minutes (Im not even joking) before diagnosing my wife with the exact condition I had already described when booking the appointment. Unfortunately, the prescribed antibiotics not only proved to be ineffective but also did nothing to alleviate my wifes sickness. Im deeply dissatisfied with the doctors hasty approach and the lack of improvement in my wifes health.
I just want to start off by saying I work at an urgent care and completely understand wait times and how the “norm goes”. The ladies up front were the sweetest and very helpful. My sister came into the clinic to be seen for some blood work. She faints at the sight of blood and asked for me to be with her. After waiting an hour (which was totally fine-again I understand) the MA/nurse screamed saying I can’t go back with her and completely dismissed my sister before even saying hello. Before we could explain or say anything she jumped down our throat and completely shut us up. I understand trying to limit people in the room but there WAS room in there and the fact that she was so nasty, impolite and very unprofessional it was so so upsetting. It upset me even more because I would NEVER talk to some one with the amount of disrespect she did ESPECIALLY a patient. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I truly hope she gets fired so the next patient won’t have to get treated that way. We wont be back. Save your time and your money.
Very pleasant staff. Good procedures for limiting contact. Long wait, but it’s the cold and flu time of year! Website kept me informed of my place in line.
Even after scheduling an appointment I was not able to see a provider after two hours of waiting
Extremely satisfied with the facility as well as the providers. Nurse practitioner Carolyne was extremely , professional and helpful.
Worst experience. Waited a full hour. When they finally call me they tell me I have to pay $75 before I can be seen because they are an out of network provider. I show her on my insurance app they are in-network. Then she says “oh sorry that is for the deductible you haven’t met”. I again show I have fully met my deductible. She then just says it is policy and I need to pay $75. I inform her that I just need a step swab and that there is no way that would be $75 considering I have met my deductible and they are in network which means I would only owe 10% of the cost of the visit. She calls another person to go back while I am informing her there is no way this will cost $750, $75 being 10% of that. Finally she goes back to talk to someone and agrees I can be seen and pay at the end but now my turn has passed and I will need to wait likely another hour or more. So incredibly shady. I called her out on her lies of being out of network and also for having not met my deductible so she basically skipped me in line. I left and went elsewhere that is actually above board and not trying rip off sick people by lying to them and taking far more money than they actually owe hoping they don’t get called out on the lie. Stay away!!
Absolutely would recommend this clinic to anyone. The 3 staff members I encountered were terrific, very professional and concerned with my health.
Staff was polite and caring. I scheduled my appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. I recommended this walking clinic.
Excellent staff. Quick but efficeint. Dr Chan was very personable, professional & patient. He explained my situation and made sure I understood all the next steps to ensure a safe recovery. They also followed up on a Sunday afternoon to confirm I was improving and to advise on continuing my antibiotic. I highly recommend this urgent care.
The nurse that work with me was kind and knowledgeable! The practitioner listened to my symptoms and work with me on the best path forward. Excellent Care!
The staff at this location were exceptional. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses and the doctor. I was seen in a timely manner and had a diagnosis and treatment plan that I was happy with and that made sense.
This is easily the best urgent care I have been to! Dr. Ramona and the nurse Cierra were genuinely the sweetest and gentle professionals. I felt cared for and was given great advice for my sickness. The online process of setting up your appointment and filling paperwork makes the visit soooo effortless, you even can check in via qr code when you arrive. I was seen in less than 20 minutes and even though I didn’t speak much with the front desk staff, she was sweet as well. Highly recommend!
Wonderful staff. Every person I interacted with was very helpful and kind in addressing my ear infection. I had been traveling many hours and stopped here in an emergency on my way through the state. My phone battery was low and I was so stressed beforehand, but the staff ensured I was taken care of. I was seen asap and I got my prescription quickly. I am feeling so much better just 24 hours later!
Very polite staff. I was in and out in a timely manner. The diagnosis must have been correct as within a day my health was improving very nicely
Dr. Gerald and Latrisha (sorry about the spelling) were amazing. Thank you for your care!
Made a appt for 230…waited an hour to be seen.saw two walk-ins go ahead of me…nurse seemed uninterested or mundane. Doctor was attentive and nice. Only reason for the one star tbh. They weren’t that busy when I walked in. Maybe they are understaffed but I would only go here as a LAST option if you’re stuck for time.
