I like this place. People were very nice there. I was taken quickly, did not wait for a long time, registration process was quick. The nurse took swabs for tests, the doctor examined me carefully and prescribed medicine. I felt happy.

Excellent experience all around. Check in was quick, easy and painless. Access to Patient Portal and test results were available remarkably fast.Courtney B, the practitioner that I was seen by, was absolutely amazing. She was very detailed and sensitive to my needs, and very easy to talk to about my reason for coming in. As a young woman, it can be uncomfortable talking to medical providers about issues pertaining to Women’s Health. However, Courtney made me very comfortable being honest and transparent about my concerns, and left no stone unturned. Whatever your need is, I highly recommend Centers Urgent Care.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The office was also very clean. We were seen in a timely manner and the doctor was very nice and very professional also.i would come back here if needed.

Date of Visit: January 13, 2025I had a terrible experience at this urgent care. The representative was extremely rude and had no idea how to treat customers with basic respect. It was shocking how unprofessional they were. It’s clear that management needs to step in and address the behavior of their staff. Proper training on responsibility and customer service is clearly lacking here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Service date 1/3/25 with Chapnik Marie, DNP. Not satisfied at all. Receptionist looked like she would rather be somewhere else. She has suggested me to be in the same exam room with my daughter which i thought was how they normally do for related patients, so i did. I said we did not have to be, she even sort of scolded me that next time i should present my IDs together if we want to be seen together, which was not in my mind, it was totally expected we would be seen separately. DNP who saw us did not look pleased with the set up. They could have asked me to step out.She did not even talk to me to advise me on what i was there for. she looked at the covid test and never looked my way again. I knew the test was negative , thank God i can interpret. She only spoke to my daughter, which im glad she at least did. But she has not even given advise on how to manage our symptoms. I was so disgusted of the non chalance i did not ask questions. We have been managing our symptoms at home after all, but i expected she should have at least asked what we have done so far and gave advice anyhow. Oh, but she had something to say about my bag, said it was nice, i was not there for that!

My experience at this urgent care center was great! The physician assistants at the front desk are very professional and cordial. The physician is also kind, professional, and a good listener.The facility is very clean and well kempt. The service was proficient and timely. If anyone requires urgent care, I highly recommend this facility.

Had the worst experience here. Very dismissive, Doctors will bounce around from doctor to doctor. No cohesion amongst staff. Front desk is extremely rude and sketchy. Front desk girl was taking pictures of personal documents and sending voice notes to someone via WhatsApp about patient information. I would not recommended this place to anyone. Please be careful, choose another urgent care or wait for your primary care doctor.

It was my first time yesterday to urgent care and I had a rheumatologist appointment right after. Within 10 minutes I was checked in completely and brought into the exam room. In less than 30 minutes, I was out the door with 2 prescriptions called into my pharmacy, a diagnoses and an apology that it took that long. What???? I was mind blown. They have themselves a new patient who will be recommending them to her family and friends!!! Beyond satisfied!!!!

All representatives were friendly,paid attention. They answered all questions, sent request for medications at CVS pharmacy, provided guidelines and instructed for further steps.

I wouldn’t go to this urgent care again. I stopped in to check my blood pressure and was charged a copay, okay fine but three months later I get a bill for $125. For checking my blood pressure! I have good insurance which is the crazy part.

Best Urgent care I ever went to, my index finger was infected and the doctor treated it really quickly. The receptionist also was nice and I felt welcome there cause my health care does not do walk in after 3pm. Thank you look forward to go to you guys next time.

Thank You for the excellent service. My daughter fell on the playground, we came to the office. Waited for 5 minutes. Did the x ray, talked to a Doctor, got a little present for little one. And walked away! Professional service! Very polite girl on the front, aa long as the medical assistant. Good Job guys. The doctor and staff were very kind and attentive. I have no complaints about them. Unfortunately, their diagnostic capabilities are limited. They can measure your temperature, blood pressure, examine you, perform an ECG, and do a glucose blood test. However, there is no detailed blood work available. This is a limitation if you have a more serious health condition. In that case, it’s better to go to a hospital.Thank you very much for the services provided! When I arrived at this location, there was vomit on the floor, right in front of the reception desk. I waited in the vestibule for the vomit to be cleaned. After more than 5 minutes, someone finally came to mop up the floor. The staff was polite. I dont usually like going to places like this because I feel like physicians assistants are not educated enough to form opinions based on what a patients experience is. I was refused antibiotics for my issue, so I walked out.

Doctor was good, but the medical assistant patient care level was below average. Took my 3 year old for a strep test, she charged at him with a tongue depressor, made 0 contact. I told her she’s a child there’s a way to do things her response “Child/adult same thing” at that point I asked for the doctor. There’s a way to approach children especially toddlers in a friendly way. Stood her back to me the entire time while documenting, didn’t bother to introduce herself to me or my son. Of course he’s going to freak out when you want to stick a swab in his throat. Please try to train your assistants better because it was very unfriendly.Doctor was totally opposite came in was playful with my child checked his ears/throat in a childish way & he was way more receptive.

Visited health center on January 1st. They were open. It took just 5 minutes for paperwork. And I see doctor. In the next 10 minutes, all tests were done. Recommend

Excellent urgent care facility. Clean and modern. Didnt take long to get into an exam room. Best of all is the staff. Friendly, caring, competent. I came here based on the reviews and have to agree this was a great experience.