Other than timeliness the Dr. Was exceptional and kind. She explained everything thoroughly and listened to my concerns. She offered solutions and took suggestions. Wish all of my medical visits could be so vigilant.
So great, easy to schedule and the staff was excellent!
Service here is ALWAYS professional and caring. The staff listen and takes time to help out my situation.
I made an appointment and did not get taken in for about 15 minutes after my scheduled time. Once I got in, the nurse and provider were very prompt and asked many questions. They listened very attentively and kept things moving. I felt very comfortable with the provider and I would definitely not hesitate to visit again if I needed care.
Staff is friendly and very prompt with seeing me quickly. Im not a huge fan of urgent cares, but this place is ran well and efficiently and Im definitely coning back next time.
All the staff were polite and professional. The lady at the front desk was amazing. My insurance is for catastrophic situations only, but she contacted my company and arranged a discount for me, which I didnt think was even possible.
Would definitely recommend this facility. From the minute you walk in the door you are met with professionalism n kindness. The entire staff is great! Highly recommend 🙏🏻
Doctor and staff were helpful, courteous and just what I needed when I didn’t feel good.
Had an appointment at 11:15 and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to be called back then another hour of waiting in the back before being seen. 1 star for not honoring online appointment, I mean whats the point of scheduling if your just going to take all the walk-ins first? Dont think Ill be coming back to this location. Disappointing.
I am getting texts saying I had an appointment I didnt have. Also never got lab results.
The PA and nurse were wonderful. They listened to my detailed list of symptoms along with the timeline. Asked me many questions in return in order to give me the proper treatment. My x-ray was viewed by the PA as well as a Radiologist for a thorough review. A plan for my recovery was discussed and implemented. A very professional and efficiently run office!
The visit was fast and the doctor seemed knowledgeable and very nice. She was willing to listen and answer any questions. I visited at around 10:00 am during the spring (June); it was not very busy and I had a very easy time checking in and being seen. Thank you!
I booked an appointment online to be seen for foot pain at 10:45 AM and made sure to fill everything out before hand, but still only saw a physician assistant at 11:55 AM. According to the app, I had no one in front of me on the wait list, but the front desk lady said I had one person. The place was mostly empty, two more patients waiting beside me. I waited through annoying talk shows playing loud on the TV. I tried to work on my laptop while waiting but their free wifi was useless. They took X rays and the PA explained, by drawing doodles on a piece of paper, the cause was a minor heel spur, then sent me home with care instructions. I asked for X ray copies to make sure I actually saw my bones, and they provided a CD. These days no one uses CDs, it is time to move on to USB flash. I would not recommend this urgent care.
Over the past several years I have been to this location a few times. Once I needed stitches in my hand and the other times it was a sinus infection or something and I couldnt get in to see my primary care physician who had actually recommended this place when I needed the stitches. On my visit yesterday, I noticed that the medical staff were not the names I recognized from before, but there was no line and I could get something for my sinus infection I hoped. Everyone was nice and polite, the PA that saw me was attentive and provided good care. Update 3/2023 - consistently good care here for me at least. Doctor took his time to diagnose my issue and addressed some drug allergies trying to find something to knock out yet another sinus infection.
Doctors/nurses are great. The rest of the staff is completely incompetent. I spent two hours waiting to be seen and two hours going to multiple pharmacies trying to get my prescription filled because they kept sending it to the wrong pharmacy. I still didnt get my prescription yet.
Terrible experience. What is the point of scheduling an appointment in advance if they are going to prioritize the walk-ins?Staff shortages are understandable and so is a longer than usual wait time, but to pull everyone from the walk-in list without pulling from the appointment list is ridiculous. Literally saw 3-4 people get pulled from the walk-in list while someone who had a scheduled appointment sat for over an hour. The only response by front desk was We are working to see everyone as soon as we can but we dont have an estimate on time.
Dr. Chan is so great! He was kind, patient, helpful, gave me the space to ask many questions, and made sure I left with all the information I needed. Great urgent care overall. Didn’t have to wait very long, and I filled out the forms online so checking in was expedited.
Very pleasant experience and super nice dr and staff. I am not a fan of urgent care just because you never know what you will get or how long you will wait. I felt like the dr was knowledgeable and very nice. She was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. If I need urgent care again I will go here.
This was my first time using NextCare, and I was really impressed. It was so easy to get my COVID-19 test done here. I managed to get an appointment in less than 24 hours. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, my hands didn’t touch a single doorknob, everything was explained to me thoroughly, and the nurses were all extremely professional, quick, and compassionate. I’m very thankful for such a positive experience.