Ive been to this place twice & each time I have a good experience. Staff is pleasant & the PAs are awesome. Honestly much better than a doctors office. Never wait more than 10 minutes max. Id recommend this urgent care clinic to anyone who needs to be seen for non-emergency needs.

The wait time is fine and staff is nice and friendly.But, both times I had to go there with my son they failed to provide an adequate medical services. The last time we went there they couldnt diagnose bronchitis. I wont go back there and would not recommend this office to anyone.

Please don’t go here if you want an unexpected bill! I came in July for an urgent care visit and asked the front if my insurance would cover the visit and the guy in the front said yes. I got an EOB of over 450 dollars that I have to pay! While the guy in the front said I had only a copay to pay. Great job on you guys relaying information!🙃 Also on top of that I got charged an extra 50 dollars because it’s a weekend visit. Please don’t go here if you want insurance to screw you over

Superb service! Very polite, kind, and professional people working. Timely post-visit communication for test results. As bonus, l had no wait time as a new walk-in patient. Much better than any other urgent care center Ive been to in Brooklyn, from the day of writing this review.

I went in with pain from chest to back. I requested a xray and the doctor asked if I had difficulty breathing. I said no but theres heat coming from the pain areas. I paid a copay for a 3 minute visit. He wasnt even going to feel around where I said I felt inflammation. I told him to come feel it and he did but still did no xray. All he said was to take tylenol and ibuprofen. He didnt even prescribe it for me either. I would have to be desperate to go back there and thats unfortunate. Im still in pain and had to go to another doctor the next day. 2 stars because triage was easy and the wait wasnt long.

I can’t imagine why anyone would be unsatisfied with Centers Urgent Care. I have been to about 4 in the last few years and this one exceeded all expectations by far. I was there on Tuesday. I didn’t get their names but the two ladies at the front desk were great. Very respectful and tended to my situation in a caring manner. Very courteous and professional. Staff is efficient and got me taken care of rather quickly. Thank you.

Honestly I’ve been going here for years with my kids and I love how there rarely is a wait, they get straight to the point of what you need and get you right out!

I had a great experience with the staff and Dr. They are helpful and friendly. The clinic is very clean. I went for something minor however if it was major the results always come back very fast .

Every time I go there, the front staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I never spend more than 5 mins in the waiting room. All the doctors I’ve seen had great bedside manner, listened to me well without rushing me, and were very informative. Highly recommended this place

I went because I got burned. When the nurse was taking my list of allergies she didn’t know what sulfa was and when the doctor came in she was going to put a burn cream on me that contained sulfa. There were potato chips on the floor in the treatment room. The receptionist couldn’t tell if I had a copay, even though it says on the back of the card, so she asked what I normally pay and just took that. I will never go there again.

Very efficient office as I was a walk in patient. The doctor knew exactly what I was experiencing and gave me the correct medication to assist in recovery.

Clean thought out The entire facility, very welcoming, receptionist at the front desk, very thorough with the questions that she asked. When I seen the doctor, she was very kind and pleasant easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable as well. She was extremely thorough with what I needed to do and I would be pleased if I admin needed to go back to an urgent care, I would definitely go to this one.

Don’t go here, nothing is free. I suggest going to fort green sexual health clinic, everything is free; shots, medication. The places opens at 8:30 am so try to be at the place as early as possible if you don’t want to wait for a long time

Best care ever by P.A. Tanya Williams. I could barely walk in due to severe back pain. But I left there walking (almost back to) normal. With her treatment and recommendations Im sure Ill be myself again soon. I never have to endure long wait times. The treating physicians have always been attentive and accommodating to my needs. They have all displayed patience and care. And if I need any paperwork to be completed, I can always depend on the treating physicians to do so. I walked in and the front desk lady was rude n disrespectful after I waited 10 mins , she ask who was next I said me n she helped someone that was sitting down . Will never see me in there again , letting everyone in that area know not to go .

I was on vacation in NYC and experiencing insomnia. I saw Dr. Kipchack. She was reluctant to prescribe me Lunesta and suggested Benadryl. But I am 68 and Benadryl is not recommended for people 65 and older. I tried the Benadryl and it left me feeling groggy for hours. Dr. Kipchack agreed to prescribe the Lunesta. But Lunesta is a controlled substance and no providers in this clinic are authorized to prescribe it. I went to CVS two consecutive days walking in hot humid weather only to be told it wasn’t in the system. A staff person from the clinic called me on the third day to explain. As a former privileged provider I would never treat a patient with this level of incompetence.

I contacted this center after I was injured due to falling on the street. I accepted it very quickly, the doctor paid a lot of attention to me, took x-rays of my arms and legs. Since I was late for work, I asked for an answer to be sent to my email. The doctor gave me the necessary recommendations, and also a bandana on my hand, and I left for work. An hour later they called me back and told me the result, and also sent a report to my email. I am very pleased with the service of this center and recommend it to everyone if the need arises!

I came in bleeding and they took me right and and started to help me. They were wonderful.I went to your facility with my mom. She is 100 years old. She was very sick. They took hr right away. The staff were very nice. The doctor was great. She answered all our questions and kept in contact with us days after.

Went into urgent care with an issue with my hand. Was seen quickly by triage and then placed into a room by 10:08am. Shortly after we can here the doctor placed a phone call to her back and began to seek service from their customer service. 20 minutes later the doc was still on the phone. The other nurses began to ask which one of them will tell her the patients rooms were filling up. Finally 1049am she came in to see me still while talking to her bank. I advised I had a needle in my finger. She did not want to remove it for fear of infection. Still on phone with her bank she took my BP and thought it was high. Treated me for BP, I fixed the issue with the hand alone at home. Hope she solved her matter with the bank. She was having a rough morning, could have just gone to the nearby branch during her lunch hour.

All the employees of the center that I encountered were polite and professional.

Pleasant nurse practitioner and staff that I met coming here for years and for the most part professional. However the front desk woman with the blonde hair Russian speaking has such a nasty attitude that my family and I had issues with her. The first time my mother had an issue with her and she insulted my mom by saying “everyone is a doctor” while rolling her eyes because my mom told her she is a nurse and knows how the medical field is and rules of practices are like urgent care. I came here today with a sibling because he is very sick and her attitude again just turned me off and I went to the urgent care that’s 2 blocks away on the corner of netcost. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location that’s near by if you want to be seen and not deal with nasty staff. Much nicer staff and bigger location.

The Doctor understood the importance of my granddaughters concern about her nose being broken. He diagnosed it as not broken, but arranged for an X-ray at another Centers facilty that was open late in the evening. The x-ray tech and the new doctor made sure that her nose was just swollen from the trauma. Everyone was extremely concerned and kind. Thanks so much

My experience was great. The reception, nurses and doctors are amazing. Clean restrooms. Waiting time was less than 15 min. Highly recommend.

As soon as I got there with my pinkeye, they took me right in. I forgot my insurance but thankfully the sweet receptionist helped figure out how to get my insurance info. I was seen and the doctor was very knowledgeable. She prescribed the perfect drops that took only 1 full day to work. Meanwhile I had the pink eye for 8 days. By day 9 it was almost all gone. Im on day 11, I see a tiny bit of pink but no itching, burning or anything. The place was so clean and the staff were all so nice. The doctor is awesome & wont quit until she finds some type of solution to your issue. I love all the way by the Brooklyn Navy yard but my daughter told me about this place so I took the long drive just to be cared for properly. This Urgent Care is a must go to every time!!

Great care. No lines. On site x ray technicians

Receptionist was absolutely rude from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no acknowledgment. She was on the phone with a patient and never would I expect someone to speak to a human being with that much attitude to have observed that before interacting with her did not set the best expectations for the experience I would have with her. Her attitude along with her demeanor did not display wanting to be there at all, I sincerely hope she is not someone considering going into this field. Zero display of empathy. As for the doctor and nurse both were incredibly amazing and made the appointment as comfortable as possible. It’s nice to visit an urgent care where you are actually heard and respected. Will be returning but hopefully that receptionist gets retrained.

Doctor Chapnick is great. She’s professional and friendly. Very thorough examination. The nurses are amazing and so is the receptionist. You feel welcomed upon entering. The office is clean and organized. There is no wait time you are in and out. Definitely recommend this urgent care.

Service was great from start to finish. The employees were very courteous and professional. My only problem was the scanning on the phone to sign in. For a person not computer saavy it was a bit confusing, and I never received a confirmation on my phone. I did speak to the receptionist and they confirmed my appointment. The young lady that took my test was excellent. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Visited this place many times and were very happy with the service provided, but the last visit was terrible.With my son having strep throat were waiting for a doctor from 9 to 11am and every 15 minutes being told that he is looking for a parking. The doctor never showed up but after all I got a bill for $50 copay and they billed my insurance for $150 as well!

I really was so happy I chose to go here. Everyone who worked here is so nice and courteous. I loved that. These days people have forgotten about CustomerService but not here. So for that alone it’s worth going. The medical assistants were also extremely nice. The doctor though, she was AMAZING. She had amazing bedside manner. I felt like she really cared about my situation and not just trying to get through the appointment. Overall I was extremely happy and will go here again next time I have an emergency.

These good reviews are all terribly fake. Urgent Care providers get their licenses under train stations because that’s how much they lack the necessary expertise. They seem unaware of how to monitor patient conditions or treat illnesses properly. I wish these providers the same illnesses!!!!!! Nothing more nothing less! If you’re a retarded doctor stay home and work tele health stop showing up to work in places where true providers are needed!!!

This urgent care is one of the best in the neighborhood! No long wait lines, which means super fast service. It’s always clean and all the staff are super nice and professional. Iryna at the front desk is very sweet and always has a smile on her face which I think is important for any office. Most offices you go to have rude workers who look miserable and seem like they hate their job but this place is different. I appreciate all the employees at this office. Thank you for your service !

Went in after work for an infection. Everyone was very nice and the place was very clean. As soon as I checked in, they brought me to an exam room. The nurse took my vitals and collected my labs. Within 5 minutes the doctor (very nice young man) came in talked with me for a few minutes and did his exam. He called in the prescription and I was out the door within an hour of walking in.

This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at any health care facility.My sister walked in with her 2 sick kids, one is 2 years old and the other is 7. She walks in at 8:20 pm and the urgent care closes at 9 pm.When she was trying to register the receptionist tells her there are 4 other people waiting and shes not sure the doctor will see her. The people, the staff and this location are all disgusting. She walked in with visibly sick kids, throwing up and had fevers and they refused service to small children. When I called to speak to the receptionist she tells me Oh Im not doing this today. I told her Ill gladly register her but Im not sure if the doctor would see her. I stated to her, so youre saying the doctor would just walk out when he has patients waiting for him? If thats the case Centers urgent care need a code of ethics of their providers.I also work in healthcare and never would I tell a patient whose not feeling well that the doctor will not see them when we have someone on site that can help.These people are disgusting.