These people are so rude. I checked into the app when I got here for my appointment, I was 20 minutes early and it said they would notify me when they were ready. I finally got the notification an hour later so I quickly go in and they tell me now I have to wait because I wasn’t here right when they called me. I literally walked in 30 seconds after I was called and got out of my car as soon as I was notified, if they had explained nicely that I needed to wait that would’ve been fine, but they were literally so rude about it.
Someone at my work got positive result of COVID-19. I haven’t saw that person. But still wanted to get tested for the safety of my family and everyone else. My experience was great though we had to wait longer but it’s okay. The nurse and doctor were very polite and kind. I’m glad that I came to this place. Hats off to them. Be safe. 😊🙏🏻
I needed to be seen today for severe pelvic pain. The staff was very friendly and put me at ease. They took their time and answered all my questions. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area without a primary care provider.
1.5 hour total visit for sore throat. Just wanted to get a strep test to assure white spots weren’t Strep A. Provider Maria said didn’t see any white spots adding “show me with a mirror if you do see them, because I don’t.” I dont usually carry a mirror around, wasn’t offered one, and not sure how that would work exactly so felt like the comment was a little presumptuous. Was just trying to be safe since I know strep a can lead to complications. All in all, tested negative for strep and they sent a culture which was a relief and why I went. Support staff was great🙂
I had a appointment within a hr to get tested for covid in a Friday afternoon they were fast and very efficient. I had tests results within fifteen minutes and the doctor came in while I was waiting cause she heard me coughing and checked my lungs and breathing. Did not feel like I was rushed I felt that they cared. Would definitely recommend
Was seen on Friday. Very disorganized they asked me 4 separate times for my pharmacy name, address and number. The nurse wrote it down 3 times and the doctor also asked. The fourth time they asked I asked for a paper prescription because it was concerning they kept asking. The woman laughed and said this would be faster. I also provided the info on my intake form. They claimed they sent a prescription to my pharmacy and it never arrived. Called customer service twice. Customer service told me it was sent to Rite Aid ( I only use Walgreens) the address they gave me was the Walgreens address. Customer service assured me the office would get it sent and call me. Now Monday evening and still don’t have my prescription.
Great experience at this location. I saw Dr Ramona and she was very kind and helpful. Overall process was easy -- I made an appointment online, followed the sign up instructions, and was seen on time. I would use this Urgent Care again.
I needed attention for a couple of puncture wounds on my hand. The staff were great! I was there for an hour, in and out with a new dressing and a script for an antibiotic!
I was very impressed with everyone there. The receptionist , the nurse , and the PA. It was exceptional and stress free !! The Physicians Assistance even said that he was sending a sample off to see what drug would be best for fighting my infection. I have never had such quick and competent treatment at an Urgent Care facility In my life !!
I hate to be that person, but 1 star is a lot more than what this place deserves. On Jan 8th I visited this clinic hoping they could help me with a bad cough that I had been dealing with for a few weeks at that point, while I was traveling out of the country. After a long wait and discarding COVID and the Flu as the reasons for the cough and sore throat the Doctor told me I was fine and that I just needed to cough it out of my system. She told me I just had to take some Mucinex and allergy medication, then charged me about $140 for the visit. 2 more weeks passed after that day and my cough/sore throat and now ear pain had not gotten any better. I decided to visit another doctor only to find out I had been suffering from Bronchitis all this long.Needless to say, I will strongly suggest people to stay away from this clinic. I will for sure not be coming back.
One of the worst experiences ever, the office staff are rude and unwelcoming. I go in for a sinus infection that has my face, ear, and throat hurting. I test negative for strep throat and the provider offers me mouthwash and says there’s nothing else he can do and walks off. 3 days later I’m worst and I go to AFC urgent care and get antibiotics and guess what the infection is healed no thanks to these people who could care less and sends me a copay $75 dollars higher than the people who actually helped, needless to say I’ll never visit or recommend this place!
I walked in waiting behind a young lady with family in an exam room down the hall. She was having an extended conversation with the receptionist about insurance. A gentleman stood aside wearing a mask coughing and sneezing saying he had the flu and had stood behind her waiting at least 15 minutes. I stood masked 10 feet away from both of them. After my own wait of 15 minutes, the guy passed me to sit in the waiting room. I then did my front desk business. Four days later I tested positive for COVID-19. Coincidence?