The person who administered my Covid test was very thorough, informative and polite. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable, highly informative and answered all my questions. This place is really great. I came in with pain and I was given a full workup by a PA who was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on/ assured that I would be ok in a couple of days. She gave me medicine so I could be more comfortable immediately and made sure to ask questions and check for multiple possibilities before making a diagnoses. I will not go o another urgent care, you can tell people like what they do and care about the patients. I really appreciate such quality service and care especially when I didnt feel well I was able to walk out with stress released.

After spending 5 days in public and private hospitals without having a decent doctor to take my case and make a surgery on my hand to remove a piece of wood, I had a big privilege and luck to find one Doctor who did it! Quick service. Friendly staff. Its a very clean facility but double check!! If your going for an x-ray scan because there technician is not always on site even though the equipment is. I would go back.

Terrible service, walked in and they said basically we can’t see you or do anything because we are “closed” how are you closed if the door is open and your sign says close at 9pm. Refusing to see a patient because you want to go home, staff is just wasting time sitting and counting down the minutes. Then lock up and go home instead of false advertising you’re open. Three staff members just sitting on their phones with no care, disgraceful especially the “sorry” shrug.

I am beyond grateful this facility opened here. I have taken countless Covid tests here and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. They are organized and even at the height of the pandemic they made it easy to schedule and manage appointments. The public isn’t always great to deal with and I’ve met the rudest people working at other medical clinics. This one is a breath of fresh air. I almost didn’t write a review because I don’t want it to get crazy crowded, but after my 9 or 10 Covid test I figured I should. Thank you for everything!

Very caring environment, quick service and attentive staff! Great notifications via text and email. This center is far better than pm pediatrics and A typical urgent center. Who ever designed the center and processes really thought things through. I am beyond impressed with their processes and personnel.

We came in today a bit late, as new patients and already got a bad staff service with the nurse and the receptionist being rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional with their way of speaking, though the doctor was nice I wouldn’t recommend anyone a medical office that from the get go especially to new patients have such an unwelcoming and unprofessional demeanour.

I want to thank all the staff at Urgent Care. Upon entering reception waiting area did not have any patients waiting. Reception was courteously and quick. I was triaged and seen by a doctor with in twenty minutes. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who was pleasant and completed an exam that required a couple of ex-rays. I waited in exam room for ten minutes before ex-ray tech came for me. X-Rays were completed in a professional manner taking less than 5 minutes. After taking ex-rays waited in exam room for ten minutes, before nurse practitioner came back with copy of ex-ray. Although I wasn’t seen by a licensed doctor, the nurse practitioner was courteous, personable and did a satisfactory ex-am. A follow after up call to check on how I was doing one day later.

Since pandemic started I was regular guest at this clinic. I was still working all that time. All employees, starting from front desk, nurses, doctors always were so attentive, helpful, understanding of my worries. Eventually I did get Covid just 3 weeks ago and when I came for the test they made me feel as comfortable as they could. The doctor recommended treatment for me and I had it done. It made me feel so much better. Thanks 🙏 so much everyone. 👍👍👍

This was my very first time using urgent care facilities and this was out most professional experience i had in a long time. Staff is curtious and professional starting at the door. Iryna, Almira and Andrew are very friendly and curtious. To top it off Dr. Chapnick is very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was quick pleasant and helpful and facilities are clean and modern.

This was my first time visiting an urgent care, and I had a great experience at Centers Urgent Care of CI. I called before my visit, and the reps at the front desk answered all my questions.My information was entered into the system when I arrived, and I paid for my copay. After paying, The rep told me to sit in a waiting room, and Tamara arrived to take my vitals. A doctor saw me, and Tamara came back to take my bloodwork.I told Tarama that I would leave this review because she was very gentle with me and she was able to find my veins (most medical staff have to stick me repeatedly), and I was grateful for her expertise.My visit was over in about 20 minutes, and I was on my way. Easy, fast, and friendly. I would totally recommend this place.

Best urgent care here. Great doctors, people, fast and caring service. Did two vaccines here. New Dr Andrew was amazing. Explained everything to me. Took all the tests. Highly recommend this place.Only one black nurse I didn’t like there. She didn’t sterilize properly. I had to ask her to change her gloves when she was about to draw my blood because i saw her touching keyboard, mouse, pens, and everything. I hope she doesn’t make anybody sick there if she is touching sick patients and doesn’t change her gloves….All other people and nurses are great there. I have been going there quite some time.

Was very pleased with my experience. The place is well organized, the staff friendly and efficient, and not only I had my COVID tests done, but also had an X-ray, something I needed, and it saved me a trip to another facility. After x-ray the PA came to speak to me about the result. Great place!

Best service! I needed to get a rapid COVID-19 test before my flight and a lady who works there, Alissa, helped me out right away! She made sure that the testing was smooth and fast. The front desk staff was very helpful. I was seen very quickly on Wednesday and was only prescribed antibiotics and my pain wasn’t addressed. I needed a note for my PCP, which I never received. I followed up several times and still haven’t received one, it is now Sunday. I had to go to the ER on Thursday to address the pain and finally get a note that I can bring to the PCP. What’s the point of urgent care if I still have to go to the ER?