I appreciated the opportunity to schedule an appointment and check in online. I was taken to an exam room at the appointment time and vitals checked quickly by Chris. It took 15 minutes for PA to arrive. After a quick review of my poison ivy symptoms, she sent me back to lobby to wait for prescription. Another 15 minutes later, I received my paper script and paid. Overall it was a good experience but the waiting time was annoying for such a simple diagnosis and medication. And the television in the lobby was irritatingly loud.
Doctor Heeter and his nursing staff were not only some of the most welcoming, but they were incredibly kind and responsive. I will forever RECOMMEND HIGHLY the folks who work here. I absolutely LOVED this office and staff.
It was OK experience....My wife wasnt feeling great today we came around 4pm.....The lady at front desk act like she didnt care and didnt give me a receipt.. the nurse act like she didnt care and was rushing us out unacceptable ..... the doctor was great....... need better customer service
The reason why I chose this location in particular is due to the reviews and ratings online. My wait time to get back was very short but I waited twenty min to see the doctor once placed in a room. A rather long time but this just means more time was spent between the doctor and other patience before me which isnt a bad thing. My doctor which was Dr.Evans, she diagnosed the problem and offered me options. On my way home my sinus migraine was just about gone after three days of horrific pain. I definitely recommend this location and Dr.Evans. Thank you for the great care! Last but not least they close at two on Sundays. When I was leaving, it was 1:48 and there were many people in the waiting area they did not turn away. We need more dedication like this.
The receptionist was friendly and the nurse professional. The PA, Gerald, has superb bedside manner: easygoing and informative. Overall, a good experience.
I arrived at this establishment at 10am Jan 4,2022. The medical assistant was very nasty and had the worst attitude. She informed me that it will be a 2hr wait and that I needed to wait in my car. I filled out the paperwork and went to my car, she didnt explain to me about an app for appointment which I later found out about. Several hours later, when i came in to check my place in line she said it would be 5 ppl in front of me, then and hr later, she says 8. Ive essentially spent my whole day wasted because of her lack of customer service and unwillingness to help. My purpose of being there is because of pre-employment screening. I dont recommend this place at all! This place is TRASH because of the medical assistant and her attitude! #NOStars!!!!! She should be fired!!!
Excellent service. They were closed off for the day only taking appointments and they quickly made it possible for me have a visit. Super grateful.
I went in a week or so ago last minute and received great service from the nurse Tasha and Dr. Maria. Not sure of the lady name at the front desk but the staff was very nice. I will definitely come back again if I need their services.
I wasn’t pleased with this Urgent Care at all, and I’m not typically one to write bad reviews. I felt extremely rushed the entire time. The nurse checking my vitals acted like she was in a race. She asked where I wanted my medication sent & I mentioned the area but needed time to think of the road name and she cut me off and went onto the next question.. she ended up just choosing a random one apparently & sent it to the wrong store. I was in the room maybe 2 minutes total. I went in for pain in my upper back and the doctor briefly came in .. felt around the complete wrong area.. and said that it’s “probably a muscle strain,” and go to a primary. I ended up going to the Emergency Room and I had a broken rib. An x-ray should have been done. Overall I left this place feeling anxious and like a number, not a human being.
The visit was completed in a bit over an hour. The staff was super pleasant, kind and helpful. The doctor explained everything well.
I had the best urgent care experience of my life! usually these places are packed full of sick customers, annoyed employees, and doctors that are trying to get you out as fast as possible. at this location, the receptionists are friendly and helpful, the waiting area is comfortable, and the physicians are concerned about your wellbeing. i was in and out in under 45 minutes! thanks again!
I can preselect a time slot, pre- check in, makes it so easy to show up and be seen when my GP cant fit me in. The staff are wonderful. Highly recommend when you need an immediate DOC appt but dont need the ER.
Next Care urgent care is a great place! They are professional, kind, and courteous. Their doctors are the best. If you need care this is definitely the urgent care you should go to. Walk ins are welcome or you can schedule your appointment time on line. What more could you ask for from an urgent care!
I had a sore/scratchy throat with no other symptoms for the week and decided to stop by, when entering the lady at the desk did not say anything and ignored me, I finally said something to her then she responded with an attitude telling me to sign in using the QR code which I told her I couldn’t do because I didn’t have a phone. She didn’t say anything and let me sit there and wasn’t helpful at all so I left. Worse medical experience I’ve had and was very unprofessional.
Ever nice ladies! was super quick and made getting blood work easy
Very nice staff. Took my 4 year old there to get a cut lip checked out. They took a look at him right when we got there to make sure the cut was worth of us waiting to get stitches. They did the procedure quickly with good care for my son.
Quickly got me in and seen. Front desk and nurses were extremely nice and friendly while still being very professional. The PA was efficient and really went above and beyond to explain the issue and the next steps. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!
Fast, efficient and helpful. I received great care. The staff at the front were very busy but still pleasant. The nurse and doctor both friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and go back if I ever needed to.
My experience was my awesome. My doctor is very caring and really on the ball with everything. She tries to make sure that you are taken care of, I love coming here and would recommend them to anyone. The waits are not long at all.
Absolutely horrible. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. No compassion, attitudes like no other and just overall rude. The nurse, Christopher was very sweet. The Doctor, first name starts with an A - didnt catch it because I didnt see her but for literally 30 seconds. She told me I have allergies, which Ive never had a problem with before. I could have had a two year old tell me that. I told her I was nauseous and had been throwing up prior and she says thats the first time youve told me this. Well, you didnt give me the time of day the first time you came in the room. Very piss poor attitude. I work in Customer Service and really strive to give the best at all times, and this facility just doesnt. I would have spent my $30 copay on Benadryl and cough drops. So Ill be going to another location because I have a history of tonsillitis, which is what I feel like I have again. Same symptoms and I know my body. My wait was longer than the amount of time I spent in the room.
The past two times I have been I have made “appointments” online. This locations is consistently understaffed, running behind and poorly communicates. I recommend finding another location if you want to be in and out for basic testing/needs. I can’t speak to their handling of truly urgent care.
Horrific waiting times and they werent even that busy. I called ahead for an appointment, got there on time, still waited 40 minutes to be seen. One of the nurses took a long phone call (25 minutes) while I was waiting for blood to be drawn. You should only come here as a last resort, when you need to be seen and your primary care doctor does not have availability. Be prepared for easily a 2—2.5 hour commitment.
I was seen for a check up, the PA was nice, understanding. The wait wasnt bad.
Im disappointed with the staff and doctors behaviour. They were either not interested in taking a walkin or too tired at the end of the day. We came here for our 4 yr old son who has had fever and we could come at 6:40 pm (20 min before closing time) only because he became very weak by evening despite giving fever medication. Not at all friendly, infact I would say indifferent. They have posters everywhere telling people to treat them respectfully; unfortunately they are the ones who are not respectful. I wont bring my kids here again.
Spent an hour waiting with an appointment. They took the wrong person back I think. Use last names. Reception and patient flow needs improvement, some sort of checks and balance. Actual care was excellent once I got to them.
Very disappointed in my service here. I had come in for severe pelvic pain that felt like menstrual cramps. I explained to the doctor last time I had BV I experienced these same symptoms to the point where walking was incredibly painful. She completely blew off the idea that any pelvic pain could be caused by BV and told me to go straight to the ER for appendicitis. Completely ignoring my past history with BV I stated to her I had to ASK to be tested, she did not preform a pap smear and I HAD TO DO MY OWN PAP SMEAR on myself!A huge bill at urgent care could have been avoided if this doctor took my experience with past symptoms of BV seriously and preformed a pap smear and took a look at things. Very disappointed something so simple wasnt taken seriously even with past history explain.
As I said in the previous post I feel there was some kind of racial thing going on my wife and myself had to wait almost 2 hours just for her to receive a covid test any doctors note she was not seen until she went in and made a scene.I had no grounds to stop her as they had this waiting in our vehicle for almost 2 hours as you can see in the photo. We watched three people white women to be exact walk in and walk out with paperwork in a short amount of time.
Staff and doctors are nice but wait times are horrible. Everytime I go I make an appt but end up waiting 1-2 hours despite hardly anyone being there. I’d recommend finding somewhere else.
We have been to this urgent care a few times per year for the last 5 years. They are always thorough, great with my kids and we never have long waiting times. The physicians/PA’s are not consistent but I don’t expect that from an Urgent care.