Very organized, clean urgent care. Easy to make appointment. Short wait period of time once inside. Staff is very nice and helpful. Tamara is amazing,she is true professional that cares about your needs and helps.

Had a great experience at Centers Urgent Care of Coney Island. I came here for a covid test and even though the line was long and plenty of people waiting, the ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and I received wonderful customer service from Jaylin. She was extremely pleasant to deal with. When it was finally my turn to enter, the MA was also very pleasant & professional. I will return to this location.

Had to take my 4 y/o for the Covid test, literally in and out. Great system, very organized and friendly place once you put your self in line which is extremely easy, yes we had to wait 177 min but it was in the comfort of your own home. You have an option of checking your own status or you would receive text messages every 20min. Once It was 20 min away we leisurely took a walk right inside where within few minutes very friendly stuff pointed us into the room.If you had been to the new My Dos place around the corner, you would appreciate this place a lot!!!! Had a misfortune of wasting 2,5 hours there with the worst unfriendly, unorganized stuff ever. Thanks to this place we have better options in our neighborhood.

I was having breathing problem they help me . Put me mask to breath , gave me first help. I had a pneumonia. Than I went to emergency room. I used that place a lot and not really happy . . unprofessional doctors work here

I have to say that what I saw today was exceptional. I registered virtually at 9:20am and had 187 people in front of me. Waited whole day and got text message to see front desk. On the way there received message that because I didn’t come in time my time slot was given to someone else. When I arrived there was a guy and girl at the reception desk and the girl greeted me and took my name and told that I would be seen. While waiting I witnessed the most exceptional customer service I ever seen. This older woman came and inquired about being seen tomorrow around 1:30pm, which I my mind would be impossible due to volume of people and time constraints, but the guy behind reception desk, listened to the woman, told her to schedule appointment and come see him tomorrow when she was available. He was working to help this woman, even though he didn’t have to. The degree of humanity that this guy had demonstrated was beyond I have seen. Lately I took people lost their humanity and I was doubting in peoples ability to treat each with humanity, however this guy showed that this wasn’t the case. God bless these folks.

I was shocked by the PA Scharf’s method of the auscultation of my lungs through the sweater(!) that I was wearing, and when I asked if she would want me to pull it up she said that “No, I can hear it”. I have been a RN for 40 years, this was the first time I’ve seen something like this. On top of being overly sarcastic and condescending when I told her that I was an RN, she prescribed me medications that would relieve a bronchospasm rather than URI (that my PCP said I have when I had to go to see him today because I was not happy with the treatment I was prescribed). My PCP told me to stop steroids and the inhaler (that I did not even start) and advised me against the antibiotic…So now I have a question: is there an actual Physician supervising this PA (Physician Assistant), or there is no Physician and this PA runs her own business dishing out attitudes to people who need help just because she can?

Very helpful and nice staff and clean facility. Took me in right away. Doctor was sweet, calming and knowledgeable.

My son had fall and cut his nose. We didn’t have to wait long to see doctor. Doctor was patient and nice!

My husband and I got our COVID tests done here and our experience was great. We walked in and were out in roughly ten minutes. The staff was friendly and professional and we got our results in under 6 hours. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience visiting this Centers office today! I was the only one there when I showed up in the late afternoon. I didn’t even have to fill out any long first time patient sheets, just handed over my insurance info + ID and that was it. The front desk lady was very nice, and they have free goodies (hand sanitizer!) up front. I was seen immediately and the PA was very sweet as well. Was in and out within 20 minutes tops. As of end of July their COVID test turn around time is about 3-5 days, much faster than what I’ve heard from other places. Highly recommend Centers on Sheepshead Road!!

To start off I’ve never been here personally, but the customer service is awful. I was in a situation where an ambulance was called for somebody and we were told what hospital they were supposed to be going to but they never made it there. The person didn’t have anything on them, therefore, we couldn’t contact them directly. We were calling every nearby hospital to find them, including this hospital. When I called, I started with the usual “Hello? Hello?” to make sure I was connected because there was nobody speaking, moments later they hung up.

Best medical facility I have been to. Joined virtual queue from home, once my turn was near, drove to the facility and was seen immediately. I hate having to make an appointment at medical office, just to then go there and sit for hours to wait for your turn. Front desk staff was attentive. Simply very good experience.

From the front desk to the provider the service was excellent. Everyone was so nice and professional. I would love 100% recommend to anyone. I was in and out in no time.

I can honestly say I am so impressed with the way I was treated here! I spent an entire day online virtually and they were unable to get to my appointment due to the huge volume of patients ( which is understandable) instead of just taking me off the list I got a phone call from Crystal who was so nice and allowed me to come in the following morning and be taken right away. A little bit goes such a long way and I really appreciated that! Then I was greeted by Olga who did my covid swab and she was truly a bright light on a gloomy day! She was so comforting and amazing to speak to, honestly made me feel 100 times better. Such a positive person is necessary to have in the healthcare field. Then, Tamara took my blood draw for an antibody screening so quickly and painlessly I was so shocked. My veins are extremely hard to find and she did an amazing job. I say this all from my heart and as someone who personally works in a hospital and understands what we are all dealing with in the healthcare field during this pandemic I was so impressed by the the care and positivity of the staff at centers! Your all amazing thank you!

The staff was wonderful. From the front desk staff, the M.A. to the P.A. The P.A. removed my stotchrs, kept me preoccupied so I wouldnt be so anxious.