Had to get Covid19 and antibody testing done for a job. Made a same day appointment online but ended up to be 2 hours early. Called in at the location to let them know in case of a cancelation. The receptionist was very polite and patient, took my info, and told me the process how I would be notified in my car. Immediately thereafter, receicved notificationabout my place in line and estimated time. in line (3rd), and no more than 5 minutes later I was escorted inside. Gave more personal health info to a nurse, who also explained the tests. Immediately thereafter the doctor arrived, took a swap test (just tickled a little) and drew blood without problems. She explained about how to understand the results, gave me info how to access them, and I was escorted back out the door. Very clean everything, strict adherence to the guidelines, and never more than 1 patient in reception area or in the hallway. It was not free, but I had insurance. If you are worried about your safety the quality of service, or just how the process works, I can only recommebd this location on Kildaire Farm Rd in Cary. The staff is very assuring and I had a very pleasant experience.
I came here because of severe cough that kept me up all night. I booked an appointment online and arrived 15 minutes before it, and I was seen around my appointment time. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, the PA who saw me was very thorough and nice. They didnt rush me out and wanted to know that they answered all my concerns and questions.I recommend this place.n
We waited for over an hour and was the last one called. Everyone that came in after we did got called before use WITHOUT an appointment. Once we got called in the nurse and the doctor tried to rush us out of there. The doctor had a poor attitude and as soon as she walked in immediately told us to go to the hospital without any explanation. We most definitely didn’t feel welcomed. Never again.
Next care was fantastic! Took me in on time and the staff was amazing. The front desk made me feel so welcome and the nurse practitioner was fantastic. Kind and gentle and cared. Thank you!
Very nice and professional staff, but I was there for 3 hours with just the flu. They were not busy.
Everything went smooth, very nice visit. Brenda helped me with filling a water bottle, which she didn’t have to do. That was awesome and much appreciated. Nurses in back were great also.
12 pm apt scheduled still waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes later and we are still here. These people have all checked out and dont care about anything. Also its not even busy...
4 stars ONLY because I’ve always had wonderful experiences here and they have a ton of great staff. My visit from yesterday would be 1 star. I have never in my life been talked down to by a doctor like Dr. Andrea Richards did to me. I came in crying, in a ridiculous amount of pain and they ran a Covid test and a strep test- both negative- so the doctor told me I had no reason to cry and acted as if I wasn’t in any actual pain. Come to find out later elsewhere that I have tonsillitis and just wasn’t taken seriously. Honestly this urgent care is my go-to location but I will never ever be seeing this doctor again. To everyone else (including the wonderful nurse who helped me yesterday) thank you for your help.
The wait is long, and service is very inconsistent - during one of my visits for covid testing the receptionist dismissed me after waiting for 25 minutes that “we are having some computer issues so go wait.” And entirely unapologetic. On another occasion while the attitude is good, they took down my wrong phone number.Could use some improvement here making sure things run smoother because one can easily go across the street and get it done at CVS where they don’t have an attitude!Update: been here for an hour. Still have not completed the test. After they test you, they make you WAIT MORE!!!! To see a doctor / nurse practitioner. How is this SAFE???? Keeping people inside for so long? In an indoor space??
Nextcare was very clean. I noticed this right away. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. My wait time was only 23 minutes. I thought that was very good. The nurse and doctor were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend NextCare Cary location to my family and friends.
Ill start by saying I am not the best patient - I get really nervous at any doctors office. Luckily, everyone at NextCare was really nice and understanding. I was able to get seen very quickly, and they came up with a good plan of action for me. I left knowing exactly what was wrong and what to expect. I will definitely use them again if I have an urgent situation!
I took my mother to get a Covid test that she needed to have to travel back home to Canada. We were assured on the phone and in the office that it would be 24-48 hours to receive the results. At the 48hr mark, we called the lab and they said that they had not even received the test sample. I called the NextCare office and was told that the manager would call me back, and he did not even bother to call me back. Such disregard for her, required my elderly mother to seek other methods to ensure that she was able to get on the plane to return home on time, which cost her an extra $500. I’m extremely disappointed in this healthcare facility.
The staff were friendly but I’m frustrated… I’m still bruised from the blood yall took from me but I’ve only received my test results over the phone from someone in a call center! I’m impatient to have a copy of the results. They keep saying they sent it to my email but it hasn’t arrived yet. Why aren’t my test results simply available online? Nobody’s using dialup anymore so why are you still acting old-fashioned?
Great Staff at this location, from the reception to the nurses Care to the Doctor! They were All Very friendly and the doctor provided great information pertaining to my Reason for being there and going forward!
Today I had a follow up visit regarding a work injury and I also needed to be seen for flu like symptoms. I did not have my insurance card and customer service with my insurance company was taking forever. I became frustrated and was only going to do the follow up appointment. Ms. Brenda kindly found my insurance information so I could be seen for my flu symptoms. I was taken back by her kindness. She was also professional and understanding. And she did not take my frustration personal. The nurse and PA were also kind and professional and got me in and out within 30 minutes or so.
I came for a rapid COVID test due to a nagging cough I had. After my test results came back negative Ms. Andrea was able to quickly listen to my lungs and recommend a solution. I am very happy with the level of care provided and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this location if needed.
After having an AWFUL experience at Concentra urgent care, I went here hoping I would get better care. Thankfully, it was a great experience. Easy to make a last minute appt, the receptionists are nice, and the doctor was really kind and patient with me. Everything was surprisingly prompt, and I will be returning.
Went for covid test after feeling symptoms, they also swabbed for flu. Swabbed twice for covid (one rapid test and one to send to lab if first was negative) and once for flu. Thankfully they did not swab all the way up my nose, just around the initial inside. They told me to wait 15 minutes for results, I waited about 30 min. Providers were very friendly, comprehensive, didn’t feel rushed. Would go back again.
Everyone is so nice and attentive. Went twice this week as the doctor told me to come back if I needed to and they took care of me both times. Amazing team!
Made an appt because I woke up and couldn’t really hear out of my ear and had tinnitus. Got treated for a “minor ear infection” and they gave me these antibiotic drops to take for 7 days and if symptoms persist they told me to go to my primary care doc. After 2 days with no relief I finally went to my primary care doc and she stated she was surprised I was not in any pain. Apparently my ear drum is infected and it’s in really bad condition. I think their mantra here is quantity over quality. I won’t be returning.
Receptionist was amazing. She suggested finding our workers comp company rather than using our personal. Very knowledgeable!!! Highly recommended!!
Gerald, the PA is excellent and has helped me in the past. Brenda, receptionist, extremely nice and helpful. I recommended this place very highly.
Made an appointment for 4pm and I was made to wait in the car till 5pm. They kept entertaining walkins. If you give out appointments, please stick to it. People plan work and other Acura, based on the appointment. If you cannot manage your time well, then stop give out an appointment, every 15 min slot
The Reception Staff and all Medical personnel are exceptional. I have had three visits in the last year and never had a bad experience. They are respectful, expedient, and knowledgeable.
The nurse was nice and she answered all my questions, however the wait time was ridiculous. I spent almost 2 hours waiting to be seen and the only time I was updated was when I went to the desk to ask.
Nurse was lovely and I couldnt speak highly enough of her.Doctor was extremely dismissive, didnt consider my treatment plan from other providers for chronic conditions as valid, even rolling his eyes at my care plan. Hes causing panic attacks in his patients and staff. Wont be seeing him again if I can help it.
Website stated walk-ins accepted until 7pm. I walked in 20 minutes before closing asking for a simple COVID-19 test and was refused service because they “already cleaned the room.” I drove across Cary to try to get the test after my working hours and was utterly disappointed in their lack of service. They had ZERO customers/patients in the facility. Zero. Clearly, they just wanted to go home rather than provide medical service.
I didn’t have to wait an extreme amount of time to get Covid tested like a lot of other places in the area right now. It was easy to check in and be out on the waitlist. They kept you updated and called when it was your turn. The test was fast and you were still able to talk to a doctor in case you had other concerns or needed more info about Covid.
Lady at front desk is rude and unfriendly. Didn’t greet me, just gave me a look like she was being bothered. Is condescending for patients coming in and asking questions. They need more help to lighten the work load because she seems to be overwhelmed and takes it out on patients trying to be seen.
I was seen quickly and very professionally yet everyone treated me like family. They were all kind and caring. Even as an out of town new patient i truly felt at ease. I will use them again if needed.
Staff was professional and friendly. I was seen promptly. I liked both drs that helped me. Thank you.
I was seen by Gerald Chan, PA. He was fantastic and professional. He took the time diagnose and treat me, overall I would go back again to this location to see him! Thanks NextCare team!!
Dr. Michael Heter is awesome. He was very informative and did not allow my job to modify my current health situation based off of their needs. He was very informative about my health needs and rehabilitation. He put me first and I really appreciate that. I will follow this doctor wherever he goes. Thanks so much Dr.