I have visited the Urgent Care this morning for a PCR testing. I checked in and was immediately told to go to a room. A health care provider was waiting for me. Really no wait at all. Everyone was so polite, friendly, and caring. This clic is just that awesome. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Best experience I ever had. Thank you. Strongly recommended!

A great experience! The PA Vicki and Jane were both very kind and understanding, super thorough and attentive. They apologized for the wait multiple times but the wait wasn’t even bad. I’m very glad I went, all of my concerns were addressed and even though I asked a lot of questions, they were both very patient with me despite being busy.

Attendants are the nicest and I’m always seen right away. Doctors and nurse are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I truly have only nice things to say about this medical office and will recommend to my friends and family if they ever need quick medical assistance close to home.

I was able to schedule for a family of five same day. Urgent care is great with texting you up-to-date status on your place in line. It even allows you to push back your time if needed. The staff is friendly and professional. I had a piece of mind knowing that they follow covid-19 guidelines.

Great clean office, polite and highly effective personnel. Came there to xray a childs hand after an ice-skating accident. (Our previous go-to urgent care place PM Pediatrics on Coney Island Ave is no longer in business). Within an hour we saw a doctor, an xray was taken and reviewed by a remote specialist. Great experience overall.

I went to Centers Urgent Care twice for COVID test. Minimum wait time, polite and very professional medical staff. Swabs were done without any discomfort (I just sneezed :D ). I sent there my family members and lots friends. Everyone was happy (even with positive results).Right now you don’t have to stay in line outside waiting, just sign up for text alerts. You’ll be notify 15 minutes before you can walk in.Highly recommend!!!

The online reservation wasn’t bad at all, I respect that they dealt with the persons who went yesterday and didn’t get through, staff made them a priority that was really nice. The staff was very helpful, however there were some older folks who weren’t familiar with internet to book online and a lady came out and help them. I’ve been to this location and Middle Village. Overall I love Centers Urgent Care and the staff.

Was seen by Vicky, she was super helpful at answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. The staff here is very professional and actually caring. While waiting for the 15 min covid test, my blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels were measured 3 times. Also noticed that this urgent care uses the latest equipment out there, which is comforting also 😊🙏

I had a second dose vaccine appointment at 12:30 arrived at 12:20. Because the staff working at the front desk have no idea what they are doing i got vaccinated after people with 1:30 appointments. Didn’t matter how many times I attempted to explain to the receptionists they were not granting my right as a patient who had been waiting there before everybody else. Not to mention how many times I got yelled at while trying to make sure i was not being forgotten waiting outside while everyone else who had appointments even 1 hour after mine got their vaccinations before me. Horrible service. Zero respect for patients.

I usually do my COVID tests at Coney Island hospital but good to know another quick option exists. I visited today to confirm I didnt have an ear infection, it was so quick and easy that makes me re-think going to CityMD for quick clinic visits. Virtual line was easy to use and almost not needed since I didnt have to wait long to get a call back. Doctor came in right away and I think total time of my visit was not more than 15 min, exactly what I need for a quick confirmation when youre not feeling great. Everyone is super nice - which adds to the experience!

Olga Ligbimova, assistant on reception, was no professional and rude, made me sick wait to get paper work in front other people who was ok with getting in front. Stubborn and unprofessional

Were all the family to get vaccinated. Everything went perfectly! The staff are polite and very attentive! I forgot my insurance, and the girl at the front desk reassured me and suggested what can be done about it. In the end, everything worked out! Thanks for your help and attention!

Expedited service, reservation was easy, text message received when it was my turn. The nurse was gentle taking the swab sample and my vitals. The office is clean. The staff is nice and personable.

I came yesterday in hopes to get some lab work prior to my 3 year old sons endocrinologist appointment. The woman at the desk were very pleasant but stated they had to check with the provider to see if this was possible before we began the registration process.The provider was absolutely disgusting and spoke down to me in front of an entire waiting room of patients. She said that my bigger issue was that my son did not have a primary care physician. I explained to her that this was due to his PCP retiring just two weeks ago and that I was pressed for time because his new specialist wanted initial lab work done prior. Even after explaining the entire situation she denied our registration and said she has to step out for a warm cup of tea. She made me feel so little. I will be sure to share this story in the future.I suggest hiring providers that have a heart in the future.

While waiting I notice many people where coming in without an appointment, they were promptly told log in and to get on the virtual line that opens at 9AM. I wondered if a sign on the outside door would have cut down some of that traffic. The staff was nice and patient even if some patients were not. System needs improvement for people that dont know the set up.

Staff is attentive and patient. Answered any questions I had. Waited in room for almost 25 minutes before I was seen.

Went in for a Covid test and everything was super smooth. They have a virtual line where they can text you when it’s your turn instead of you waiting outside. Once inside the process was fast and and all the staff are super friendly and Knowledgable. 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone.

Came to this site for covid testing after visiting a citymd who turned us away. Although this site at first seems disorganized as the line was made by asking who was waiting to be tested outside I was pleasantly surprised inside. The front staff were very friendly even at almost closing time and seeing so many people. Both ladies were professional and kind. I honestly was in awe at how they were handling the situation and amount of people. We did wait a while but there were many people ahead of us. When it was finally our turn the ladies that perform the exam were so kind. I wish I took her name to thank her personally. Our results came back in 10min. One person in our family tested positive. NIGHTMARE so they offered to do the test that goes to the lab we are so grateful to them we did not have to wait on the line again they took us straight in and gave us the other test and told us what to do moving forward. Very professional, kind and caring even with seeing so many people and that was towards the end of their day around closing time. I am very grateful to all of them! I highly recommend this site. Come with patience as you will have to wait but my experience here was better than Citymd. I just found my new urgent care center!!

Been here numerous times for Covid testing and for urgent care once. Very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable nurses, physicians, and receptionist. Highly respectable, never a long wait. Very grateful for this location.

I scheduled a second vaccine dose here and was turned away at the front desk because my first had been received out of state. Putting aside the absurdity of the policy that has continued well past a surplus of available vaccine doses, the woman that “helped” me (who the receptionist brought out) didn’t bother to show much sympathy or care in whether or not I’d ever be able to get my second dose. She “didn’t want to lose her job”. Fair enough, but there was no effort at all in getting in touch with a superior to see if there was anything that could be done. I do appreciate the receptionist, who was sweet and did make an effort to see if there was anything that could be done.

It was our second time getting tests done there, given the lines these days it was very smooth. Theres a text message system that works very well, easier than an app, that prevents overcrowding in the waiting rooms. We waited about 15 min outside then maybe another 10 inside. Dariya I believe her name was, who did our tests and vitals and paperwork was super-hero style incredible with my very active toddler, she was fast and efficient and positive. People like her make the difference! I know everybody is frustrated with the whole situation, when anybody can be exposed and has to go get the tests done to get that clearance; they do their best for sure at Centers. There were plenty of inpatient and grumpy people walking in, probably expecting immediate attention to their persona, cant avoid those))) We had our information taken during the first visit, so there was no paperwork or anything during the checkout, I literally just gave my name. We did both rapid and pcr tests just to be sure. The place is sparkling clean and everything is new. Cant wait when the covid is over, I would definitely chose them over other walk in places for immediate medical needs.

It was awesome! I highly recommend their great COVID-19 testing. It was so fast, polite and very professional. I received my results intime. The staff who did the testing are great as well as the service team that provides customer service. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place.

I was not treated with any standard of care. I went in for a UTI and in extreme pain. I also had the flu and was coughing deeply. I completed the urine sample. I was only able to give a small amount of urine, but it was so dark it was orange. She made no mention of the fact that I was obviously dehydrated and instead suggested I might have diabetes or a kidney problem. The provider refused to provide me with any treatment for the UTI until a culture came back. She claimed it would be 24 hours. It’s been more than 48 with no results. If I get a kidney infection, she will get to blame. She did not do an exam…at all. She literally never touched me. She didn’t listen to my lungs. She didn’t palpate my abdomen to assess the source of my pain. She did not do her job as a provider. I would not go back here ever.

Only compliments here… All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the facility was very clean and tidy. I don’t wish to be sick again anytime soon, but if so, I wouldn’t mind coming back to this location.

Just got tested for COVID-19 at the place.Their internet appointment scheduling system is greate. Scheduled online(easy) and got text message that my appointment is in 39 min. On my way there realized that I might be late. Replied M(as instructed in previous message)and received your appointment pushed back and in about 12 min. Then I got there just waited couple of minutes.Reception lady and nurse who did the test were very nice and polite.

Went there for a rapid Covid testing and rapid it was! the person who performed the test explained the possible scenarios well, what are pros and cons of different test types, what symptoms to be watching for. new and super clean facility. definitely a great option for you walk in needs. there was no line - i was taken in asap (it was about 5pm on a weekday)

The people there are polite. The online automated system is a great system because you get to check status update via text on your phone to see how many people are ahead of you. It was a very long line and we had to stand outside in the cold for a little over an hour but knowing that the line was actually moving helped. My daughter wasnt feeling well and we both got rapid Covid test. I gave them 3 stars because I was told at the front desk that they would check my daughter out for her symptoms but they didnt do that and refused to do anything outside of covid test/ and or vaccination. So they are really no longer an urgent care center that will do blood work, get urine samples and make sure they tend to patients. In this season they are strictly there to service for Covid so I felt misguided, mislead. Other than that the service and the automated system is decent.

I called to get some information about the antigen test. I am in search for one for the purpose of travel, and I need it taken 4 hours before my departure. The person that I spoke with on the phone was very confused and told me it would take 2-3 days to get results for a *rapid antigen test*. I also tried to get info on how I could coordinate with the staff to be able to get the test done exactly 4 hours before my departure, and got basically no answer, and no suggestion. I see from other reviews that while waiting in virtual lines, the line goes up and down. The test that I need is very time sensitive and cannot be older than 4 hours before my flight, but I also cannot be at the airport too late (2 hours max before my flight - this location being about 30-40 mins away from JFK).I wish I was able to get answers, and help with my question, as it is very urgent for me to get this test at a specific time.

Came for iv. they had a new girl hook me up, except she was nervous and it didnt stick right. have been bruised in the area for over a week. please stop hiring hesitant and insecure MA’s

Best urgent care in the area!!! I’ve been to the new MyDoc on W 5th, which pails in comparison. I have never had any issue with this location- I’ve used them several times throughout the pandemic for COVID and for other problems. All test results are available online , and you get texts with updates. The girls are all super professional, there is very little wait time, and it seems they truly care about your health.I couldn’t ask for more!

Its so nice that you don’t need a referral to do an Xray and results was ready in 15 min. I made an appointment using online system. In 10 minutes I went inside Urgent Care. My xray tech Rita and doctor Elyssa was extremely nice and helpful. Will suggest this place to my friends.

This is a great place! Took my kids here it’s very fast and convenient and dr teddy is a great doctor, and his assistants and the people that worked there all helped us with our incident! It it clean and definitely recommend!

Virtual line makes it very easy to be seen, estimated time is accurate, so you are in and out once you get a text. Facility is very clean and all staff is very friendly and helpful. Great experience during stressful times.

I’ve been there go COVID test. Dozen people stayed before me, We were waiting about 1.5 hours.In the room nurse, Russian speaking woman with Asian face offer us to make blood pressure test. I declined, because we were waiting so long for COVID test and we don’t need blood pressure test. The nurse did not like it and when she performed Covid test she did it very painful for me. She pushed stick very strong with power to my nose .She did it definitely purposely . Very disappointed.

This urgent care i recommend. The Dr’s actually know what they are doing. They are always quick I have never spent more than 20 minutes in here. They accept UHC community plan.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Urgent Care. Dennis, good guy, at the front desk, was very attentive and caring person. I had fever and did not feel good.He took me to the room where very polite woman, Elmira, checked my temperature and asked relevant to the COVID questions. Elmira took rapid test for COVID and then, PCR. It turned out that I did not have COVID,I am very grateful for the service I received from this Urgent Care at such hard time in my life. Thank you.

Brand new office. Was fast. Went for vaccine and second time for a Covid test. One star less for the fact that I asked for a vaccine and they billed my insurance for extra services.UPDATE: Dec 2020. Have to downgrade stars again. After more than two month I received a letter from a third party company asking Copay for my services (my first visit). Funny, usually Im asked for a copay upfront when service is done, funny again, my wife had same services and wasnt asked for copay (till now).If you chose to take a flu shot at a pharmacy, no insurance used you pay cash let say $25 to $39.For the same visit I was billed for an Office visit plus an Urgent care service and also Inoculation service(flu shot). Except the flu shot I came and asked for their service it was only a blood pressure check (not asked for any other services than flu shot). Possibly that was Office visit. I cant imagine what was Urgent care service they billed to my insurance,Stayed there for few minutes only.Next time I will ask specifically what services I will be billed for.

My experience with urgent care was very positive, I went in for a nose swab an from start to finish, it took about 10 mins, no more, I was happy I went. The results was what I expected. (NEGATIVE). I would recommend anyone who needs to get a swab or vaccine to visit this place. It is on W8 street. Go urgent care.

I came to take a test for covid-19. my two-year-old daughter also took the test. the doctor did not look my daughter, did not measure her temperature and did nothing but collect material for the test. very unfriendly doctors. was there 2 times, and never received a proper examination.

Crystal (the receptionist) is super nice and efficient! All stuff I have dealt with is professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. Visited this place 5-6 times and every time both Covid -19 protocol and standard hygiene practices have been in place!12/07/21 Update:I have not met Liz (the owner), but if you are the one responsible for hiring your team, then please accept my sincere thanks - I never thought that going to an UC facility for a PCR test would ever be pleasant, and hereI am now looking forward for my next visit…

Within 1 month I visited center 4 times for COVID test and every other visit experience was worse then previous. First of all staff is rude. It’s official center and for every asked question to give an answer “ if you don’t like, go to other facility” absolutely not acceptable ever and especially in complicated pandemic period of people life. There is bad correlation between message time to come for appointment and real time, when you are there. Twice I was taken PCR test on 12/27/21 and on 01/03/22 and as of today, on 01/09/22 none of the results obtained, what is the point to have this test? To whom it may concern, hopefully my comments will be addressed to improve service and perform test not only to those who has SMART devices, but to those who doesn’t.

This urgent care is just one block away from us. We already went there about a year ago go for COVID testing. Today, Sunday 6 PM,we decided to go there because we had a good experience there.My husband had some symptoms and we decided to have a rapid test and PCR test which suppose to be ready tomorrow.This center is very clean and they have manyrooms and many people working there.We did not have to wait at all!The biggest surprising pleasure was when Tamara swiped only nasal cavity and did not go deep which would cause unpleasant feeling.She explained that it is a correct way to do it.If you are avoiding the test right now because of the unpleasant experience do not hesitate any longer and go to Urgent Care Coney Islandon 626 Sheepshead rd. near Dll store.Be healthy!

The staff are exceptional and quick with everything, been here many times and have no complaints. Thanks for everything. My most recent visit was with Jane, she was super nice and helped me out with everything.

Although my prior experiences with this urgent care have been excellent, I am disappointed in the lack of communication regarding a Covid PCR test I took on 12/23. It is now 11 days later and still no results. I would have appreciated a courtesy call/text/email explaining the delay and what my options are. When I called them a few times, they placed the blame on a laboratory and offered no recourse.

Was standing outside another location for 20 mins the line never moved I quickly found this one, and my daughter was seen right away. they were patient and kind while giving the cold test to my four year old daughter. definitely will go to this location If I ever need to visit an urgent care again. URGENT CARE is meant for URGENCY you should be seen within 15 minutes if not it defeats the purpose of the name, you should not be standing on a line that goes all the way outside for more than 20 minutes and that line doesnt move.

I had to visit their coney island location and was pleased. It was clean, not crowded and the staff was pleasant. My needs were addressed promptly and with care.
